The ONLY Freedom is THIS

True freedom means passive income that covers your expenses so you stop trading your time for money. The speaker calls money "stored time" and argues the path forward is owning assets like real estate or software that generate income from other people's work, not your own.

The only freedom is this. I'm going to share with you what I believe the only true route to freedom is. Now, if I were to ask you, what do you think freedom is? I'm going to guess you're going to say a 4-letter word. Don't be rude, but let me know in the comments. What do you believe freedom is. Give you a minute to think about what that is, because, you know, some people say that freedom is to do what they want, when they want, where they want, with who they want. The thing with that is you can't just do that without certain resources, and there's one main resource that enables you to do that. Now, therefore, I've given you a bit of time now. What do you think is the, the four-letter word that most people would say freedom is. Most people— well, some people say it's choice, which is a 5-letter word, um, sure, but you still need to have a certain resource to have choice. And I think most people think that freedom is time. The thing is, money is stored time. So let me ask you this: do you have a job? Do you have a mortgage? Do you have loans? Do you have financial responsibilities? Do you have children? Do you have overheads? Do you have costs? Because if you do, you need money for those, and you're probably not yet at the stage where you're getting recurring passive income from assets that exceed your expenses. When you have recurring income from assets that exceed your expenses, you no longer have to exchange your time for money. So then you have freedom because you don't have to give your time for money. But until then, you have to exchange your time for money. And what money is, is stored time. It's the 50 hours you did last week stored in money that then you use to buy back that time in the future. But here's the paradox: So many people are spending 50, 60, 70 hours a week exchanging their time for not enough stored money to cover their overhead expenses, hoping that that stored time will buy them some freedom in the future. But that future freedom never comes because they don't have enough stored time in the money, and they don't have enough money to buy future time. So we Money— think, people think that money is this kind of tool, um, or it buys stuff. All money is is stored time. So when you get better at investing money and time to create assets that produce recurring income, you no longer have to exchange your time and store it in money because your assets create the value in money. Also increasing your hourly rate and building systems and processes, etc. All of these resources create money. Now, money is either your stored time or someone else's stored time. If you think about owning a property, you'll have rental income. Well, that's from a tenant, and a tenant has a job. So a tenant exchanges their time for money, and there's their time stored in the money, and then they pay you that in rent. So you have two choices. Number one, you exchange all your time to store that time in money, or you leverage someone else's time to receive the money. They are the two choices that you have. So look, if you'd like to learn more about how to figure this out and how to leverage other people's time to, um, essentially get more money, which is just time, and if you'd like to, to learn really how to get rich you know, the real long enduring way, not the get rich quick way, I recommend you jump on a training I'm doing this Sunday. Now it's a new training. I've done a lot of training, but it's a new training, and the link is tiny.cc/richlife. It's tiny.cc/richlife. That's the link. Um, and there you go, I've just shared it. Um, and on that link you can register for a Zoom I'm doing in about 48 hours, so you're going to need to be quick. Having a rich life is not just about money, but you need the money to buy the time back to do the things that make you feel rich. So, you know, people say that money isn't everything until you don't have any. Um, and people say that money doesn't make you happy. Well, maybe rich people aren't any happier, but what they're not unhappy about is money. And I understand that most people's source of unhappiness is a lack of money. So if you at least have money, that's one less source of unhappiness. So I'm going to cover some strategies and tactics over the last 2 decades of 10-year research project on money and the kind of debunking the myth of money and happiness that a lot of people say. A lot of people say, oh, they know loads of rich people, I don't want to be a— who are unhappy. I don't want to be the richest person in the graveyard. They don't actually know anyone who's rich and they're broke. They're just saying that because they want to defend their own brokenness. And you know, there's no virtue in poverty, by the way. By the way, there's also no judgment from me. Being broke just means you don't have to make money. It doesn't make you an inferior person, just means you don't have to make money yet. But there is also no virtue in poverty. It doesn't make you a better person either than a rich person to be poor. So why would you deny yourself all of the, the riches of life? You might only have one life. Why would you deny yourself them all? So if you go to tiny.cc/richlife, I'm going to share with you there some of the ways to have a rich life, to make more money, um, to have recurring income, to be able to have a lot of stored time in money. So other people are exchanging their time for money. We have software or systems or processes so you don't have to spend your whole life exchanging it for money and then not be able to buy any more time in the future because you don't have enough money. Um, and you know, I'm going to be grilled by one of the top podcasters in the country. Um, so it's not just all going to be, um, rah-rah. I'm going to be challenged. You know, I'm going to give you a warts-and-all approach so you can see the full agenda on the link tiny.cc/richlife. So let me, let me know what you think in the comments makes a rich life. Let me know about what you think about, um, you know, the theories I've just shared about money storing time. You can either exchange all your own time or someone else's time. I guess you would prefer someone else's. You can have software, systems, processes, and assets that produce recurring income based on other people's time. They rent out the assets that you own, they create the software that you get leverage from, for example. Because they're going to do that work anyway. You may as well benefit from that. So thanks for tuning in, really appreciate you. And by the way, this training, what I won't charge you for this, but there'll be no recordings and no replays unless you're in Rob.team. And a lot of it is quite new content that you may not have heard from me before. So thanks for tuning in. I'll see you at tiny.cc/richlife.
