Netflix Income Model Exposed

Rob Moore breaks down Netflix's subscription model into six steps anyone can use to build a membership business in any niche. Start with passion, pick a platform like Patreon, create premium content, charge at least $10 with tiered pricing, and promote daily across multiple channels. He shares mistakes he made, like underpricing and launching on the wrong platform.

front of me. Now, Netflix model exposed. I'm fortunate enough that I got to know the founder of Netflix over the last couple of years, and Netflix obviously are huge. Netflix broke Blockbuster. Netflix have 205 million users. Netflix obviously, um, have a huge streaming platform. And because I'm fortunate enough that I know the founder of Netflix and I've been able to ask him for lots of advice, um, I'm going to share with you the inner workings of the Netflix business model, and I'm going to show you how you can build your own version of Netflix. Now really, OnlyFans, people who have OnlyFans, and you know, they wear the tight leggings up their butt and they, they, they use other assets. That is entertainment in that industry. And Netflix, um, the founder of Netflix, he told me that Netflix aren't really competing with other subscription models. They're competing for people's entertainment. They're competing for people's time. So, um, my question to you is, do you have your own subscription platform? Because you could say that my Rob.team platform, it is the Netflix of information. You could say that OnlyFans is the Netflix of other assets that are leveraged. But what I'm going to do for you, I'm going to use my subscription members platform, Rob.team, as a case study, and I'm going to share with you what the founder of Netflix has told me about how they built the biggest subscription platform in the world. Now, I believe there are 6 elements to building your own version of Netflix. I'm going to share some of the mistakes I made building my own version of Netflix, and then, and then let's see where we go from there. So Step 1, I've broken this down into 6 Ps, and, um, there's 6 steps to building a 6-figure or a 7-figure or an 8-figure or a 9-figure subscription platform. And the first P is passion into profession. The second P is platform. The third P is premium. The fourth P is pricing. The fifth P is pitch, and the sixth P is promo. Now stay with me to the end of this little mini masterclass if you want to be able to gain access to a recording and further information on this, because I don't know if you can take notes. So let me say it again. The 6 steps, the 6 Ps of building your own version of Netflix is: 1, your passion into your profession. Your niche, you could say. Number 2 is the platform. Number 3 is the premium. Number 4 is the pricing. Number 5 is the pitch. And number 6 is the promotion, the promo. Okay, now I'll use Rob.team as a case study, and I'll share with you what the founder of Netflix told me, um, has really worked for them in disrupting Blockbuster. Being pretty much solely responsible for making Blockbuster go under. Okay, so passion into profession. So the Netflix content model is entertainment— documentaries, films, series— is entertainment. So their niche is entertaining people. My passion into profession— I, I— you could say that Rob.team is the Netflix of entrepreneurial content. I've got thousands of members. I haven't got millions of members like Netflix, but entertainment is a broader niche than, um, information and entrepreneurial education. But you could say that Rob.team, it is the Netflix, uh, for entrepreneurs. So my niche is to help start and scale up entrepreneurs get better financial education and knowledge, create multiple streams of recurring income, uh, building digital assets, leveraging the creator economy, and monetizing their personal brand. So within entrepreneurship, there's 7 or 8 different mini niches within my niche, and that is my passion turned into profession. I love what I do, and I do what I love, and I turn that into members content on rob.team. Now, people sometimes say to me, but yeah, Rob, I don't have a niche, or yeah, Rob, you know, I don't know if people would take my niche seriously, I don't know if my passion is or can be a profession. Well, it absolutely can be. There's very famous niches in fishing, in— a mortician has a very, um, successful podcast called Death in the Afternoon. Um, there's a niche where someone just talks about the unusual history of garden gnomes. Now sometimes the more tight the niche, the better, because it's easier to attract people. So that's the first P— turn your passion into your profession, and that is the theme of your content. Okay, the second P is platform. Now Netflix initially launched their own And then they partnered with Amazon Web Services, AWS, and actually Netflix is hosted on Amazon, not their own platform. Now you need a platform. Now on rob.team, I actually built my own platform. I did what Netflix did at the start, and I'll be developing that out so I can add new tools and features. And then what I'll do is I will create my own white label platform like Patreon, so then I can launch that and offer people who want to build their own subscription platforms a white labeling platform service, a bit like Amazon have done for Netflix. That's my long-term software play. But you should do what Netflix do, I believe, because if it's good enough for