New House Price Crash Warning

In a live Facebook broadcast, property investor Rob Moore declares that the UK house‑price crash he has warned about for four years has already begun, citing a roughly 40 % drop in central London’s Chelsea and Knightsbridge markets since their peak. He explains that a recent “mortgage war” – where banks competed to lower rates – is ending, meaning mortgage rates will rise, reducing affordability and forcing prices down. Moore links the crash to broader macro pressures such as the cost‑of‑living crisis, high household debt, rising taxes, post‑COVID lockdown spending, and geopolitical conflicts. He frames the downturn as a buying opportunity, urging viewers to “cash in” by learning how to raise capital quickly and execute no‑money‑down property deals. To that end, he promotes a free, live Zoom session (tiny.cc/newproof) where his partner and a cash‑raising expert will teach tactics for financing and highlight current deals – a shopping‑centre acquisition and a 450‑unit apartment project – that have become viable after price corrections. Moore also reflects on past market cycles, noting that buying property during the 2008‑09 crash or early Apple/Bitcoin investments would have yielded massive returns, and argues that the present correction offers a similar multi‑decade opportunity. The broadcast mixes market analysis, promotional calls‑to‑action, and interactive giveaways (silver coins for correct guesses about the price drop), aiming to motivate first‑time buyers, renters, and investors to join his training and capitalize on the downturn.

New house price crash warning. So there's something that's just started to happen right now which I think is likely to push the prices of property down. And I've been saying that there's a crash coming now for probably 4 years since lockdown, and it's no longer coming, it's already started. Now, before I tell you about the newest update, because there were some signs that, um, getting into property was starting to get easier, especially for first-time buyers, because there was this mortgage war going on. I don't know if you saw about that, where mortgage rates were dropping because banks and mortgage companies were competing with each other. Well, that's just about to stop. I'll talk about that in a moment because it's quite a thing. But do you know, in Central London, Chelsea and Knightsbridge specifically, do you know there's already been a major crash there? People don't know this. A lot of people who watch my content, or my critics, oh, Rob's been talking about a crash for 4 years, he's just doom-mongering, but they don't see what's in front of them. So for a bit of fun, I'm going to give a silver coin to the first person who guesses how much Knightsbridge and Chelsea have dropped as a percentage from peak in value. Go! First person to get it right wins a silver coin from me. And then I'm going to do another silver coin giveaway just for fun, which is, um, how far have the prices rewound back? So prices now are as low as they were X number of years ago. Which year was that? So what percentage has the market dropped in Chelsea and Knightsbridge, and what year has it rewound back to? And first person who gets both of those right, I'll give a silver coin to each. It's not 4%, it's not 26%, so let's see what you've got. Okay, so London and Knightsbridge have literally crashed. Now here's the thing, so many people are saying London will never drop, London can't drop, it's impossible for London to drop, and bang. Obviously not all areas of London. Sorry, I'm just— no, I'm just doing a live, I'm doing a Facebook Live, I'm doing a Facebook Live. It's 8:34, it's 8:34 in the morning, it's 8:30. It's 8:34 in the morning. Yes, good morning. Have a good morning. I'm sorry that you're fed up. I hope that life's treating you well. Don't poke your newspaper at me, that's violent. I'm not— I'm doing a— I'm doing a live. It's a beautiful morning. You can walk that way if I'm abusing your ears. I'm not abusing their ears. They want to hit 6:30 in the morning. I don't do lives. No, I don't. That, that's factually incorrect. I've never done a live at 6:30 in the morning ever. That's factually incorrect. It's factually incorrect. I don't do lives at 6:30 in the morning. Have a good morning, be happier. Life is short, people die every day. I'm doing a live helping people. Sorry about that. How hilarious was that? Started poking his newspaper in my ribs. Anyway, I'm just gonna leave that, um, okay. Apparently I'm shouting. Get excited about this content, right? Where should we start? So, new house price crash warning. So I'm just going to get straight to the point, and that is that mortgage companies are about to bang up their rates. So there's been a mortgage war, which is basically— finally, by the way, finally, banks and mortgage companies, they're competing with each other and prices are coming down, which is what it, what it should be. So you could get a mortgage in the 4s percent, but now mortgages are likely to go back up. Now if mortgages go up, what does that mean? Mortgages going up means the price of these properties goes up, which means they're less affordable, which means prices have to come down and correct so they become more affordable to people so they can actually buy them. As you know, prices are very high right now and Wages have not gone up anywhere near, relatively, and so it's become very unaffordable and very unsustainable. And what goes up must come down. And I'll whisper this one so I don't get told off. Ask anyone who takes Viagra. What goes up must come down. So I've been warning about this crash for a long time now, and it's finally here. And just for those of you who guessed, 40%, Kensington, Knightsbridge, and Chelsea have dropped 40% since peak, which is huge, huge. So, you know, I've been saying to people, what do you think the crash will be? Some people are like, there won't be one, it'll be 10, 15%. I said, well, look, it was 30% in