Social Media 0-100k Followers on TikTok & YouTube: The Dirty Lessons - Part 2

In this 45‑minute masterclass, Rob Moore (Speaker A) shares how he grew his TikTok, YouTube, Clubhouse and other social media followings to 100K+ followers while running a £20 million training business and a large property portfolio. He outlines 19 concrete lessons for rapid audience growth, covering mindset shifts (accepting critics, embracing failure), disciplined habits (daily posting, one‑year commitment), strategic tactics (collaborations, analytics, watch‑time focus, content repurposing, comment engagement, defining clear outcomes, mixing education/entertainment/emotion, the 70‑20‑10 content ratio, modeling top influencers, live‑streaming across multiple platforms, leveraging monetisation tools, early adoption of new platforms, trend/hashtag/keyword research, and fast reaction to platform changes). The second half of the session pivots to monetisation, detailing how to unlock creator‑funds, subscriptions, and multiple revenue streams, and provides a step‑by‑step blueprint for launching a personal subscription platform (niche definition, platform choice, free vs premium content, content cadence, pricing tiers, scaling to £100k+ annual revenue). Throughout, Rob intersperses live audience interaction, real‑time examples, and calls to action to join his own subscription service (rob.team). The content blends instructional advice, personal anecdotes, and promotional messaging.
Chapters
I just hit 100K followers on TikTok yesterday, and I wanted to share with you some lessons to 10x your following in a much shorter time frame. Now, I'm old school. I was taught by mentors who are hardcore older business owners who said things like, it takes 10 years to be an overnight success, and the world has changed now. Steve Jobs would be turning in his grave seeing people unbox toys, making tens of millions a year. I believe Ryan of Ryan ToysReview made $27 million in one year from unboxing toys on YouTube. Steve Jobs turning in his grave. And then there's the Paul brothers, who entertain on YouTube and now make tens of millions of dollars. MrBeast, who entertains on YouTube and does about— he reckons $4 million a month. So what's that? $48 million a year on YouTube. I don't like saying things like faster, richer, quicker, passive, because, you know, I do believe in putting the work in. You have to work hard enough not to have to work hard. You have to set to forget. But the world is changing, and we've got to unlearn the old rules and learn the new rules of faster growth. Of faster virality, of faster reach, impact, and income. So I sat down with a medium skinny cappuccino, extra shot, and contemplated how social media and growing your following has changed. Because I've been doing social media probably for 7 years, and I would say 3 years properly, but 1 year semi-professionally. And when I say semi-professionally, you know, I'm putting part-time hours now into being a content creator. I built up one of the top 100 most followed people on Clubhouse with nearly 300,000 followers in 9 or 10 months, and I actually hit quarter of a million in 6 months. I'm doing content every day now for Facebook Lives. I'm, I'm daily live on TikTok. I do 3 episodes a week on the Disruptive Entrepreneur Podcast. I do 1 episode a week on the Money Podcast. I post every day on Instagram. I post stories 3 times a day, and I post YouTube 2 to 3 times a week. And that for me is a part-time— now that's probably 10, 12 hours a week, something like that. Now I'm telling you this because the game has changed. Now, I say this with humility, but you know, my training companies do about £20 million a year in revenue. This year may be a little bit lower, but we've not finished yet. But the profit margin will probably be higher, or it could be higher, because of the COVID um, changes and the online nature of many of our events now. But the point is, I'm here telling you that it's worth me doing part-time, 10, 15 hours of my week in content creation as a creator, when in fact I have to also run a pushing £20 million a year training business. I have 1,300 tenants, soon to be 1,500, across hundreds of property units. I have a letting agency that manages 1,500 tenants. It's become the biggest letting agency in our city. I have 75, 80 staff in 2 companies. Outsourcing contractors have another about 150. Um, and I've written what now, 18 books. And I'm not telling you all this to go look at Rob Moore Moore's CV. I'm telling you all this and saying it is worth my time now being a part-time creator. I'd actually like to be a full-time creator. I would like to do 20, 30 hours a week full-time being a creator. Is that worth it? It makes hundreds of thousands of pounds a month for me, um, mostly organic and some paid ads from social media. So it's very serious. Okay, now here's what I'm going to do for you. I'm going to share 19 lessons of hitting 100K on TikTok, hitting 100K on YouTube, hitting over 250K, quarter of a million on Clubhouse, all this year. TikTok, I started this year, i.e. In the last sort of 10 months, something like that, um, I, I hit quarter of a million on Clubhouse. I hit 100K on TikTok from zero. Now my Facebook is 166K and that's taken me 7 to 8 years to build. I have various groups probably totaling 100K. It's taken 7 years of hard graft, but the world has changed. So important context, but now intro over, let's get into the content. So I've recently covered the first 8 or 9. What I'll do for you is I will post the first 8 or 9 as an episode on my Disruptive Entrepreneur Podcast so that you can go back and get the, the content that links to this. So tip 1 to grow $100K or more very quickly within a year and 10x your following is accept, engage with, and even enjoy the critics. Step 2 was be consistent and post every day. It's not hard. People say it's so hard. It's not. 15 to 30 