Putin: “I’m not bluffing on nuclear weapons” 😳

Vladimir Putin says Russia won't bluff about nuclear weapons and has 2 million troops available for deployment. The speaker warns the world is closer to World War III than ever and calls for intensive peace negotiations instead of continued military aid to Ukraine, citing economic fallout including rising taxes and inflation.

Putin has said, I'm not bluffing on nuclear weapons. This just got even more serious. So everywhere on the internet, the news is breaking of Putin's, what you could call a threat of nuclear warfare. Um, you could call it a thinly veiled threat or no veil at all. He has said, and I quote, 'I'm not bluffing.' In fact, I've got his quotes here that I'm going to tell you word for word, of course assuming translations are accurate. 'When the territorial integrity of our country is threatened, We will use all the means at our disposal to defend Russia and our people. This is not a bluff. Let me say that again: this is not a bluff. Russian citizens can be sure that the territorial integrity of our homeland, our independence, and our freedom will be secured by all the means at our disposal. Those who are trying to blackmail us with nuclear weapons should know that the winds may blow in their direction. This is not a bluff. So he's saying that he's being blackmailed with nuclear warfare. He is in return saying that he has nuclear power himself and has warned this is not a bluff. He went on to order a partial mobilization, adding that only those who are in reserve will be conscripted. He says that he has 2 million troops at his disposal to be deployed at any time. And this, by the way, this is not me doom-mongering. These are quotes from a speech that is all over the internet from Putin. This shit is real. This was real the day it started. Chris has said, 'Stop poking the bear.' I assume he means the West, not me. I ain't poking no bear. I'm just reporting what's it, you know, what Putin has said. This is not, um, theory, this is not conjecture, and this is not doom-mongering. This is what Putin has said. Now, when the war between Russia and Ukraine started, and then when NATO and America and the UK intervened remotely and started funding Ukraine and funding the war, I said we have to negotiate for peace. Now look, maybe I'm absolutely naive, honestly. Maybe I'm just an idealist. Okay, maybe I'll accept that. But surely it's worth going to every single length we can to stop nuclear warfare. Now usually you have the 'you've got nuclear weapons, I've got nuclear weapons' We know we've each got nuclear weapons and we won't press the button because if we press the button, the world ends. And this is my insurance and that is your insurance. There's even a term for it. But I'm not sure if that's holding much weight anymore. And it's easy for people to say, oh, Putin is this and Putin is that and Putin, Putin, Putin. But of course, the East don't see it like that. And surely the point of treaties is to negotiate peace. And surely we must do everything we can to negotiate for peace. Surely we must do everything we can to give Putin and Russia and the East what they want in exchange for what we want. This is how we create borders. This is how we maintain peace between nations. These treaties have happened in the past. These treaties can happen again. So am I a complete naive ideologist who's got his head in the clouds thinking that we should make more effort to negotiate for peace? Because surely the other option is way more disastrous. I did say, and again, people accuse me of being a doom monger. But I did say this is the closest we've been to World War III. And you can bury your head in the sand and make out that it won't happen and it'll all be okay. And you can say nothing and beaver away. But unless we all speak up, all of us speak up and hold to account our national and global leaders, nothing is going to change. Nothing. So I'm speaking up. I hope that you speak up. I hope that you share this video. I cannot see any solution other than proper, intense, protracted, detailed peace negotiations, because war does not end well. And this could be a 10-year war or longer. And just because you might not be in Ukraine and Russia doesn't mean you're not going to get drawn into it. At the very least, all your money will be used to fund it, because that's what happens. So at the very least, tax is going to go up to crazy money. At the very least. But what about the millions of people who could die? What about the world war that it could become? And I warned about this. Oh, Rob's just being a doom monger. No, I am not. Sully has said he didn't actually mention nuclear. Well, let me tell you exactly what he said, Sully. He said, 'Those who are trying to blackmail us with nuclear weapons should know that the winds may blow in their direction.' That is, without saying the words nuclear, that is as close to saying the words nuclear without saying the words nuclear. And again, we can be naive about this. Oh, it will never happen. We've got insurance. We've got more power. The West is more powerful, blah blah blah. He'll never, you know, a lot of people said, oh, Putin will never invade Ukraine. No, it's never gonna happen. Oh, there'll never be a pandemic. Oh, there'll never be a lockdown. Honestly, people, I think, are a bit naive. But then maybe my solution is naive, but I at least wanted to fucking offer something. So Simon has said BS, no treaties or negotiation with Putin. Have we tried as much as we can, Simon? Have we really given him what he wants in exchange for what we want? Have we pushed it as far as we could to negotiate peace? Now, if we have, okay, what can you do? But have we really, though? And what's the other option, by the way? Pumping a load of money into Ukraine and fighting the war from the sidelines vicariously, fighting a financial war? I cannot see how military war and world wars— I cannot see how that's a solution. I can't. I'm sure you've got to do everything you can before you get there. And I already thought we were quite close to World War III, and you know what, this, this makes me feel we're even closer. So let me just update you on what's happened. And by the way, I am quoting— well, I'm quoting through credible articles in the media, um, translated from what, um, Putin has said himself. So, um, Putin has said, I'm not bluffing. When the territorial integrity of our country is threatened, we will use all the means at our disposal to defend Russia and our people. This is not a bluff. This is not a bluff. Russian citizens can be sure that the territorial integrity of our homeland, of our independence and our freedom, will be secured by all the means at our disposal. Those who are trying to blackmail us with nuclear weapons should know that the winds may blow in their direction. This is not a bluff. Partial mobilization is underway. 