The 2025 Housing Market CRASH

Rob Moore warns the UK housing market is crashing, with Kensington & Chelsea prices down 40% to 2016 levels. Warren Buffett and Robert Kiyosaki both signaled this shift. Moore is hosting a free Zoom to teach an "ICE" investing model and feature a guest who bought £16 million of UK property with no money down.

House price crash proof and warning. So Robert Kiyosaki predicted in 2013 exactly when the crash would happen, and it's in 2025. Now, um, I'm going to give away a couple of silver coins here for a bit of fun before I get into this. So first thing is Chelsea and Kensington have dropped significantly since peak. The first person to guess exactly rounded the percentage that Kensington and Chelsea, you know, higher-end central London areas, the percentage that they've dropped, the first person to guess I'll give a silver coin to as a percentage from peak. And then the next silver coin I'm giving away is what prices are now Kensington and Chelsea compared to the previous years. So Kensington and Chelsea have dropped X percent, a lot, and they're way back to the prices that existed in what year? And I'll share those in a moment. So I believe I'm now seeing proof of the house price crash. I have been warning since lockdown. My critics say, oh yeah, Rob's been saying this forever. To be fair, Robert Kiyosaki's been saying it since 2013, so I'm not quite as grumpy as him. But the proof I'm seeing now is the amount that Kensington and Chelsea have dropped. Can you guess how much in the comments? I'll give you a silver coin, first person to guess. It's a lot. You would have said 10%. It's not 10%. The next thing is that Warren Buffett has sold hundreds of billions in stocks and shares and he's gone into cash. And he's not gone into cash so he can get high interest in, in the banks. He knows he's not going to beat inflation with interest savings. So Warren Buffett isn't selling hundreds of billions in stocks to just have a savings account. He's doing it because he wants to be liquid and ready to buy. He's doing it because he believes that the stock market is going to crash. I wonder if it's insider trading or insider knowledge, but did you see about a week before, you know, all the news in the markets with Trump and the tariffs, the stock market dropped 3% pretty much in a day. About a week before that, Warren Buffett sold billions in stock. They do call him the Oracle. So there are other investors who've liquidated billions, um, and they are holding cash. And you don't hold cash because you trust the banks or because you think you're going to get good interest. You hold cash, one, so that you don't lose a load of it in the stock market because you think the market's going to go down, but two, you've got it ready to buy underpriced assets. So no, you, and it's not even 30% that Kensington and Chelsea have dropped, um, recently. So we've rewound back 9 years. So the prices in Kensington and Chelsea now are the same as what they were 9 years ago in 2016. That is a massive correction, a huge correction. 9 years of growth wiped out in Kensington and Chelsea. So actually, in many areas of the UK, it's not that there's a house price crash warning, it's that the house price crash has already started. Others said 35%. Now it's not even 35%. It's mad. So why am I telling you all this? Because more millionaires are made in recessions than any other time in the cycle. Be greedy when others are fearful and fearful when others are greedy. You want to buy when everyone sells. You want to observe the masses do the opposite. And right now, um, we're seeing all the signs that we need that there's a big crash and therefore there's a massive opportunity. And it's for this reason I've completely changed my Sunday session Zoom schedules. I've basically just wiped the agenda and we've got an emergency house price crash Zoom this Sunday. So the link is tiny.cc/crashproof. Tiny.cc/crashproof. And what we're going to do is an emergency Sunday session. My previous agenda, I've changed it. I'll do that later in the future. Where we're going to talk to you about how much the market has dropped, where it's dropped the most, how to cash in on the crash, how to raise money in these disruptive times, my brand new ICE, I-C-E, investing model for cashing in on the crash. And I've brought in a resident guest expert who's got £16 million worth of property, all no money down, all other people's money. Because right now the game has changed. And I've been saying this for a few years and I've been waiting for this moment and this moment seems to be right here, right now. We've got rents going through the roof, we've got interest rates dropping. So when you've got relatively high rates and relatively low interest, then that is the perfect storm because what you want is maximum income, minimum value to cash in on the crash. If prices are high and rents are relatively low, that's the opposite effect. So, you know, once in every cycle for a year or two or three, you get this perfect storm of opportunity where rents keep going up but interest rates drop a bit. Now we had interest rates really low for many years, but rents hadn't gone up as much. Also stamp duty. The government have increased the stamp duty. People are now going to be paying tens of thousands on buying a property. So a lot of people are not going to bother. A lot of people are going to sell. We've got people on fixed-rate mortgages of 2% all coming off in the millions, going to 6% plus, 8% some of them, in interest every month. And all of this is the perfect storm of opportunity for a big crash. And in some areas it's about to happen, and in some areas like Kensington and Chelsea it's already happened. So Kensington and Chelsea have dropped 40% since peak. They're back to 2016 prices. We've rewound 9 years of growth in a crash of 40% in Kensington and Chelsea in central London. And not only did no one think that would happen, because, you know, I ask on my lives, you know, what do you think, um, the correction will be? And people say, oh, 10%, 15%. No one said 40%. No one. So the proof is here. Warren Buffett liquidating billions. All these investors who make billions, who cash in on the crashes of previous cycles, they're all cash rich and ready. So we're going to teach you how to take this opportunity, the strategies and the tactics to raise money, to get into property, to buy well, to buy in the right areas, because this could be the best buying opportunity for two decades.
