Now, Meghan Markle is a lot of what is wrong with the world right now. I rarely, if ever, expose individuals because if I don't know them, how can I judge them? So I'll try and do it without too much judgment of the person and talk about the areas of behavior that, in my view, Is everything wrong with Meghan Markle and everything wrong with the world? So Meghan Markle was interviewed on Oprah and essentially threw the Queen and the royal family under the bus. A centuries-old institution that generates billions in revenue for this country And within a few short years, she comes in, infiltrates, marries the grandson, and breaks the family apart. The next thing she does is she gets a tens of millions of pounds deal with Spotify to do a podcast. Tens of millions for a podcast. And they've done one episode in two years. One episode in two years. Yet she's essentially trying to cancel the royal family. Well, what about if Spotify cancel Meghan Markle? Well, wait a minute, there's nothing to cancel because she's done one episode in two years. Now, with a lot of social media, there's not the value intrinsic within it. It's vacuous. It's soundbite-y. What about if Meghan Markle actually did what she got paid to do, which is valuable content on Spotify? Now Spotify have paid her tens of millions of pounds up front, and she's done one episode. So Meghan, instead of breaking the royal family and the British institution apart, and causing a massive wedge between a son and a father, Harry and Charles? What about if you started recording good quality content that you've been paid tens of millions of pounds upfront for? What about that? And then the next thing she did, she tried to cancel Piers Morgan. Now, for those of you that are saying, why am I commenting on this? This is a different approach from me, but bear with me because I think there's some important social and moral lessons. And why should people in these very high positions not have accountability? I have plenty of critics, and, and I'm not immune to criticism, so nor should Meghan Markle be. But for me, this is a great wider societal issue. So she tried to cancel Piers Morgan when Piers Morgan commented on her that much of what she said on Oprah was lies. In fact, he called her Princess Pinocchio. And actually, if you watch that interview, hmm, what do you think? And by the way, if you disagree with me, let me know in the comments. It's all good. Let's have a chat about it. I'm always open to new learning. But let me get to my point before you judge me. Um, so she tried to cancel Piers Morgan because he basically said a lot of stuff of what she said on Oprah was lies. It was definitely unbalanced. Oprah didn't interview the Queen or Prince Charles and get a balanced view. They got a one-sided view. And then she writes to ITV, uh, on Piers Morgan's comments to try and cancel him. So she's trying to cancel Piers Morgan. In fact, she kind of succeeded. What gives her the right to do that? Piers Morgan is allowed to share his opinion. Yes, I am serious. He is— you might not like him, but if you don't fight for the freedom of speech of Piers Morgan, then you don't fight for your freedom of speech. And here's the irony of those of you that are disagreeing with me here, which I'm fine with, by the way: you think it's okay for you to say what you want to say on my channel, but it's not okay for Piers Morgan to say what he wants to say on his channel. And it's okay for Meghan to throw the royal family under the bus and get paid tens of millions up front on Spotify for not even producing any content, and that's okay. How's that okay? So if you don't care about Meghan and you don't care about Piers Morgan, like some of you are saying here, here's what you should care about. Number one, don't go and throw a royal institution under the bus and essentially come in and ruin a family. Now, okay, you might not agree with that. You might sit from another point of view. Let me know what you think. I'm all good, by the way. And I might be a bit biased because I'm British and I live in Britain, but she's come in, not the other way around. So that's not number one. Oprah should have had a more balanced interview there. That was completely and utterly one-sided. Completely and utterly. Um, Val said, how can one person break a family? Of course one person can break a family. Now this comment is nothing to do with Meghan, but get a narcissist in a nice family, it can break the whole family. Of course one person can break a family. Of course. Okay, so that's number one, because, you know, the relationship between Harry and his father is very strained now. Now, some of you might say there's other things at play, and of course there's other things at play. And are the royal family saints? No. But I just— okay, maybe it's not Meghan's fault then. Maybe it's Oprah's. Maybe Oprah should have asked more balanced questions, and maybe Oprah should have strived to have both sides. So, you know, I accept that maybe Oprah should have been more accountable. Let me know what you think about that. But that's the first thing. You know, one-sided information on social media can be dangerous. Okay, the second thing is, if you disagree with someone, don't try and cancel them. She tried to cancel Piers Morgan. In fact, she pretty much succeeded because he basically said that she wasn't telling the truth. He's allowed to say she's not