Netflix, it's good enough for you. Don't bother setting up your own platform yet unless you've got a bigger play like I have at Rob.team. And I recommend that you join on another platform, like Netflix use Amazon. Now the platform I recommend, and I don't have any affiliation by the way, but I recommend Patreon. There's OnlyFans, Kajabi, Patreon, there's Facebook Supporters. There's all sorts of e-learning platforms. The reason I like Patreon is because it's non-native. So Facebook Supporters is only on Facebook, for example. It's non-native. Now the risk with, um, Netflix is what if Amazon changes policy, shuts them down? I know they shut Parler down inadvertently, or or not. So, um, if you have a non-native platform like Patreon, i.e., it's not hosted on a social media platform, then of course you are protected from, um, cancel, deplatform, security breach, or the reliance on an individual social media channel. Now, I said I'd share my mistakes as well as my wins. When I initially launched Rob.Ting By the way, you can join. It's only the cost of one cup of coffee per month. And remember, if you want the Netflix of entrepreneurship and business and creating multiple streams of recurring income, then I would join Rob.team. Now, when I launched Rob.team 3 years ago, I actually launched it on Facebook's Supporter Program. And the great thing about it was I had a lot of Facebook, um, followers. It's really easy to sign up for Facebook Supporters on Facebook. I had good reach on Facebook. But over time, the algorithms change, your reach goes down. Facebook can play with your reach, they can cancel you, they can deplatform you. And if that happens, you're left with— I mean, I've got thousands of supporters on Facebook, but I'm not in control of how I can communicate with them or my reach to them. I remember doing Facebook Lives to my Facebook supporters. I've got thousands of members. Sometimes it'd only be 40 or 50 people. On the live. So I'm not in control of the reach and the connection and the access. So I probably should have set up on Patreon, but I didn't. So don't make my mistake. Nothing wrong with Facebook and Facebook supporters, it's just only really good if you are only driving members and users from Facebook onto it. So I recommend you, uh, set up on Patreon. I don't have an affiliate link, I'm not an ambassador. They They should be paying me millions because I've sent thousands of people to Patreon. But hey, look, I just like shouting out platforms I think are good, um, so there's no ulterior motive. I'm not going to earn from this, but we've tested them all. We haven't tested OnlyFans because I didn't want to be branded as that kind of creator. I don't have those kind of assets. I have a lot of financial assets. I don't have those other assets. But it's entertainment. Now, information can be entertainment, and entertainment could be information, or entertainment and information can be distraction. So the second P is platform. The mistake I made was launching on Facebook Supporters. Netflix built their own, and then they partnered with, um, Amazon. And I recommend you use an independent platform like Patreon. Now, I've built my own, rob.team, because I have the longer-term software play The, um, I mean, I've got thousands of members at Rob.team, and one of the reasons is it's only the cost of a cup of coffee per month. It's £3.49. It's not even 5— no, it's 5, £5 or $5. It's virtually nothing. Um, but what I'm going to do in the future, like I said, is I'm going to create a Patreon on Rob.team where you can essentially set up your own account and we take care of all the platform, the hosting, the payment gateways, etc. So I'll move into that as I grow my membership. Now, if you want to learn, or, or even easier than learning, if you want to copy, um, how to build your own subscription platform easily, quickly, and for virtually no money, just go and join rob.team because you can basically copy what I do. Um, leverage the traits of the greats, as my mentor said. And look, I'm not saying I'm great, but since 2010 I've had membership sites and subscription platforms. I've had tens of thousands of members. I've made millions of pounds, and I only charge people £5 or $5. So you can see how many members you can end up building from that. So like I said, my platform is rob.team. Now, if you're just tuning in, what I'm doing here is sharing with you what I believe to be probably the single best revenue-generating recurring income stream for 2022. And what I'm doing is I'm unpicking and exposing the Netflix business model. Because I know the founder of Netflix. I've interviewed him twice on my podcast. I've had this— I've had discussions with him. He was the keynote speaker at the Recurring Income Summit. And it's really fascinating when you look on the Netflix journey. And if you copy the Netflix journey, you can become the Netflix of your niche. And if you join Rob.team, you can copy Rob.team to expedite your— to make it quicker, easier, um, and a lower cost to build your own subscription platform. So Netflix model of passion profession is entertainment, and mine is, um, entrepreneurship. The platform Netflix uses is Amazon's, and the platform you should use is Patreon's. Number 3, the 6 Ps. Passion into profession is the first P. Platform is the second P. Premium is the third P. Pricing is the fourth P. Pitch is the fifth P. And promo is