Mental Health Issues from Soaring Prices đ°

Rob Moore on how UK inflation and cost-of-living crisis are damaging mental health. A survey of 4,011 people found reduced grocery purchases and meal skipping. Moore offers five strategies: don't tie self-worth to net worth, plan for the worst, remember hardship is temporary, ask for help, and find opportunities in high interest rates.

Mental health issues from the soaring cost of living crisis. We must not ignore the potential severity of this cost of living crisis on people's mental and physical health. So I thought I'd do a quick video with 5 things that I think could be very helpful for you if you're struggling with massive inflation, soaring prices, a large reduction in your ability to buy essentials, or that if you have any worry or anxiety, all the media, uh, and how it makes you feel. Um, I thought I'd give you 5 simple things that you can do to take control of how you feel. Now, I just want to tell you, I'm not a trained therapist or psychiatrist, but I am very well qualified in money management. I've written the UK's best-selling book on money called Money. I have a podcast with a quarter of a century of episodes called Money, and I've studied a lot on, um, your mental health and well-being when it comes to money. You know, for example, a lot of people don't think that money and happiness are linked, but they are. Because if you have disposable income at the end of every month, your passion is your profession, you love what you do and you do what you love, and you have enough money to buy freedom and time, then actually that is very linked to happiness and a high mental well-being. So I actually think it's a huge, um, myth that money and happiness are not related, because I think they are. And imagine if you're having to choose between heating and eating, and you're, you're emotionally, um, concerned and pulled around and spun and twisted because of the potential hike in interest rate rises and how they could affect your mortgage. Because of the dramatic increase in the cost of living, and are you able to keep up with that? Whether you're relatively wealthy or you're, you know, working class or you're broke, these can come at you from all angles, and it's hard to be prepared for them. And I want to help you. So there's been a rather large study done on the impact of the soaring cost of living crisis. I wanted to share them with you. So 4,011 people were studied, and more than half are buying fewer groceries, which is going to affect your physical health. Let's be honest, vegetables, fruit, groceries, you know, they're one of the most important things for your physical health. People are now skipping meals, so they're actually eating less food, you know, which is obviously a huge thing. Two-thirds believe the government aren't doing enough to help. So 82% of people are turning the lights off, 70% are turning electrical goods on standby. I mean, they're doingâ these things are making minuscule differences, but they don't really know the things that move the needle and make the bigger difference. They're eating out less, they're not getting takeaways. Well, not getting takeaways might be quite good. They're reducing the amount of food that they buy and probably the quality of food they buy. That's not good because, you know, really good quality organic healthy food without all the pesticides and the steroids in, these are much more expensive. They are much more expensive. So I think it's really important that we educate ourselves and for people to speak out and, you know, talk about what we can do productively and proactively. So by the way, let me know what you think. Is this cost of living crisis affecting you? Do you think the government can do more? And, you know, what measures are you putting in to not just survive but thrive? So number one thing you can do if you get any anxiety aroundâ do you know what, I'm notâ it's not just a cost of living crisis, is it? Because some of you watching my videos are entrepreneurs, some of you are doing all right, all right financially, but when you put the news on and, you know, there's all this doom over and over and over, not just about the soaring cost of living crisis and inflation and fuel and food and energy, but Bankruptcies every day. Revlon have filed for bankruptcy, 90-year-old company. You know, flights are getting cancelled left, right, and center. Wars are being funded by billions. You know, you had lockdowns and COVIDs and Brexits and recessions. It's just a massive barrage of negative media. It's very difficult to keep your mind positive and to stay balanced. And so here are 5 tips that will help you. I'll ask you, please, could you share You know, I always ask you to share, but I don't often state when I think it's really important to share. But you know, I've got 5 things that I think will really help you, so I would encourage and ask you to share. So number 1 is you can't link your self-worth to your net worth. Just because the cost of living is going up and your affordability is going down, it doesn't mean that you're doing anything wrong. It doesn't mean that you're lesser of a person just because you're not yet financially free. Doesn't mean there's something wrong with you, because you are not your money, you are not your bank account, you are not your current, um, crisis or situation when it comes to money. I interviewed someone yesterday who's, you know, very wealthy now, but once, um, 7 years ago he went completely bankrupt. And it's very difficult when you go bankrupt or your money's not good to not take that personally and, and separate your self-worth from your net worth. But actually, your Your self-worth and your net worth can be completely unrelated in that you could be a good