minutes a day every day is not hard. That's half a workout. Number 3 was commit at least for 1 year on each channel, i.e., posting consistently for 1 year to see how it goes. I did that on TikTok. First 3 to 4 months, views were quite crap, and then all of a sudden, um, we hit one viral video 5 to 6 months in, and then bang, um, we never looked back. We, we've grown 85,000 followers in just over 2 months. Okay, for number 4 lesson of going viral and growing your, um, channel 10x is to interview people with bigger followings and collaborate with people. And this is something at first I didn't really want to do. I thought maybe people would want— who follow me, my content— maybe position the guests more than me. Maybe I was a bit scared to reach out and work with people. Maybe I was a bit old school and saw them as competition. That's all changed now. Um, number 5, you have to be prepared to fail and do loads of content that doesn't work and to look stupid and to go live and not having that many people on your lives. There's always issues, things break. We've got a little mini shadow ban on our YouTube channel. I've gone live loads of times with less people than normal on. I've done content that hasn't gone very well. I've upset a few people. But the amount of times I've started live, fucked it and had to start again. But you have to not take yourself too seriously and be prepared to fail. Number 6, you have to look at your analytics regularly. Time of day, your 15-second views, your 1-minute-plus views, the, the comments, the length of your content, the pattern interrupts, the style. And then review what works and do more of it and do less of what doesn't work. Too many people aren't looking at their analytics. They're just like a dog humping a tree. Dog humping a tree. You can keep humping that tree, nothing's going to change. So, and that leads me to number 7: watch time seems to be absolutely vital across all channels. The longer the watch time, the more you're rich, the more your virality, the more your growth. And then number 8 is repurposing content across multiple channels. I'm live here on TikTok. Make sure you follow me on TikTok, by the way. Don't just watch, follow. I'm live here on Facebook. I'm also live here on Clubhouse. Make sure you follow me on Clubhouse as well. Don't just listen, follow. I'm also creating the second of the two-parter episode for my Disruptive Entrepreneur Podcast on 10xing your following and on celebrating hitting 100K across many platforms. Okay, so I've now put you in the picture and you know the first half of the content. If you want like 45 minutes of detail on that, that will go live on my Disruptive Entrepreneur Podcast coming soon. Now to part 2. Now the content that I'm going to go deep on here with you right now in this mini masterclass. Okay, so I'm going to do from 9 to 19. We've got 10, right? Number 9: engage in the comments as much as you can. So I try and do that as much as I can. So for example, here someone has said, um, is this a pre-record? No, this is live. Um, and people, um, someone has just said here, just wondering about why you got David Icke on YouTube. Because he gets really good growth and engagement, because I like to challenge myself and my viewers to think differently. And also, I wanted to explore the subject of money in terms of who rules and controls the world with money. I don't just want the same average normal go-to guests. I like to have different guests. And, um, and by the way, we earned 20 grand on that video in 5 days, so, you know, that's not bad either. So what I'm doing here now is engaging in the comments. If you engage in the comments, what happens is people follow you more. They become more of a follower, more of a fan. But also it's really good for engagement. And I don't mind engaging with the critics. Someone keeps calling me transgender. Transcendent, that would be me. Now someone keeps calling me transgender, so have a little bit of a laugh with them. Um, also someone wants to suck my toes and keeps begging me to do that. I said pay me 10 grand, you can do that. 'Can you eat a yogurt for me, please?' 'Don't have any yogurt here right now.' So when you engage in the comments, you get more comments. The algorithm loves comments. The algorithm wants you to engage in the comments. You actually get good reach and engagement, and the algorithm sees you favorably when you engage in other influencers' comments. My Facebook account manager told me this. So don't just post and run. Engage in the comments. That will help 10x your following. Okay, next then. I'm on number 10, and remember, we're on part 2. If you want part 1, you can listen on the Disruptive Entrepreneur podcast episode. Okay, you've got to know your outcome when it comes to social media. Do you want to build your following? Do you want to attract your ideal client? Or do you want to monetize directly as a creator? They're the 3 main outcomes, I think. So if you want to grow your following wide, you've probably got to do a bit more sensationalist, contrarian controversial newsjacking type content. If you want to attract ideal clients, you've got to know your lane and stay in it and talk to your ideal client. If you want to monetize directly social media, so for example, TikTok are launching a subscription, Facebook have supporters and stars, they have, um, ad revenue now in lives, podcasts have sponsors and advertisers. If you want to monetize directly Then of course you want the content to attract the sponsors and you want to grow your listenership to get more revenue per thousand, CPM it's called. So is your outcome build a big following, attract ideal clients, or monetize directly as a creator? Know your outcome, go accordingly. Mine is actually more to grow my following. I have probably 25 different verticals, 50 different products, so I haven't got one lane to stay in. I just talk