Pay Your Mortgage Until You Die š„µ

In this YouTube monologue, Rob Moore warns that modern mortgages have become a lifelong financial burden, especially for people under 30. He explains the origin of the word āmortgageā (from French mort, meaning death) and argues that todayās mortgages act as a ādeath pledge,ā forcing borrowers to remain in debt until they die. Citing recent research, Moore notes that mortgage terms are extending beyond the traditional 25āyear horizon to 30, 35 or even 100 years, meaning many borrowers will still be paying after retirement. He highlights that average life expectancy after retirement is only about three years, turning mortgages into a trap that can outlive the borrower. Moore attributes this trend to rising house prices driven by inflation, centralābank money printing, and policy that requires two incomes to qualify for a loan, which forces dualāearner households and reduces time parents can spend with children. He critiques the banking system for profiting from these longāterm debts and inheritance taxes. As a solution, Moore urges viewers to avoid consumer debt and instead invest in incomeāproducing assets, particularly realāestate that generates rental income. He promotes his own educational platform, rob.team, and a āMoney Mastermind Universityā course, offering a heavily discounted subscription (under 20 pence a day) to teach financial independence, entrepreneurship, and wealth creation. Throughout, he mixes criticism of the financial system with personal credibility (millionaire status, $250 million in sales) and a call to action for viewers to join his platform and share the message.

Pay your mortgage until you die. So there's some new research that has come out that is showing that people, especially under 30, will be paying off their mortgage well into their retirement. Now, statistically, most people don't last that long after their retirement. Now I'm going to come back to this in a moment because to me this is shocking. Um, but do you know what mortgage actually means? Let me know in the comments if you know what mortgage actually means. Do you know the specific translation of, I believe, original French word mortgage? Well, mort. Um, Mortgageā actually, I'll share in a moment what mortgage actually means, but the normal average term for a mortgage is 25 years. But most people will end up remortgaging, which means they're extending the length of the mortgage. So actually, many people could have their mortgage for 30 or 35 or 40 years. Now, my American friends have already figured out that for many people, that is a massive financial noose around your neck that will have you working for the central banks and governments for the rest of your life. But in England, it always used to be that your home is your castle, and to own your own home, it gives you security and freedom. Actually, for many years, owning your own home and paying your mortgage down over time was a really good savings account, and it was actually a better savings account than savings. And I've been the greatest champion for many years for you to own your own home. Things are changing. So the new research is saying that because people can't afford homes anymore Do you know you used to, just 20 years ago, only need one income to be able to pay a mortgage and live comfortably? Now you need two incomes. But not only do you financially need two incomes, so the father and the mother, both caregivers to the children, have to work. I mean, how is this going to impact our children? What's going to happen to the next generation who don't have much time with their mother and/or father, because both of them are having to work. This is really going to affect our children, and people don't seem to be taking this seriously. But now, not only do you need two incomes to pay your fucking mortgage because house prices have gone through the roof because of inflation, because of the central banks and other underhanded financial levers, but now mortgage companies will often make you prove two incomes. I.e., you can't get a mortgage unless you show two incomes. So this has gone out of control, house prices. Now look, there are ways to benefit from this. Every downside has an upside. And if you're, if you're the investor or if you're the bank, you're going to win with this. I'm the investor, but I also want to help the average person. But I also want to help the average person become an investor so they can beat the banks at their own game. So now what's happening is not only do you need two incomes, not one, but you must You're forced to prove two incomes and not one just to get a mortgage. But now, because of the wild unaffordability, what's happening is people are getting longer mortgages. So 25-year mortgage terms are extending to 30 years and 35 and beyond. And so now even people under 30 are pledging until death to have a mortgage beyond retirement. This is madness. So, I don't know if any of you guessed what the word mortgage is. I actually just said it there. But mortgages are death pledges, or pledge until death. You take a mortgage, you pledge to be in debt until death. You pledge to make the banks profit until death. You pledge to struggle to pay to live until death. That's what a mortgage is. And 10, 20 years ago, I was like, nah, it's not that, because your house goes up in value more than the debt that you pay, and your home is your castle, um, and then you haveā it's better than a savings account. Now, of course, interest rates have gone up, so mortgages and Rent have gone up, but now savings are looking a bit better. I mean, I can't even believe I'm saying this. By the way, there's much better savings account than your bank account. But things are changing, and it's, you know, important that I share with you these changes and evolutions. So now people are getting mortgages under 30 that they have to pay until they retire. But do you know the average amount of time that someone lives after retirement? Some research suggests that it's 3 years. So your goal is to have no debt and pay off your house until you retire so you can retire and live a great comfortable life. Oh, and by the way, you die 3 years afterwards. Oh, but now mortgages go beyond retirement, so now you're going to be dead before you paid off your mortgage. You are being sold a massive scam, and this is outrageous, and this is unsustainable, and this is caused by inflation, and this is caused by the The endless printing of money by our governments and central banks and the trillions of debt that they're in. And the massive outrageous profit they make from you on mortgages and loans. And the incentives they have to trap you. Oh, and then by the way, when you die they'll take 40% of most of what you leave in inheritance tax. And this is getting worse. It's not getting better. And yeah, Danny has said there's 100-year mortgages. This is, this is not good, and you need to be warned. So a couple of things. Number 1, do not get into debt unless it's for income-producing assets. Reassess if you really want to be paying a mortgage for the rest of your life, or maybe you want some freedom and autonomy. Don't be paying the banks for car loans and conservatory loans and houses you can't afford. Invest in houses that you can get income from, because a house can be a financial liability if you're paying the mortgage. A house can be an asset if you own it and you are an investor and you get rental income. And this is the reason why when lockdown happened, I dramatically reduced the price of rob.team to help you start and scale a business. Invest in assets and make recurring and passive income. And this is why I haven't put the price up since, because people are still really struggling financially, and I wanted to do my bit to help. So if you would like to learn how to invest in assets, take control of your financial future, beat the banks at their own game, create multiple streams of recurring income, then join rob.team right now. And maybe even becoming a millionaire one day and taking control of your own finances. I'm never going to change the school system, so I created my own one. And you know, I became a millionaire age, what, 30 to 31, and a deca-millionaire age 35. So I've got this experience, I've been doing it for nearly 20 years, I've done $250 million in sales. I went to school and university and didn't really learn the skills required to be entrepreneurial. I started my own business, I struggled, I made mistakes, and I've come out the other side. And my mission is to help as many people on this planet get better financial knowledge. And I know you just need some help, I know you just need some guidance and support, and that's why I'm giving these bonuses and these resources for less than 20 pence a day. So basically it's saying you're going to have the mortgage until you die, so you're never going to pay off your house. That's a trap. Do not get fooled and sucked into this trap. Also, if you think my content is useful, please share it. Sometimes when I speak out, some of these social platforms, they, um, restrict, uh, and shadow ban my content. Because it will help get the message out. I don't think anything I'm saying is unfair. I do believe what I'm saying is accurate, accurate. And that's why, um, you know, I keep the price down of rob.team to less than 20 pence a day. No risk because you can cancel anytime. Hundreds of hours of courses, resources, masterclasses live waiting you. So type rob.team and don't become a trapā trapped into and a victim of the system.
