Here are 3 very easy to remember areas where you can increase your income, whether you are working and earning a salary or working for yourself as an entrepreneur or a business owner. They're simple to do, and they are value, fair, and care. So if you want to increase your income and your fees Number 1, you think, is it or am I valuable? Am I offering value? Is my product or service valuable to enough people? And to do that, you need to think, what is in it for them? Too many people, for example, when they have a job, they're like, well, I want a pay rise, and I want to work from home, and I want to do 30 hours a week. Instead of thinking, what does my boss want me to do that will make my company the most money? What will make the firm I work for, um, the most income? And what will make me the most valuable to the company I work for? If you work for yourself, you're an entrepreneur, you're a business owner, if you think, how can I be most valuable to my clients, to the world at large, and what value can I offer in my products or services to my clients then instead of thinking, I just want money and I just want to sell stuff, all of a sudden you will increase your income. Now, what a lot of people want or think when they want more money is to go, oh well, why can't I just have more money? And I just— it's not fair, and I just need to earn more income. And instead of thinking, how can I offer more value? If you increase the value you offer, you'll increase the income you get. So step 1, think, is it valuable? Are you valuable? Is the product or service of value? The second area is, do you care? Because people don't care what you know until they know that you care. And if people look at you, even if you've got experience and knowledge and you seem credible, if they don't like you, they think that you'll screw them, or you're just out for the dollar, they will never hire you or buy from you. So if you're not yet that experienced, this is a good one for you, because if you lack experience, you can overcompensate and make up for that with care, with service, with the personal touch. It's very hard to have the personal touch when you have 100 or 1,000 employees. It's much easier to show that you care when you're small, it's easy to show that you care for your manager or the boss or the company. So that's the second area of increasing your income— show that you care and actually care. And in a world right now where I think a lot of people don't care anywhere near as much, they just want to make money, the service has gone down. Service across the board is really poor. You caring and showing it with serving and service will make a huge difference. It will stand you out from the rest, and it will increase your income. By the way, if you found these points valuable so far, please do hit the share button. I'm doing daily content on money because of the soaring cost of living, increase in prices of fuel and energy and food and travel and materials and inflation. So share the love by hitting the share button. So I'm covering 3 ways to increase your income—memorable, simple to do. Number 1 is, is it, or, and are you valuable? Number 2, do you care and overcompensate with caring and service if you're not mega experienced or very big yet. And then 3 is, is it fair? So fair exchange is where you get fair profit or fair pay, but your employer or customer gets fair value. If you don't get enough profit or pay, it's unfair in their favor. But if you make a lot of money on— or make a lot of profit, but the employer or the customer doesn't feel what you're doing is that valuable, it's unfair in your advantage. So you need fair exchange. You make fair money, they get fair value. And when you get that sweet spot— you make fair money, they make fair value— they're grateful, you're grateful. That'll be a virtuous cycle. And then you will want to give more, they will receive more, you can increase your prices, you'll get more referrals, and you'll get more testimonials. So 3 rules to increase your income. You can't say, oh well, I want the government to save me, and why is inflation so low, and why won't my boss pay me more, and why won't the customers just give me money, and why can't I close the sale, and why don't people, you know, phone me back on the calls I make out to them? No, it's not fair. Unfortunately, the world doesn't give a shit. Um, life isn't fair, get used to it. But if you make sure you're valuable and useful and indispensable to your clients and your employer, if you make sure that you care more than anyone else for your manager, your company, your customer, uh, you offer extra value, you show that you care, you give great service, and you give fair exchange where they get what they pay for and a bit more, and you make fair money so it's sustainable and scalable— bang! You're going to make loads more income. So if you found this useful, do two things please. Number one, just hit the share button, please do that right now.
