NHS: Worst Crisis in History ⛔️

Rob Moore argues the NHS faces its worst crisis ever due to staffing shortages and massive waiting lists. He paid tens of thousands for private treatment when NHS delays affected his wife and father, and proposes privatisation or an insurance model like the US to fix the system.

The NHS is facing its worst crisis in history, according to many MPs. This is not something I'd usually discuss, but I was having a 3-hour conversation with a very well-known, very well-connected MP just last week— well, former MP— and he agrees As many MPs are now saying that the great British institution of the NHS, the National Health Service, is facing its biggest crisis, its biggest staffing crisis, its biggest backlog crisis in its history. This is huge news. We need to discuss this because this could be the beginning of the end. For the Great British NHS. This could be the death of the NHS, and I've been talking to some very well-connected people who believe that the NHS is failing and it must be overhauled. It affects every single one of us here in the UK. It even affects people across the world, and it's something that we must discuss and I recommend that you hit the share button, and we're going to discuss this right now. So we pay our taxes and contribute to the National Health Service so we can have free healthcare, except right now you do not get free healthcare because the waiting lists are so long and the NHS is so understaffed and under-resourced that many people are paying for private care anyway. So you, you don't mind paying your taxes into services that benefit you and the people and work, but when they no longer benefit you and the people and you have to pay for private operations and examinations anyway, then what is the point in a public service? Of course, lockdowns, they exaggerated and accelerated the problem of the NHS and the backlog, but really that was just the straw that broke the camel's back because the problems were already there. Massive understaffing, underpay, massive waiting lists. And this has got worse and worse and worse, and now people who can't afford to pay for private care are having to wait years for operations and examinations and general health checks. So I was talking to a very well-connected, very famous former MP who believes that the NHS is dead, the system needs to be overhauled, and the public service as it is is not working and must be revolutionized. And the two ways that were discussed— and I would love your thoughts on this, by the way, so please do share your thoughts. We are a democracy and we should all have our say. So privatization was discussed, you know, decentralization and privatization of the NHS, whereby anyone who can afford it can afford it, and anyone who can't, there could be a voucher system a credit system for the underprivileged people. And then the other option mooted was an insurance-based system. So privatize a privatized system with a voucher credit system for the underprivileged and/or an insurance-based system. Debbie has said there's a silent revolution happening right now. What do you mean by that, Debbie? I really do believe that the NHS is way overrun and way underfunded and way understaffed. Kurt has said it's rubbish, it's the amount of people they're having to treat. Well, Kurt, whether it is too many people to treat or not enough staff to treat them, surely it's the same thing, isn't it? At the end of the day, if dying people can't get seen and treated, and if people are having to wait years for checkups and operations, the system is flawed. Whether it's too many people or not enough staff, it's supply and demand. It's one and the same thing, is it not? Jeremy's made a good point here with them. We're one of the highest taxed countries, and why? For to pay for things like, uh, the, the public NHS service, National Health Service, yet it's flawed and it doesn't work. Sean Pauler said I should talk to Nigel Farage. Sean, I was talking to him on Friday, so there you go. We must discuss this. You don't normally see me discussing things like this, but this is now a national issue. It affects us all. Ryan has said these Tory bastards have screwed it into the ground. I would love your thoughts. Should it be privatized? Should it be an insurance-based system? Or should it stay as it is, but what improvements do you think need to be made? Um, so quote Persistent understaffing in the NHS poses a serious risk to staff and patient safety, a situation compounded by the absence of a long-term plan by the government to tackle it. Deborah has said the Tories hate the NHS. Stephen has said the government have created this. Yes, they do have an insurance-based healthcare service in America. Now Boris keeps going on about how the NHS is the envy of the globe. It's not anymore. It is dying, absolutely dying. And, you know, lockdowns of course exacerbated this. Um, Joe Paul has said here, I personally waited nearly 3 years. Wow. Anna said lots of staff have resigned with the, the mandates for the vaccines. Yeah, so privatization, yes or no? Insurance-based system, yes or no? Or what's happening with the NHS and what needs to be done immediately to improve it? I would love your thoughts because many MPs and Nigel Farage, and you know, I was having a 3-hour conversation about this just on Friday, believe that the NHS is dying and dead and it needs to be completely overhauled and it needs to be either a private system or an