Supermarkets BAN Cash (Warning)

Rob Moore warns that Tesco, Asda, and other UK retailers are phasing out cash, which he argues lets banks and governments track, freeze, or seize your money. A £50 note keeps its value in cash; digital payments erode it through fees. He urges supporting small cash-accepting businesses instead.

Supermarkets are banning cash. Warning. Recently Tesco's banned cash in 30 to 40 cafes. What about all the elderly people? What about all the people that don't have bank accounts? We're talking millions of people here. And Asda have now just started the banning of cash in all their petrol stations. So this means what, 80-odd kiosks, hundreds of jobs are going to go because these petrol stations will be unmanned and you will not be able to use cash in supermarkets, in cafes to buy petrol. And a lot of people are very naive about what this means because, oh, it doesn't matter, it's convenient to pay by your card. A lot of people use the tap pay now anyway. Oh, it doesn't matter. Oh, it's good for security. You see, there's no theft. Wait a minute, what do you think will happen when supermarkets and cafes and petrol stations stop taking cash completely? Like, actually think about what that could mean. That could mean if they don't want to take your money, they don't take your money. Or if they want to take more money, they can take money. If they want to tax you at source, they can tax you at source. If they want to fine you, If they want to reverse transactions, withhold your money, track, trace, they can do the lot with a cashless society. And a cashless society starts with, oh well, most people are using the card anyway, so we'll just get rid of cash in a few cafes and a few petrol stations. And before you know it, no one takes cash anymore. Everything is Cardless, cashless, and you are controlled. What if they want to fine you? Oh, you drove in London at 21 miles an hour, we'll fine you, we'll take it straight out of your bank, and we decide it's £200. Here's another thing with cashless. If I have £50 and I give it to you, it's still £50. You give it to the butcher, £50. The baker, £50. The candlestick maker, £50. £50 is always £50 when it's transacted in cash. But when it's through the banks and digital, £50 has a 5% fee. It becomes £48, £47, £45, £42. And in 50 transactions, all the money's gone and the banks have got all the money. And this is one of many reasons why I believe the system, the banks— because you know, the central banks, The governments, the regulatory bodies are all supposed to be independent of each other. Oh no. Whoever runs the governments, runs the central banks, runs the governing bodies, it all follow the money up to the big families. The Matrix, as a lot of people call it. And this is really fucking bad. Really fucking potentially bad. Here's another thing with cash. There's hundreds of trillions of currency flowing in the economy. That the banks can't track, trace, tax, or give their little 3 to 5% charges on every transaction. No cash, all those trillions, those hundreds of trillions come in within the banking system, and the banks can make trillions on the trillions of cash transacted. There'll be absolute control of your tax, taxed at source. Cash equals freedom, therefore cashless. Equals control. And I just want to warn you, supermarkets here, petrol stations there might not seem like much. Oh, it's only 40 cafes. Oh, it's only 80 petrol stations. Believe you me, that's how it fucking starts. You do not want a world where if they decide to fine you, they will. If they decide to spend your money, they will. If they decide to freeze your money, they will. If they decide to tax you more and more and more, they will. People say to me, 'Oh, Rob, you're talking rubbish. It's only a 3% transaction fee.' Well, I spoke to a taxi driver and they're charged 5%. Now, because there's a choice of cash, they can't charge much more than that because everyone will just rebel. Taxi drivers will just take cash. You'll pay in cash. However, if there's no alternative, what's to stop the banks charging you 10% per transaction? There's nothing. And you will be complicit if you don't stand up and speak out about this. This is really important. So here's a few things I think you need to do. Number 1, support the small business. Tip big, pay cash. Number 2, go to places that support cash. Um, some people are now doing, um, you know, some are going to cashless. Well, some are going to cardless. And you know, I support businesses that take cash, that only take cash, and I'll pay in cash wherever I can. Um, Philip has said here, 1.5% fee on bank cards, 1.5, then 3, then 5, then when it's cashless, it's whatever they want. So support the small business, pay cash where you can, tip big where you can. Don't give your money to the big corporations. You know, the massive supermarkets, the massive chains and the conglomerates and the big banks. Take your money away from them as much as you physically can. I know you need them, but let's have a bit of competition. Let's have a bit of free market. The next thing that's really important that you need to do is you need to educate yourself financially. You need to know how the banking system works so