the last recession of 2008. And I felt like it would be a lot bigger this time around. Oh look, there's a cat there. Getting distracted by everything. Oh, just scared the cat. I'm having a good morning, I'm scaring everyone. Okay, so still can't get over that guy stabbing me in the ribs with his newspaper. Actually hurt. Okay, so people saying there's no way it'll drop more than 20%, 40%. Now of course not every area of the country has dropped yet, and normally what happens in London, there's a delay for the rest of the country. So London goes up, then there's a delay. London crashes, then there's a delay. So I am warning you that this is possibly going to be the biggest crash in history. All these billionaires liquidating, all these billionaires calling the crash because of the proposed soaring in taxes, um, the trillions wasted on lockdown, and this is all here and now. And There was, it was the banking crisis in the last recession, which was a global crisis, but it feels like there's even more now that's at play. It feels like we've got the cost of living crisis, the massive debt crisis, you know, the devaluation of money, the fact that prices of property are already high, the, you know, wages low relative to house prices, the wars. It just seems like there's so many factors. And because of that, I'm no longer saying house price crash warning, I'm saying house price crash has already started. Now this is bad for first-time buyers and you know, I want to help first-time buyers. This is bad for tenants and renters and I want to help those, that's why I have my foundation, the Rob Moore Foundation. But also what I know is that's not my fault and what you can do is cash in on the opportunity. So give me a yes if you'd like to cash in on the opportunity. Give me a yes if you'd like to start buying assets at better prices, at higher cash flows, at higher yields, at the best time. Give me a yes if you know that the rich observe the masses and do the opposite. Give me a yes if you know that proper investors are greedy when others are fearful. Okay, so I've actually got a Zoom this Sunday. I'm going to go the other way now. So I don't bump into Mr. Grumpy. So I've got a Zoom this Sunday on how to raise cash fast to invest in the crash. So a lot of people say, yeah, Rob, I definitely want to cash in on this. I see the opportunity, but it's all fine for you. I haven't got any money, or I don't know how to buy properties, don't know how to buy assets. So here's what I'm going to do. We've got an emergency Zoom this Sunday. And it's teaching you how to raise money fast for property and business. And the link is tiny.cc/newproof. Tiny.cc/newproof. That's the link. Go there now. And here's what we're going to do. I'm going to get my no money down expert to come in and teach you all the ways to raise money for property and business that he knows. I'm going to do the first slot and talk to you about all the factors in the market which I think will create the recession, correction, or even depression. And there's so many factors, and we're going to give you practical tactics for you to cash in on the crash make, manage, and multiply multiple streams of income. And this is probably going to be the best opportunity for you for nearly 2 decades because these crashes and cycles happen every 18 years or so. So this is quite a big thing, and the time is now. And when you have these corrections, crashes, recessions, depressions, money moves from those who are uneducated to those who are educated. Money moves from the slow to the fast. Money moves from those who are scared to those who take opportunity. And so this is why we're doing this Zoom, to help you learn, earn, and invest, and help you cash in on the crash and possibly the best opportunity for the next 15 to 20 years. So the link is tiny.cc/ new proof, tiny.cc/newproof. Now other proof, just, I say proof, I'm not showing you it, but Mark and I, my business partner, he's putting two deals together. One is a shopping centre. He's worked out the numbers. The numbers are good. It works. And everything was too expensive last year, year before, year before that for us to really make good money. And also he, we are putting a 450 apartment block together. The numbers work. There's probably 8 figures in that. So these deals didn't work last year, year before, year before because prices were too high and prices have come down. Come down in London 40%, come down north of London, Peterborough, a decent amount. And you can really make deals work now. Now, by the way, if I had a time machine, the first thing I'd do is go back and buy some shares in Apple and Bitcoin when they were the cost of a pizza. And the second thing I'd do would be buy as much property as I could in 2008 and '09. Now I did, I probably bought 50 for myself and other investors in those couple of years. But if I could have bought 500 or 5,000, I would have done. 'Cause looking back, they were so cheap. We were spending 70 grand on 3-bed houses back then. They've sort of almost tripled now, some of them. So the past usually dictates the future. The opportunity is now. If you want to cash in on the crash, learn what's going on in the markets and how you can take the opportunity. And importantly, learn how to raise money and do no-money-down-deals on other people's money to cash in on the crash. And this is a free training, by the way. It's part of my Sunday Session. Bucks. The link is tiny.cc/newproof. Tiny.cc/newproof. Um, Alex has said, I do like you, but I heard from this 3 years ago. Yeah, so I did, I said, Alex, that I've been saying this for 4 years, and I said since lockdown, it's coming, it's coming, it's coming. I've never said I could predict when. I can't. Um, but it's here now, Alex. So here's my question to you: have you been learning? Have you been investing? Have you been researching? Are you ready? So I'll see you on the link tiny.cc/newproof for the Zoom. No recordings, no replays. I'll see you there.