person doing good things, you can have some confidence because your financial situation is always temporary, but you are with you forever. So try and disconnect your financial situation from your self-worth, um, knowing that one doesn't have to dictate the other. The second thing is I think you've got to set your expectations. Because I believe that, um, pain exists in, um, an imbalance of expectation versus reality. I.e., the better you expect something to be and the worse it is compared to the better it is, the more unhappy you will feel, the more stressed and anxious you will feel. Let me say that again. Maybe have a little think about that, what I've just said. Um, I believe the greatest amount of pain is in unrealistic expectations, trying to control what you can't control. Expecting something to be better than it is, and it's worse than it is. And the higher you expect it to be and the lower it is, the bigger the gap, the more the pain. So if I said to you 3 or 4 years ago, there's going to be lockdowns, there's going to be this COVID outbreak, uh, costs of living are going to go up massively, the government are going to increase taxes, um, plus get ready, prepare for it, plan for it, it's real, it's coming, expect it. If I was able to say that to you, it would affect you less and trigger you less and cause less anxiety because your expectation is lower and your reality perception is higher. So you've got to expect costs to go up, you've got to expect inflation to go up, you've got to expect the government to do fuck all about it, you've got to expect no one to help you but yourself, you've got to expect this to continue before it gets better, you've got to expect interest rates to rise. And if you're wrong and it's not as bad as you think, You planned for the worst. I love the saying, plan for the worst but expect the best. So your expectations can be positive, but your plans should be realistic. You know, protect the downside, um, you know, before you just go and look at all the upside. Okay, the third thing I think is really important to know: that everything is temporary. Pain is temporary. Inflation is temporary. Soaring cost of living is temporary. Everything is temporary. Mismanagement in government is temporary. So if you're going through some pain, keep going. When it gets hard, you get harder. Don't be bitter, get better. Know that all things are temporary. By the way, unfortunately, good is temporary as well as bad is temporary. But just know that everything is temporary, and if you just keep moving forward through it, it does get better. You know, markets go in cycles. You have booms and busts. You have prosperity and austerity. You know, you have high interest rates, low inflation, high inflation, low interest rates. It's just all cyclical. So I think if you know that everything is temporary and always believing that the future will be better, can be better, but importantly, you do something to make it better, then I think you're more armed. The fourth thing you got to do is ask for help. You know, you've got to get yourself educated. So if your money isn't where you want it to be, whether you are sort of, you know, in debt, or whether you're doing all right and earning all right but your comfort is the enemy of greatness and growth because you're doing just well enough, or you're trapped because you've got fairly good income but you can't leave, you've got a big mortgage, you're stuck in the systemâ whatever your financial situation is, if you want more And if you want better, you shouldn't be too proud to ask. If you're struggling, you shouldn't be too embarrassed to, to reach out, you know, whether that's, you know, help with sort of yourâ the mental side of it, where maybe you want to get a therapist, or, you know, you want some sort of mental health guidance. And, you know, make sure that you reach out to the professionals for that. Like I said, I'm not a trained psychiatrist or therapist, so just letting you know that. But there are plenty of people out there that that can help, that are Samaritans Mind, etc. You can always reach out to them. But asking for help is a strength, not a weakness. Now, I was having a good chat for, what, 3 hours nearly with Russell Kane yesterday, um, and he's got Man Baggage, a podcast. He's a comedian and pretty famous guy, and he was saying that, um, you have to ask men 5, 6, 7 times because they will not open up. You know, they'd ratherâ you know, they don't want to lose pride. It's not just a man thing, of course, but generally if a woman reaches out for help, all of her friends will rally around her and support her, whereas generally a man won't even ask for help. And men just sort of laugh and fob things off, and you have to keep asking and asking. Or if you think a man you know is struggling, keep pushing and pushing and, you know, chase them down and check and check and check. Um, but asking for help is not a sign of weakness, it's a sign of strength. Um, also get yourself educated. So you cannot master what you do not measure. Uh, and, um, so when you measure your moneyâ and, um, ignorance is not bliss, it's ignorance. So when you get educated around money, so you're not ignorant, you're educated. And then when you start to measure and track and manage your money then you can master it. But a lot of people aren't doing that. The problem is there's so much fear out there, fueled by the media, fueled by the reality of what's going on in the world. The fear, the anxietyâ this can create sort ofâ it can create blame, it can create a lack of responsibility, hoping someone will save you. But it can sort of freeze you, and you don't know what to do, and you freeze, and you put your head in the sand hoping it will go away. But hope isn't a