The Great Housing Market Crash - Why The Banks Want It

In this video Rob Moore argues that the current UK housing‑price decline is not an accidental market correction but a crash engineered and welcomed by banks and central banks. He claims that for twelve years interest rates were kept artificially low through quantitative easing, creating a bubble of cheap mortgages, car loans and student debt. When rates finally rose, many borrowers can no longer afford their payments, forcing them to surrender properties, which the banks then buy back at distressed prices to become large private landlords. Moore contends that banks deliberately suppress housing supply to keep property values high and their loan books profitable. He positions himself as someone who has learned to “play the banks’ game,” having amassed a large property portfolio financed almost entirely with bank money. He advises viewers to act now, buy property while prices fall, educate themselves, and use leverage responsibly. Throughout the video he promotes his online community Rob.team, which offers courses, masterclasses and an upcoming emergency house‑price‑crash Zoom session, promising members the tools to invest, manage debt, and profit from the downturn. The narrative mixes criticism of the banking system, personal success anecdotes, and a sales pitch for his educational platform.

Warning: the house price crash that is here and now, the banks actually want it. And in this video, I'm going to expose the shenanigans and scams that go on behind the scenes from the banks that are causing now this quite dramatic house price crash. Now, um, Interest rates are spiraling up and out of control, and this is something that the central banks could have prevented, and I'm not sure they wanted to. Now, um, interest rates were suppressed, artificially low for 12 years. Do you know why this was the case? Let me know in the comments. This was the case because they were trying to cover up and patch up the problems that essentially the banks caused in the great crash of 2008. So the banks caused the great crash of 2008 by essentially lending money to people who shouldn't have been borrowing money. A great big Ponzi scheme of quantitative easing and printing loads of money. Um, and so then they slapped interest rates down to virtually zero for 12 straight years. They got the whole of society addicted to free money. So, oh, we'll cover up all the issues that we created of lending money to everyone that even shouldn't have had money so we can get ongoing interest from them forever. And then we'll get you believing that free money is free. There's your mortgage, there's your car loan, all good, all addicted. Now we'll hike up interest rates, uh, and so now you are stuck in the system. And now the problem with this is because they could have controlled this 5 years ago. They could have eked rates up quarter of a percent, half a percent a year. And managed through this situation and avoided this false boom and then this massive crash. But it didn't serve them. So they lure you in, they've got you addicted, free money. Now you've got a mortgage that's going up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up, and now you can't afford this mortgage anymore. So then what happens is you have to hand over the keys And do you know who's buying back the properties that are crashing? The banks! Do you know that Lloyds want to be the biggest private landlord in the UK? So the banks create money out of nothing, they paper over the cracks of their lending to everyone. Do you know Visa, um, you know, Visa are basically a bank, and do you know Visa's mandate is to get everyone into death. So you are a pawn on a great game of chess from, you know, whoever's controlling the world. I'm not going to talk about that. I'm just going to talk to you about what's really going on. You must educate yourself on what's really going on here. And then what I'm going to do in a moment, I'm going to give you some solutions, because once you know what's really going on, you know, if you're playing someone at chess and you don't know the rules and they do, they win. If you're playing someone at chess and you know not just the rules but their rules, you can beat them at their own game. And I'm going to teach you that in a moment. So the banks, they lend you money for free, suppressing interest rates, which papers over the cracks of all of their, you know, toxic lending. Their mandate, because if it's Visa's mandate, it's all the banks' mandate because they're all a central monopoly. The central bank's mandate is to get the world into debt. They get the world into debt by lending money to the wrong people. Then the market crashes, they suppress interest rates so they can lend money to everyone, all the wrong people. They get you addicted to the crack of, 'Oh, get a mortgage, it's cheap.' I'll get a car loan, it's cheap. I'll go to university and get a loan, it's cheap. And then like boiling the frog slowly, you don't know what's going on, and then bang, they hike rates up because they have to, because they have to control inflation. And now you are addicted to their loans, but now all of a sudden your mortgage payment's going from $500 a month to $700 a month to $1,000 a month or more. You can't afford it anymore, you hand back the keys. And then the banks take the keys and they're like, oh, I'll tell you what, we'll buy the property back off you. We'll lend you the money to buy the property, and then when it crashes, we'll buy it off you. And Lloyds want to be the biggest private landlord, and Visa's mandate is to get everyone into debt. This is madness. And then people say to me, well, Rob, why won't, um, supply catch up with demand? You know, why can't we build more houses create more competition, you know, and have fairer rents? Because obviously rents are hiking up because of all of this. And the answer is the banks don't want that either. So a top UK economist— I had a private meeting with him, he wouldn't publish this— but he said to me privately, the banks do not want you, the world, us, the people, building too many houses. Because if we catch up with supply of building houses then prices will be less volatile, more stable, there'll be more competition, prices could drop, and then the value of the loans of the banks will go down. So the banks are playing all these games on your money, on your watch. Now look, I'm not a conspiracy theorist, right? So I'm not here to expose the system. I'm here to teach you how the world works. And this is how it works. And this is why we've got a really big crash going on right now. Um, in some areas it's crashed 15%, in some areas it's crashed 25%, in some areas you're kind of fooled because you're thinking, well, it's not really crashing in my area yet. You know, the crash is coming to your town soon, mark my words. By the way, let me know in the comments, how big do you think the crash will be? You know, my followers and people who watch my videos, they're saying, oh, it could be 20%, 30%, some people think it could be 45%. Let me know what you think in the comments. I personally believe that the crash will be bigger than '08 because I think the problems get worse and worse and worse and worse and worse. And of course, we've had lockdown and COVID and basically a trillion worth of virtually wasted money. So let me know how big you think the crash is going to be. All right, so the banks want the crash. The banks want to buy your properties off you cheap. The, the banks want to become the biggest private landlord in the UK. The banks want to lend you the money to buy you the property, then the banks want to buy it back off you really cheap and keep you in debt. This is how it works. So, now what can you do about it? You've got to beat the banks at their own game. This is the only way. And thankfully I found this out, what, 15, 16 years ago? And I played the banks at their own game, and now I have 340 properties with tens of millions of pounds worth of mortgage. I'm probably not going to— Probably not going to be that many years before I have £100 million worth of mortgages. But this is the bank's money that they've loaned me, that they're taking the risk on, that I'm putting into property, that I'm generating recurring income and passive income, and I'm getting capital growth. I am doing with the bank's money what the banks want to do with me and my money. Instead of being consumed and used and abused by them, I'm using them. Instead of me taking all the risk, With my money, they're taking all the risk with their money on me. But they're happy to invest in property because they know it's the most safe asset, and they want to buy it all and be involved in it. So what you do is you watch for the crash, like now, but you must take action. It is here and it is now, and I believe now is the time to buy. And some people are like, oh well, I'll just wait. I want to wait till the market's crashed. I want to wait for the perfect time. There is no perfect time. Don't Don't wait to buy property, buy property and wait. Go and see your local estate agents. Start putting in some lower offers. Mark and I, my business partner, we just got offered a £3 million portfolio. And we're like, market's come down 15 to 20, we think it's going to be 30, so we'll just forward price, i.e., we'll make an offer at 2.6. And we'll probably get it at 2.7. And even if it goes to 2.7 or 2.6 or 2.5, in 10 to 15 years it will be 5, in another 10 to 15 years it will be 10 million, and it'll make us thousands a month in recurring and passive income. This is your opportunity. You have been waiting for it. It is here and now. So number 1, get on the estate agents' high street. Educate yourself, you know, read some property books. I've read a lot, I've written lots of property books on audio and paperback. Start reading and learning how to invest. Take personal responsibility. Learn how the system works and play it against itself. Now, people say to me things like, oh yeah, Rob, but I haven't got any money, or, oh yeah, Rob, but I haven't really got any experience. I haven't— you know, these are valid. By the way, when people say I haven't got time, that's nonsense. Um, so what I would say is this: just educate yourself. You know, just day by day, maybe half an hour, an hour, learn every day. And this is why I launched Rob.team before lockdown, and it grew massively to nearly 10,000 members in lockdown, because every day you can do half an hour, an hour, or more of study. You must educate yourself. So go to rob.team right now. Now Andy has said not all debt is bad. You're absolutely right, Andy. If you are borrowing from the banks to invest in assets that pay recurring income and the tenants and the assets pay for the loan, that's good debt. The problem is most people, they're in bad debt. You know, they're buying properties, mortgages for houses that they live in that are going up. They've got car loans and university loans and student debt. And the bank is consuming them like the Matrix that consumes humans for its resources. The banks are consuming you for your resources. So you must learn to know the difference between good debt and bad debt. You must know the difference between an asset and a liability, and you must invest in assets at the right time at the right price. And right now prices are dropping, which means yields are going up, which means cash flow is going up. People say to me, 'Yeah, but Rob, interest rates are really high.' Yeah, but prices are lower. So they balance themselves, but you must educate yourself. And this is why I do all of this content. And Adam has said Rob.team is a great resource. Learn how to learn, earn, and invest into the right assets. Damien has said, I have money to invest, where do you recommend I start that education journey? I recommend Rob.team. It costs 22 pence a day. You can cancel anytime. There's no ongoing contract, and there's hundreds of hours of courses, resources, and masterclasses. On making and managing and multiplying money and investing in assets and producing recurring income. And the big news is coming in the next few days. As long as you're a Rob.team member, we've got this emergency house price crash Zoom masterclass coming up because everyone's asking about it, everyone's talking about it. You know, my lives are going wildly viral on this subject because I think people realize that the banks are scamming us and consuming us and we need to stand up for ourselves, but we must educate ourselves. You know, I used to get really angry with the banks and the system, and now I know the banks and the system are just trying to make profit, and they're just, you know, playing to win. You can play to win. Just need to know how the banks play to win and play them at their own game. And what's the point in being angry about it? You know, I, I rant, you know, I, I talk about what's not fair, but I always also give you a solution. Every single live I do, I give you a solution. So are you getting angry and and pissed off, or are you turning that anger into solution? So don't wait to buy property, buy property and wait. Get out to the estate agents, make a few cheeky offers, buy the worst house in the best street, do a little bit of refurb and, you know, add value and, you know, make sure that you learn how the system works. And this is what Rob.team is designed for. It is an online resource that's got hundreds of hours of content on investing, creating passive income, learning about the monetary system and the banking system and playing it at its own game, building independent personal financial wealth. Um, look, if you agree with me that the house price crash is a bit of a scam, the interest rate rise and how they've been artificially manipulated is a bit of a scam, and the banks are consuming us and you know, it's not fair and it's not balanced, I'd ask you just to share this. You know, I've got some videos going really viral right now because I think people can, you know, really see that the world is a bit corrupt, or at least the world has become selfish. You know, the banks and the powers that be, you know, they're reigning with too much power and selfishness, and you need to learn how they, you know, make money and create monopoly and control. And then try and play them at their own game.
