New Economic Crisis Warning ⛔️

In this YouTube monologue, entrepreneur Rob Moore denounces mainstream media and official economic forecasts that predict a modest recession and inflation returning to 2%. He argues that inflation is actually closer to 15%, that the UK’s £3.1 trillion national debt makes tax cuts impossible, and that the government’s optimistic PR is misleading. Drawing on his 17‑year experience managing 360 rental units and 1,350 tenants, Moore predicts a sharp correction in the UK property market over the next one to three years, followed by a deeper recession or even depression caused by supply constraints from lockdowns. He frames the downturn as an opportunity: cheaper housing, better yields for investors, and the chance to acquire distressed assets. To capitalize, he advises viewers to start side‑hustles or businesses to lower their tax burden and to learn how to source and evaluate property deals. Moore then promotes his membership platform, rob.team, positioning it as a low‑cost (£0.20 per day) mentorship community offering masterclasses, resources, and live sessions on wealth creation, tax reduction, and multi‑stream income. The video ends with a call for comments on whether viewers share his pessimistic outlook and a reminder that “if you don’t risk anything, you risk everything.”

New economic crisis warning. I was shocked by what I'm about to tell you. Now, usually with the mainstream media, you get fear-mongering, but now in the media, many so-called experts in the economy are saying that inflation is going to go down and be nearer 2% than 10%. They believe it's only going to be a mini recession and there's going to be an economic recovery. And that absolutely shocked me because I think that is utter nonsense. Now, I don't want you to think I am a fearmonger. I like to think of myself as a realitymonger. But to me, these so-called economic experts, probably most of them in government using PR spin to make you believe that their policies are good, For example, the Chancellor said, 'We will reduce taxes when we can afford to.' So that'll be never, because the government's in £3.1 trillion of national debt. So you're now all of a sudden getting this nonsense positive spin and PR push. How will inflation get back to 2%? It's currently, what, 10 and a bit percent, and that's what they tell you. But virtually everything that you buy now, you know, has gone up way more than 10%. I mean, think about how much more expensive everything is since lockdown. You know, your cost of living in general. Do you know your cost of living is the worst it's been since the Second World War? Nearly 100 years. Taxes are as high as they've almost been ever. but certainly pushing towards the late '70s, early '80s. Electricity and gas are through the roof. Food's through the roof. So they say inflation is 10, it's probably more like 15, and they're telling you it's going to be going back down to 2 sometime soon and there'll just be a little mini recession. The recession hasn't even properly started yet. Now, all right, that we might officially have had a couple of quarters of negative growth, but the negative growth has been very minimal. Now, Damian has said something here which a few people have said about me. You're always full of good news. Someone called me Victor Meldrew. I'm so grumpy. Someone called me the doom monger of Europe. Actually, no. If you listen carefully and watch to the end of all my videos, there's always a solution. Every downside has an upside. Every challenge has an opportunity. And that's what I've been doing for 17 years. I've been an entrepreneur. I've done more than 150 million in sales. My business soared in the last recession of 2008, and actually the last 3 months in my business have been some of the best 3 months we've ever had in business. So I'm just a reality monger, and if you just see all this doom and gloom, what that means is you're not seeing the upside. But what I believe you have to do is look at what the government say and do, and do the opposite. So here's my very short version, um, What I think is going to happen in the economy and the housing market in the next 1 to 3 years. I think it has to go down before it goes up. What goes up must come down, and the property market in lockdown went up significantly because of really low supply, and that must come down. I mean, the property market hasn't really come down properly since 2008. We're 15 years on. Normally you get a 15 to 17 year cycle. So prediction number 1 is is the property market will come down, and it will come down more than the economists are telling you. I mean, I've got 360 property units and 1,350 tenants, so I probably know a bit more about the property market than the so-called economic experts. Now, what's the upside of that? The upside of that is housing will become more affordable. Housing is like as unaffordable and difficult to get on the ladder as it has ever been. So you could even argue a recession, correction, or crash is good for the housing market. You know, interest rates are going up, mortgages are going up, prices are still high. Something has to give, and I believe that's prices. And prices will come down, which means as an investor you can get a better yield, and as a homeowner you can actually start buying a property again. So again, that's the upside to the downside, but you have to be ready. You have to know how to buy property, you have to know how to source good deals, you have to know how to filter the mainstream media, either doom mongering or bullshit PR spin. So property market's going to come down significantly in the next 1 to 3 years. Next thing is the economy. It has to go into recession, maybe even in depression. Why? Because there was virtually no supply of anything through lockdown. And when you