strategy. Hope doesn't pay the bills. Um, you know, blaming someone else doesn't pay your mortgage, so you've got to get educated. And this is why for the last 16 years I've been helpâ helping educate people, helping them start and scale their business, get better financial education and knowledge. This is why I've got my rob.team financial education platform. This is why I wrote the book Money, why I've got the Money Podcast. And actually, I'm going to give you, um, a free toolkit in a moment to help you educate yourself around money, and not just survive but thrive in this cost of living crisis. Because a lot of people are just saying, oh, save costs, you know, oh, don't have that coffee in the morning, go down KFC and lick people's fingers for lunch, and, you know, walk 78 miles to work a day there and back expecting that that's going to change things. But if inflation is over 10% and all the other things that are going up like food and energy and fuel and raw material, when you add that up, that could be 15-20% a year in It could be 20 to 25% since March 2020 that your actual spending power has gone down and your relative expenses have gone up. And the only strategy of getting out that and not just surviving but thriving is getting good financial education and knowledge, taking responsibility. So the final thing I'm going to share, and I'll do a quick summary, is you've got to see the upside because people are worried about interest rates going up. But if you're a lender or you're a saver, higher interest rates are good. People are worried about high inflation, but if you've got good debt, high inflation is good because it's paying off your debt. If you are actually really struggling now and it's forcing you to start your side hustle, start that eBay business, that Etsy business, that online business, that membership siteâ if the pain has got so bad that it's forced you to start a second business, that's actually a really good thing. So, um, I'm staying over in London, and, uh, you know, I, I come to London once a week, and what I normally do now is batch my podcast. I did 5 hours of podcasting yesterday. I don't want to be organized with my time and efficient with the money because, you know, you need to remortgage your house to get a taxi in London. It's so bloody expensive. So I'm staying here in a hotel. It's not cheap, and we booked out the venues for podcasting, and my guest for today, she canceled, and she canceled less than 24 hours. Now if I did that to flights, I wouldn't get my money back, but I've stayed over in a hotel, I've paid all these expenses, she's fucking cancelled on me, she don't care. And maybe she doesn't even know how much, you know, timeâ by the way, my time lost not workingâ but I've got to see the upside in it because what can I do? I can't change it. So what's the upside? I'll do some content, I'll get up earlier in the hotel, I'll do more work, I'll maybe meet up with a friend for lunch, um, I'll maybe create some content here, I'll maybe see if someone who we'd booked for a podcast, but, and we haven't yet confirmed, maybe they can fill the gap. And there's an upside in everything. The upside in high inflation is your good debt is getting paid down. The upside with high interest rates is if you're a saver or a lender, you're going to earn more money. The upside of pain is you finally take action. You finally say, I've had enough. I've had enough of being broke. I've had enough of getting into debt. I've had enough of the government. I've had enough of the system. I've had enough of not being in control of my life. I'm gonna finally fucking do something about it. And this was me, by the way, on December 15th, 2005, when my dad had a massive nervous breakdown and I was $50,000 in consumer debt. And I hated myself for what had happened to my dad. And the pain hadn't been hard enough up until age 25, 26, even though I'd been raised to be an entrepreneur. But sometimes, finally, you take a step because things are hard. So let me just give you a quick summary, but before I do, I hope you find those 5 tips useful. Would you mind sharing this? Because there's a lot of people struggling. There's a lot of people struggling alone. There's a lot of people that won't ask for help. There's a lot of people that, you know, have great pride in, you know, their reputation, yet their business is struggling financially. You know, they're proud and they want to earn, you know, a living for their family, but they're finding it really hard. That doesn't make them a bad person. It doesn't mean they're failing. It's not easy right now. So please, could you share this? Um, and let's, you know, help as many people as we can. So I'm going to give you some resources now as a gift from me to celebrate, um, you following me. And, you know, look, I've had, um, a decent 16 years in business. I've been fortunate to make good money and become a millionaire in my 20s and a deca-millionaire in my 30s and retire many times. And so, you know, I want to make sure I'm continually giving back. So if you write toolkit in the comments right now, I'm going to give you 6 or 7 financial resources. I'm calling it my digital financial toolkit to help you not just survive but thrive in this cost of living crisis. So if you write toolkit in the chat, I will give you immediate digital and free access. And if you share this, you know, I'll give this, um, digital financial toolkit to 100, 1,000, or a million people. Whoever wants it, you can have it. Um, but what you get in it Um, just write toolkit in the chat and we'll reply and send you the link. You're going to get my, um, up to 30 ways to save up to half your salary a year in costs. Look, I don't want to focus on costs, I want to focus on, um, making money. Because by