Tik Tok Now Officially Banned đŽ

Rob Moore reports the U.S. Supreme Court has upheld a TikTok ban, likely coming to the UK next. He explains how TikTok's algorithm let anyone go viral and monetize, unlike the old follower-count model, and argues the shift to competing platforms like X and Bluesky creates new opportunities for creators to build businesses with minimal overhead.

TikTok is now officially banned. Wow. So the Supreme Court in the US have, um, overruled an appeal for TikTok, um, to continue to be able to run in America. And usually what happens in America filters down to the UK, um, so maybe it's coming to the UK soon. Now, I don't know if you've been following the case, but this is huge news. Um, obviously Donald Trump doesn't love China, and people have been saying that TikTok is essentially a surveillance app, um, on behalf of China for the rest of the world. That being said, TikTok has been one of the most powerful social media platforms um, probably for anyone to be able to become a creator, make a living, and it's also changed the social media game and landscape. So, um, I'll tell you a bit more in a moment, but I don't know if you've heard of TikTokification. So TikTokification is essentially how TikTok disrupted social media. It was bad for me and it's really good for all of you. So if you've ever wanted to monetize social media, if you've ever wanted to turn your passion into your profession, your content into cash flow, you need to listen to this part. And you should probably thank TikTok for this, actually, because before TikTok, your following counted, and the more followers you'd built, the more views you were going to get. And much of your content, rightly so, went to your followers. That's how it should be. And I've sweat blood over a decade to build half a million followers on this app, for example, and 3 million followers across all my media. And then TikTok came along. They had the For You feature, and basically they wiped that out. And anyone could start. You could be a nanny, you could be a teenager, you could talk about anything, you could dance, you could sing. And TikTok would share you to the world because it didn't matter how many followers you had. And it was almost like the democratization, the decentralization, and the leveling of fairness to everyone of being able to monetize social media, build a brand on social media, build a business on social media. Many of my good friends who started 10 years after me, or were much smaller than me, blew up and overtook me on TikTok because they figured it out. I was a bit slow on it because I didn't think I could dance or sing, and then when I finally got on it, I started to blow up on it as well. So there's a lot of creators who are very, like, angry, upset, uh, because it really now looks like TikTok will be banned in America. Maybe it could therefore be banned in the UK. And now all the other social media channels have followed suit whereby it doesn't matter about your following. I've seen, I'm seeing it on LinkedIn, I'm seeing it on X. You can blow up on social media no matter if you've got one follower. Now, I personally don't use social media for anything other than business and community building. So I'm not there doom scrolling and I don't, I don't recommend that to anyone. I think it's terrible for kids and that's the downside of social media. But the upside is anyone can start, no matter what your age, no matter what your experience, and you can blow up on social media for the benefit of getting clients, building a community, monetizing your message, you know, turning your content into cash flow, your information into income. And this is a great opportunity right now, and TikTok are to thank for that. So them being banned in the US In some ways it's going to be not great for a lot ofâ there's already a Rebel app, um, that's launched, and it reminds me that the way we should all play the social media game is we should be there and lurking and ready like a crouching tiger to jump onto Blue Sky when there's issues with X, to jump onto Rumble when there's issues with YouTube, and to make sure that we're at the forefront of movement across social media channels. And because of this, I'm doing a Zoom in about 48 hours, something like that, where I'm going to help you get started. I'm going to help you turn your content into cash flow, your information into income. I'm going to help you make $3,000 to $10,000 cash in the next 7 days with some practical tactics, some tips and tricks and tools So for you to launch a businessâ by the way, you could quit your job and launch a business, that's one wayâ but probably the safer way is to start that side hustle, start creating content on the right social media channels and putting money in the bank so you can grow it. So if you'd like to jump on the Zoom, which I won't charge you for, the link is robmoore.live/sunday. Good morning. Rob Moore dot live forward slash Sunday. Rob Moore dot live forward slash Sunday. Go, um, type that link into, um, a web page now. Come and join me. I'm not charging you for it. Um, the main theme is how to make 3 grand to 10 grand in the next 7 days. Also, this Zoom class will kick off a cash challenge next week. So we'll basically extend it and I'll challenge you to bank some cash. And a great way to generate cash flow is to leverage social media because you don't need an office, you don't need staff, you don't need any premises, you don't need any loans, you don't need any stock. You can start it on 5 hours a week. You can do 1 hour a day. You can do it on your phone. You can do it on the internet. You just need a decent internet connection, which I lost back there for a minute. That's all you need. So, and I'm going to teach you practical tactical steps to, to launch any kind of business for free, or virtually free. You know, you might need a bit of hosting fees and you might need a domain, but you might not even need that because you can go and set up on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, used to be TikTok, Blue Sky, X, etc., LinkedIn. So the link for you to join this Zoom, which I'm subsidizing for you, is robmoore.live/sunday. That gives you a clue of when it is. And let me know what you think about TikTok being banned in the US. I think if they're