So a national emergency has just been declared by the government. When I first saw this national emergency, I was worried that it might be something to do with Ukraine, Russia, and the war, and thankfully it's not. But it is a national declared emergency, and this is actually the first time this has happened, and it's a red alert heat warning. Now, one I saw this and found out what it was, a red alert heat warning, I thought, could it really be that serious? But actually, um, it's my job to, um, do useful and meaningful things with my platform and use my platform for good. So it's really important that we heed this and that you share this video. So, um, the entire UK is under a state of red alert national emergency because next week, um, the temperatures are going to rise to 40 degrees C, which is also 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Now, um, okay, many people will say, well, you know, that's nice, but actually it's likely that many people will die in this extreme heat, and it has been declared as a red alert national emergency by the UK government. Um, so I'm going to just share with you some things to watch out for. Please share this. Um, Leona said a load of shit, get on with it. This is not a load of shit. It's funny, I just basically talk about real things that are going on in the world, and some people think it's a load of shit. What if you're, um, older? Or, um, you know, what if your car breaks down? Um, what if you don't take proper precautionary measures? Dexter said it's summer. Yeah, but the UK has never seen 40 degrees C or 104 degrees Fahrenheit. You know what us Brits are like. As soon as it's above like 10 degrees, we're like, way out in the sun. We forget the sun cream, we don't hydrate properly. You know, the cars will, um, overheat. High, um, overheat animals. Exactly, what about your animals? So, um, I think it's important. People are always saying to me, Rob, use your platform for good. So this is what I am doing. So it's— it— look, the UK have declared it a national emergency. They wouldn't do that if they didn't think it was serious. And yeah, okay, some other countries like Dubai are usually 40 degrees, but you know, they have siestas and they don't go out in the day and they know how to handle it. Us UK Brits, we do not know how to handle it. And actually, look, apparently, look, this is what the UK government have said. Stop having a go at me. It means there's a risk to life and daily routines will need to change. Schools are being shut. Apparently London, Manchester, York are the biggest at risk. So there you go. So do hit the share button. Let's warn everyone. The UK are not set up for this. Yes. So, um, speed restrictions on railways London, Manchester, York at major risk. Some schools will close early. Hospital appointments will have to be canceled. Roads will have sand, um, gritters to reduce the melting. The RAC have been warned that more cars will overheat. Um, illness and death will occur even among the fit and healthy. So this could be a thing. Well, look, if you plan and prepare, you should be fine. If you don't, you could definitely affected. So it's funny because, you know, when I talk about money and wealth, oh, I'm just talking about money, Rob just loves money, use your platform for good. And then when I raise money for charities and use my platform for good and, you know, talk about giving you a fair warning about what has been declared a national emergency, some people are like, oh, it's just summer. Don't say I didn't let you know. So hit the share button, warn as many people as possible. Um, oh Rob, come on, get real. People at greater risk from heat-related illness include infants and children. Well, exactly. So should I not use my platform for good to share positive messages, to warn people about real shit going on in the world? And yeah, exactly, at least it's not nuclear bomb action. Alicia called me a weirdo. Thanks for your feedback. Rather be individual and unique than the same as everybody else. Someone said it's 46 degrees in Portugal. Yeah, but it's always hot there, they're used to it. So you have been warned, you have been warned. The UK have declared a state of emergency, a red alert warning. Don't shoot the messenger. Do you know what? Some of you, look, I like the fact that you don't get too much affected by, um, bad news. I like a lot of these comments, but some of you, like, come on, you've got to get real. Yeah, oh well, there'll be no COVID. Oh well, that war's only going on in Russia and Ukraine, it won't affect us. This shit does affect you, in my humblest of opinion. I love a bit of ding dong banter with the critics, trolls, haters, punks, and wankers. And by the way, a lot of the time the criticism is fair, but get your facts straight first. But anyway, um, it's all good. There's a national emergency in the UK.
