The 4 Hidden Agendas of the Banking System

In this video Rob Moore argues that banks, central banks and governments operate as a single profit‑driven entity whose hidden agendas are to (1) push individuals into lifelong debt, (2) maximise tax extraction, (3) extract high interest across multiple credit streams, and (4) enforce total compliance through pervasive taxation and regulation. He explains how these agendas profit banks – citing mortgage interest multiples, inheritance tax, and eight distinct income streams from a single consumer – and frames them as deliberate strategies rather than incidental outcomes. Moore then offers a series of counter‑measures: keep only minimal cash in banks, hold physical assets such as gold, silver and property, start a side‑business to lower tax liabilities, and use corporate structures to optimise tax relief. Throughout, he promotes his paid platform rob.team, describing its courses, masterclasses, and a free‑for‑members Money Mastermind University that teach financial independence and ways to evade the banks’ agendas. The tone is critical and activist, with a persuasive, sales‑oriented pitch toward his educational membership.

The 4 hidden agendas of the banking system. Now, one of these is more the government. However, I believe the governments and the central banks are essentially one entity, and I don't think they're independent. So before I tell you these 4 hidden agendas of the banking system, the one thing you need to understand is what the bank's purpose is. Now, what the propaganda and media and marketing they've presented to you is, and what their actual hidden agenda is, is completely different. So they'll tell you that, you know, they're going to look after your money, they're a custodian of your savings, they're going to help you with your future, your retirement, your pension. No. This is not their motive. It is not what their shareholders desire. They are a for-profit-making massive corporation or group of small powerful corporations, and their goal is to maximize shareholder value. That's it. It is not maximizing human development or maximizing benefit To you, it's maximising shareholder value. So they are for making profit, trillions of profit, and almost profit at all costs, or at least the costs of your money. So I believe the 4 main hidden agendas of the banking system. One is to get you into debt. So it's debt. The more in debt you are, the more money they make. Simple equation. You're hundreds of thousands in debt, 5-10% interest, they've got hundreds of thousands of pounds out of you. For the lifetime of your mortgage, you could pay 2.5 to 3 times the capital amount of your mortgage. £200,000 mortgage, £600,000-£800,000 full repayment over a long mortgage term. That's a lot of profit for them. So they want you in debt. The second hidden agenda of the banks, I believe, are maximum taxation. Now you could say, well, this is the governments and not the central banks, but the governments control monetary policy, and the governments and central banks are supposed to be independent, but I don't believe they are. Therefore, I think they want to tax you as much as they can for as long as they can, and then when you die, they want to take a load of that as well and pass on the debt and the taxes to your children. So, you know, when you pass away, your inheritance tax is 40% of most of your estate. There's a very small amount of relief, and then it's 40% on the rest. And here's the thing that I think's shocking. It's gone into your estate. Let's say there's 3 or 4 family members discussing how to maximise the whole generation of wealth that's been built. And then the HMRC, the government, go, right, we want the tax, we want the 40%, we want it now, we want it first, give us our 40%. And you know, you may— you, they may not be able to afford that. Therefore, they'll have to sell a load of the assets. Therefore, they're going to have to take a haircut and a drop price on the assets. It's a really, really screwed, unfair system. But of course, if you play Monopoly and you're the banker, you've probably got an advantage. So the 4 main hidden agendas: Number 1 is they want you in debt. They want you in debt for the rest of your life, and they want that debt to pass on to your children, because how the banks make most of their money is you being in debt. The second thing they want is taxes, maximum taxes. They essentially want to tax you as much as they physically can without you causing any kind of riot or major disturbance or pulling the empire down. Remember the Capitol riots, the riots in the UK recently. Okay, so the third thing that the banks want is interest. Debt, taxes, interest. They want maximum interest. They want 35 years or more of interest for your mortgage. They want interest every 5 years for your new car. They want interest on your conservatory. They want 30% interest on 5 of your credit cards. And each time you get in more debt, they're just going to feed you with more loans to get into more debt. So the debt compounds and the interest compounds. And what they've got on you— by the way, I teach you to do this for you, but they don't, they do it for themselves. The banks have multiple