the way, tightening your belt and saving your costs is not as easy. It's much harder to save 10% of your living costs than it is to make 10% of your salary on top. But I'm going to help you do both. So I wrote this deep dive up I wrote this deep dive article for a mainstream media publication in the UK where they asked me to share all the different cost-saving hacks. That is what I did. So there's about 25 to 30 ways you could reduce your expenses and increase your disposable income and that savings. So if you write toolkit, you'll get immediate access to that. You'll also get immediate access to two keynote speeches I did. They were private masterclass courses on building digital assets and creating multiple streams of income. And again, if you write toolkit, you're going to get immediate access to those. I think the redirect gives you access to interviews with billionaires, you know, on my money podcast. And I'm pretty sure there's content digitally downloadable on starting and scaling a business and lots of financial education and knowledge. So if you just write toolkit in the chat, there is no cost, there never will be, for this resource. There's no selling, and I'll even send you weekly an updated Rob's Resources list. What I do every week on a Wednesday, I collate the educational material, whether it's audiobooks, podcasts, articles, videos, YouTube, checklists, all free, and I, I collate them every Wednesday and I send them to you in my Rob's Resources email. So all you have to do is type toolkit in the chat, and you can get free and immediate digital access to that. Um, because I just want to help as many people as I can, because I know some people are struggling. Now, by the way, there's also a great opportunity here, isn't there? If other people are struggling, maybe you can create better products and services. If there's more pain in the world, maybe you can create the solution. Because, you know, really what being an entrepreneur is, is finding all the problems and pains and irritations and frustrations that people have in the world and then solving those, making them easier, faster, better, reducing the friction, increasing the speed and the ease. This is ultimately, you know, we alleviate people's pain. We find the pain, we find the demand of how many people are experiencing this pain, and then we offer the solution. And people pay to alleviate pain. They pay a lot to alleviate pain. Look at the pharmaceutical industry for proof. This is what we do as entrepreneurs. So right now there's a lot of pain in the world. There's a lot of stress and anxiety in the world, therefore there's a lot of upside opportunity. Do you know the information business is a multi-billion dollar business? Do you know I make ÂŁ15 to ÂŁ20 million, best is ÂŁ21 million a year in information and solving people's educational problems? You know, I make millions in real estate solving people's housing and living accommodation problems. So there's a lot of upside opportunity. So if you write toolkit I'll point out some of those upsides to you. Like, for example, I'll give you, um, some good ways to work from home, some good ways to start an online internet business. Maybe you've always wanted to do that, and where's the opportunity? Like, for example, my Rob.team platform. Give me a yes if you're a member of Rob.team, by the way, um, in the comments. Give me a no if you're not yet a member. But my Rob.team, the gap in the market I saw, the pain is people, um, don't have tens of thousands of pounds to pay for courses and masterminds and MBAs and degrees. So it's only the cost of a large coffee a month. The other pain that they have is being able to access the information really quickly. Well, it's all immediately consumable, consumable online in Rob.team. The other pain they have is sometimes information is very technical or overwhelming, or there's a massive information out there, so they just end up procrastinating and getting confused. So my content is very linear on Rob.team. You get a masterclass every 10 days. It's on one specific thing. And every Thursday we update the, um, the Rob.team platform with information and education on starting a business and scaling a business, on getting better financial education and knowledge, on monetizing your content, your information, on finding the best business opportunities, on investing and building digital assets, you know, setting up your income and your information business and taking your share in this multibillion-dollar market. I think it's the third biggest market in the world, information. So Rob.team is only the cost of a large coffee a month. You can cancel anytime. That's another pain, um, you know, people don't want to spend thousands up front for information they're not yet sure is going to work for them, or from someone they're not yet sure they know, like, or trust. So what I've tried to do is remove all this pain and create these solutions. And I believe when it comes to financial education and knowledge and starting your scale, starting and scaling your business, I believe Rob.team is a great solution. And you can go and join right now, by the way, if you want, if you're not already. If you wrote no in the comments or you're not a member, just open a new page, just type in Rob.team. Now I will be increasing the service. I can see some of you are saying no, not yet, or you're going to join soon. Go open a page right now, do it now, because um, maĂąana never comes, tomorrow never comes. If it's not now, it's never. So if you just open a page, you just type in rob.team, you can gain instant access. The next phase of me building rob.team is to build an app and make the actual user interface really super slick and easy, you know, maybe like some of these massive