The Property Scam No One Talks About ⛔️

UK stamp duty is a 5-12% purchase tax that kills housing demand and pushes rents up, the presenter argues, while the government claims there's a housing crisis. He sees the current market as a buying opportunity and is hosting a free seminar on profiting from the expected downturn.

The property scam that no one is talking about. Now, if you know me and my content, you might think I'm going to talk about the banks. I'm actually not. And whilst the banks can make 3 times your mortgage in interest payments, that's a lot. At least you can get on the housing ladder when you otherwise couldn't. By getting a mortgage. And a mortgage is actually one of the lowest cost loans you'll ever get. You get a car, you get any other kind of credit, credit card, the loan's way more expensive than a mortgage. So I know I've been critical of banks and many people are critical of property and banks. It's nowhere near the biggest scam that I'm about to tell you. The biggest scam in property that no one's talking about is stamp duty. This, they call it duty. That's a tax. Tariff, that's a tax. National Insurance, that's a tax. I mean, what utter spin bollocks. Why don't you just call it, um, purchase tax? Because that's what it is. Stamp duty is purchase tax, i.e., you get taxed to buy a property. Now, what's even more outrageous is you pay stamp duty on your own home. So you want to buy a home to live in, and you have to pay tax to live in your own house with tax-paid money that you've already paid tax on. It's ridiculous. Now what's even more ridiculous is the mixed messaging from the government. So apparently we have a housing crisis. Apparently rents are really high. Apparently the cost of living is really high. Apparently we want to help more people get on the housing ladder, yet we're charging 5 to 12%. Some people are paying 12%, and this isn't tax on a frickin' chocolate bar. This isn't 12% of a quid. The average house price is £300,000. Properties that are £500,000 or a million, which sound like a lot, but in certain areas of London you can't get a fucking garage or a car park, you know, car parking space. Spitting everything everywhere, it's gonna piss me off. You can't buy much for a million quid in a lot of places now, and you're paying 12 100% tax. Don't call it stamp duty, call it tax. This is one of the biggest property scams that no one's talking about. And what pisses me off is when people attack the rich or criticise the rich, when in reality it's the government that are supposed to govern. So for example, you know, say, oh, the wealth gap is widening and the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer, and they blame the rich. No, there's already a great redistribution, um, Policy. It's called tax. Yeah, hello. So money is redistributed and money does trickle down through taxing richer people. And something like 29% of all taxes are paid by the top 1%, and something like 69% of all taxes are paid by the top 10%. So if the rich are paying nearly all the tax, where's it going? It's not trickling down and not getting redistributed because the government are mismanaging it and they're wasting it. And the government say they want to sort the housing crisis out, except they're charging 5 to 12% tax to buy a house, to buy a house that you live in. It's a fucking joke, and it's the biggest scam that no one's talking about in property. So I definitely recommend that you share this video. And get the message out there. Now look, every downside has an upside, um, and every recession has an opportunity. And so the opportunity with this is that a lot of people aren't going to bother buying property anymore, which means that there's less competition. It's probably going to push the price down because we've got to factor that 5 to 12% in when we buy the property. So we're going to offer 12 to 15% less, and we're going to pay 15% less So we pay, cover the cost of the 12% stamp duty because this is how entrepreneurs and the market, it's how it adapts and evolves. And in the end, entrepreneurs always win because we're the creative ones. So look, if you'd like to learn how to take this opportunity of all these things going on in the market that on the face of it are quite bad, high stamp duty taxes, high prices, looking now, maybe now at a correction or a recession or a depression. Um, then I recommend you jump on my Zoom that's coming in about 36 hours. So I'm doing this Zoom class called How to Cash In on the Crash. The link is tiny.cc, tiny.cc/crashproof. Tiny.cc/crashproof. Simple as. I'll cover your place. I already have a Zoom account, so I don't have to charge you anything for this. And I'm going to teach you how the crash recession of 2008 scared me at first and then ended up being an opportunity where I bought about 100 houses in 3 years. I sold a fair few of them. I wish I hadn't, by the way, and I wish I'd bought 1,000. And going back now with what I know now, I could be more aggressive and I could borrow more money and I could buy 1,000 houses. And the next recession is coming and I'd like to take that opportunity. So if you'd like to learn how to cash in on the crash and turn these sort of things that are going on that are really not good, but turn it into your opportunity, the link is tiny.cc/crashproof. The housing shortage is not created by evil landlords. It's created by mismanagement of government, not building enough houses, not controlling the population. Sticking on these ridiculous taxes that penalize you. You know, surely in, in the UK, and you know, the prospect of owning your own home and having it as an appreciating asset that you can rely on for pension and retirement and have free living in the future and be mortgage-free— surely this should be a reality, not a dream. And surely it should be something that the government are helping us towards, or at least not penalizing us for doing this. And then the ridiculous thing happens is because a load of people can't afford to buy and they have to rent, it pushes the price of rents up because you've got more competition. And yet all they do is just blame the rich or blame the landlords. It's nonsense. But this is going to cause a big reverse opportunity. I've seen this so many times. You know, when interest rates go up, a lot of people get repossessed and you can buy properties cheaply. Taxes go up, a lot of people exit the market, you can buy properties cheaply. So there's a great opportunity and I'm going to talk about it on this Zoom. I've got a special guest whose portfolio is worth £18 million now and he's done all of those deals no money down. So the link is tiny.cc/crashproof. Do you agree with me that the big scam that no one talks about when they're blaming the landlords and blaming the rich is actually stamp duty and 5 to 12% tax on buying your own home. Don't make beggars believe it. Anyway, I'll see you on the Zoom, tiny.cc/crashproof. Do you think a crash is coming? I've been calling a crash for a while. Some of my critics have been saying that I'm a bit doom-mongering and negative, but you know, Ray Dalio, And Warren Buffett, you know, really big investors, billionaires, you know, more experienced than me, for sure they think it's coming. Not only are they saying it, but they're voting with their money because they're cashing out. The guy who shorted the last banking crisis, the Big Short guy, cashed out billions holding cash. Warren Buffett, I think, has cashed hundreds of billions out holding cash. Why are they doing that? They're not doing that because they want nice interest from the bank. They're doing that because they believe the market's going to crash and they're going to sell high and then buy low. It's coming. And remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything. I'll see you on the Zoom, tiny.cc/crashproof.