telling the truth if he believes she's not telling the truth. And what gives her the right to try and cancel him? He lost his job over it. Over doing what he believed was speaking freely and truthfully. What gives Meghan Markle the right to try and cancel someone for their point of view and opinion? I don't believe that's her right, and I don't believe it's my right or your right. And you might not like Piers Morgan, and you might like Meghan Markle. I think she— I thought she was really good in Suits. Why doesn't she go back to acting? She's really good in Suits. Hmm. And then the third thing is Well, actually, I haven't even talked about this, but she tried to cancel Joe Rogan as well. Well, she put pressure on Spotify to hold Joe Rogan accountable. So the subtext was, get rid of Joe Rogan, control that situation. We're on Spotify, our brand is associated with Spotify, sort Joe Rogan out. Well, number one, Joe Rogan is allowed free speech. And number two, they got paid tens of millions of pounds for one episode. One episode. So what gives them the right— what gives Meghan the right to try and control Spotify when she's been paid tens of millions for one episode? Absolutely nothing. Nothing. So Meghan, why don't you crack on and record your episodes? I was actually quite looking forward to listening to it. If Spotify paid tens of millions of pounds for content, might be pretty good. Oh, but go Stop criticizing everyone else and trying to cancel everyone else and go and record your own content. Let me know what you think in the comments. Many of you have said you don't really care about the people or whatever, but you should care about the subject. So let me summarize. Some of you have asked, what am I talking about here? I am talking about the fact that Meghan Markle, uh, is behaving in some ways, not always, and I don't know all the information, I can only see what I see, but is in behaving in some ways, I believe, in a way to try and control media and narrative and cancel people. She's not trying to cancel the royal family, but she definitely made them look really bad in front of the whole world. And, um, that was an unbalanced and a biased interview. So number one. Number two is she succeeded in getting Piers Morgan canceled. Even if you don't like Piers Morgan, why should he be canceled for giving his opinion? Number 3, she sort of tried to leverage Spotify to cancel Joe Rogan. Joe Rogan's the biggest podcaster on Spotify. She got paid tens of millions and she's done one episode. So here's the next thing. Do you get paid tens of millions to do no content? Do you get paid tens of millions to do no work? No, you don't, and you shouldn't, and nor should she. So she should just crack on and get her work done. Do what she's been paid to do. So that's what's going on. That's my thoughts. Let me know what you think in the comments. Please hit the share button because this is actually not really about Piers Morgan and Meghan Markle. It's about Piers Morgan has freedom of speech and shouldn't be canceled and shouldn't have been canceled by ITV as long as his speech isn't inciting abuse, hate, and violence, which it wasn't. That's number one. Number two, no one should get paid tens of millions of pounds for offering no freaking value and going around just, you know, making it difficult for a royal family or difficult for Joe Rogan or difficult for Spotify. She's going around making everyone's life difficult, but she's got it fucking easy. That's wrong. People shouldn't get paid for that, and people shouldn't get away with trying to cancel other people. Some of you on here don't disagree with me. That's totally cool. We're going to discuss after this live. I'm going to come in and have a chat with you. I'm not trying to cancel you because you don't agree with me. What gives me the right to do that? And just because you don't like Piers Morgan and you might want him cancelled doesn't mean he should be cancelled. And just because we don't agree with someone doesn't mean we should shut them down and silence them. That's what's going on with the world that's wrong. So no, it's not about Harry and Meghan, and no, it's not about Piers Morgan. It's about your freedom of speech. It's about doing a good job for the money that you're paid to do that good job. Because no one gets paid tens of millions up front unless you're bloody Meghan Markle. She hasn't even done her work and she's too busy messing around with everyone else's. Ability to speak freely or to live their life. So, Meghan, not that you're watching this, but record some freaking episodes and let everyone have their peace and say their piece and let them be. Crack on with that. Let me know what you think in the comments, because right now in the world, your free speech is being challenged. You cannot say certain things, and there are people in power who believe it's their right to be able to cancel other people if they don't agree with them. And more and more you're seeing it— celebrities, mainstream media, they're coming out of the woodwork and trying to cancel people because they don't agree with their narrative, or probably because they're jealous, or, um, you know, some of these individuals who've got free speech have become quite powerful, like Joe Rogan, for example. No one has the right to cancel anyone. And remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything. Thanks for tuning in.
