The Ruined Financial System Needs *Radical* Change

Rob Moore argues the financial system is broken: banks lend deposits multiple times while savers earn nothing, inflation erodes purchasing power, governments pile on debt and taxes, and schools don't teach money. The wealthy protect themselves with lawyers and diversified assets. The working and middle classes get squeezed.

The ruined financial system needs radical change. There is corruption, there is broken currency, a central banking system that's out of date, there's massive inflation, government over-intervention, there's a really bloated, over-employed public sector. There's so much going on that the current financial system is broken and needs a radical overhaul. Now, I've got 5 areas I'm going to share with you relatively briefly about the broken financial system, what is broken, and what the solutions might be. Now, this affects you, this affects your children, this affects everyone around you. Because when costs of living way outstrip wages, way outstrip interest, when inflation is in double digits and we have energy and food crises, when all of this stuff goes on, you, the general public, the working and the middle class, you get affected the most. The poor get affected the most. The masses get affected the most. The millionaires and billionaires get affected, but they've got good accountants and lawyers and smart businesses, and they can usually figure out a way. They pay their tax last, not first. They pay themselves first, not last. Okay, so are you ready? Give me a yes in the comments if you're ready. So I'm going to talk about the banking scam. I'm going to talk about huge inflation and currency debasement. I'm going to talk about massive taxation and soaring government debt and deficit. I'm going to talk about the lack of financial education in schools, and then I'm going to give you some actions and tools and resources, so stay with me for that. So the first thing, the banking scam. So if I said to you, hey, give me all the money that you have, I won't give you any interest on it, I won't guarantee it, I won't insure it. By the way, if everyone wants their money off me at the same time, you can't have yours back. And I'm gonna lend every £10 to a pound, I'm gonna invest every $10 to a dollar that you give me. Now if I said that to you, you'd be pissed off, that's a scam. Well, that's what the banks do. The banks, you see, they don't incentivize you to give them your money. They don't because there's no interest. You give the banks your money because you perceive it's easiest. Direct debits, bank transfers, etc. But actually, you could get a much better return on your capital than in the bank. So the banks aren't incentivising you at the moment. Now look, to a certain degree, the banks don't control interest rates, or to a certain degree, the central banks do. But here's the thing, they lure you in to have your money, and then they see it as a liability. So cash in the bank, in a bank, is a liability because it's a depreciating liability. It doesn't go up, it goes down with inflation, etc. So the banks see cash as a liability, they want it off you, and then they're going to lend it out 5, 10— well, 10 times to every pound or dollar, and also they're going to lend and invest it. So that is the great banking scam, and you've got to reverse that, which means you've got to control your cash, you've got to invest it into assets that produce income. Stay with me to the end, I'll give you some tools on that, and sort of take control and not be a victim of the banking system and the banking scam. Now, to a certain degree, I can't blame the banks for that. If cash is a liability, then they've got to get off the balance sheet. And I've got cash and it's a liability, and I want to get off the balance sheet. I want to get it into assets to produce income. But you need to educate yourself. You need to know about this. Okay, the next, um, thing where the financial system is ruined is inflation, because it's in double digits now. It's temporary, probably, but it could go on a long time because of supply chain, um, being broken because of, you know, a lack of resources. Few food, fuel, and energy on the rise. So, um, we're not in hyperinflation, but we're in big inflation. And fiat currency is essentially being debased because inflation is super high, quantitative easing's been high, the government are in trillions of debt, so they have billions just in interest payments. So you need to protect your currency, your cash, and your money from debasement, from high— not yet hyper, but high— inflation, from soaring cost of living. Do you know your cost of living is 20 to 25% lower, relatively speaking, your spending power, than March 2020? And do you know it's the lowest it's been, relatively speaking, since the Second World War? That's crazy shit. And how could we in 100 years be no better off or even worse than we were after a world war? That means the current financial system is broken, is fucked, and it needs fixing. So banking scam, massive inflation and currency debasement. The third thing is massive taxation and the soaring government debt and the deficit on the government balance sheet. So what used to happen is if a government's balance sheet was in deficit, They'd add a surplus, or a goal for a surplus, to balance the books. You know, you need to balance the surplus and the deficit to be net zero. You balance your books. Except the government don't balance the books. The governments have been trading insolvently in deficit for so many years now. And what that means is their debt builds and their debt builds and their debt builds. And what that means is the interest on their debt builds. Rishi didn't fix an interest payment and it cost an extra £11 billion. £100 billion in taxpayers' money. So the government debt is huge, it's getting bigger, they don't seem to have any responsibility and accountability to balance the deficit up. So it's just going to get more and more and more, which means the government debt's going to get more, which means the interest on the government debt's going to get more, which means they're going to print more money to erode their debt, which means inflation's going to go really high, which means they're going to tax you more. More tax, more tax, more tax, more tax, tax on tax. Stealth tax, energy tax, sugar tax. Do you know they're taxing— in New Zealand they're taxing you if you're a farmer if your cows fart and burp. They're basically taxing methane. I mean, that is utterly bonkers. What is left to tax? And do you know they're going to lose billions, maybe even trillions