insurance-based system. I personally believe that in most sectors privatization is better because you have the, the competition motive. Competition creates better value because people can't get away with being slow and lazy and overpriced and underserviced because they just get wiped out by the competition. So I actually believe in most instances the competition-based private system usually works the best. So let me know what you think in the comments about the NHS. Is it dying? Is it dead? Who created it? What's wrong with it? And should it be privatized or insurance-based? Now, this is a great case study, the NHS, for business and life, because you must not rely on the government. You must not rely on a system. You must not rely on handouts. You must be personally responsible, financially secure, financially independent, financially free, you must have assets that produce recurring income. Otherwise, you are— you have no control, no freedom, no autonomy, no choice, and no affordability. And look what's happening in the NHS and these, you know, these hundreds of thousands of people that can't afford private care but can't get any public care. It is a broken system. So you need to learn to earn. You need to invest in yourself. You need to get good financial education and knowledge so you can essentially be decentralized yourself and private yourself, so you can afford to look after yourself financially, emotionally, commercially— health, wealth, and happiness. And to do this, I recommend you join Rob.team. Rob.team is a financial resource. It's a learning platform to help you learn, earn, invest, to help you build assets that produce income, to help you make, manage, and master money, to help you create recurring and passive income streams so you can be financially free. And to do this for just the cost of a large coffee with no contract, just simply type in rob.team in a new window right now. Go type in rob.team right now in a new page on the internet, and you can join Rob.team, a financial resources platform, hundreds of hours of content to help you learn, earn, and invest, and be financially independent and free for less than the cost of a large coffee, for one-third of the price of Netflix, no contract, you can cancel anytime. This is vital that you become financially secure. and Rob.team is the platform to help you do it right now. So open up a new page on the internet and type in Rob.team. Damien has said it's the best money you'll ever spend, people. Thank you very much. Now here's the thing, my wife had, um, a health issue with a vein in her leg. We went to the NHS, we got nowhere fast, and we realized she could be waiting months or years and this could turn into a serious issue. So we paid for it privately, and it was many tens of thousands of pounds, by the way, with all the operations and the checks. And it's because I'm financially secure and independent that I was able to do that. My dad has bipolar disorder, um, and, you know, his care costs many tens of thousands of pounds, and the NHS is just too slow. I'm not saying they don't care, it's just they're too understaffed and under-resourced. So because I'm financially secure and independent, I was able to pay for that care. So it's absolutely vital that you are financially secure so you can look after yourself, because make no mistake about it, just because the NHS is public doesn't mean it works and doesn't mean you're going to get treated. And this is real, by the way, now, and MPs are now saying it. So you must take control of your personal finances so you can have health and well-being. And to do this, go and join Rob.team. Open a new page on the internet, type in Rob.team right now to learn, earn, and invest, to go on an independent free speech digital platform, instantly accessible information, hundreds of hours starting a business, scaling a business, building assets, getting better financial education and knowledge, being financially independent and secure and even free. But you have to take action. And to do this, all you need to do is open up a new page and type rob.team in a new window right now. Go join. No risk to you because you can cancel anytime with no contract. Now here's the thing with the NHS. The theory of it is great, but the practice of it is dying. We pay our taxes for something that doesn't work. They are massively understaffed, massively under-resourced, and the backlog just continues to build. And of course, lockdown exacerbated that massive backlog. And if people want to get treated now, they're having to pay private anyway, so we might as well have a private system. Like, if you've got a car but it's got no engine in it, you can't drive it. All you can do is, oh yeah, I've got a car but I can't use it. Oh yeah, we have the NHS, the the public service, but we can't use it. It doesn't work. It's broken. Even MPs in power are saying this now. So Shawnee has said, make Rob Moore a greedy motherfucker, make it free. No, Shawnee, here's the thing. Um, I give content every single day, Shawnee. Let me ask you this, Shawnee, how much content are you putting out there every single day? So I do 1, 2, 3, 4 TikToks a day. 2 Facebook Lives a day, a blog article a day. I probably do 8 or 9 pieces of free content every single day I have for you, Shawny. I have the Rob Moore Foundation that helps young and underprivileged people start meaningful businesses that change the world. I give tens of thousands of pounds, even hundreds of thousands