banned in the US, it's quite likely it's going to happen over here. Part of me thinks it's Donald Trump flexing his muscles. Part of me thinks, well, actually it's good that social media platforms have accountability, um, and you know, they don't become too powerful. Look at what happened with Facebook. Facebook have relented on their basically censorship, and they've been held to account basically by X and Twitter. Change to X, driven by Elon Musk, is kind of again decentralizing and democratizing media, which I think is great. You know, look at my friend Simon Squibb's bigger than the BBC. I'm pretty much as big as the BBC now. And we're just, you know, we're normal entrepreneurial people. So we're creating value and we're helping people and we are breaking up the mainstream media. And by the way, there's people far bigger than me doing it as well. And you could be doing it too. And I think this is great. This is, you know, the whole community notes function on X, I think is really good, whereby someone can post what their opinion they can claim it as news, and then people can go and add community notes to say, well, actually, we're just sort of individually fact-checking that and individually fact-checking that. You don't want a social media platform fact-checking. You don't want the BBC fact-checking. And that's what they've been doing, i.e., censoring. And now that's all being freaking dismantled, and I'm a great fan of that. So You can now become your own media. You can now reach your customers and clients and followers and fans. Censorship is starting to go and we had so much of it. I mean, I'm still censored on this app and I'm waiting to be uncensored. And Mark Zuckerberg says he's uncensoring. So yeah, this, I think this is a great thing. So look, if you want to go through all this stuff, learn how to bank 3 grand to 10 grand in the next 7 days, jump on a Cash Challenge, Make Cash Challenge with me. And you know, you want to start your business, um, you want to leverage social media, you want to, you want to still be able to jump on the upsides of what TikTok did, go to robmoore.live/sunday. That's robmoore.live/sunday. That Zoom's coming soon. The, the time, the details are on the link. And, um, let's get you starting your business. Let's get you starting your side hustle. Let's get you getting your kids launching their business and starting their side hustle. Let's get you using social media, not social media using you, because that's really important. Because I, I don'tâ social media does not use me. I do not allow it to. I use it. Let's get you being a producer, not a consumer. Let's get you earning from all the channels instead of just doom scrolling from all the channels. And the thing about social media I've learned is that it's constantly disrupting itself. And X came in and disrupted them all. TikTok before that came in and disrupted them all. When Facebook bought Instagram, that disrupted them all. And this continual disruption and competition of all the social media channels against each other is really good for us, the individual, really good for us, the entrepreneur. Because if you're not monetizing on Facebook, you can just go to X. And if X gets a bit toxic, you can just go to LinkedIn, and that's great. And anyone and everyone, no matter where you are and who you are and what you've done and what you've not done, can launch any business basically for free on social media. So if you're not using social media and it's using you, you need to jump on this Zoom with me, um, because it'sâ look, the whole Zoom isn't just about social media, but social media is the main leveraging tool because 'cause it's free marketing and advertising, and that's better than paying for ads. But I will give you practical tactical steps to bank 3K to 7K in the next 7 days. So it's really practical and tactical, not theoretical, and it's not one big long intro or one big long, oh, look at Rob Moore and what he's achieved. Straight in practical things you can do to put money in the bank and launch your business and leverage social media. So I really appreciate you all tuning in. If you go to robmoore.live/sunday, no recordings, no replays, Let's start the year big. Let's have a big 2025. And let me know what you think about TikTok banned now in the US. They appealed. The Supreme Court upheld the ruling. TikTok, unless something wildly changes in the next few days, are banned from the US. This is huge news. I'd love to know your thoughts. I like disruption on social media. I like it holding itself to account. You know, we've got Elon Musk holding the UK to account, holding Keir Starmer to account. The UK should be doing that, but social media is doing that. So for all the downsides of social media, there are major upsides. And for the first time maybe ever, we have democratized and decentralized social media. We don't just have Facebook owning Instagram monopolizing social media. We've got X, we've got LinkedIn, we've got YouTube, we've got Rumble, we've got thisâ what's the new one that's come out? It's called Red. What's the TikTok replacement? Let me see. Red Note. We've got Red Note, we've got Bluesky. They're all coming in trying to take their piece and they have to lure us and they have to give us benefit. And this is hallelujah, finally, for content, for social media, for business, for you. And so jump on the Zoom with me. Let's discuss this further. RobMoore.live/Sunday. And let's put cash in the bank for you and let's get you using social media, not it using you. You can see people are saying that they're signing up for the Zoom. I'm covering the costs. You know, I, I like to do as much content as I can for free. Obviously I run a business, I've got to make money, but as much as I can do for free, I do. So jump on it, robmoore.live/sunday. Will TikTok ever be back in the US? Will they be banned in the UK? Is this good or bad for social media? Because fair play to TikTok, They democratized social media, and it meant that anyone could start and scale a business on their phone. So, you know, the surveillance, the addiction is really a big downside from TikTok, but it had some great upsides. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks for tuning in, and remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything.
