The Govt. Wants a House Price Crash ⛔️

In this YouTube monologue, Rob Moore argues that recent UK government actions are deliberately pushing the housing market toward a crash. He cites three main policies: massive funding for social and affordable housing that forces lower‑quality tenants onto private landlords, five‑year guaranteed tenancy contracts for asylum seekers that shift rental risk onto landlords, and soaring stamp‑duty rates that deter buyers. Moore contends these measures will depress house prices while immigration and a shortage of new homes will keep rental demand high, creating a perfect storm for a price collapse. He then flips the narrative, presenting the crash as a prime investment opportunity. He outlines a three‑part profit formula – buying properties at sharply reduced prices, leveraging low‑interest mortgages (currently in the 4% range), and capitalising on rising rents. Moore predicts the best buying window since the 2008 crisis, but warns that success requires knowledge of where to buy, how to raise finance, and how to manage risk. To help viewers act, he promotes the relaunch of his educational platform, Property.School (formerly PP Club), offering a limited‑time price freeze and a free joint‑venture finance‑raising masterclass for the first 45 participants who comment “property”. The video ends with a call‑to‑action to join the platform and a reminder that the government’s policies, while harmful to landlords, also create entrepreneurial openings.

The government wants a house price crash. Now stay with me on this because I've thought about this a lot and I'm looking at what the government are doing and I'm convinced they want to crash the housing market. So the first thing is the billions they're pumping into social housing and how much social and affordable housing they are forcing on landlords. Now, of course, we need to look after people, but forcing, you know, lower quality tenants, potentially lower rents, you know, the risk of your properties getting trashed and, you know, having people squat and not pay you rent for months or years, the risk goes up for a landlord. Now, what the government should be doing is building houses for these people instead of making it much harder for landlords. So they're pumping loads of your money into social housing. And that's reason number 1 why I'm convinced they want to crash the property market. Number 2 is, I don't know if you've seen what they're doing with all the asylum seekers now, but they're basically giving landlords really long rental contracts, like 5 years. And sticking asylum seekers into the properties. Now, of course, if they're genuine asylum seekers coming to add value to the country and they're looking to pay their way somehow, then of course you embrace that. You know, London, for example, has been a great haven for people to come over from abroad and, you know, the power of the immigrant. But the way Labour are doing it is just like, oh, whole world come to England and we'll put you up and we'll get you PlayStations and we'll give you cooking lessons and you know, we'll pay for your rent for years and you can just squat and do fuck all. And this is actually what's going on. And most landlords I know, but every landlord I know is saying, I'm doing that, no way. So some landlords will sell up, um, and so then that'll crash the market again. It's completely and utterly crazy. And by the way, who's paying for these 5-year long-term asylum seeker tenancies? You, you are. So that's the second reason I think they're going to crash the housing market, or they're trying to. The third one is stamp duty. It's absolutely ridiculous that you can pay 5, 10, 12% up and up and up of tax to buy a house. It is utterly ridiculous. And I know a lot of people now who are like, I'm not buying a house. Why do I want to give the government 10% of the money of a house, which could be a year or 3 years of earnings for you? It's absolutely absolutely bonkers. And they're the 3 reasons why I'm pretty freaking sure the government want to cause a house price crash. Complete and utter madness. Uh, of course, the cost of living has gone super crazy right now. I don't know if young people are actually going to be able to afford a house. Now that's the bad news, but every downside has an upside, and entrepreneurs are opportunists. And Warren Buffett says, be greedy when others are fearful and fearful when others are greedy. And he's top-end investor the world's ever seen. So what's the opportunity here? Okay, so if the prices crash, you're correct, then you can buy cheaper because, you know, you make money buying low and holding, or buying low and selling high. The masses buy high, sell low. That's what's going to happen. So you can end up buying properties for 30, 40, or even maybe 50% cheaper than they were I don't know, back in 2016 or 2013. In Chelsea, the prices are back to 2013 prices. Some places have dropped more than 40%. Never thought I'd be saying that about London. Never even thought that that would ever be a thing, but it is a thing. So the government crashed the housing market, property prices drop, but because the government aren't building houses and because there's all this immigration, the rents will have to go up. So the prices are going to drop and the rents are going to go up. Now, by the way, quick tip here. There's 3 main elements of you profiting in property. Number 1 is how cheaply you can buy it. Number 2 is how much the mortgage costs, the cost of finance, and then, you know, or the interest rate. And then number 3 is the rent or the income. So if you can buy it cheaper, if rates, mortgage rates are quite low because they are, they're in the 4s, and rents are high, you have like this perfect triad of opportunity