about entrepreneurship, business, money, even stuff in the media. I comment on a lot of big influencers who are in the business space, like Elon Musk. Talk a fair bit about the taxation and the system and the government in terms of is it supporting entrepreneurship and an improvement of the economy, because I want to grow my following. Okay, number 11, and this is something that, um, I'm still learning, but in reality You need to entertain as well as inform. So when it comes to content, entertaining, educating, and emotional— they're the 3 main types of content that will help you get reach and revenue, impact and income. So Jake Paul, Logan Paul, MrBeast, Ryan of Ryan ToysReview— these are all in the entertainment space. And actually, entertainment makes you go more viral. And what Jake and Logan Paul did is focus on entertainment, went viral, and then they turned it into a business. And if you have 20 million followers, you have a ready-made business that's going to make millions of pounds. So I've been in information and education for 14 years— well, actually nearly 16— but what I'm trying to do now is get a little bit more entertainment into it. I'm no comedian, but, um, you will see me being a little bit more focused on emotion and entertainment, behind the scenes, as opposed to just 5 ways to make money, 5 ways to make recurring income, 10 ways to grow your following, which is traditionally my kind of content. Okay, number 12: follow my 70-20-10 rule. So my 70-20-10 rule is 70% of your content is on topic, on brand. 20% of it is newsjacking, engaging, entertaining for virality. And then 10% of it is making your offer. And whether that is 7, 2, and 1 out of 10 posts, or 70% of your content in one video, and then 20%, and then 10%, that's up to you. So what I try to do on Clubhouse when I go live and do a mini masterclass is Let's say I'm going to do 45 minutes. Try and do 35 minutes of education, 5 or 10 minutes of having a bit of a laugh, going on tangents, pissing around, and then I might make a 5-minute offer, for example, my Rob.team subscription platform or something like that. That's a nice ratio. People— not too many people will get pissed off with that. And if one or two people get pissed off with that, well, that's on them, not on you. You're allowed to sell stuff. Sales makes the world go round. Too many people on social media putting loads of content out there, not selling anything, then getting frustrated, pissed off, and upset, and demotivated that they're not making any money, but they're not making any offers. You need to make offers if you want to grow a business. There's nothing wrong with making offers. Even all these people who do free content all the time, they make offers. Gary Vee, oh, I never sell anything on social media. Then he gets paid $200 grand a speech, $250 grand a speech. Then he launches an NFT and makes, you know, $50 million plus. I begrudge no one making offers. Sales makes the world go round. But you don't want to sell zero because it's not enough, but you also don't want to sell 100% because it's too much. So 70% on topic or brand, 20% news engagement jacking and entertaining, 10% making your offer. If you're just tuning in, just let me summarize what I'm doing here. Um, I hit 100K on YouTube recently, 100K on TikTok. Um, I hit quarter of a million in Clubhouse in 6 months. So probably 9 months ago, I had just over half a million followers across all my social, all organic. Um, and in the next, what, 8, 9 months, I doubled it. I went over a million. So I'm teaching you what I've learned in doubling my following in one-tenth of the time, which is 10x-ing your following. So it's not just a generic thing I say, how to 10x your following, it's actually something that I've done myself. This is in two parts because it's quite a lot of content. There's actually 19 different things I'm sharing with you here. If you want part one, it will be published on my Disruptive Entrepreneur podcast, so make sure you go back and get that. And we're on part two. I'll do a summary at the end as well. Okay, right, so we're on number 13: follow the top influencers. Save their content that's really good and create your own version of that content and learn from them. Now, never copy, but always model or be inspired by. So I would say 20 to 30% of my content has been inspired by someone else. I, I had a viral video on YouTube which was, um, sorry, on TikTok, 1.3 million, um, which was inspired by Elon Musk. He talked about drug dealers probably knowing more about business than, you know, tutors at university and many startup entrepreneurs. And he did a little, um, piece on that, and I used that as inspiration, credited Elon Musk, and then I added my own content about how they get paid up front and how they get paid in cash and how they're good at getting repeat business and how they're good at getting their clients addicted, like Costa Coffee have me addicted. So that content was inspired by someone who's bigger than me. So if you follow top influencers and then you're inspired by the content and you create your own version of it, that is really good for virality because it leverages in on their name and the content is already proven. Never rip off— too many people just rip people off, like literally word for word, verbatim rip off and try and claim it as their own. You're actually better giving the credit to someone else because you can leverage their name. So, um, Will Smith said recently um, face the fear, and if you can't, just do it scared. And I thought that was a great piece of content. So I said— I created a new TikTok video and said, Will Smith says, um, face the fear, and if you can't, just do it scared. And then I put my take on it about how we're all scared, about how you feel the fear and do it anyway, about how every winner was once a beginner and how every master was once a disaster. This is a