the sixth P. So the third P is premium, and premium is essentially the content that you're gonna put behind the paywall, the content that they can't get anywhere else. So Netflix don't give their content out on YouTube for free, and you should have content in your subscription platform that only the subscribers can get. And this is called premium content. Now, some people worry about, oh, what should I put behind the scenes? Uh, and, um, you know, how much commitment do I have to put in to create this premium content? Well, what I've done at rob.team is created 5 different types of content. But what I want to do is I want to finish on that and come back to that because it's a little bit more detailed. So we'll come back to premium and the 5 types of content. Make sure you stay till the end because I'm going to reveal those. I've also got, um, a gift for you, so make sure you stay to the end. I'm celebrating the 6-year anniversary of my podcast. So we'll come back to premium and the 5 types of premium. Okay, number 4 is pricing. This is an easy one. I made a mistake when I launched rob.team. I only charged £5/$5. Now the benefit to you is you can get in for the cost of a cup of coffee per month at rob.team. The link is at the top, by the way, rob.team. So essentially, you benefit from my mistake, because if you think about it, to pay or invest £5 or dollars to get 10 pieces of premium content a month, 2 deep dive live masterclasses a month, community access, challenges, and live events and Zoom masterminds, it's a bargain. But I realized when I initially set it up 3 years ago through Facebook— you know, I told you I launched on Facebook Supporter Program— well, they actually locked me in, and I made a mistake, and I committed in at $5, and now I can't up it. Well, I can now, actually. 3 years later, they allow you to up it. But what it means is it cancels all your existing subscribers. So I'd lose thousands of subscribers and have to resubscribe everyone up at more money. And I'm not prepared to do that, to lose all those subscribers. So here's my lessons that you can learn vicariously through me. Leverage my mistakes. Do not charge less than $10 or £10, basically a tenner, unless it's in rand because that's a lower version of currency, or the Zimbabwean currency. But in pounds or dollars, charge minimum £10. And the reason you do that is because if people can't be bothered or afford or make the commitment or the investment in themselves to pay $10 a month, they're probably not worth having. Just being honest, just being honest. Uh, so I recommend your pricing starts at $10, and I recommend you have 3 levels. So a $10, a $50, and $100, or a $10, a $50, and a $500, or a $10, $100, and $1,000. Now, mistake number 1 I made was launching on a native social media platform. Mistake number 2 I made was charging too little. Mistake number 3 I made was I gave too much away on the lower entry price point. So again, I'm going to share with you at the end of this the 5 pieces of premium content I give away that you get for just £5 or $5 a month at rob.team. And like I said, the 3rd main mistake I made is I gave too much away at the lower level. And what it meant was it meant I couldn't really launch any higher subscription levels because I'd given so much away in the entry level. Because I'm British, I want to give maximum value. I don't want to be, um, coming across as all salesy and just wanting to take money off you. So what I tend to do is give too much. It's a bit of a British trait. Well, it's a good person's trait as well, but Um, but yeah, these are the 3 major mistakes. And you know, if you join rob.team right now, I'm gonna pin the link at the top. You can essentially learn from my mistakes, leverage my mistakes, and you can grow your platform probably quicker than I did. You can probably get, um, more money than I did in less time than I did by learning from my mistakes. You will become a black belt in martial arts way quicker if you learn from a black belt than if you try and learn it all yourself. Fact, absolute fact. You will heal much quicker if you go to a doctor rather than you try and diagnose yourself on Google. Fact. So do yourself the favor and join rob.team and learn from me. And I've learned from 12 years experience of building subscription platforms, tens of thousands of members, millions of pounds and dollars generated. But even better than that is I learned from Netflix. Netflix have 205 million users that they make me look like a a maggot, a quark, an atom in the universe, whereas Netflix are a blooming galaxy. But I learned from them. Okay, so I'm going to come back to what you can add in the different levels, and I'm going to come back to the 5 different types of content that I believe you can put into your platform to make it awesome, to make people stay for years, years and years and years. And to make it not overwhelming for you. Because some people are, oh Rob, it's overwhelming, all this content I've got to keep doing consistently, it's a lot of commitment, I don't have time. I can bust all of that for you. Okay, number 5 then of the, of the 6 Ps. Reminder of the 6 Ps to building your own subscription platform like Netflix. Um, exposing the Netflix business model. Passion into profession, number 1. Platform, number 2. Premium, number 3. Pricing, number 4. Pitch is number 5. So how do you get new members? Well, that's the