restrict supply to almost zero, that has a long-term effect. The businesses that will go bust, the production that's not actually yet fully kicked out. You know, the difficulty in getting food, the difficulty in getting electricity and gas. Gas? Yeah, the economy is cash and gas. So, um, I was amazed when, um, the media basically said, oh, there'll be a mini recession and inflation will be 2%. On what planet are they living? Um, they're in debt, they're not, um, spending enough, and they're not generating enough. So they Cutting the budget and increasing the taxes, how's that going to sort the economy out? The other reason I know what— well, of course I know through my opinion and experience. I'm 17 years an entrepreneur, actually I had to run an economy because a business is an economy. But of course, you know, none of us can predict the future, and I'll hold my hands up to say I can't predict the future either. But one thing I know for sure is the government don't know how to run an economy. 'Cause the people that know how to run an economy are the people that know how to run a business, 'cause a business is a real economy and the economy is not a real economy. The governments do not run a real economy. Because the governments are allowed to trade insolvently legally, whereas a real economy, i.e., a business, is not allowed to trade insolvently. An entrepreneur and a business owner has to deploy capital well, otherwise they go bust, whereas the government can just waste billions and it doesn't even matter. And they can be $3.1 trillion in debt and it doesn't even matter. And by the way, do you know that the third highest spend in your tax revenue is repayment of national debt? So the national debt is £3.1 trillion, and your third highest expense in your tax that you pay the government— the first is unknown or other, the second is the NHS, and the third is interest on their debt, not capital repayment but interest. So all of these things tell me that there is going to be an economic crisis and crash and property crash and recession into depression. In my experience as a real on-the-streets entrepreneur that has to run a real economy, and I think that this recent news of all inflation will be 2% and there'll only be a mini recession, I think that's just PR spin. That's my view. Now I'd love your view in the comments, by the way. I mean, do you think taxes are going to go up or down? There's only one way that they're gonna go. Um, the government are insolvent. Um, and do you think we're going to be in a recession, depression, or do you believe the PR spin that actually it's all going to be fine, inflation's going to be low, everything is awesome? Oh yeah, come on. All right, so how can you turn this into your advantage? Number 1, get in the property market. Go and view some properties. Look to make some investments as the market comes down and gets more affordable. Number 2 is start your own business. Have a side hustle, because if you have your own business, you can get your tax bill down. The only way to get your tax bill down is to have your own business, whether it's a side hustle or you're self-employed or you're an entrepreneur. Because when you're employed, you pay tax first and yourself last. And when you're an entrepreneur, business owner, you pay yourself first and you pay tax last. So you've got to get your tax bill down and then look at maybe assets that you can buy cheaper. Because when the market comes down, whether it's the real estate market or the watch market or gold prices or whatever assets or, or businesses become available— and Mark and I just putting in an offer on a business, and it was doing a few million pounds a year turnover and it's gone into administration, and Mark and I have just put in an offer on it— more of this stuff's going to happen. So there's going to be huge amount of opportunity, but you need the right mentoring, the right education. You need to know how to do it. You need to find people who've done it and learn from them. And this is why I have nearly 10,000 members on rob.team, because in rob.team, essentially, look, you don't get me as a one-to-one mentor because it's only 20 pence a day and my mentoring is £48,000 a year. However, you do get access to me in masterclasses. You do get access to nearly the, the nearly 10,000 other mover, shaker, and changemaker members, and you get a Sunday session every week, a masterclass every 2 weeks on making, managing, and multiplying money, creating multiple streams of recurring income, building assets, getting your tax bill down, getting your income streams up, invest— knowing how to invest in the right kind of assets, and how to be an entrepreneur with multiple streams of income. Because all this new spin about there's only going to be a mini recession and inflation's going to be 2% soon, I think is utter nonsense. Utter nonsense. I can't see rates going down before they go up. I can't see inflation getting anywhere near 2% soon until supply is back to normal and things like food and gas and energy are under control, which they are not. The property market is really high. Look, I've got hundreds of properties, and I don't think it's a bad thing that the property market needs to correct and crash. I think it needs to. First-time buyers are too priced out. You can't really get great yields until the prices drop, and I think that's coming. And I think there's an amazing opportunity. There's gonna be properties cheap, there's gonna be businesses cheap, but you need to know how to be an investor and an entrepreneur, and that's what Rob.team is designed for. So I'll see you there. Or do you think that's all PR spinner nonsense like I do? Let me know what you think in the comments now. Darren has said portfolios will come about. Absolutely agree with that too.