apps online that have got billions of, um, you know, capital to invest. Now, I wanted to wait till I had many thousands of members and I had some good money to reinvest, because if you think about it, less than aâ less than a large Starbucks a month, I'd have to have tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of members to be able to plow the money back in to actually build an app. But I'm actually, um, on theâ on a mission to do that now. I'm going to build an online app And there's going to be in-stream, in-app livestream functionality. It's going to be decentralised away from being able to be cancelled from all the other media platforms. There's going to be a live feed where you can engage with me in my Rob.team platform, because at the moment, even though it's a hand-built platform, it's not really fully intuitive on apps. So that'll be the next stage, to remove the friction, to solve that problem and that pain. So what entrepreneurs do is they continually solve problems and pains. And, and they get paid for that. And, and that's how it works. You know, SpaceX is solving the problem of us ruining the planet and maybe inhabiting Mars, and Tesla is solving the problem of fossil fuels with electric cars. So yeah, if you join rob.team, open a new page right now and just type in rob.team. I can solve your entrepreneurial problems, I can solve your income problems. Well, obviously you've got to take action. It's not get rich quick, it's get rich long. But my education and information and access and community, um, we can solve those issues that have not yet starting or scaling your business, not having masses of money to invest, not knowing how to invest or what to invest in, not knowing how to convert information into income, passion into profit, and content into cash flow. I can solve and help solve, and that can give you accountability. 'Cause you know, look, people criticise and troll me all the time for how I am, and this is me and this is who I am, and you know, I am me. But one thing you know I am is I'll get in your face and I will get you accountable, and I won't listen to your bullshit, and I'll get in your face of your excuses and I'll get them out of the way. And you know I'm consistent and I show up all the time. And if you want a bit of a flavour, a feel of that, some of that to rub off on you, so you can create multiple streams of recurring income, build digital assets, um, you know, make money making a difference, passion into profit, work from home but do it and make, make profit, then go and join Rob.team. It's R-O-B.T-E-A-M. In a new page, you can sign up now. It's quick and easy and frictionless. You can immediately access 3 years' worth of courses. You can cancel anytime, and it's just a large coffee. Something to think about there. So there's a lot of mental health issues in the world right now when it comes to the cost of living crisis. Fuel, energy, raw materials, food, travel. It's all just going up. And, um, someone has put in 3 tabs of LSD. That is not the solution. That is a temporary fix to a long-term solution. But I shared 5 things that I thought could really help you, sort of just to help with maybe anxiety or mental health issues or negative emotions from what's going on in the world. Number 1 is don't link your self-worth to your net worth. Because you are with you for the rest of your life, but your pain and your financial struggles are always temporary. And, you know, being broke is always temporary, and you can always turn it around. The second thing is you've got to set your expectations and make sure that you're not expecting things to be better than they are. And all the bad things that are happening right now, if you expect them and plan for them and expect the worstâ no, hope for the best but expect the worst. Hope for the best but plan for the worst. That's actually a good strategy, because hope is not a strategy. The third thing you can do is know that everything that's painful is always temporary. By the way, everything that's blissful is always temporary too. That's why Viagra works. Not saying I've got any experience. Um, I went to get migraine tablets yesterday and there's fucking loads of Viagra next to it. Hmm, that's solving a pain for people, isn't it? There you go. See, this is how business works. But know that everything is temporary. Pain is temporary. And if you're inâ if you're If you're in pain, just know if it gets hard, you're going to get harder. Don't be bitter, be better. If you're going through hell, keep going. Number 4, ask for help. You must reach out. Don't be too proud to reach out, especially us men. We're too proud and we're not as good at reaching out and asking for help. And we're not as good at sensing when our male friends are struggling. When you've got to keep asking, are you okay, are you okay, over and over and over. The male ego is pride there, and it can be good and it can be bad. Make sure you get educated. That was my fourth tip as well. I believe the single one ofâ like, look, if you think about it, health, wealth, and happiness, surely that's what we all want. And people who say money doesn't make you happy, they've never been rich. I believe we all want health, wealth, and happiness, don't we? So surely health, wealth, and happiness are the three things that we should study the most, learn about the most. And I always find it fascinating that people spend ages learning about conspiracy and everything that's going on in the world and everyone who, you know, who's trying to screw us over, but they're not learning anything about health, wealth, and happiness. So when you get educated on health, wealth, and happiness, you have more health, wealth, and happiness. And you know, my mission over the last 16 years is to