promotion, but what's your pitch? What is your actual pitch? This is how you'll, um, attract new members. Now, whether you create really good trailer videos or whether you've got a little script, um, but the more tight the pitch, the more members you'll get. Now, I'm going to have a bit of fun here. This might not work, and I could make myself look like a a twat in front of a lot of people. But let's give this a go because I want to test my skills and have a bit of fun with you. So I'm going to do a bit of a live demo if we can get a weird niche. So, um, all of you that are here now watching live, let me know if you think you've got a bit of a nichey niche, or you've got a weird niche, or what you teach is a bit non-standard, or you think it's not a big market. Put in the comments right now what your niche is. I'm going to pick a random one that maybe is a bit non-standard, if you like, and then what I'm going to do is a little demo pitch for you as a— just as a little bit of a, um, a, a bit of fun, I suppose, um, but b, to show you that it's not as hard as you think to create the pitch. So stick in the comments what your niche is. Cars, family, martial arts, tuition, we've got coming in here. Okay, cool, cool. Papercrafting. Um, gnomes. Oh my God, I was hoping someone wasn't gonna say that. So I told you that there's a podcast, a niche called The Unusual History of Garden Gnomes, right? I can't make a big claim that I can create a pitch in any niche and then pick an easy niche. Detailing of cars. Busy mums monetizing their wardrobe. Music. International photo crew. Cooking and STEM with children, indoor hand gliding. Yeah, you're just winding me up there. Gluten-free restaurant, personal development. We've got them all coming in. Careers in marketing, right? By the way, oh, anxiety and menopause, beauty, fashion. By the way, spirituality. All of these niches work, every single one, I'm telling you. Right, are you ready for a live demo? Here we go. Oh my life, I'm going to pick the hardest one. So imagine that I have content on the history of garden gnomes. That's the niche. I do podcast lives and Clubhouse rooms, um, and I do social media content on the unusual history of garden gnomes. Okay, are we ready? Let's do this. I'm a little bit nervous, right? Thank you for being a loyal subscriber and following my work on the Unusual History of Garden Gnomes podcast. Now I have an exciting special announcement for you. As a loyal community member and subscriber to the Unusual History of Garden Gnomes, I've just launched a brand new membership area for our community, and I've got a special discount and some special bonuses if you go to gnomes.club right now. So if you join right now at gnomes.club, just for $5 a month, the price of a large coffee, here's what you'll get. You'll get one premium piece of content every week on the unusual history of garden gnomes. I'll interview collectors of garden gnomes, and I'll go back into the history of the lineage of garden gnomes. I'm also going to do a deep dive masterclass, 2 to 3 hour course, on collecting your garden gnomes and setting up your unusual garden gnomes business. We also have an amazing community, so we've got other collectors and, and geek-out passionate garden gnome collectors that you can connect with and meet up and buy and sell and exchange your garden gnomes with. We also do quarterly live meetups, so I bring in some specialist experts in the research and the history of garden gnomes to do deep dive masterclasses with you. And every year as well, we do a little challenge: who can find the most unusual garden gnomes? Who can find the most valuable garden gnomes? And we do prizes and giveaways, and you get all of those 5 elements for just $5 a month. So if you go right now to gnomes.club and come and join the Unusual History of Garden Gnomes community and grab that special offer right now before I up the price in the future, it would be a pleasure to serve you more and to get you in the community. Uh, you know, at gnomes.club. All right, so if anyone's just tuned in, they're thinking, what the What the fuck is Rob talking about? So what I just did there was a demo live pitch imagining that I had a niche called The Unusual History of Garden Gnomes. Now, of course, I know absolutely nothing about gnomes, and I had to completely wing it there. But what I did in that niche— sorry, in that pitch— was I followed a little model. So I'm going to share the model with you now. Number 1 is you have a smart URL or short link which makes it easy to join. So mine is rob.team, R-O-B dot T-E-A-M. Now, I don't teach you about the unusual history of garden gnomes at rob.team. I teach you how to start and scale your business, get better financial education and knowledge, create multiple streams of recurring income leverage the creator economy to create multiple income streams from social media. Turn your passion into your profession, your content into cash flow, your information into income. So that's my niche. So what I did was I, I made up a URL, gnomes.club. So you need an easy way to join. So that was the first thing. The second thing is I actually made up 5 different types of content. So I said on the third P, premium, there are 5 main types of content I share on rob.team. And I actually use that as the, the foundation for the made-up pitch I did. So these 5 types of content you should set up— excuse