2 million troops at any time at his disposal to deploy. This shit is happening. This shit is real. You need to share this video everywhere. We all need to speak up about this. Yeah, who knows what he's really like? Who knows how ill he really is? Who knows how dictatorial he really is? We don't know. But surely— Mikhailo has said the West has asked for it— surely we need to do everything we can to negotiate peace first. First. And if we've done everything, well, then we've done everything, and then we can sleep at night knowing that we had no choice. Surely. Look, I can't help wars. I, I am not militarily trained. I'm not. I'm a lover, not a fighter. So there's nothing I can really do there other than use my platform to voice these messages for good. Maybe you'll share this. Maybe enough people will speak out, and maybe, just maybe, we can start to hold our national leaders to account. Maybe. I tell you what I can do though to help you is to help you have independence where you can, decentralization where you can, freedom as much as you can have it in the crazy world that we're in right now. And to do that, I'm going to give you a gift because I think this is harrowing news and I want to help as much as I can. So I have a digital financial toolkit, um, the link is bit.ly/robtoolkit. That's bit.ly/robtoolkit. And there you can download about 30 different ways to save up to half your salary in costs. There you can get some workshops on becoming decentralized and building independent and multiple streams of income and managing your own business online remotely and having this freedom such that if there are these challenges that go on, then at least you are looking after yourself and you are financially independent. Because when you're financially independent you are virtually all other types of independent. So if you'd like access to these free gifts and resources, um, just type yes in the comments. When you type yes in the comments, I'm going to give you a link to bit.ly/robtoolkit, bit.ly/robtoolkit, and there I'm going to send you about 30-odd ways to save up to half your salary in costs, how to build decentralized autonomous um, freedom, free location freedom, work freedom, financial freedom, um, the right assets to build that are digital and decentralized, and various video workshops and weekly resources from me. I interview billionaires, I interview money masters, and I do regular content to help you make, manage, and master your money and protect yourself from the crazy situation of the economy because This war's going, you know, if this war's already affecting the economy, taxes are already going up, GDP is already going down, a recession is already, um, here. Winter is coming, as Akawa said there. So I want to help you as best I can in the way that I know, because I'm not good at fighting, um, and I don't want it to be a fight anyway. I don't think that's the best way to end this. So if you just type yes in the comments, then I'm going to give you access to my digital financial toolkit weekly resource. There's about 7 resources you'll access immediately, and then you're going to get my weekly Rob Moore Resources update. I might, um, do some money-related content. I might have some templates or, um, some systems that can help you budget and manage your money well, to help you start and scale your business, to help you turn your ideas into income, just to basically give you more freedom of time, of location, and of money. So just type yes in the comments. I'm going to give you access to that completely for free, and always free, by the way, as my, um, way to help in the way that I know how to help. You just have to type yes in the comments. If you want to jump the queue, because I often have hundreds of people say yes in the comments, just go to bit.ly/robtoolkit. That's bit.ly/robtoolkit. Now, I said even before the war We must never take anything for granted. We must never just bury our head in the sand. Oh, there won't be any lockdowns, don't worry. I must admit, I said that at first. Oh, he's not going to invade Ukraine. Nah, he wouldn't do that. And a lot of these things, unfortunately, have come true. Unfortunately, some of my doom predictions have come true. I'm getting a bit too good at these doom predictions. I don't want to be right. I want to be wrong. But unfortunately, I have been right a lot of times of the increased taxation and the increased inflation. And if we do not broker peace and do everything we can and be the change that we want to see in the world, we could end up in World War III. And it's very easy, very easy to just, oh well, it's not my problem. Oh well, it's in Russia and Ukraine. Oh well, there's nothing I can do about it. It's too easy to dismiss that. We put our leaders in power. We must hold them to account. So how you can do that is share this video, if you wouldn't mind sharing. And you know, the hidden message in here— well, it's not hidden, is it? But the message in here is make peace, not war. We can't help how Putin and Russia are. They are them. We can jump up and down like the Tasmanian Devil over how wrong and outrageous it is, but they are them and we can't change them. We can change ourselves though. We can do more to negotiate peace instead of just threatening with the, you know, the iron arm of, 'We are America, we are the global superpower, we are the West.' You know, that's one way of doing it. How's that going for us now? How's that, you know, flexing our muscles doing for us right now? Or we can give Putin some things. We can stop a world war. Because I'm fucking scared. I am scared. And I'm going to try and put that fear into action, that fear into production and creation, into more content, into helping you start and scale your business, into giving you better financial education and knowledge. And if you type yes, I've got gifts for you— ongoing online courses and resources to help you be decentralized. So Susan has said the scariest thing is the digital dollars. So yeah, you've got The threat of increased inflation, increased taxation, the central digital currency, the New World Order, own nothing, be happy— all of this stuff. That is— that, whilst I'm not a conspiracy theorist, I'm not sure it's as extreme as they say. We are moving towards these things which are not good for us, so we have to take personal responsibility. All change starts with us. So just type yes in the comments. I'm going to help you along and give you some tools and resources, um, to save money, to make money, to become decentralized, to have some independence and, um, control financially from a location perspective, because you can do everything you need to do to make your living on the internet. So just type yes in the comments. I'll share the link with you. Thanks for tuning in. Let me just summarize. Putin has said this is not a bluff. I will finish on this one line from Putin: those who are trying to blackmail us with nuclear weapons should know that the winds may blow in their direction. This is not a bluff. I think it's important that you share this. Type yes in the comments for some resources from me for free. And remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything.