in tax revenue when cars become electric. So they're going to need to make up these trillions that they're going to lose when in 2030 no petrol cars will be out and made new. So massive taxation, soaring government deficit, which creates even more taxation, even more inflation, and even more eroding of your spending power. And you know, your pound being worth less. And I can't see this changing at all. Let me know what you think in the comments, by the way. Do you think I'm making any useful points? Do you agree? Do you disagree? Is there anything you want to share or discuss or challenge me on? I love a good debate. And also please hit the share button because I think it's important that we educate people on this stuff because most people don't know this stuff. Really wrong with the system— let there be light— what's really wrong with the system is the lack of proper education on money. That's actually one of the fundamentals because look, if we all knew about this, it was transparent rather than opaque, well okay, we could do something about it. We could think about who we vote for, you know, we could maybe arm ourselves with tools to manage our own money well and then help the economy grow. Because here's the thing, the more money you make, the better you are for the economy. But it's sort of hidden from us. Like, they want to tax you at source. They want to take all your money. They want you in the work, you know, the employment system where they can get all your money at source. They want you with a mortgage really quick so they can charge you hundreds of thousands of interest over your life. Interest, taxation, inflation, which pays off their debt, which is caused by them having more debt. You know, this is all part of a system which essentially controls you. Now, if you have good education and knowledge on this, then you've got smarter choices. But here's the thing, in school there's no proper education on money. You're not really taught about inflation properly. Maybe when you do economics, but by then, you know, you're 16. It's a bit late. You're not really taught about money management, budgeting. You're not taught about money emotions. You're not taught about the history of money, the psychology of money. Not taught how to manage your own money well. The evolution and revolution of money. You're not taught about any of this stuff. And here's the thing, there's school professors and tutors who are teaching business, economics, and finance, and they're broke. And that is wrong. That is a backward system. You would not get personal training from someone who just had a triple heart bypass, stitches were still in, and they were 100 kilos overweight. You'd be like, what the hell? That's a scam. No way. Yet that is who are teaching us at school and university and college about money. The system is broken. And it needs to change. So let me know what you think, and here are my resources for you. I've got some gifts for you. So if you type toolkit in the comments, then I'm going to give you some financial resources. I'm going to do what the government and the school system, I believe, are not doing properly. But then if they're not incentivized to, then people like me have got to help. Now I am incentivized to, one, because I'm an entrepreneur, and two, because my personal vision is to help as many people on this planet get better financial education and knowledge. You're going to get both of those tools completely for free if you write toolkit in the chat. I've also got about 3 or 4 other financial resources for you. The 7 different types of income and how not to be a slave to number 1, but how to create the other 6. Do you know a millionaire, the average millionaire has 3 to 7 income streams? Things like royalty income, interest income, dividend income, and you can learn how to create those multiple streams of income. So all you have to do is write toolkit in the comments. I'm going to give you access to that completely for free. These are my next 3 money books coming out in the next 5 years or so, and as I create content on there, I'll share them with you first so that you can get them first and you can give me some feedback. So just write toolkit in the comments, you can gain access to all of that for completely for free. So thanks for tuning in. I hope you found this useful. Please hit the share button because it's important we help people. Here's the thing, if we're all better armed with knowledge around money, if we've all got better financial education, then it's good for us all, because if your clients are more wealthy, they'll pay you more money. If your friends are more wealthy, you can do more things together. And there is more than enough money out there for us all to be millionaires and more. The thing is, the billionaires have got most of it and the zeroers have got none of it. And, um, you know, the government just keep printing money, so there's no shortage of money. Let's be fair about that. There's no shortage of resources. There's a shortage of resourcefulness. I think about some of the most developing Poor countries in the world have got some of the richest resources, but it's a lack of education, it's an inequality of education, and that's my mission. So the ruined financial system that needs to change— there's far more than this, but I've covered the banking scam, go back and watch the replay, the huge inflation and fiat debasement, go and watch the replay for that, massive taxation and soaring debt and government deficit that doesn't seem to be balanced, no balancing of the books, and then the lack of education in college and university and schools and people teaching us about money and business and finance who are broke. The system is all backward. But if you type in rob.team in the comments, then I'm going to give you all those tools and resources— how to save a load of money in this cost of living crisis, how to build digital assets, multiple streams of recurring income, and get your money weekly resources content from me completely for free as a thank you for tuning in and for me to do my bit to help in this soaring cost of living crisis. Here's the reality though. For every, um, downside, there's an upside. For every difficulty, there's an opportunity. It's a great opportunity right now with what's going on in the world to start an online business, to create multiple streams of digital income, to invest in digital assets, and go where the money is moving to, away from where the money was. Thanks for tuning in. Remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything. Hit the share button and type in toolkit in the comments.