great strategy. If you just chuck content out there that's not proven, then you're throwing a load of mud against the wall and hoping that some of it sticks. Whereas if you follow people who've got really good reach, really good virality already, and then you model what works but in your own unique style, you're going to go viral more quickly, but you're also going to develop your own style. Okay, number 14 of 19 ways to 10x your following would be to go live when you can. Um, live seems to get good reach both when you're live and after the live, depending on the platform. Live's really good for engagement with your, um, community. Um, so I'll give you a few little tips here. On Facebook, um, when you go live, I would say it's probably the best reach on the live, depending on your platform. But once the live is finished, that live grows and grows and grows grows. So for example, I did a piece of content a couple of 3 days ago. I probably had 120 at peak on the live, which probably meant about 1,500 on the live in total. And now that video has 27,000 views. So it's starting to mature and grow. If I'd have done a pre-record, that never would have matured and grown. Because remember, comments are good for engagement. So give me a yes in the comments if you're enjoying this content, by the way. My little tip, a little hack here to try and get you to help me with my engagement. But more comments, more engagement, more virality, because the algorithm believes that people like the content. So go live. Now on Facebook, once you finish the live, you'll get more and more and more and more reach. I did one rant, I had 250 people at peak on the live, I probably had 5,000 people watch the live, and now it's just about to hit a million views. And this was 2 months ago. So Facebook Lives have that long maturation. TikTok Lives— here's the funny thing with TikTok Lives: you can be live on TikTok and there's hardly anyone on it, but the algorithm, the longer you're on a TikTok Live, the algorithm is feeding your profile somewhere. Because I'll often finish a live and I'll have 200, 250, 300 new followers, except I only had 12 of them from the live. So clearly my platform is getting pushed up. Um, you know, people are following me while I'm live. Something is going on in the algorithm giving you more reach. So Instagram is great for split-screen lives. So for example, if you go live and then bring someone else up on your screen, you infiltrate each other's audience, so you get more people on your lives. So you need to go live more, get more engagement, and it will give you more reach and more impact, and your following will grow. Okay, I, I like to do simultaneous lives. So I'm live here on Clubhouse, I'm live here on Facebook— hello Facebook— and I'm live here on TikTok. Um, so if you can set it up so you can go live on multiple channels, then of course you get leverage of time. Okay, next one then is unlocking monetization. So there are multiple monetization tools on social media. There is TikTok coins. There will be TikTok subscription. There is Instagram badges. There will be Instagram subscription. There's Facebook supporters, which I'll tell you about in a moment. There's Facebook ads fed in on your lives. There is Facebook Live events, and there's Facebook Stars. There's YouTube Premium, YouTube ads. There's ads and sponsors and Luminary Premium on podcasts. I think the Clubhouse will have to sort their shit out and bring in new monetization tools, otherwise people are going to leave. So keep putting content out there on social media, and when you'll hit 1,000 followers, you'll hit X minutes viewed on your videos, you'll hit 10,000 followers, and you'll unlock all the features. Facebook have just put a billion dollars into their Creator Fund. TikTok have a Creator Fund you can access when you have a certain amount of followers and video and views and listens, watch time. So then you can create multiple streams of income from all your social channels. I'm going to finish on that one, so stay with me on that one. Next tip: anytime a new platform comes out, try it. So I regret not trying. I got told by Chris Howard in 2006 about YouTube and didn't get on it for another 5 years, and that was a big mistake on my part. Um, I didn't get into Facebook quick enough, Instagram quick enough, LinkedIn quick enough, TikTok quick enough, but I did get on Clubhouse as soon as I was told, and I have— I did jump on Wisdom as soon as it launched. I will be looking into platforms like Twitter Spaces and Clapper ASAP. Anytime someone tells you of a new social platform, get on it. Why? Because 1 in 5 will go viral and be the next Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube. And the sooner you get in, the more virality you have. So if you look at me, for example, on Clubhouse, I'm in the top 100 followed in the world. I have nearly 300,000 followers. But if I'd have gotten 6 months ago, which by the way I couldn't because I didn't know about it, but if I had I'd have 3 to 5 million followers because they were just getting automatic new following because they were in at the start. You know, they were appearing on everyone's feed when they, uh, signed in on Clubhouse. It's a follow this, follow Tiffany Haddish, you know, follow Bomani, all these people who just naturally got 3, 5, or 10 million followers. So get on social media platforms earlier than you used to. And try them. Now, some of them won't fly, and that's okay. You didn't waste a load of your time. You know, every winner was once a beginner. Every master was once a disaster. You have to try 4 things, 5 things, and one of them will work. Or 9 things or 10 things, and one of them will work. That's life. Yeah, someone's just said here— so, um, Gemma Lee has just said, what about Donald Trump's platform? So Donald Trump announced he's launching the Truth social media platform, and I will try