The best cash flow hack for 2024 and '25. Now, there are occasional ways to make money and business models that emerge that, um, hit the sweet spot and tick all the boxes in the checklist, and this is one of them for anyone. No, no money, not a lot of time, no previous experience. You name it, and I'm going to share it with you in a moment. I'm going to tell you all the boxes that this business model ticks because some people say, oh well, there's no get rich quick. No, I mean, there are schemes and scams which don't work— crypto scams and forex scams. If it's too good to be true, it's too good to be true. What is it they say? If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck. However, and there are good business models and bad business models. So at the moment, setting up a restaurant in the town center and getting a quarter of a million loan and having— needing a load of stock and doing a hundred grand refurb just to get people to walk in locally and being in half a million of debt for the rest of your life. That's probably not a modern business model, would you agree? That maybe, you know, 100 years ago that might have been a good business model, now it's been disrupted. Now, a good business model, why don't you let me know in the comments, what factors would you say make a good business model? I'll list them out, but I'd love your thoughts too. So the first one I think is it's got to leverage the internet, it's got to be online because then you've potentially got millions or billions of customers locally, nationally, and globally. I don't think you want to restrict yourself locally to football. I think you want to be able to go global in any country in the world. Also, when you're global, you can make money while you sleep as well as make money while you're awake. And this business model is the best for making money while you sleep. So, um, you might want it to be online, you might want it to be global, which means, you know, you don't want to restrict it by only being able to deliver it locally or only being in a specific language, for example. Then the next thing is leveraging social media, because social media is the new mainstream media. The old mainstream media— print, um, you know, TV, radio— dying, dead. The new mainstream media is social media, but you don't have to pay up front. You can reach other people's audiences in Facebook groups. You can use Facebook and Instagram and LinkedIn and YouTube, and you can reach thousands or hundreds of thousands of people. So it wants to be online, globally scalable, globally usable, leveraging social media. And it wants to be low cost, high speed. So you don't want stock, you don't want bank loans, you don't want premises, you don't want staff if you can help it when you start. And high speed, i.e., you don't want to wait 2.5 years to fix something, figure out some invention before you can then launch it. So I've given you loads of— oh, by the way, another thing is if you can turn information into income and content into cash flow. That's another big tick because you don't have to build anything, make anything, design anything. You just create from what you already know. So has anyone guessed what this business model is? So membership sites are great because you can turn your passion into your profession, content into cash flow, what you already know into cash flow. Um, you probably need to create about 2 to 3 pieces of content a week for your members, which can be 15 to 30 minutes. So Anyone can spare, what, 30 minutes to an hour a week. Um, you only have to start with one piece of content now, and you can build it over time. You can use someone else's platform like Locals or Patreon or Kajabi. Um, and so there's a hell of a lot of ticks. There aren't that many downsides. Now I have Rob.team, which is my digital financial freedom platform. Now here's, here's why membership sites are great. This took me years to write, years. And until it was finished and published— oh, and then 6 months later when my publisher gave me the first royalty check. So I bought it up front and then you get the first page. And then in 3 days you get the second page, and then in 6 days you get the third page, and then in 9 days you get the fourth page. You could never sell a book like that. It would be ridiculous to get a page every 3 days. I do about, what, 75 minutes every Sunday and then I do one extra piece. So I probably do, I don't know, about an hour and 45 minutes of content a week, but I'm a pretty prolific content creator. If you're not so prolific, you might do 60 minutes or 45 minutes a week broken into two parts. Now that's not a lot. Anyone can do that. You can do that before breakfast or do that before you go to bed.
