In this YouTube commentary, the host (Rob Moore) presents a translated statement from Romanian authorities detailing the charges against Andrew Tate, his brother Tristan, and two Romanian citizens. The official accusation describes an organized criminal group that allegedly used the "loverboy" method to recruit women under false pretenses of marriage or cohabitation, then transported them to Romania where they were subjected to physical and psychological coercion, forced to produce pornographic material, and exploited for financial gain through online platforms. The host reads the translation verbatim, noting the identification of six victims. He emphasizes the principle of presumption of innocence, urging viewers not to act as judge and jury on social media, and calls for a fair judicial process. He also speculates that media or other powerful interests might be fabricating or amplifying accusations, drawing a parallel to a past UK media scandal. The host discloses his recent interview with Tate and limited personal interaction, establishing credibility while clarifying he is not in business with Tate. He then quotes Tate's own admission that his “job” was to make women fall in love with him to exploit them via webcam for profit, which aligns with the alleged "loverboy" tactics. Finally, he invites viewers to share their thoughts on Tate's guilt or innocence, the role of media, and potential conspiracies, encouraging comments and engagement.

The real reason that Andrew Tate was arrested. So there's a translation of a statement from the Romanian authorities, uh, specifically on their reasons for arresting and then detaining him. Now apparently in Romania, detaining someone for 30 days is maybe a bit more normal than, say, the UK. Um, and I have got the exact translation of the specific reasons that Andrew Tate has been arrested and therefore what he's accused of, and I'm going to read that to you in a moment. Lots of people have been asking me to comment on this, which is why I'm sort of reporting as I get information. and I'm doing my very best to be thorough and accurate with the information, um, uh, and make sure that it's from good sources. Now, um, a couple of things first. Number one is I believe that people are innocent until proven guilty. Maybe Andrew Tate is innocent, maybe Andrew Tate is guilty, and we would rely on a non-corrupt judicial system to fairly try him based on whether charges are actually pressed, which it doesn't look like charges are actually pressed right now. So I'm not going to comment. I can't comment on whether he's done what he's accused of or not. What I am going to say is, if you were my friend or not my friend If you were someone on social media and you've been accused of something that you denied, I wouldn't try you by social media, um, and I wouldn't be the judge and the jury. I'd allow the judge and the jury to be the judge and the jury. The next point I'm going to make is, um, an option that no one is really talking about as much as I thought they would. Is that maybe there are some people or powers that are out to get him, because that is also an option. Um, I remember, um, I'm friends with one of the most famous people in the UK. He was the media lover boy. They loved him for many years. He was the nation's favorite person. And then one year, the media went for him, and the mainstream newspapers phoned up his friends, his family, his exes, and anyone who knew him and offered them significant money to make up a story. The mainstream media phoned up people in my friend's present and past, essentially saying, look, we'll pay you 20 grand, we'll pay you 50 grand, make up a story. This happens. And what's to say that this might not be happening here with Andrew Tate? Now, I can't say whether that is right or wrong, just like I can't say if he's innocent or guilty. And, you know, some people have said, well, Rob, you know, you're associated with him. I did one interview with him on a podcast, um, and yes, I have had some messages back and forth with him, and yes, I've got to know him. I'm not in business with him. I'm not closely associating or purposefully disassociating myself with Andrew Tate. And people are too quick to do both. So anyway, um, there's a translation that's come out from the Romanian authorities which cites the specific reasons of what's actually happened. Here we go, I'm going to read it to you. Okay, so 4 suspects, 2 British and 2 Romanian citizens, constituted an organized criminal group with a view to committing crimes on the territory of Romania but also of other countries such as the United States of America and Great Britain of the crime of human trafficking. Victims were recruited by British citizens by misrepresenting their intention to enter into a marriage or cohabitation relationship and the existence of genuine feelings of, of love, known as the lover boy method. They were later transported and housed into buildings in Ilfov country, where by exercising acts of physical violence and mental coercion through intimidation, constant surveillance, control, and invoking alleged debts, they were sexually exploited by group members by forcing them to perform demonstrations, pornographic, for the purpose of producing and disseminating material of such a nature through social media platforms, and by submitting to the execution of a work in a forced manner in order to obtain important financial benefits consisting of the sums of money obtained as a result of accessing the materials by users. That's actually a bit of a mouthful. So far, 6 injured persons have been identified who were sexually exploited by the organized criminal group. I mean, I'm surprised that that's been mentioned, because surely in, um, a case where someone is being questioned, um, you wouldn't necessarily— you wouldn't mention um, things important to the case, like so far 6 injured persons have been identified who were sexually exploited by the organized criminal group. So that makes me somewhat skeptical. However, to summarize this translation, which I just said word for word, 4 people— Andrew Tate, Andrew Tate's brother, and 2 Romanian citizens— are arrested on the crime of human trafficking, and apparently they recruited women by misrepresenting them into a marriage or cohabitation relationship and, um, portraying, um, the existence of feelings of love. This is apparently called the Loverboy Method. There's also a link to a post where Andrew Tate, um, comments on how he makes women fall in love with him. I'll come to that in a moment. So these apparent victims who were misrepresented into a marriage or cohabitation and, um, made out that they were loved were later transported, um, into Romania by acts of physical violence and mental coercion through intimidation, surveillance, control, and invoking alleged debts. And then they were sexually exploited by the group, um, forcing them to form demonstrations pornographic for the purpose of producing and disseminating material of such nature through social media platforms, and by submitting for the execution of a work in a forced manner in order to obtain important financial benefits consisting of the sums of money obtained as a result of accessing the materials by users. I.e., yeah, um, I, I think that's obvious what it is. Now, this is what Andrew Tate has previously said: my job was to get women to fall in love with me. Literally, that was my job. My job was to meet a girl, go on a few dates, sleep with her, test if she's quality, get her to fall in love with me to where she'd do anything I say, and then get her on a webcam so we could become rich together. Whether you agree or disagree with what I did with their loyalties, submission, and love for me doesn't matter. You cannot reject the results, and the results are simple. My girlfriends would do more for me than 99.9% of men's wives would do for them. So apparently this is called the lover boy method. Andrew Tate has mentioned that this is something that he's done, but he's making out that it's not in a coerced or abusive or human trafficking way, although this was published before he got arrested. There you go. I know it's a bit of a long-winded way, but I wanted to share what looks to be the real reasons that Andrew Tate was arrested and then detained. Um, because there's been lots of conjecture and loads of people have been asking me. I would love your thoughts on this. Do you think that Andrew Tate is innocent or guilty? Why have so many people on social media already locked him up and thrown away the key even though he hasn't yet been, um, tried or convicted? Is there an argument that people could be out to get him like he predicted, and maybe he could be setting up, and maybe some people could be paying off people? In order to make stories up about him? I don't know, nor does anyone else. And at the moment, we're all sharing opinion, but I won't try anyone. I'll let the judicial system do that. I'd love your thoughts. Let me know in the comments. I'm commenting on this, one, because I did interview him very recently, got to know him. Um, two, it's a fascinating case study. I'm going to try and learn as much as I can from this, like any fascinating case study. Um, but also so many of my followers and fans are asking me about it, um, and, um, you know, many people are telling me to distance myself from him. Um, so I'm making the statements as requested. Let me know in the comments what you think. Thanks for tuning in. Hit the share button, and remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything.
