New House Price Crash Warning ⛔️

In this video Rob Moore warns that the UK housing market is on the brink of a price crash, attributing the imminent decline to recent Labour budget decisions such as a steep increase in stamp duty, higher VAT, National Insurance and business rates on school fees. He argues that these tax hikes, combined with a chronic housing shortage, soaring borrowing costs and a 10% fall in the pound, will squeeze buyers and renters, pushing the economy toward a deep, prolonged recession. Drawing on his experience as a landlord of 345 units and manager of 1,300 tenants, Moore balances a humanitarian desire for affordable housing with the reality of needing a fair margin. He then pivots to a contrarian investment thesis: be greedy when others are fearful, and vice‑versa, positioning the expected crash as a massive opportunity for entrepreneurs, investors and landlords. To help viewers act, he promotes his long‑running “Moneymaker Summit” – a three‑day live event covering AI, tax reduction, gold, silver, crypto and business scaling – offering 20 subsidised tickets via the Rob Moore Foundation and a VIP upgrade with additional mentorship, networking and masterclass content. The video ends with a call‑to‑action to register at robmoore.live/money and a reminder that “if you don’t risk anything, you risk everything.”

New house price crash warning. Labour, Rachel Reeves, Keir Starmer are silently killing the economy and the housing market, and I'm going to speak out about it. So for the first time in quite a long time, house prices dropped in the last period, and you'll probably not hear much about that. But I don't know if you saw the recent budget, but stamp duty on houses was put up significantly, which stops people buying houses because why do they want to pay so much in tax? And if you're buying a small starter home or you're starting to invest in a small house or flat and you're paying, what, 8-odd grand in stamp duty, you're just not gonna do it. I mean, that's like not far off a year's rent for some people. So it's become clear to me now, and I didn't want to have this negative view, and this is important, by the way, stay with me. I didn't want to have this negative view that, you know, Labour hate landlords, they hate entrepreneurs, they hate successful people, they hate people who can afford private schools. I never wanted to believe that. I wanted to give Labour the benefit of the doubt. But to hike up taxes on buying homes when we have a chronic housing shortage, when rents are already really high, when the cost of borrowing has gone up, what, like 1,000% since it was 0.5% or whatever? I mean, do the maths. It is about that. It's mad, then putting the VAT, the National Insurance, and the business rates on school fees. I'm going to need some good proof now to accept the fact that Labour do not hate entrepreneurs, business owners, landlords, and anyone who makes money. They're exiling all the millionaires. 20,000 millionaires would have gone between 2020 and 2025. That's predicted to be 500,000 by UBS in 2028. I mean, there's going to be nothing left. There's going to be no money left. You know, how much of your rent and accommodation or mortgage and living costs in your house, how much is that now as a percent of your overall wages? It's probably most of it. And this is, this is their doing. Now look, Conservatives, 14 years of messing things up. You know, Labour have only been in 7 months, but they're trying to break all ruinous records in the last 7 months. And that, I said when that budget happened, that is going to be a disaster for the average person, but it's going to be a huge opportunity for investors, contrarian entrepreneurs, you know, landlords who are not just landlordy but investy. And I remember learning from the best: observe the masses, do the opposite. Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful. Also, there's a law, I don't know if it's physics, every action has an equal and opposite reaction. So I'm going to turn this into an opportunity in a minute. You know, my critics do say, oh, Rob rants and moans, but what are the solutions? Well, I put a solution at the end of every video actually, so stay with me and I'll give you one. But the housing market has dropped. It will be brushed under the carpet by Labour. The pound is down 10%. That'll be brushed under the carpet by Labour. And I believe this recession is coming, and I believe it's going to be long, deep, and hard. I said when lockdown happened that we're going to be paying this for a decade. And some people say it costs £700 million, some people say it costs nearly— billion, sorry. Some people say it cost nearly a trillion, you know, lockdown. What it actually cost the taxpayer— didn't cost the government any money because they don't have any money. Their money is our money, it's all taxpayer money. Now