The REAL Reasons the Rich Get Richer

Rob Moore argues the wealthy reject the college-job-house script, use tax breaks and good debt to buy assets, take calculated risks, and build multiple income streams. He says the rich deliberately exploit systemic advantages while maintaining spending discipline and leveraging compounding over decades.

The real reasons the rich get richer. Some of these are secrets that you don't know because the system doesn't want you to know. Some of these might surprise you because they may not seem habits that you thought billionaires would implement. Now, um, I would say there needs to be a trigger warning here because A lot of people judge the rich. Let me just tell you this: there is no virtue in being poor. And a lot of people take this moral high ground judgment, you know, that being rich is somehow bad and wrong and immoral, and being broke is some kind of virtue. There is no virtue in being broke. You were not born to be broke. And actually, there are models and systems that you can follow that the rich figured out so that you can get rich too. Okay, so I've got here 9, and the first— I've noted them down. A couple of them are a bit nefarious and sordid. So the first thing is that the rich have broken the mainstream propaganda hypnosis spell. So what do they teach you? What does mainstream media hypnosis? Go to college, get a job, get a mortgage, save, or, um, you know, put your money in the bank, or buy it now and pay it later, get credit. This is what you have been indoctrinated by, essentially the media controlled by the big corporations, controlled by the very powerful people in the world, maybe the the people have influence over the big companies and the central banks, and that indoctrination will make you poor. You see, when you're poor, you need the system. When you're rich, you break free from the system and you have independence. So let me ask you this: have you broken the mass hypnosis around what it really takes to be rich and how they keep you poor? Which leads me to point number 2, is all rich people have learned from rich people and have been, have got educated on how to become rich. So they pay themselves first. They don't save, they invest, or at least they only save to invest. They beat inflation. They know how to leverage inflation. They only get mortgages for assets that produce income. They don't buy depreciating liabilities. They buy appreciating assets. They know the difference between good debt and bad debt. Have you taught yourself this? You know, make sure that, that you're following me and my content on all social media, that you're reading my books, that you're listening to my podcasts. Um, I broke free from this system probably started 18 years ago. Okay, the third thing, the reason the rich get richer, is that they leverage tax breaks and write-offs. And this upsets a lot of people, but there are no tax breaks and write-offs if you're employed. There are many tax breaks and write-offs if you're an entrepreneur or a business owner or you're self-employed. Now, there have been less in the UK because they're trying to make us a socialist communist state, but there are still many tax breaks. And there's only one way, by the way, to have any kind of tax breaks, and that is to pay yourself first and pay tax last, which essentially means to start a business, which is way easier than you think. Now, by the way, the richer you are, the bigger tax write-offs that you have. Um, and actually, you have— you can use some that most other people can't use. Is that fair? Probably not. Is it right? More moralistically, maybe not. But it is what it is. And so if you had more money, would you want to write off more and leverage more tax breaks? Of course you would. Why wouldn't you? Okay, the fourth thing that the rich do to get richer is they play the system at its own game. They learn how the system makes money from you, and they play the system at its own game. So for example, um, if you've got a small loan from a bank, you have a problem. If you've got a massive loan from a bank, they have the problem. So, um, I invest money from the banks to build cash-flowing property portfolios, hundreds of properties that I have. Um, and so the banks has the problem, and I'm leveraging how the bank makes money on itself, and I'm using the bank's risk for my reward. Whereas when you get personal loans and car loans and mortgages and you save money, you're using your risk and the bank's getting the benefit of that risk. Okay, number 5 reasons that rich get rich is the rich are prepared to take risks. They're prepared to lose to win. They're prepared to lose money to win money. They're prepared to invest in themselves to produce a return. They're prepared to quit a job. They're prepared to have an uncomfortable life, or at least they're prepared to disrupt themselves and take Calculated progressive risks. Okay, number 6. Now this is a surprising one to many people because a lot of people assume that rich people spend a load of money, but the only way you can get rich is never spend more than you earn. Now broke people don't earn much and spend more. Rich people earned a lot and don't spend a lot. So actually they're very good at managing their money and they never ever spend more than they earn. And the richer you get, the less of a percentage of your earnings you spend. And then they invest the difference in assets that produce recurring