that. Who knows, that could, that could disrupt Facebook. Who knows? Try these platforms early. All right, next one. So we've got 3 more. I hope you're finding this useful. I know I talk fast. I want to squeeze in as much content as possible, and then I'll do a summary. All right, 17 then is you've got to research trends, hashtags, and keywords. So for example, when we go live on TikTok, we usually have researched the TikTok trends which you can see in the TikTok, um, platform. Um, we research high-volume keywords on YouTube and create content on the keywords and the trends. Now, I will sometimes just do my own content because you know what you know, but you're way smarter to reverse engineer what's trending right now. Is it on brand and on niche? Create content on it. What does everyone want? What's everyone searching for? Is it on brand and on niche? Create content on it. Reverse engineer the way you create content. And by the way, a lot of people say to me, oh well, Rob, you know, I'd love to do more content, but I find content really hard. I don't know how you stay so prolific, do content every day. I'm not creative, you know, yada yada. I don't have all the ideas, yada yada yada. But actually, if you research trends every day— Twitter, TikTok— research keywords every day— YouTube, high, high search volume on Google. In the end, you will have a mass of content in the bank that you can create knowing that you've got the highest chance of virality and engagement because it's what people want. There you go. All right. And what you can also do is engage in your communities and ask your community what they want. So I'm gonna do that right now. If you're watching on TikTok, please put in the comments what one thing would you love to learn right now. If you're on my Facebook Live, put in the comments what one thing would you most like to learn right now. If you're here on Clubhouse, just DM me in the back channel on Clubhouse what one thing would you most like to learn right now. Could be starting or scaling your business, could be creating more impact and income, reach and revenue, could be growing your influence, whatever. So Gemma said she wants to learn more about Clubhouse. So enough people— if enough people said to me, Rob, I want to learn about Clubhouse, I'll do a Clubhouse masterclass, for example. Okay, hashtags. So Natalie has just DM'd me saying she wants to learn more about hashtags. So for example, I know many social platforms have reduced the number of hashtags that— basically, any more than 3 to 5 hashtags and it's a waste of time. So that's something that's new. You go and research the hashtag tags and the trends on Facebook, Instagram, etc. So I'm basically just crowdsourcing content from you. Irene has just said, I want to create more impact and I want to become an influencer. So I would tell her about the creator economy, how actually it's better to be a creator than an influencer. I would give her my model of creating more impact, i.e., turning your passion into your profession. Leveraging all social media channels, creating collaborations and partnerships, etc. So I've just done a live little demo there. Super easy. How hard was that? That was easy. And I mean, I've got a lot more comments here. Building a marketing strategy to get my NFTs out. Um, I definitely know how to do that because I've launched books and subscription platforms, um, and the launch model for an NFT would be the same. I saw how Gary Vee did his NFT launch. It basically looked just like a a standard book launch model. So my point is, I've now got a load of content thanks to you, and I know it's guaranteed to work because you asked for it and you are my listeners. So don't reinvent the wheel, don't make things hard, make things easy. Get the high-volume keywords and hashtags and trends and the problems and pains and desires in your community and create content on that, and you'll have a bank of content for a year in advance. And your content is going to fly because people have already said that they want it. Okay, 2 more. I hope you're finding this useful. So this one's really important, but it's not really— it's just a concept, but it's important. And that is you've got to react fast to changes. So, um, social media are changing all the time. There's a new feature launched seemingly every day. YouTube have just changed the way they do their dislike button. I was told by my Instagram account manager that they're going to move more into a video platform. Reels is apparently where you get growth on Instagram. I've been told that TikTok are launching a subscription model. So are Instagram. What are Clubhouse going to do next? Facebook are launching a podcast feed. Honestly, the platforms evolve so quick and change all the time, so you've got to know what the changes are and react fast because the quicker you react into the changes, the more viral you go. I remember when stories came out and I was like, bollocks to that. I remember when reels came out and I was like, bollocks to that. It's a new thing to learn. But actually, for most people now, their reels and stories have way more reach than their main feed. So you've got to react fast. Okay, and then the final one. This could be the biggest one, so well done for staying this long. This could be the biggest one. Is having a subscription platform. So I have thousands of people who subscribe to me on my supporter subscription platform. Now, you either subscribe on Facebook if you use Facebook a lot. So obviously all of you here on Facebook, you'd probably subscribe to me through Facebook. But anyone who's not on Facebook, they join my platform on rob.team. And there are 7 main elements of building a subscription platform. Now, why would you want one? To build multiple streams of recurring income and to move with the trends that Netflix probably started. Now, many people are buying their food