Rishi Sunak the SCAMMER

In this monologue, entrepreneur and podcaster Rob Moore addresses UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, arguing that the government’s current economic approach is destroying growth. Moore claims he has built a business from a small debt to a multi‑million‑pound turnover and uses this experience to outline what he sees as the correct way to grow an economy. He identifies two fundamental errors: (1) increasing national debt – currently £3.1 trillion with 4 % interest, which he says is the second‑largest expense after the NHS – and (2) over‑taxing entrepreneurs and the middle‑class while allowing the super‑rich and large corporations to evade taxes. Moore proposes reducing debt, taxing the super‑rich and large corporations an additional 5 % (instead of the current low effective rates), and stimulating growth through grants, subsidies, and creating “Silicon Valley‑style” hubs in cities like London, Leeds and Manchester. He criticises the government’s spending on the public sector and debt repayment, calling it a “carousel pyramid scheme” that ultimately burdens taxpayers. Throughout, he invites Sunak to appear on his Disruptors Podcast for a discussion, and he promotes a £7,000 cash giveaway (and a forthcoming £10,000 giveaway) linked to his podcast anniversary, providing a short URL for entry.

Rishi, here's how to fix the economy. It seems that Rishi has no idea how to grow an economy. Now, people might say, well, that's easy for me to say, and what would I know because I'm not the Prime Minister? But I know how to grow an economy because I'm an entrepreneur, and I've grown an economy from minus 50 grand in debt to 20 million a year, plus or minus VAT. So I know how to grow an economy, and Rishi does not know how to grow an economy. It's actually pretty simple to grow an economy. So Rishi, if you're watching, or if anyone, you wouldn't mind sharing this, and maybe Rishi can see this. Here's how to grow an economy. Firstly, here's how not to grow an economy. Number 1: increase national debt. So national debt has gone up and up and up. It's currently at £3.1 trillion. Interest rates just went up to 4%. 4% interest on the £3.1 trillion, that's actually the second highest expense in your taxpaying money. You might not know this, but the highest expense that you pay tax on is the NHS. The second highest expense is repaying the national debt. But many governments are only paying interest on the debt, not repayment on the debt. So you're paying a lump of your tax in interest on debt, and the debt isn't going down. So rule number one, Rishi, of growing an economy is to reduce, not increase, your debt. Now, of course, that might not be easy, but it's rule number 1. Rule number 2 is you need to encourage economic growth. So let's, let's talk about this, Rishi. How do we encourage economic growth? Well, we don't increase taxes and decrease spending and punish enterprise. We don't suffocate the startups and the scale-ups and the, um, smaller business owners, the upper working class, if you like, and the working class, of course. The upper working class, I would say, are the self-employed and the small business owners. Then you've got the sort of the lower-level rich. Who are the entrepreneurs. And then you've got the super rich. And everyone calls for the rich to be taxed more. No, no, it's the super rich that need to be taxed more. So the next thing Rishi needs to do is to stop stealing everyone's money who are lower class— that's not a fair word to say, you know what I mean— working class, people who are basically broke. And then the middle and the entrepreneurial class, and they need to start taking a bit more money off the super-rich. So the corp tax that Amazon and Google and Facebook and all these other massive corporations avoid, and the income tax that these super-billionaires avoid, imagine if just 5% of that extra was claimed by the government. That would be trillions that could start wiping down their debt, which reduces our tax burden. They could start investing that back into our economy. Now, Rishi, the basic fundamental of growing an economy is increasing money flow, or GDP. You know, the amount of money that's flowing in the economy. And if you tax people more, all you do is reduce the flow into the economy but increase the flow into the government, and the government don't increase the flow back into the economy. 