streams of income. On your ass. Your property, your conservatory, your car, your 5 credit cards, your store card. I count that as 8 income streams that the banks have on your ass. Very good for them, not good for you. So I teach you how to build multiple streams of income for yourself. You should invest in and buy assets, and you should rent or avoid liabilities. And the banks make maximum money lending to you on liabilities. Okay, and then the fourth thing they want, and I think this is the big one, they want compliance. They want you to bend over, pull your pants down, and cough. They want you to pay 70, 80, even more percent of what you earn and what you spend in tax and say nothing. They want you to own nothing and be happy. A dear friend of mine who's almost a billionaire, he reckons you're charged 92% in what you spend and what you earn in tax. I worked it out that it's at least 70% of everything you earn and everything that you spend is tax. You know, the roads are full of potholes. You paid your tax to fix the roads, and then the potholes break your car that you paid tax to buy the car. And you've got tax and insurance and road tax. In fact, there are 5 different taxes on a car. There's, um, I mean, things that are leisure—gambling, cigarettes, etc.—80% of it is tax. It's absolutely crazy. They're even taxing sugar now. Wait a minute, I breathed. I'll be taxed on that. Wait a minute, I had a thought of making money, just a thought. They'll tax me on that. I mean, they're even talking about taxing unrealized gains. I.e., a paper theoretical value of your business. They're talking about charging 25% tax on unrealised gains. They might as well tax ideas, they might as well tax thoughts, they might as well tax air, because that's all that's fucking left to tax. And they want you to do it and smile and bend over and cough and say, "Yes, sir." That's what they want. So the 4 hidden agendas of the banks and the governments, the central banking system, the governments, which I believe should be independent but aren't, is taxes, debt, interest, and importantly compliance. Because they wouldn't get their taxes and interest and their 8 streams of income off you if you didn't comply. If we all today— get this right— people often say to me, yeah Rob, this is all fine, but what are the solutions? Well, imagine if We all cancelled our TV licence. BBC and the media would change immediately. Imagine if every single one of us thought our taxes are penal, they're too high, they're unfair, they're unsustainable. Stammer. And we all refused to pay our tax until we got better service. Because by the way, I don't mind paying tax if I get good service. Don't want to pay tax if I don't get good service. So imagine if we all didn't pay our taxes. Like, we wouldn't all go to prison. They're letting prisoners out early now, by the way, because they haven't got the money for it. So this is the reality and the hidden agendas of the banking system, and you have been warned. Okay, so what can you do about it? What are the solutions? I'll give you a few tips. Number 1 is keep minimum amounts of money in the bank. You need it for direct debits and overheads, I get that. It's convenient at times, I get that. But use it in small doses because a savings account, there'll be 5% interest from the central banks, but the savings accounts, you'll only get 1.5%. Barclays give 1.6% savings account. Inflation's wiping out all the savings. Savings go down, assets go up. So you take your money out of savings accounts, you don't let the banks lend it, invest it, make money on it, and you take all the risk and they take all the reward. Get your money, as much money out of the banks, get it in silver, get it in gold, store it, then invest it. Invest it in real estate, invest it in a business, invest it in physical assets that you own and you can touch and no one can take from you. That's tip number 1. Tip number 2 is start a business, a side hustle, and get your tax bill down. If you're employed, you're paying yourself first. No, if you're self-employed, you pay yourself first and you pay tax later. You can pay the VAT every 3 months, and you pay your corporation tax and your income tax a year in arrears, and then you get time to figure out, okay, what can I offset? What reliefs are there? What can I own within a company and buy before, not after tax, therefore saving half? And figure out your tax affairs. These are the main things that you can do, and most people aren't doing these. Now look, if you'd like hundreds of hours of courses, resources, masterclasses, tips and tricks on saving, managing, making, multiplying money, on building multiple streams of income, on getting your tax bill down, on getting your income streams up, on becoming decentralized and independently wealthy and avoiding all these hidden agendas of the banks and the government, I recommend you join Rob.team right now. In fact, there's many, but I did a 12-module, 15-hour Money Mastermind University. I was getting asked by people, how does the money system really work? How do you figure out how the banks make their trillions and basically copy the banks but do it more legally and ethically? Well, they've made