on subscription, their Amazon Prime on subscription, their content on subscription. Volvo now have a subscription platform where you can drive cars on subscription. OnlyFans is subscription. Virtually everything is subscription now. Gemma said she joined my subscription platform yesterday. Welcome aboard, Gemma. So here I'm just going to quickly brief you the main elements of setting up a subscription platform, and then I'm going to tell you how you can do it. And maybe I can work with you and help you launch your own, and maybe you can learn from me on mine. You know, I said it's smart to watch influencers on how they create content. And then model it for your own, it would be so smart for you to join my platform at rob.team and then just model that but create your own content. I'm more than happy for you to join rob.team right now. You literally just write in a browser r-o-b dot t-e-a-m. And if you want me to make it easy for you and you basically want a plug-and-play, copy-and-paste way to build a subscription platform that could make you tens of thousands a month, go join my platform. Um, Errol Gasm's just going to join now. Yeah, the link is rob.mooc.team. Open a browser now, do it now. And because people always ask me what content, how much, what should my niche be, how much should I charge, what platform do I launch on— well, go and model mine for the cost of a cup of coffee every month. And I have 62 of them a month. For £5 or $5-ish, you could literally model my subscription platform to create your own. Just don't rip me off, that's all I ask. Just don't nick my content. So it's— I can see people on the lives asking me about that. I wasn't going to mention that yet, but go right now. Phil Gordon's just said he's already a member and loves it. So go right now to the link, rob.team. James Harrison is in as well. Rob.team. Now, um, I'm just going to talk you through the main elements of setting up your own subscription platform. So number 1, you need to know your niche. Um, Irene's just joined rob.team as well. I'll see you there. Right, so, um, what's your niche? You know, your passion turned into your profession. What's your business? What's your content theme? My content theme is business, entrepreneurship, money, social media, You know, it's for entrepreneurs basically. Okay, number 1. Number 2 then is you need to know what platform are you going to go on. There's OnlyFans, Facebook supporters, you could build your own one like I did, Rob.team, Kajabi, and Patreon. There's 5 main choices, I reckon. There's more, but I'd say they're the main 5. Amanda Sanna, she's in on Rob.team. Just go right now, Rob.team. I've got a really special bonus if you join now, by the way. You're going to love this. I always like to reward people who take action. Okay, so there are 5 main platforms you can set up on for your own subscriptions, and I'll cover that later. Stay with me. Okay, then you need to know what content is going to go on my subscription platform versus what's free. Now, I used to do Ask Me Anythings every week for free. I used to do mini masterclasses every month for free, and I don't need to do that. In fact, people often don't value free. You know, free advice is worth every penny. And if you pay, you pay attention. So I actually moved my monthly masterclasses and turned them not into mini but midi. I moved my ask me anythings and I just put them in my premium platform. So now there's a big difference between free and premium. On free, you know, I still give a lot of free content, by the way. And here's the ironic thing, some people say, oh Rob, if you give loads of free content, does that mean people won't join your premium? People won't buy your courses or your products or services. I found the complete opposite. I found the more I gave away, the more people joined. Because some people are like, oh, if you give everything away for free, no one will buy anything, there'll be nothing left to buy. But I think that's a scarcity mindset. I actually found the more you give away for free and the more you help people for free, the more trust and rapport you build. But my Ask Me Anything lives are now only on my Rob.team. My monthly masterclasses. For example, I'm going to do a 7-figure subscription secrets masterclass that is only on my Rob.team. Anyway, I'll talk to you about that in a moment. I'm almost finished, so make sure that you jump on to Rob.team right now. R-O-B-T-E-A-M. Okay, Errol's just joined. Welcome aboard, Errol. Jump in quick, I've got to go in a minute. All right, now let's go back to the subscription platform. Um, so you, you got, you got to work out what platform you're on. You got to work out what your niche is. You got to work out what content you put on there that's not free. Next one is how much of that content. It's 6 to 7 pieces a month, I would say you need to do. I do more, by the way, but it's about 6 to 7 a month, and that works out at 1 piece of premium a week. One deep dive masterclass a month, and 1 to 2 ask me anything lives a month. And that's 6 to 7 pieces a month. And at $10, no one would begrudge that. That's more than enough content. In fact, by the way, I actually probably do too much, and I probably charge too cheap. And all that does is create an expectation of more of that. You know, my good friend John Lee does a new piece of content every Monday. That's enough. If the content is good, That's enough. I can see there, um, C for Tawny— C for Tawny has just joined. Welcome aboard there, my friend. Okay, right, so 6 to 7 pieces of premium content a month, that's kind of really all you need. Next then is how much should you charge? Well, I charge £5 stroke $5 there or thereabouts for mine, and it's too cheap. And I did it because I wanted to help as many people as possible and I wanted a global audience. And yes, now I do have thousands and thousands of members, but I should have