you can play the banks at their own game and win. You need to protect yourself from inflation, from the banks, from what you think is safe and savings. Savings are degradings. Savings go down. Savings are always less than inflation over the long term, therefore you lose money savings. So you need to give yourself a better financial education. And the best way to do that is to join Rob.team. Rob.team is my digital financial freedom platform to help you start and scale a business, make, manage, and multiply money, and build multiple streams of recurring income. In Rob.team, I teach you how to beat the money system at its own game. I teach you how the banking system works, and by the way, there's no transparency of this from the banking system. I teach you how it works. and then I teach you how to play them at their own game. 18 years ago I started playing the banks at their own game, became a millionaire by age 30, deca-millionaire by age 35. I'm 45+ VAT now, and I've done more than a quarter of a billion in sales. So if you want to learn how to do all this too, go to rob.team. Just go and type in rob.team into any web page right now. Simple as that. Just type rob. I can see the numbers dropping, which means people are going. Just type rob.team into any web page right now. If you join right now, by the way, on this video, um, I'm going to give you a brand new, um, 3, probably 4-hour tax saving masterclass. So one of your biggest expenses is tax. And I'll come to your point, Nathan, in a moment. One of the biggest expenses you'll pay is tax. And some people say you pay up to 90, 92% in what you earn and what you spend in tax. I for sure think it's over 70 from what I've worked out, and I've probably missed some. So if you'd like to get your tax bill down, there's going to be a two-part, 4-hour masterclass in Rob.team. On tax saving, all the ways to get your tax bill down. I mean, you know, that those kind of courses normally cost you hundreds of pounds. If also, if you join now, you can have my— I think it's 12-module, about 15 hours Money Mastermind University. Um, and that's going to be £700. I'm just adding it to my website. It's a fairly new course. It'll be £700, 15 hours worth, on robmoore.com. Whereas if you join rob.team right now, it's actually still in there and you can get it for your Rob.team membership price, which is 20 pence a day, um, which when you work out in a month, I've spent more on coffee today than Rob.team costs. So all you need to do to beat the system, to resist a cashless society, to learn how to make, manage, and multiply money, get your tax bill down and your income streams up, is join Rob.team. And the link is rob.team. Rob.team. Just type that into any web page. I've also put it in the comments. Nathan said if you really had money, you wouldn't be doing this. Um, not true. I'm doing this because I really have money, because people who are broke don't have the time to give back, to do content every day like I do, um, and to be able to charge a small amount of money for a large amount of content. So you've actually kind of got it the other way around, Nathan. You can't give back if you haven't got it. Um, you can't, you know, donate to charity if you're broke. You can't, um, give from an empty cup. Rob.team probably should be £50 or £100 a month, but I put a lot of my time into my charity work and my foundation. And look, I'd give it away for free if you actually used it and you valued it, but free advice is worth every penny. But when you pay, you pay attention. And so there's really just an admin fee, um, because it works out on less monthly payment than I spent on coffee today. So see you in Rob.team. Beware of this cashless society and these supermarkets. And these big companies, Chinese water torture, ever so slowly just reducing you being able to pay in cash. Starts with a few cafes and petrol stations, and before you know it, there is no alternative to paying digitally. And when there's no alternative, there's no competition. And when there's no competition, there's a monopoly. And when there's a monopoly, they can charge you what they want. They can survey you if they want. They can tax you at source. They can fine you at source. They can do whatever they want. And you know there's already a lot of control. I think our freedoms are being impinged. I think our human rights are being impinged. You must stand up against this, whether it's share this video to warn others, whether it's support the small business and pay cash and not spend your money with these big supermarkets and corporations who are moving to a cashless society, whatever it is. But the most important thing is you must educate yourself. Because the more you learn, the more you earn. And that's why Rob.team— it, it's less than 20p a day, so every one of you can afford this. So the only thing you can't afford is not to do it. I'll see you in Rob.team. Just type in Rob.team into any web page. Um, and again, Nathan said if I had money, I wouldn't be doing this, sitting in my, um, £150,000 car? Oh yeah, Rob, he must have nicked it. Yeah, in my, what, £3,500 jacket? Oh, he borrowed it. With my £25,000 watch? Oh, he stole it. Come on. Thanks for tuning in. I'll see you in Rob.