I'm a bit conflicted here because from a humanitarian side, I actually want rents and house prices to be lower for people getting on the housing ladder and raising a family, even though I'm a landlord, even though I have 345 rental units. I have 400 tenants in my property portfolio that I own. I have a management firm that manages 1,300 tenants. So you kind of think I just want really high rents. I actually don't. I want fair rents and a fair margin for me to be able to make a bit of money. But I actually want lower prices, lower rents, a bit of subsidy from the government, lower lending rates, and we can all make money and we can have good humanitarian housing, i.e., everyone can afford a home, which surely one of our basic necessities and human rights is to be able to afford a home. So it's all gone wild. However, I've seen this before. I saw this in 2008 with the great banking crash. I was buying properties for between £35,000 and £70,000 back then that have now doubled and some of them have tripled. It's madness, but this is what happens in the property market. So I believe there's a recession/depression coming. I believe Labour are trying to sweep it under the carpet and make out that it's fine. And the economy is not growing. And if you add inflation on top, it's way going down. And Labour are making a right big fat hash mess of the economy and the housing market. They're coming in all bravado, we're going to build 1.5 million homes, we're going to solve the housing crisis. Said every other government when they came in and then proceeded to do fuck all. Do you know, about once a year there would be a new housing minister. For like the last 12 years, a new housing minister comes in, lays out their testicles, "We're gonna solve the housing crisis!" And then gone, gone, gone. Gone, gone, gone. One a year, gone. In, out, gone. Now Kwasi Kwarteng, who was ex-chancellor of the UK, said it was just basic ineptitude. A top economist told me it's because the banks don't want more housing supply, because then that reduces the value of their mortgages and their balance sheets. Believe which one you will, either way it's the same result. So anyway, I humanitarily don't like this, but I can't control it. My rants aren't going to change the housing market. So I look to be entrepreneurial, look to help you start and scale a business, make, manage, and multiply money, learn how to invest in assets, learn how to cash in on the crash, be greedy when others are fearful and fearful when others are greedy. And of course, loads of people are going to be very fearful right now. So now is your huge opportunity. So I have this new event called Moneymaker Summit, and it's not new in the sense I've been running it for many years successfully. We've had thousands of people come through and change their life. However, I've completely tweaked the agenda based on the budget, what's going on in AI, what's going on in with gold and Bitcoin and all these other— I've never seen so much change. So if you'd like to start and scale your business, make, manage, and multiply money, cash in on the crash, turn the recession into your opportunity because more millionaires are made in recessions than any other time in the cycle. And this is here and now. I've been saying it for a while. Yes, my critics will say that, but it is happening and they're brushing under the carpet and it's happening silently. But you need to be loud. So if you'd like to cash in on this crash, make, manage, multiply money, I recommend you come to one of our upcoming Moneymaker Summits. Now we only have two date choices planned, one in London, one just outside. They're coming soon, so you're going to need to be quick. Here's the link. The link is Oh shit, I've forgotten the fucking link. I think it's robmoore.live/money, but I'll check. I'll write it down. Rob Moore.live/money. I'm pretty sure it's that. Um, could someone just go and check and let me know? If that's the correct link. I'll put it in. If it's not, I'll put it in the comments. RobMoore.live/money. If you could just go now, check that it says Money Maker Summit. You can see the two date choices coming up. I've got a billionaire speaker, keynote speaker at one of them. I've got, what, 6 to 8 entrepreneurs who between us, we've probably been going in business 85, 90 years. To help you start and scale a business, make, manage, and multiply money, and build multiple streams of recurring income. Christina said Moneymaker Summit is a fantastic event. So robmoore.life/money, go check the link now. If that's wrong, I'll put it in the comments. And I'm celebrating 20 years of being an entrepreneur, which is a long time. So I'm actually going to give away 20 tickets. I'm going to subsidize them for you. Ellie has said that the link is correct. So the first 20 of you that go and register and put your personal phone