charged $10 minimum. Fact. Fact. It's too cheap. Um, but by the way, you get the benefit of that if you go to rob.team. You can get in at £5-ish. I mean, that's nothing. That's the cost of a cup of coffee. But I say to you, start at $10. Then what you can do is launch a $30 level, a $100 level. I'm actually going to launch a $30 level coming soon, but Um, not yet. Um, so $10. Now here's the thing, what about the money? Well, get this, if you get just 3 new members a day and you charge just $10, do you know how much that is in a year? Have a guess in the comments. If you charge just 3— if you charge just $10 and, um, you get just 3 new members a day, in a year, do you know how much that is? In total and/or recurring? Have a guess in the comments. Just don't, don't get the calculator out, just guess. Okay, cool. All right then, I'll tell you. In a year, that is $11,100 per month. Times that by 12, once you're at that level, that is about $140,000 a year. People are putting guesses in of $10,000, $15,000, $30,000. It's way more in just one year at just 3 new members a day. No word of a lie, work out the maths, you'll have $11,100 a month. And you will— that, that— so every— over 12 months, once you're at that number, is nearly $140,000. Now I can see people say in here going, wow, putting up their hands. Give me a yes if you want some of that. Give me a hell yes if you want some of that. Right, okay, so if you want some of that, go and join my platform at Rob team. Rob.team. Join now because I have to go in a minute. Rob.team. Just open it up on a browser. Um, how do you get 3 clients a day with no audience? I will finish on that because I can, I can help you with that. It's easier than you think. But if you join Rob.team right now— by the way, there's loads of content on there, but I don't even want to talk about that. I want to tell you 2 things. Join Rob.team right now and go in and be a member for a few months and see how you find it for the cost of a cup of coffee. And model how I create hundreds of thousands of pounds a year in my subscription platform to create your own. Model what platform it's on, model the types of content, model how it's used, um, model the types of content, and just basically put your own niche and style onto to it. Someone here has asked, is this using Patreon? There are 5 different platforms. I can teach you which one is right for you. Okay, so DJ Desi Jones has just joined in as well. Welcome to Rob.team. But get this, if you join Rob.team right now, I'm going to give you my brand new 7-figure Subscription Secrets Masterclass completely for free. Now, this is going to be a £1,500 course. Here's how I'm going to do the launch. And by the way, you're helping me because the smart skeptical ones will go, why would Rob give away a £1,500 course? That's crazy. Actually, do you know what? I wouldn't. I fundamentally wouldn't. But here's what I'm going to do. In January or February 2022, I'm going to launch my new 7-figure Subscription Secrets platform. I've earned hundreds of thousands of pounds in subscription revenue from my platform, so I'm living and breathing it, breathing it. I only teach what I know and what I've done. When I launch it, I'm probably going to charge my best customers and existing followers and clients £1,000 at a special price, and I'm going to launch it only to them first. Then I'm going to go to the wider market, to the masses, and I'm going to charge £1,500, right? But why would I therefore do it for you for £3.49 for a monthly registration? Because I need to do a version 1. I need to do a practice run. I need to sort of set up all the content, but the slides won't be perfectly designed by my design team. A lot of it will be me kind of, you know, just teaching what I know as opposed to bullet point slides and slick imagery and video content. So basically, I want to do a dry run to create an amazing course, and I thought, well, I might as well have people watching. I don't want to sit in a dark green room studio on my own for 3 days delivering this content. How boring is that going to be? So here's what I'm going to do. Any member of rob.team— R-O-B.T-E-A-M— go join it right now. Any member of that is going to one time be able to get my 7-Figure Subscription Secrets Masterclass completely for free for being in my Rob.team membership platform. Now, I will do it once. I will do it live. There will be no recordings and no replays, and I will never ever offer it again other than for £1,000 or £1,500. You have my word on that. Kate Reese has just joined and said fantastic content today. Bobbin Triple One is joining up. Okay. So like I said, the only reason I'm doing this is because you help me do like a version 1. You know, like if someone mapped out a song, they'd do the melody. You know, if someone wrote a book, they'd just brain dump version 1. This is going to be what my 7-Figure Subscription Secrets course is, but you're getting it for nothing. But here's the thing, you'll get to ask me questions. We'll do Q&A sessions. And Bobbin is asking for the link. It's rob.team. Rob.team. So go right now, join up. Now when you go to the link rob.team, you, you'll write rob.team in a new browser. A page will come up. It's got about 12 benefits of being a Rob.team member. Just scroll past those, you're going to get all of those anyway. By the way, this platform's been going for years. All past pre-recorded content and previous masterclasses and Ask Me Anything lives, it's all in there. There's a massive vault. But about halfway down, you can either sign up on Facebook on the left or my own platform on the right. So I can see, for example, here John Macaras has just joined on Facebook. So if you use Facebook a lot click the left-hand button because then you join up on Facebook. If you don't use Facebook, click the right-hand button. That's my own private hand-built platform which you can model. Now