Never tell anyone these money secrets ⛔️

Rob Moore says keep three things private: your net worth, specific financial goals, and any inheritance or gifts. Sharing them invites judgment, envy, and unwanted claims. Share your vision publicly, but let results speak for themselves.

Never ever tell anyone these money secrets. When it comes to you and your money, I believe you should keep the following things personal and private to you and maybe a few trusted people. Now, people want your money, they'll judge you on your money, so some things are best unsaid. So I'm going to share 3 top things I believe you should never share and always keep a secret when it comes to your money. Many of the financial gurus out there might be saying different things, but that's okay because everyone is entitled to my opinion. So the first thing I believe that you should always keep a secret when it comes to you and your money is your net worth. My business partner My wife and my accountant have sworn me to secrecy when it comes to my net worth. They've told me to never tell a soul. If you let people know your net worth, then they may judge you, they may want some of your money, they may gold dig on you, the, the government and the HMRC might be after you. So never tell anyone your net worth. I think generally speaking, people are in two camps who've got money. They either never tell you their net worth, or they underplay their net worth, or they overplay and over-egg their net worth. Okay, the second thing you should never share— and again, many gurus will disagree with this, but I think this is important— never share your financial goals with anyone. Here's why. Look, if you've got a vision and a mission, you should share that with the world, especially if it's inspiring to others. But actually, people don't care if you want to be a millionaire or a billionaire or how much money you want to make. They'll only get bitter and jealous and envious and want to hold you back. So actually, there's no point sharing the specifics of your financial goals. If you want to be a millionaire, great, keep it to yourself, work busy and hard behind the scenes, and let your results do the talking. Now, like I said, there's a big difference between sharing your vision. So for example, my vision is to help as many people on this planet 'Get better financial education and knowledge.' And I think most people will probably relate to that or think that that's useful or inspiring or valuable. But if I said, 'I want to be a billionaire in my lifetime and I'm never going to stop until I become one,' you're not going to care. That doesn't benefit you. That's not good for you and good for the planet. Um, look, whenever you do share about your financial goals or your net worth, people will want a piece anyway, and they'll probably use you and judge you for your money. Which links me to the third thing that I believe you should keep secret when it comes to your money is any inheritance, any gifts, or any support you've had from others, because people judge you if you've been given help. Now, actually, asking for help is a strength. And why would it even matter if you'd been given an inheritance or loaned some money or helped along the way? We all need that. But if you share that you've had inheritance or gifts or people have supported you, They'll discredit your results. You know, any money that you've got that they think you've got easy, they'll want a piece of. And if you share your financial goals and your net worth and any inheritance and gifts that you've had, you'll probably attract gold diggers, people who want to use you and abuse you. So I would keep those 3 money secrets to yourself. Don't tell anyone else your vision, your mission, your purpose, how you're going to help people, what you're going to do for the world, your product, your service. Shout from the rooftops, tell everyone. But net worth, inheritance, gifts, financial support, financial goals— let your results do the talking. Now here's the thing: do you track your net worth? Let me ask you that. Give me a yes or no in the comments. Do you, um, have financial goals? You know, the amount of money that you'd like to make, um, and the ascending nature of it? Let me know what you think in the comments. Are there any other things you should not talk about when it comes to your money? 'Cause actually there's a lot of things we should be talking around money, because I believe that there's not enough education in schools taught around money. I'm on a mission to change that.