me— on, um, your subscription platform, which I used as the basis for the pitch. By the way, Arash has just, um, set up his club. So Arash is a member of rob.team and he's just set up his own club. So well done, Arash. Um, you know, people who take action, I love that. Just let me know in the comments if you're a member of rob.team, by the way. I'll shout you out. Uh, now the 5 types of premium content behind the paywall that people pay their $10 a month for are number 1, premium content. So I said Join Gnome Stock Club and you get one piece of premium behind-the-scenes content every single week. Premium content number one. Number two is masterclasses. So I said in the pitch, every once in a— once a month we will, um, do a deep dive live masterclass. The third type of premium content is community, where you, um, will gain access to hundreds or thousands of disruptive entrepreneurs at rob.team or passionate gnome geeks at gnomes.club. Number 4 is challenges. So I said we do a challenge every year in my gnomes.club pitch. Now on rob.team, I do Make Cash Challenges and 10x Your Social Media Following and Monetizing Social Media Challenges. So get this, a quick pause, just gather our breath. I realize there's a lot of com— content here, and I'm sort of— I've got the Netflix model open, I've got the Rob.team model open, and I've got the gnomes.club demonstration pitch open. So take a breath, right? I want to give you some examples of good masterclasses that you can launch. So if you join Rob.team right now, R-O-B dot T-E-A-M, one of the masterclasses you get for free on Rob.team is the 10x Your Social Media Following and Monetization Masterclass. So I actually did a challenge in December called 10x Your Social Media Following. I did 9 modules and 14 hours of deep dive content on the 19 ways to monetize your social media following. Um, 9— 20 ways actually to monetize your social media following. 19 ways to hack your virality and growth on social media. And I did a 9-module, 14-hour course on that only for Rob.team members. Only. No public, just Rob.team. What I've done is I've sent it over Christmas and New Year to my editing team, and they're going to turn it into a 9-module, 14-hour instructional step-by-step visual course. I'm going to sell it for $300 to $500. Um, once I've done a bit of price testing, in probably Feb '22. And if you join rob.team right now, you can get that masterclass course completely for free. So go right now and join at rob.team if you're not already a member, and you will get a $300 to $500 course on 10x-ing your social media following and monetizing it 20 different ways. You will get that completely for free by joining rob.team. Now, um, I learned this from Netflix. So the founder of Netflix said there's two ways— there's two types of content we create. There's content that keeps you in the platform, and there's content that gets you in the platform. So there's the series and the documentaries and the content for the niches in Netflix. And then there's Squid Game, or a movie by Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson. So Squid Game and the movies by Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson are the big masterclass-type pieces of content that get you into Netflix. And then the ongoing content is what keeps you in Netflix. And so I actually modeled this, um, strategy from Netflix. So all the, the weekly premium content you get from me The Ask Me Anything lives only for Rob.team members. The ongoing entrepreneurial information keeps you in Rob.team. But being able to get a $500 10X Your Social Media Following course, which is 9 modules and 14 hours of deep dive content, including 20 ways to monetize social media and how to hack virality That masterclass gets you in. And like I said, if you join now at rob.team, you can actually get that masterclass completely for free instead of paying the $500 when I launch it in 2022. Now, the reason I give you that for free is to, one, reward you for being a member, and two, because it helps me get new members. And I learned that straight out of the Netflix camp from the founder of Netflix. So on rob.team I do 2 pieces of premium content a week, 2 masterclasses a month. There's a massive community of thousands of disruptive entrepreneurs. I do about 4 challenges a year, the Make Cash Challenge and the 10x Your Social Media Following Challenge, and I do live events. So I did the Mindset and Money live event. I had a billionaire keynote speaker, had a $100 million keynote speaker, and we got together and filled out, um, a seminar only for Rob.team members. Now I'm also over the year doing those on Zoom so that I can reach my global audience as well as my local and national audience. So remember I said in premium there's 5 different types of content that you want. There's the ongoing premium content they can't get anywhere else. That might be 30 minutes of how-to deep dive content. I recommend you do that once a week every Monday. Then there's the Deep Dive Live Masterclasses. So on rob.team, there's also the Content Creation Masterclass. There's also my 6-Stage 7-Figure Launch Masterclass, which I sold as a one-off to 550 people at the start of the lockdown and then hid it away. And you can get— by the way, I'm— well, even though I'm doing a demo here, you can actually go and join at rob.team and get this all live for $5 or pounds, the cost of a large coffee, at