Prince Harry: Book Sales World Record đ¤Ź

In this opinionated YouTube monologue, the host reacts to Prince Harryâs memoir achieving a record 1.43 million copies sold on its first day, labeling the feat a shameful reflection of contemporary society. He argues that Harryâs massive earningsâfrom the book, a Netflix documentary, and a podcast dealâare built on controversy, polarisation, and the exploitation of personal and royal family trauma, likening his marketing savvy to that of polarising figures such as Andrew Tate. While expressing personal sympathy for Harryâs difficult upbringing and loss of his mother, the speaker condemns the decision to monetise that pain, calling it hypocritical and detrimental to the royal familyâs dignity. He critiques the lack of genuine societal value in these media products, suggesting that millions should instead be directed toward solving humanityâs pressing problems. Throughout, he reads out viewer comments (Linda, Manji, Paula, Olivia/Oliver, Liam) that both challenge and support his view, and repeatedly urges the audience to share and discuss the case as a broader study of todayâs polarized, valueâdriven culture.

Prince Harry world record book sales on day of launch. I'm going to talk to you about the world record that Prince Harry's book has just achieved, but I think this is a shame on Prince Harry. It makes me embarrassed to be a Brit. I think that Prince Harry's book reflects everything that's pretty much wrong in the world right now. Um, interestingly, it's, um, in the non-fiction chart. World Record to me should be in the fiction category. Um, and Prince Harry's book sold 1.43 million copies on day one. I will not be buying it. I will not be reading it. And I think it represents so much that is wrong with society right now. Now, I'm wondering if Prince Harry is the greatest marketing genius currently alive, maybe equally up there with Andrew Tate, because It seems that to do book sales and become popular and influential, the way that you do that is to be controversial and polarizing and shame and disgrace a segment of society. And I really wish that wasn't the way it works. I really wish. And Prince Harry will be making I'm telling you, more than 100 million. So hundreds of millions from his Netflix documentary deal, his podcast deal, and his book deal. And let's be really honest, where's the fucking value in it? Where is the value in Prince Harry's documentary? Where is the value in the podcast where they did one episode in two years? Where is the value in this book? Which embarrasses and disgraces the military. The way he talks about killing 25 Taliban like chess pieces. Where he embarrasses and shames the royal family, the Queen, his dad the King, his brother. The Queen, his dad the King, and his brother have far more grace and elegance than him. They are not retaliating, they do not complain, they do not explain, they are staying silent. They are carrying on doing their work. Now Linda has said here, please stop slagging off Harry. I'm actually quite balanced about this, Linda, um, because in other videos I have said I have deep sympathy for his upbringing. I think one of the biggest curses would be born into the royal family. Who would actually want that? And what he experienced with losing his mum was like, I can't even imagine the pain. And I remember seeing Prince William and Prince Harry walking behind the hearse and just thinking, that must be one of the worst things for a young boy to go through. So I have sympathy and I've been balanced about that. However, however, if you tell the world you want to be left alone in peace and protect your family so that your wife and children don't suffer the same fate, don't court the media. Don't do a deal with Netflix. Do a deal with Spotify. Do a book deal. Make hundreds of millions. That's just a lie. Fine, go to America. And go and live a peaceful, quiet life. But all this attention through books and media and Netflix and podcasts surely is actually only endangering his wife and his family more and leading them more towards the same fate. The thing is, these people court the media, they make hundreds of millions out of the media, they use the media, and then they get really pissed off when the media don't conform to their rhetoric and narrative. And I don't think that's right. And it'sâ I feel ashamed that I'm a Brit. I feel ashamed what Prince Harry is doing to the royal family. I am not saying he hasn't had challenge and hardship. I do not think this is the right way to deal with it. If you had challenge and hardship, would you publicly, to probably a billion people, embarrass and shame your family? Because the royal family are not just a family to shame, they are his family. And the problem is Prince Harry is being rewarded to the tune of hundreds of millions by saying outrageous things, making false claimsâ some may be true, but some are false, they've been provenâ and shaming his own family. And it's wrong. People should not be paid hundreds of millions to do that. People should be paid hundreds of millions to solve poverty, to clean water, to reverse climate change, to help humanity. That's what you should get paid hundreds of millions for. Now, Manji has said, Rob, it's none of our business, except Prince Harry has made it the world's business. So maybe it isn't our business, but Prince Harry has made it our business. Yeah, hate does make Prince Harry millions. And look, if Prince Harry isâ see, I don't just don't think Prince Harry is being honest. Like I said, I wonder if he's a genius marketer like Andrew Tate. I wonder if he's just figured out how to make hundreds ofâ I wonder if he's just thinking, you know what, fuck it, I've been screwed, I'm going to make hundreds of millions out of this. Fair fucking play if thatâ but he lies about that if that's his motive. So I believe if you want toâ I just believe that you should be valuable, and I don't think Prince Harry is being valuable, and it It's a disgrace that he's getting paid hundreds of millions. His book just did 1.4â 1 or 1.43 million in 24 hours. So yeah, maybe he's a genius and we're all missing it. He's just a genius marketer, and I'm a genius marketer of PR and spin. But it just seems wrong. I'm not buying the book because it's notâ there's no value in it. Let me know what you think. By the way, please hit the share button because, um, I think this is a really interesting case study of where we are in humanity right now. Paula has said here, by the way, guess it was okay for Charles to cheat and lie. No, that's a separate subject, isn't it? That's a separate subject, nothing to do with Prince Harry's book. Hmm. But if you want peace and you don't want your wife and your children to have the same fate as your mother, which must have been awful, and I do have a lot of sympathy, why don't you go and do meaningful work in a different country and rebuild your life and stay away from the limelight if that's what you really want? Why go on Oprah and James Corden? Doesn't make any sense unless Prince Harry is the most genius marketer of our time, which reflects society. Prince Harry and Andrew Tate, they are people that will freeze in time, and we will look back in 100 years and say society 100 years ago was all about polarization, and the people who made people the most angry and emotional the most, they made the most millions. It wasn't about value, it wasn't about creation, production, engineering, evolution. It was just all about who made the most people the most pissed off, they made the hundreds of millions. And that to me feels really fucking weird and completely against what value and humanity and money and evolution and progress is all about. Anyway, that's my rant. Let me know what you think about Prince Harry's book breaking the world record for the most sales of a non-fiction book. Should be in the fiction charts. Let me know in the comments what you think. Hit the share button. Because actually, this is not just about Prince Harry or Andrew Tate. Some people say, Rob, why are you going live about Prince Harry and Andrew Tate? What's the relevance of it? It's a moment in time of humanity where we are at our weirdest, most polarized, most confused, most controversial time where we are losing sight about what being valuable is. And so that is a very interesting case study. Olivia'sâ Oliver said maybe he just needs money. Well, apparently his security detail is 17-odd million a year. Probably does need 25, 30, 40 million a year. Yeah, fair enough. Everyone's allowed to make a living. He could make hundreds of millions being more valuable easily. Thanks for tuning in. Yeah, exactly, Liam. He complains about security, then brags about killing the Taliban. He complains about the press, you know, the paparazzi, and then courts them to sell books and Netflix deals. And it's just one big hypocrisy, isn't it? It's one big paradox. Let me know what you think in the comments. Thanks for tuning in. I like talking about these controversial, topical, polarising issues because I think we can learn a lot from them. I might have to model Prince Harry's book launch when I launch my new one, Money Matrix. Thanks, Harry. Thanks for tuning in, and remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything.