they're the same content, but one is hosted on Facebook and one is hosted on my private platform. It's a long story as to why I've got two. I won't advise you to have two, but I will tell you why I've got two. But just, you only need to join on one. So left-hand button on Facebook if you join and use Facebook a lot. By the way, if you want to go direct to Facebook, um, the link is bit.ly/cashrm. So if you use Facebook a lot, you like the live video feature, you watch my lives, etc., just go to bit.ly/cashrm. It's on Facebook. I go live to supporters. The live videos feed directly to you. We have a supporter Facebook group with thousands of members that you gain access to. However, if you don't use Facebook, it's rob.team you want to join up. So quick summary, then I need to hand over to Ed. Last chance to join this platform, by the way. If you go right now and join rob.team, R-O-B dot T-E-A-M, for just the cost of one medium skinny cappuccino extra shot per month You can gain access to Ask Me Anything Lives every 1 to 2 weeks. You can gain access to monthly masterclasses, including my very special one-off bonus, my 7-Figure Subscription Secrets Masterclass, where over 3 days live I will teach you step-by-step strategies and tactics to build your own subscription platform. So much so that, you know, by the end of that course you will actually have an operational subscription platform, because what we do is we show you Patreon, We show you Facebook Supporters, we show you, um, Kajabi. You— we tell you which one you should use. You choose the one right for you, and then Tom, my head of innovation, takes you step by step by step, and you actually set up your platform live on the course. So it's almost like a done-for-you service. So by the end of the course, you have your own platform. I don't know where else you can get that. Um, so go now, now to rob.team, rob.team, and get this exclusive offer. Um, yeah, got lots of cool comments about that. Um, also someone did ask, if you don't have a following, how do you get 3 members a day? So I'm going to answer that now. And, um, obviously on the course there's going to be an entire section on growing your subscriber base and getting your members. Because there's no point having a really slick subscription platform with 3 people on it and 2 of them are related to you. So you want to be able to grow. So I'm going to do probably a 3 to 4 hour deep dive session on the 7-Figure Subscription Secrets course on how you can launch and grow your platform to have thousands of members. But I'm just going to give you a bit of a tip right now. If you do a Clubhouse room and a Facebook Live and a TikTok Live and an Instagram Live once a day for 10 minutes, and you got just one subscriber, that's 4 subscribers a day. So if you went live on Clubhouse, even with no following, you'd still get 5 or 10 or 15 people in your room. One of those will buy. If you go live on Facebook, even if you only get 5 or 6 people on your live, one of those will buy. If you get TikTok and 3 or 4 or 5 people on that live, one of them will buy. And the same with Instagram. And you'll do one live per day, 10 minutes of content, 2 to 3 minute pitch and offer. And then if one per platform per day buys, that's actually 5 a day. And you know what will happen? The more you go live, more people will be on your live. So then you'll end up getting 2 per day per platform, 3 per day per platform. Then if you recorded it on your podcast, that is going to be there forever. So I'm going to do a little demo now. Are you ready? And then I've got to hand over to Ed. So here's my little demo. I'm going to do a demo pitch for Rob.team. You could copy this word for word but put your own platform in it. And then what this will be is it will be a— it will be an ad at the end of every podcast, and it can be an ad on every YouTube video I do. So I do 4 podcast episodes a week and I do 2 YouTube videos a day, so there's 100 YouTube videos and 200 podcasts. That's 300 ads, and all I do is record it once. So here we go. Thank you for being a loyal follower and subscriber to my work. As a thank you, I'd like to invite you to join my special subscription platform, rob.team. Now, for just the cost of a cup of coffee per month— and I have 62 of them a month— you can gain access to Ask Me Anything Lives every 2 weeks, only on my Rob.team platform. You can gain access to deep dive masterclasses once a month, including my special new 7-Figure Subscription Secrets masterclass. You get the whole back catalog of each monthly masterclass, like my 6-Stage 7-Figure Launch course, like my Clubhouse Secrets masterclass, like How to Build a Globally Scalable Online Business. These are all masterclasses I've done. Every month you gain access to all of them. We do 10x Your Following challenges every quarter, and we do Make Cash challenges every quarter. You get all of this for being a Rob.team member for just the cost of a cup of coffee per month, £3.49, $5, whatever. And I want, as a special thank you for being a loyal subscriber, I'd like to invite you to join. And if you do it quickly before I actually launch this to the masses, you can also get my 7-figure Subscription Secrets Masterclass completely for free, which I will be launching for over £1,000 in 2022. So go right now to rob.ting. And so that there was a little demonstration of an ad-lib script that I just recorded. That's what, 2 or 3 minutes? Goes at the end of every podcast, goes at the end of every YouTube video, goes at the end of every recorded Facebook video. If you do that once a day for a year, you're gonna have thousands of members. So I hope you enjoyed this mini masterclass. Go right now to rob.team, grab that 7-Figure Subscription Secrets masterclass, a 3-day live event completely for free just for being a Rob Moore team member. And I would like to pass over the microphone to Ed Jacey-Smith.
