Inflation now 10% & rising fast ⛔️

Rob Moore warns UK inflation has hit 10.1% and could reach 15% by 2023, driven by food, fuel, and energy costs. He argues real household inflation is closer to 20% and explains why people move money into gold, real estate, and other hard assets when currency loses value. Fixed-rate borrowers benefit as inflation shrinks their debt.

Inflation is now over 10% and soaring fast, and it's the highest it's been in 40 years since we were in stagflation. Now, the main contributor to now double-digit inflation is actually food. Food and alcohol, uh, the prices of those have, have risen the sharpest. But of course, fuel, gas, and energy and general costs of living are forcing inflation to now almost record levels. So in the year to July, inflation is 10.1%. It is, um, predicted to go up to 13.1% by October and more than 15% by next year. Now, some of you may be thinking, I want some good news, I'm sick of hearing this news. But you need to know this because your fuel, your energy, your food, your travel, your accommodation, and your general cost of living I believe is about 20% up. I believe that if they tell you it's 10%, it's even more than that. Why? Because they don't include everything in inflation data. And of course, the inflation data you get today is a lag of the previous 12 months. So inflation is at 10.1% now, But that's the 12 months up until July. So where is inflation going to be in August, September, in 2023 and 2024? Let's be honest, I think we all agree it's going to be much higher. In fact, why don't you let me know in the comments, what do you think inflation is at in reality? Or rather, what do you think your general cost of living has gone up by? Because by the way, your general cost of living and inflation are not the same because not everything is included in inflation figures and statistics. So let me know in the comments what you think your general cost of living has gone up by since maybe the, um, the pandemic, because that's really when it all started to kick in. Jackie has said here, grand rising, all going to plan. What do you mean by the grand rising, Jackie? And what is this plan that you speak of? It would be good to know. So in the late '70s, inflation neared 25% with stagflation. It then dropped, but now inflation is more than it was in the early '90s recession. It's more than it was in the '08 financial crisis. It's actually more than it was in the early '70s. And it has not peaked by any means. And of course, um, not everything is factored into inflation. And like I said, it's of the past 12 months, not on today's figures. The NHS is screwed. Taxation is hard on the rise. Um, the education system in the UK is screwed. You know, going anywhere with fuel and energy and travel is Really high. Now there's something that most people don't know about here, which actually is a solution for you, and that is when you generally have high inflation or the eroding value of money, asset prices tend to go up. So let me say that again. When you have high inflation or high government printing of money or low trust in our fiat currency, or a relative devaluing of money, soft money, you have generally an increase in asset prices. Do you know why that is, by the way? Let me know in the comments if you know why. I'll share a couple of reasons why. Number 1, people lose trust in money and they want somewhere else to put the money. They want to protect the money from depreciation and devaluation. So they generally tend to take it from soft money, fiat currency, and put it into hard money— gold, real estate, physical proven assets. So in times of high inflation, you usually get high asset prices as well. So this is the big solution, or one of the big solutions, because I have seen a few people on my lives recently, oh Rob, it's all just negativity right now, can't we have some good news? Well, I'd love to give you some good news. Problem is no one actually watches the good news videos, and you have to know the reality of what's going on. But inflation has an upside, and that is that it generally also forces asset prices up. So real estate's gone really high, watches has gone really high, gold has gone really high. So what you need to do— and I've been saying this over and over, by the way— but have you actually taken action on this? You need to get as much of your cash assets out of cash assets and into inflation-beating hard assets. Out of soft money into hard money. So if you've got savings, you need to get them out. Now, by the way, this is not financial advice. This is my opinion based on what works for me and what I think works. Always take independent financial advice. And, but that being said, you know what inflation is. You know that your cost of living is going way up. You know your cash is depreciating. That is obvious to anyone. You can also see real estate and property prices have gone up, gold's gone up, watches gone up. You don't need to do much research to find this out. So I recommend that you consider strongly protecting your cash from inflation, from the banks, and only having your basic living costs and maybe a bit of an emergency fund. And then get your money from soft money into hard money, from depreciating cash into appreciating assets. That could be real estate, that could be gold, that could be physical items that go up, like for example certain watches. So if you'd love to learn how to do this and you haven't done this and you don't know how to do this, but you agree that inflation is really high and the value of money is going down and down and down, um, if you'd like to learn how to do this, to self-educate, to protect yourself I recommend you join Rob.team because in Rob.team there's a brand new 9-module, 10-hour online training course called the How to Invest Series. So you need to increase your earning power and capacity by 10, 15% and 20% a year right now, just to earn zero extra relatively. So you must learn how to invest. Just type Rob team. Rob.team into a new window. Go and join right now. Cost of a large coffee, less than one-third of the Netflix subscription. You can cancel anytime with no contract because right now inflation has just gone up to 10.1% of the, the last 12 months, which means it's increasing more moving forward because we all know that fuel and food and energy is going up and up and up. It's predicted to go to 13.1% in October and 15 in 2023, which probably means it's more like 20% plus. Wow. So if you earn the same this year as you did last year, you're net earning about 20% less because of the devaluation of money through inflation and quantitative easing and government manipulation and intervention. This is why you need to join rob.team. This is why you need to consume immediately that 9-module, 10-hour How to Invest series. Now inflation isn't always downside. This is why you need to learn how to be an investor. So for example, Peter has said here, if you have a mortgage, look in your contract for the all-money clause. It basically allows the banks to do as they wish. Well, in some ways that's true, Peter, but in other ways inflation is your friend if you have mortgages. So if you're in— if you, um, protect your cash, put your cash into assets, let's say you put a deposit into a property and you get a 70% mortgage on that property. Let's say that mortgage is 100 grand and inflation is 20%. Your mortgage is being paid off by the government by inflation. So actually inflation has winners as well as losers. The winners are the ones that have good debt assets. This is one of the reasons why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer, and it's not because of the government or nefarious activity or that the world is unfair. But what happens is the, um, the poor have small amounts of money which get eroded by inflation. The rich have high amounts of asset and good debt which gets eroded by inflation. So you can actually turn good debt into a mechanism for having your mortgages paid off for you by inflation, by the government. And most people don't realize this, and you can learn this and more in rob.team. So protect yourself from massive inflation, protect yourself from 13%, 15%, and 20% inflation. Get out of soft money cash and into hard money assets, and have those assets beat inflation and produce recurring and residual income, and those assets being forced up in value by inflation. So you can learn how to do this and more make, manage, and master money, learn how to monetise your personal brand, and also build multiple assets with multiple recurring income streams. You can learn all of this and more in Rob.team. So look, I've got to get out of here, but if you just type R-O-B dot T-E-A-M, Rob.team, into a new window on the internet and do it now, you can join.