help people get better financial education and knowledge. That is what I'm born to do. That is what I want to help you to do. And this is why I'm giving these financial resources free if you write toolkit for, um, some startup financial um, digitally downloadable resources like how to save up to half your salary in costs and how to build digital assets and how to create online income streams. If you write toolkit in the chat, I'm giving those resources for free. But if you want to go that next level and, and step up and be more committed and more accountable, and you actually do want to start a side hustle, you want to start a second income stream, you want to, you know, be a content creator, earn on social media, you want that autonomy and freedom, you want to be able to work from your laptop anywhere in the world like I can and do, Then, um, if you go to rob.team, that's just the next level up if you're a bit more serious. It's only the cost of a large coffee. By the way, to subscribe to rob.team is a third of what it costs to subscribe to the basic Netflix platform. I mean, go figure, Netflix have got 210 million users, rob.team's got 5,000 users. You can literally die slowly, dumbing your brain into mush, if you watch the wrong kind of stuff on Netflix. For 15 a month, whereas you can learn, earn, and invest in Rob.team for 5 a month. So why, why is everyone not on this video subscribing to Rob.team? Because you're all subscribing to Netflix. So open a new page, type in Rob.team if you want that next level up education. You know, if you get overwhelmed with free stuff, you know, because free advice is worth every penny, but when you pay, you pay attention. You know, if you've downloaded a digital a zillion ebooks and you've got a million books to read, um, and you follow a load of people and all this free stuff's overwhelming you, go and join Rob.team. Go and focus it a bit more in a straight line to actually get results. Um, and then the fifth tip I shared to help with your mental health is there's always an upside to every downside. Things are going hard for you, maybe you finally got enough pain to start a business. You know, if you're struggling, maybe you're finally now motivated, you're going to take that decision. Um, if you've lost a bit of money, maybe that creates the, the pain and the hunger to go and make it back and more. Um, so yeah, I hope this has been useful to you. Um, thanks for tuning in. Would you mind sharing? Because maybe 3 years ago, I did a lot of content on opening up about mental health, especially for entrepreneurs, especially for males. And I got a lot of great feedback for it, and I did quite a lot of it because I thought it was important. And then through lockdown, when that happened, I started a lot on that as well. But I've not really talked or opened up much about the mental health side of business and life and money, um, and, you know, the cost of living crisis that we're in. And I think it's a really important dialogue to start. You know, when lockdown happened, I was fucking scared. I had to sit in a kitchen with my MD and my business partner. We had at the time, I think, 85 staff, and we had to basically goâ we gotâ we had a spreadsheet with all their names in and we have to go keep, let go, let go, redundant, keep, let go, let go. And we basicallyâ like, one of your worst nightmares in a business is if you've got a load of staff is have to lay a load of them off, because that's justâ I'm a bit soft, and, um, I was scared, and I didn't know what was going to happen because, you know, we had nearly a million overhead a month at that time. Now, it just so turns out that furlough came in, we brought all of them back, we kept virtually every one of our staff members. I'm so proud of that. I mean, actually, I saw a load of upsides, and it wasâ in many ways, it disrupted some of the things in our business that needed to be disrupted. Like, I was doing ÂŁ15-20 million a year worth of courses, and I think we were doing 850 training days a year, and I wasn't doing any online courses because I'd made myself believe that they weren't as good as face-to-face courses. And then lockdown forced me to have to do online courses, and now my online brand and the amount of online courses I've gone I do is, I don't know what, 10, 20x. It's not hard to 10, 20x from not much. So that was a real upside in the lockdown, but I was scared because I'd never seen it before. And you know, Revlon, a 90-year-old company going bust, airlines going bust, massive corporations going bust. So if a business goes bust right now or goes into financial hardship with the soaring cost of living crisis, the soaring taxation, the crazy, um, you know, months that were in lockdown, there's nothing to be embarrassed about. It's nothing to be ashamed about. It's fucking hard. Um, and so I think it's important to open up about that and be honest about that. So thanks for tuning in. I hope you find all this content useful and my content useful. Would you mind sharing the video? And remember, if you want those free financial resources, digitally downloadable, type in the word toolkit. And if you want that next level, it's only the cost of a large coffee a month. When all is said and done, more is said than done. Talk doesn't cook rice. To know and not to do is not to know. To be honest, I'd rather if you just watch me every day and take no action I'd rather you unfollow me. I don't want you to unfollow me, but you know, you've got to get in the game. You can watch football from the stands on the side of the pitch, but you'll never know what it's like to play unless you, you know, put your kit on and go play the game. And getting your kit on and going and playing the game is what Rob.team will help you to do.