rob.team. Now I like to do challenges because challenges wake up all the members, challenges get people results. So for example, my Make Cash Challenge, which is coming up in a couple of weeks' time, generally speaking, people earn between £3,000 and £35,000, so £5,000 and $50,000 in 5 days when they follow all the modules and instructions over the 5 to 7 days that I run the Make Cash Challenge. And again, the Make Cash Challenge is like the Squid Game. It gets all the new members in because people want to make money. I always do it in January to give people a kickstart for the new year, and I always do it at the end of Q2 and the start of Q3 to sort of recharge your new year. Okay, and then one final thing I'll leave you with is the, the 6th P, which is promotion. So I'm currently live on Instagram, I'm live on Facebook, I'm live in Clubhouse, and I'm recording a podcast episode for The Disruptive Entrepreneur. So if I own— I mean, I've probably gained dozens of new members from this little talk, I usually do. But let's say, right, let's say only one person joined from Instagram, only one person joined from Facebook, only one person joined from my podcast, and only one person, only one, joined from Clubhouse. Let's say just one. By the way, I've had 1,500 people through this Clubhouse room. I've probably had 1,000 views so far on the Facebook Live, maybe, I don't know, 700 through the Instagram Live. Um, and I, I have millions of subscribers and listeners on my podcast. But let's say I was so absolutely newbie or absolutely useless that I only got one member per platform. That's 4 members today. Let's say I shorten this talk to make it easier, and I did this little talk for 15 minutes once a day. Do you know how much recurring income I'll have in one year if I do a 15-minute talk and a little mini pitch once a day on 4 platforms? The answer is nearly $15,000 a month, or pounds if you do it in pounds. So one talk on 4 platforms. I've done the live demo, so you can literally copy it. I've built the platform for you, rob.team, so you can literally go in and model the platform. One 15-minute talk a day, even if you are rubbish and new, and you've got 4 new members a day, within a year That's nearly $15,000, but it's not with— not $15,000 in a year, it'll be $15,000 a month. And that's how you promo it. You copy my little pitch, which I did earlier, which is step 5, but you're going to need to get the recording to be able to do that. You copy my little pitch. Well, basically, you set up your niche, you set up on Patreon your platform, you do the 5 types of content that I shared with you in the premium. You do your $10, your $50, and your $100 pricing levels. You, you model my pitch but put it in your own niche, and then you do that pitch once a day. You put it on 4 platforms, and you're going to be making this time next year $15,000 a month. Now, if you can afford to walk away right now from $15,000 a month, don't join Rob.team. But if $15,000 a month useful for you would make a good difference in your life, and you like the idea of being able to generate that kind of income from 15 minutes of content a day and probably about 6 hours of content a month actually in your platform— if you like the idea of it, or you at least want to give it a go then I strongly recommend that you join rob.team. R-O-B dot T-E-A-M. The link is at the top on Clubhouse, and I put the link in the comments on Instagram and Facebook. Look, I have to jump now because I've got to go and, um, do some content in the studio. I want to thank you for tuning in. The 6 steps to being a 6 or 7-figure subscription platform host are passion into profession, number 1, platform, number 2, premium, number 3, pricing, number 4, pitch, number 5, and promo, number 6. I have just exposed the Netflix model because I know the founder of Netflix and shared that they use the Amazon Web Server platform. They have 2 types of content. They have their own pricing model, how they get new members, how they keep new members, what their niche is, who they compete with. And I want to say to you that 2022 could be a massive year for you, but you have to take action. Because when all is said and done, more is said than done. To know and not to do is not to know. So I encourage you to, to set up your own subscription platform for 2022. Follow the steps. You know, if you want to be a martial artist, don't go and try and learn it yourself. Don't just get in the ring and get beat up a zillion times. Learn from a black belt. Join Rob Dot Team. I am, I guess, the black belt of the Netflix subscription in the entrepreneurial space, and I'd love to help you go through the grades. You might be white belt now, but this time next year, Rodney, you could be making $15,000 a month from just 4 new members a day from just one 15-minute talk a day. And if you record that talk or go live on multiple channels or make that little, um, pitch that I said, and you— that little pitch demo that I did, if you make your own version of that and you tag it on at the end of your podcast episodes, the end of your YouTube videos, each talk you do on Clubhouse, you just sort of recite it at the end, you could end up getting more leverage and more members and not have to do more content. So that's me over. Thanks very much. I'll see you on Rob.team. I hand over the mic. And remember this: if you don't risk anything, you risk everything.