'Cause the government spend it on themselves and the bloated political system and the bloated public sector and the repayment of national debt and the NHS with a hole in it. Like, you could give all £1.2 trillion in tax revenue to the NHS and it still wouldn't fix the problem. So taxing us more kills the economy, and that's just what he seems to be prepared to do. Whereas if he said, here are some grants 'Here's some subsidies for innovating. Let's bring in money from overseas and create like a little Silicon Valley in London and Leeds and Manchester. Let's reduce the taxes and incentivise people to start a business, to grow a business, to hire people.' But there's none of that. In fact, one person, only one person since lockdown had any thoughts of that. That was Liz Truss. And she got booted out in 40-odd days. And you know, a lot of people say, "Oh, well, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer." That's not true. What happens is the super rich get richer and everyone else gets poorer. Because there's different classes of rich. You know, some people think if you earn over $100,000 you're rich. I don't. You know, you can earn $1 million and you still get most of that taxed. Like, if you earn $1 million, you're getting at least 55% of that taxed. Maybe up to 70% with what you spend and then what you earn. It's fucking ridiculous. How is that going to grow the economy? All it's doing is filling the coffers of the politicians, repaying debt which isn't getting repaid because it's probably mostly interest on debt. So summary, Rishi, listen up. How you grow an economy is not taking money out of it, it's encouraging money into it. You need to encourage people to start a business, to generate e-commerce, to generate revenue, to hire more people, to get unemployment down, to get people back to work. My business partner shared this shocking revelation: 55% of the UK are not working, you know, whether they're on benefits or whether of that early retirement or later retirement age. How can an economy grow if more than half of it aren't creating revenue? It is ridiculous. People need to get back to work, and you need to reward us for working and putting money into the economy. Simple, simple basic economics. Let me know what you think in the comments, by the way. I wonder if you wouldn't mind sharing this. And quite frankly, I am pissed off with the increasing taxes, the decreasing in services, They are increasing the tax burden, decreasing the spend. The debt is going up and up and up. It's getting worse and worse. There's a debt spiral. That debt will never be paid back. Then there'll be defaults, then there'll be bailouts. Who pays for the bailouts? You. Me. Exactly right, Akram. Akram has said high tax will not allow people to create capital. If all of our spare capital is going in tax, then we can't hire more, we can't grow more, we can't innovate, we can't disrupt, we can't invent, we can't cure, we can't progress. And the simple solution is this: all those small business owners, the 5-odd million that generate most of the revenue for the economy, stop punishing them. And by the way, the government punished them because they're an easier target. And just take about 5% more tax. Now, by the way, when I say take 5% more tax off the billionaires and the big corporations, I don't actually mean create a higher tax bracket. I mean just take the tax you're supposed to take. Corporation tax is going up from 19% to 25%. But these billionaire corporations and billionaires are not paying 19% and 25%. They're paying 0% and 5%. So if they just paid 5% more, that's trillions already pumped into the economy. There is the solution. Stop taking backhanders. You know, being reliant on your political and campaign funding from these big billionaires and do the right thing. That's my thoughts. Let me know what you think in the comments, because this country is going to get worse and worse and worse. Do you know that the government are basically a monopolised virtual dictatorship where they've allowed themselves one rule for them, one rule for you, where they can trade insolvently, knowingly that they won't pay back their debt. They, they can take tax off of us, maybe unlawfully, and have no responsibility. And when it all goes wrong, we just pay to bail them out. So imagine running a business. I don't know if you run a business. Let me know if you run a business. I run a business. Um, if I take money from a client and I knowingly spend that somewhere else before I've delivered, that's called trading insolvently. And if I have to take new money to pay back old money— Rob Peter to pay Paul— that's called trading insolvently. And you can be struck off as a director, or even you can be done for fraud if you knowingly trade insolvently. So as a small business owner, an entrepreneur, or in the private sector, that is illegal. Yet the government have created the rule where they can do it for themselves and they can do it legally and they do it knowingly. And they just keep charging us more money and putting it into this debt spiral which will never get paid back. And then when they need more money, they just increase the taxes. And then when they default, they just bail out, and bailouts come from taxes. It is a scam. It is a carousel pyramid scheme if ever I've seen one. We need a proper entrepreneur economist, not a theorist economist, but a proper entrepreneur economist running our country. So Rishi, what do you think? Come and jump on my podcast. I saw you on Piers Morgan. Come and jump on my podcast. Let's talk about this. If I'm getting some things wrong or there's some things I don't know, I'm always open to learning, but we need to have a discussion. I want to know why you are cannibalizing the nation. You are cannibalizing the revenue generators. If you were hungry, you wouldn't eat your arm. The country's eating itself. Let me know what you think in the comments.