income, and then that snowballs. Okay, so that's quite— there's quite a lot of millionaires actually who aren't really glitzy and showy, and they're not billionaires, they're not, you know, they've got a very good life, but they've just managed money well. There are a lot of millionaires out there that don't earn masses of money, they just manage it well. Okay, number 7 is compounding. So the great thing about compounding is you don't just earn money on money, you earn money on interest that's earned on money. So compounding is that snowball effect where you don't just earn money on the capital, you earn money on the interest on the capital, the interest on the interest on the capital, and it grows and grows and grows and grows and grows. Now you have to be patient to let the law of compounding kick in. Which millionaires and billionaires are, and then you get exponential growth after time. I don't know if you ever saw Warren Buffett's income graph. Age 12, 20, 30, 40, 55, 85. You get that inflection point where you get massive compounding. Okay, number 8 is they have multiple streams of income. Actually, there's one I've missed out, I think. Yeah, that is they can control policy. So when you're an entrepreneur, you can control write-offs and tax breaks. When you have a, a small or medium-sized business, you can control your own policy and leverage these write-offs and breaks. When you're a billionaire, you actually control politicians. You donate them some money, you can kind of put policy through And you can have your own rules, and you can have trusts, and you have companies in different countries where you can avoid tax. I'm not saying that's right, but that is how the system is. And the richer you get, the more you can control policy and control politicians. And this is one that the billionaires don't want you to know, which you can understand why, but it is a reality. By the way, a lot of you have said that you don't get the notifications for my lives anymore. Make sure you turn the notifications on. I've got nearly 420,000 followers, and like, sometimes my lives get 10,000 views, 30,000 views. There's definitely a restriction going on somewhere, somehow. So make sure you turn on the notifications. Okay, the next trait, um, that the rich get richer on is they have multiple streams of income. The average zero-earner has one stream of income and is earned. The average millionaire has 3 to 9 streams of income and it's passive. So you need to turn occurring income into sharing income, earned income into passive income, and you need to turn one income stream into three or more. And then, yeah, the, the last one is they have control over the system. So rich people, you know, they, they employ people, therefore they control to a certain degree employees. The really rich people control corporations and banks and funds and governments and politicians. So essentially, the richer you become, the more control you have, the more monopoly power you have. Now again, I'm not, I'm not putting a moral judgment on this. I'm just saying these are all the reasons that you're not told about that the rich get richer. So give me a yes in the comments if this content has been useful, and also give me a yes in the comments if you would like to get richer. Now by the way, remember, there is no virtue in poverty. Being rich doesn't make you a better person, but it doesn't make you a worse person either. Just makes you a richer person. If you're a good person, you're going to be even better with money because money exaggerates your trait. Traits. So actually, you could become an even more virtuous or a better person by becoming more wealthy. So give me a yes in the comments if you would like to earn more money, maybe start and scale a business, maybe create multiple streams of income, um, maybe get your tax bill down and your income streams up, and learn in more detail strategies and tactics like I've just taught you here. The thing with money is being rich leaves clues, being broke leaves clues, and there's systems and strategies to be rich just like the systems and strategies to be broke. So quick summary is the real reasons that the rich get richer are they've broken the media propaganda of go to college, get a job, get a mortgage, save, buy now pay later. They've educated themselves on how money really works and they invest. And they understand how to build wealth. They leverage tax breaks and write-offs. They play the system at its own game and only use debt for good debt, and they put the risk back on the banks. They take calculated risks and avoid comfort. They never spend more than they earn, and they manage their money well. They leverage compounding and earning not just on money but on interest and on interest and on interest. They build multiple streams of income, not just one. They have recurring income, not just occurring income, and passive income, not just active income. And they know how to play and game the system. They know how to leverage the tax breaks. They know how to control and make their own rules. You know, if you're a zero, you don't even know the rules. If you're getting there, you learn the rules. If you're a millionaire, you break some rules. If you're a billionaire, you make the rules. So I recommend you join Rob.team if you want to learn the, the traits of the greats, the habits of the rich, so you can become wealthy too. Um, thanks for tuning in and following my work.