of pounds a year away to charities and foundations. I do lots of free mentoring and consulting. What do you do, Shawny? Let me ask you that. What do you do? Before you criticise, learn to understand. Now here's the thing. Free advice is worth every penny, but when you pay, you pay attention. If I gave you a book, would you read it? Probably not. You've got loads of ebooks and books that you've been given you've done nothing with. It's no service to you. But if you paid £10 or £20 for a book, would you read it? Yes, because when you pay, you pay attention. Just like when you, you know, anyone can work out. You can go on YouTube and do a workout in your living room, but no one does it. But when you have a personal trainer that comes to your house, then you freaking do it. Because when you pay, you pay attention, and accountability creates action. And that's why I charge for Rob.team. But it's only 6 quid, it's less than a large coffee, so it ain't making me rich, mate. It's not making me rich. It's an admin fee with all the content and the resources and the masterclasses and the challenges and the live events. Get this, Shawnee, I funded a charity event for 160 people. I donated tens of thousands of pounds and paid for the venue and paid for the stuff and paid for all the costs. What have you done, Shawny? Hey, you see, you don't know. You judge but you don't know. No, I'm not making it free because it doesn't serve you. Oh, and by the way, you can offset it against your tax bill. So one of the £6 is tax. You claim that back, so it's actually £5. And then if you pay in your company, actually ends up being net £3. And if you're not prepared to invest £3 in yourself, then you know what? If you're one of these people that just wants everything for free— oh yeah, gonna go in a restaurant and eat all the food and never pay— yeah, then you're never gonna get anywhere. Because free advice is worth every penny, but when you pay, you pay attention. And this is one of the reasons the NHS system doesn't work, because it's not private. So there you go. What you got? What's your response to that? Now look, I'm not gonna get rich on £5 a month minus tax, half of the, the rest left to my business partner, half of the rest left to my wife. I'm gonna get net about 20p. I do it so that you have accountability, so I can invest into a good platform and a good program, and you you know, pay some expenses to make the service and the platform really good. Um, Debbie has said don't need to brag. Debbie, it's not brag. Someone criticized me for not making Rob.team free, and I shared why it's not free. How's that a brag? Oh, come on, everyone, are you all right this morning? It's all good though. Um, rob.team is virtually free, let's be honest. Uh, including VAT, £6 a month. You can get the VAT back, £5 a month. You can offset it against your tax bill, net £3 a month. It's basically free, isn't it? Come on. And if you're not prepared to invest net £3 in learning, earning, investing, and creating multiple streams of recurring income and building digital assets then where is the hope for you? Honestly, I have to just be honest, if you're not prepared to invest £3 a month net, where is the hope for you? But I do a load of free content, and yes, I also run a £20 million information training business. I'm not taking it personally, Debbie, I'm just answering questions. So I really recommend that you go and invest in rob.team. Because you need to be financially free, you need to be financially secure, you need to be independent, and you need to be able to pay for your own healthcare. You do, because you're not going to get in on the NHS. It's just a reality. I do Zoom masterclass. So for example, I've done the content creation masterclass, the 21 ways to monetize social media masterclass, the 7 fastest ways to 100K masterclass. The Omnipresence and Viral Marketing Masterclass, the Start Your Business Masterclass, the Scale Your Business Masterclass, the How to Automate Sales and Marketing Masterclass is all in rob.team. And there's no contract, you can cancel anytime, and it costs one-third of the cost of Netflix. Here— oh, by the way, Shawnee, you said it should be free. Should Netflix be free? Should HelloFresh be free? Should your Gym Direct Debit be free? Should your, um, Sky TV Direct Debit be free? No, it shouldn't. And that's why Rob.team isn't. But it's virtually free. So go and join by typing in Rob.team in a new window. Go do it now. This is for you, not for me, by the way. It's not going to make me rich. I already got rich. I already made tens of millions in real estate and hundreds of millions in training. Here he goes again. That's all you talk about, give me money. No, it's not. I've just done a live on the NHS. My critics need to improve their research in their facts. So I've just gone live, I've talked about the NHS, that it's a broken system, that I was talking to an ex-MP who's very famous, that MPs are saying that the NHS is broken, that there is a massive shortage of staff, there is a massive backlog of treatments. Many people are now saying that it should either be privatized or an insurance-based system. I've talked about that for most of this video. And then Shawny says, um, all I talk about is money. So he's wrong again. It's wrong again. Go and look through my daily Facebook Lives. In fact, I'm going to do it. I, I'm— I don't let my, um— if you give me feedback and you are accurate with your criticism, I will