number in so we can confirm your place and registration, um, I'm actually going to give 20 tickets subsidized by my foundation, the Rob Moore Foundation, because I'm celebrating 20 years as an entrepreneur. Um, just, just, um, on this video. Now, if you're not in one of the first 20 or you want to get some extra bonuses, you can just do a small upgrade to the VIP ticket. So the VIP ticket, you get fast-track entry, you get 2 bonus money mindset sessions with 2 entrepreneurs who've been going decades. You know, I'm talking 8-figure entrepreneurs, not just 7-figure, 8-figure. There's dinner with 6 8-figure entrepreneurs one of the nights for the top VIP ticket. There's bonus Q&A sessions, champagne receptions, live and privately for the VIP ticket holders. And over 3 days, there are the best strategies and tactics to get your tax bill down. Because some of you, your biggest expense is tax, and you need to get your tax bill down more than just make money. Because if you make more money, you just pay more tax. We're going to do a detailed session on AI. We're going to drill deep into investing in gold and silver. I bring in a lot of my own personal mentors who mentor me in gold and silver and crypto and AI. So that's all at the upcoming Moneymaker Summit Live. The link is robmoore.live/money. I'm told the link is correct. Dates, details, speakers, agendas, everything there. First 20, I'm subsidizing your ticket. I'll pay for the speakers, the venue, everything over the 3 days. You just need to get there. Everyone else, go and upgrade your ticket or upgrade your ticket anyway, because actually the upgraded tickets I think are better value. I know some are free, but you know, just for a small upgrade, you get all those extra bonuses. There's also the 15-hour How to Raise Money Masterclass online course. I can give that away because it's been recorded online and I don't give it away to everyone, but I'll add it into the VIP ticket stack. So if, because people say to me sometimes, Rob, you know, haven't got a lot of money, money's tight, the economy, the world, the West, I get it. So I want to help you raise money so then you can go and invest and cash in on this crash. There is definitely a house price crash coming. I know my critics will say I've been saying it for a while and I will be right, of course. But it's happening under the radar and Labour are just brushing it under the carpet. House prices have fallen, the pound is down 10%, the economy is not growing, the lockdown cost between £700 billion and £1 trillion. All the signs are there. Don't wait to buy property, buy property and wait. Observe the masses, do the opposite. Be greedy when others are fearful and fearful when others are greedy. I believe There's huge opportunity right now for investors, entrepreneurs to start your business. Just have to wade through all the noise and learn from the right people. I'll be there. I'll do about 5 keynote speeches. I do my Moneymaker Summit, robmoore.live/money. I do various keynote talks, one on go from 0 to 6 figures as quick as possible, my 5 steps. My 5 steps on go from 6 to 7 figures. I've got a private session where we turn all devices on airplane mode And I teach you how to save millions in tax, advice I've been given from brilliant accountants over the years. It's all there at the Moneymaker Summit, and I've adapted it to the latest news on what's going on in the budget with AI. There's a big session on AI now because that's getting more and more relevant because you don't want to pay all this national insurance and all this tax. You know, you need automation. So if you've ever wanted to start your business or you've got a business and you want to grow it, or you want to make more money in 2025, it's at the Moneymaker Summit where you need to be. And you know, business is done in the room. Everyone's done with Zoom. You've got to look in people's eyes. You can raise money at these events. I allow you to exchange business cards and buy and sell from people at the events. I don't stop that because I want you to, I want you to be successful. So we've got a date coming up just outside London, then day after that in London. Gotta be quick. First 20 get a free ticket subsidized by me. To celebrate 20 years of being an entrepreneur. Holy shit. And then everyone else, or you just go straight to the VIP upgrade. That's probably the better value. So let me know in the comments, do you think a house price crash is coming? What do you think of the news that we've got this house, this price correction, but it doesn't seem to— they seem to be hiding it and suppressing it. Um, and you know, the pound being really weak, or the big increase in stamp duty, all these things are now starting to play out. So thanks for tuning in, and remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything. I'll see you at robmoore.live/money.