it legal, but really it's one rule for them, one rule for us. So I did a 12-module, 15-hour Money Mastermind University Everything that should be taught in schools and university and college about money that isn't. Everything your parents didn't know because they've been propagandised and indoctrinated by the governments and central banks because they're great marketing machines, got to give them credit. So if you want this 15-hour Money Mastermind University before I put it on robmoore.com for £700 because my tech guys are just finishing off the editing, it's all done though, and while they've been tweaking it is in rob.team already. So it will be £700, it will be on my, um, main website. But if you join rob.team right now, you get access to that completely for free before I take it out and put it on my main website. So just type in rob.team into any web page, go join. I did a masterclass 2 weeks ago on how to hit £100 grand in the last 3 months of the year. May be very relevant to many of you right now. We actually did a How to Raise Money Masterclass yesterday, which will go up in a couple of days once the recording is done in Rob.team. Any Zoom I ever do that's, um, well, in fact, there's only about 5 I haven't, but virtually every Zoom which I do live is put in Rob.team in the recording section. It's the only place you can gain recording access. So let's say you miss content or you're busy that evening, you can get all the recordings. And the best news is it costs less than 20 pence a day. You can cancel any time. There's no ongoing contract. In fact, I've spent more on coffee this morning. I'm about to go and get my next one. I've spent more on coffee this morning than what Rob.team costs in a month. So it's virtually free. It's basically just an admin fee. So just type in rob.team. Paul has said he's surprised that I haven't talked about the property crash. It's already started, Paul. We did a Zoom last night on how to raise money. Were you there? But no, not today. I'm going back to talking about the banks because, you know, I believe there are 4 main hidden agendas of the banks. Taxes. Now you could say, yeah, but Rob, that's the government, not the banks. But I believe the central banks and governments are essentially one big core entity controlled by a few powerful people, when in reality they're supposed to be independent. So they want maximum taxes, they want you in debt for your whole life, and they want that debt to pass on to your kids. They want maximum interest, 8 streams of income. Your mortgage, your car, your conservatory, or some other loan, home loan, and then you 5 credit cards or store cards. That's 8 income streams they've got out of you, and they want you in debt early. They'll get you in debt on your student loan, and then you'll be in debt until you die, and then they'll take 40% off your family in the estate and inheritance tax. And then they want compliance. That's the 4th thing. They don't want you to kick off. They don't want you to shout and scream like Andrew Tate. They don't want you to expose the way that they make trillions. They want you to bend over, cough, say, "Yes, sir," thank them, and spend your whole life fighting, giving them all your money and you having virtually none left. And if you think about it, it makes sense. A bank is a profit-making corporation. Most corporations want to make maximum profit. I'm kind of not really judging because it's actually a really clever business model in many ways. How they don't have to earn money, they can just create it out of nothing. They then lend it to you. They then get loads of interest. They earn 2, 3, or 4 times the amount of money that they loaned you, but they didn't earn it. They just pressed a button and created it out of nothing. If I could do that, I would. If I could press a button on my desk and just create trillions and then lend it to everyone at massive rates of return, it'd be pretty hard to not succumb to that temptation. Very clever business model. Anyway, if you want to learn very clever business models that you can implement, the best business models for this year and next to create recurring and passive income, to protect yourself from, you know, this debt, tax, interest, then join rob.team. I don't know how many hundreds of hours of courses, resources, and masterclasses are there now, but the site's been going since lockdown. In fact, the version 1 of the site was 2010. Now, when lockdown happened, Rob.team was 5 times the price, and I reduced it by 80%, took 4/5 off of it to help people, help them, you know, with the cost of living crisis and everything. I haven't actually put the price back up to normal— excuse me— normal since, just because things are still pretty hard for people. So jump in now before I ramp up the price. I've got a version 4 of the site launching, which you'll love. Um, someone has said start a Bank of Rob. The problem is Rob Moore is not a good name for a bank. You'll get that in a minute. Um, but yeah, I appreciate you all. Thanks for tuning in. Thanks for following me. If you're not yet a member of rob.team, go do it. What are you waiting for? And remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything.