acknowledge you and I will thank you and I will take on your feedback. If you come on without any thought or research and just try and critique or troll me, I am going to crush you. So, too many divorces in court. I did content on, um, a divorce judge talking about most divorces are actually a relationship issue, not a legal issue. Talked about who controls the world. Giving— I'm giving away 10 grand to anyone. Anyone is getting 10 grand off me, or you can apply to get 10 grand off me as a gift. I did content on should you trust your partner with money. I'm talking about Tesla selling $2 billion, um, why winning the lottery would be really, really bad for you, um, how to deal with abuse, um, Starbucks up for sale. Content every single day. Yeah, bring it, Shawny. You're losing here, mate. Your facts are really off. Um, the website davidisrob.team. R-O-B dot T-E-A-M. Go join. For the cost of a large coffee. By the way, if you're not prepared to invest in yourself, if you just want everyone to save you, if you just want everything to be free, if you think everyone owes you a living, don't join Rob.team. Not interested, because I can't help you until you help yourself. But if you want financial freedom, finance, financial security, you want to build assets, you want recurring income streams, you want to learn, earn, and invest, you want to make, manage, and master money, you want a better financial life, And like Charlie has said, Charlie has said, Rob, you're a financial expert, more than welcome to talk about money. I wrote the UK's best-selling book on money. Oh, by the way, I've got a podcast called Money with 250 free episodes. I have a podcast called Disruptors with 835 free episodes. Put that in your pipe and smoke it, shorty. Do your research. Okay, so I'll see you in Rob.team. Um, a large Costa Coffee costs more than Rob.team. You'll watch Netflix, which is 3 times the price of Rob.team, and you'll dumb your brain. You'll join Rob.team and you will invest and make money and build assets and build income streams and, and be part of a disruptive entrepreneurial community, and your life could change. Because it starts with money. A lot of people don't understand that all freedom starts with money. If you have, um, wealth, then you can travel, you can work or not work, you can donate and give to charities and foundations, you can go where you want, when you want, with who you want, you can do what you want, where you want, with who you want if you have money. All freedom comes from money. Do you know wealth Derives from the word weal, which means well-being. So money gives you well-being because you can afford nice supplements, good healthcare. So, quick summary. Um, Jewel Paul, what is motivating you to be so happy? I don't know if that's sarcasm or not, but I can honestly say being financially free and independent is one of the greatest sources of happiness because all this crazy shit going on in the world, it's awful, but thankfully I'm financially secure so it doesn't affect me too much. You know, I can afford to be in a good location to be away from wars. I can afford private healthcare for my dad and my wife so I don't have to wait years on the NHS and worry about my— the health of my loved ones. And I believe you need to do the same too. Rosemary, why am I bothering to give this person time of day? I'm not. I'm just using this person as a way to talk through some important issues. And how people view money is important. A lot of people They'll inject £200 into their lips, £500 into their forehead. They'll spend £100 on a Friday and £100 on a Saturday medicating themselves with alcohol, but they won't read books and they won't go on courses and they won't invest in Rob.team because they think that a TV is an asset rather than their knowledge and education and mindset is an asset. That's why I'm talking about this, because it actually raises some good points. So I thank my critics. So a couple of quick summaries. Number 1, if you hit the share button, then you are doing a good thing in the world, because right now in the UK, the NHS is dying according to many MPs, and the system needs to be changed. It needs a radical overhaul. Number 2, if you join Rob.team, you are investing in yourself, and you are giving yourself the great gift of financial security, independence, and freedom. I'll see you in at Rob.team. Rob.team. And then number 3, the NHS is dying. Many MPs are saying that it's dying. The waiting lists are growing bigger, longer than ever, 2, 3, and 4 years at times. They are hugely understaffed and under-resourced, and now many people are calling for either privatization or an insurance-based model, privatization with a voucher credit system for the underprivileged. Let me know what you think in the comments, by the way, because we are paying through our taxes for a free public service and system that doesn't work anymore. Let's just be freaking honest about that. So you're paying twice for your healthcare because you pay public and then you can't use it, and then you have to pay private. You're paying twice. It's broken and it needs to be changed. Have any politicians got the strength and the courage and the leadership to actually change it? Let me know what you think. Hit the share button. Thanks for tuning in. I would love your thoughts. There's lots of good comments going on, good chatting and debate. I'll see you there. And remember this: if you don't risk anything, you risk everything.