to cash in on the crash, to make money in property, to actually be able to get in if you don't have a huge amount of money to start. So I predict that this is possibly the best opportunity since 2008, and it might even be an even bigger opportunity than that. But the thing is, you have to know what you're doing. You have to know what to buy, where to buy it. You have to know how to raise finance. You have to get it right. With property, when you get it right, you make millions. When you get it wrong, you can lose big money. Um, so, you know, the more you learn, the more you earn. And this is why actually, um, we've just relaunched Property.School. So we have, uh, what we call PP Club. PP Club is Progressive Property Club. Uh, it's an online portal to help you start and scale your property investing journey. And we've gone a bit more serious now and we've rebranded it into Property.School. And now it's a global school to help people get on the property ladder, start investing in property, build multiple streams of property income. But here's what we're doing for the next, I think, what, 2 days maybe, is we're holding the original PP Club price until it doubles in on Friday. So what's that, 2 days' time, something like that. So you can still get in at what, 20 pence a day, cancel anytime, no ongoing contract. It doubles price in 2 days. I mean, I paid more for 1.5 coffees than you'll pay to join property.school. So if you want to learn how to build multiple streams of property income, cash in on the crash, get the right kind of properties in the right kind of areas, raise the money, um, because a lot of people don't have the deposits, no one starts with all the money. You might want to join Property School and the link is simply property.school. Simple as that. Um, property, and it's the sister, um, site to money.school. So the difference between property.school and money.school is all the property-related content and the property investing knowledge is in property.school. School. In 48 hours, it doubles in price because we've built a new platform. We've moved over to property.school. It's a lot better, it's more intuitive. There's dozens of hours— there will be hundreds of hours of courses, resources, and masterclasses to build multiple streams of property income, to get your first investment. And whether it's buy-to-let, multi-let, service accommodation, creative finance, commercial property, commercial conversion, auctions, buying from estate agents, going direct to vendor, knowing the best areas, the hotspots to buy. It's all inside property.school. But because I know the biggest challenge for anyone getting into property is the money, because it was for me as well, I was £50 grand in debt. I know this. I've got something really exciting for you. And I think we're going to offer this to about 50 people in total, bearing in mind, you know, millions of people see my content like this. So you're going to need to be quick. But we actually have a joint venture finance raising training. We've taken it from a 1-day to a 2-day. Um, it's a few hundred quid and it teaches people how to raise money and do joint ventures, creative finance. And to celebrate the relaunch of PP Club to Property.School, which this is, and just to give back to you in the community, um, around about 50, something like that. I think we can squeeze about 70, 80 in the room, but I've already offered some of them. But the maybe 45 of you next to join, I'm going to give you this joint venture, be your own bank finance raising training completely free. So here's what you need to do. Join property.school right now, go and open the link and just type in property.school before the price doubles. And then just type property in the comments once you've joined. And then I'll count through the first 45-ish, something like that. Be quick, do it now. Go to property.school, then join, come back, costs less than 20 pence a day, less than 1.5 of my coffees in a day, but it's monthly. So literally you're sacrificing 1 large coffee a month to join property.school. And the first 45 who type property, I'll save you the place on this 2-day joint venture finance raising course. It's brand new, by the way. It's gone from 1 to 2 days. Basically just teaches you how to raise money and all the creative ways to get into property. Without your own money. Bearing in mind, I'm going to do this live on Facebook, Instagram, X. You're going to need to be quick. So go join, then type property in the comments. And, um, I really do think that the government are trying to crash the housing market. I think the house prices have got a real problem for normal people, and I think they need to correct a lot. And there's a lot of signs out there, and I don't think the government are doing it in the right way. But that, these are also entrepreneurial opportunities. Okay, Mark's just joined and typed in property. So you're going to need to go and follow his lead. Let me know what you think about the content. Seems a lot of people like my property content on my page. So if you want me to do more, just let me know and I'll see you inside property.school and at the Joint Venture Finance Raising 2-Day Course. Anyone who hasn't got any money to start, you need this. People always say to me, Rob, I'd love to be in property, but I just don't have the money to start. Well, no one really does. Occasionally someone gets gifted a deposit or they save up over time, but that's really slow. And even if you do have a deposit, you buy one investment and then it's gone, and then you're going to need to raise money anyway. So take us up on this because we've never done this before. This is probably, um, the best offer we've ever made, I'd say, in the Property School. See you there.
