Ukraine War is ‘Global Economic Catastrophe’

Rob Moore argues the Russia-Ukraine war is a global economic catastrophe, citing World Bank warnings and soaring energy and food prices. He links it to Brexit and COVID as a sequence of shocks straining supply chains, and recommends building financial resilience through digital businesses and multiple income streams.

Ukraine war is global economic catastrophe. This is a quote, a news out from the World Bank. Now, in the UK and probably across the world, we've seen a dramatic increase in gas and oil prices. We've seen a 54% price increase on your electricity and home bills. Food costs are as high as they've ever been. Inflation is unprecedentedly high, if unprecedentedly is a word. Cost of living virtually everywhere has gone through the roof. The supply chains have been absolutely decimated and frozen. First Brexit, then COVID, then Putin. I mean, talk about things coming in threes— Brexit, Putin. And now many people are saying this has all been designed that way as part of the, you know, the Great Reset and the New World Order. I still haven't seen enough proof to know that that's true. I would love your thoughts in the comments if you believe there's something more sinister or planned behind this. You know, from the, um, you know, the globalists. I'm always open to, um, discussion. But why am I recording this video for you? Because I'm an optimistic guy, I'm a positive guy, I'm an entrepreneur who loves to create meaningful products and services that make a great difference in the world. Um, but really, if we are in a global economic crisis or the potential of a global world war then these matters become more important than anything else. So I would like you to be ready and prepared. Now, 10 years ago, if this sort of thing would happen, I remember the last recession, I was like, oh, it'll be all right, I've done personal development courses, I'll be able to evolve and pivot and adapt, everything will be fine, there'll be a great opportunity. And whilst that is true, and in every downside there is an upside, and with every challenge is an opportunity, At the same time, we must be realistic. We must be ready. Prepare for the worst, but think the best. Maybe that's worth sharing. Prepare for the worst, but think the best. So right now, the reality of what's going on is we're probably as close to World War III as we've ever been. Now, I thought at times in Trump's rule there could be, you know, some kind of war. I thought that might be the most likely thing to happen, but that was nothing compared to this, because Biden has just said if NATO intervene in any way with military, that is World War III. Quote, he said, that is World War III. So we're probably as close to World War III as we've ever been. Now, many people say it will never happen, but many people said that Putin wouldn't invade Ukraine, he wouldn't be so stupid. Well, he did. Many people in the UK said, oh, there won't— there'll be no Brexit. And there was. And who could have predicted or planned COVID? And don't you conspiracists say this was all part of the plan, although maybe you think it was anyway. So you have to prepare for the worst, but you also have to think the best. So, you know, a couple of people have said, oh, Rob, you're scare fearmongering. I'm not. I'm talking about the realities of what are going on in the world. We have to be realistic and not a fantasist about what is really going on in the world. So we have to prepare for the worst but then think the best. So right now the World Bank has said that the war in Ukraine is a global economic catastrophe. It will cut global growth. Inflation was already rising and this is increasing it significantly. Energy prices are going through the ceiling and the ceiling and the ceiling because obviously a lack of supply from Russia. All of the financial restrictions and sanctions on Russia— money in and Russia money out, and Russian oligarchs in and out— are creating great impact on our economy. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Let me say that again: every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Now, um, David Malpass, who, um, is president of the World Bank, said The pure loss of human lives is of course the most important, but he has warned that we could go into a global crisis, a global economic recession. He says also the global energy prices hit the poor, as does inflation, it hits the poor, and that for me is, you know, one of the biggest tragedies or travesties of all of this. Food prices have been pushed way up because of a lack of supply. We already had a lack of supply of food and energy because of COVID And now, of course, we've got this war. The loss of supply from Russia is going to impact, you know, the global economy. So what have we got here? A catastrophic impact for our economy, for the region overall. This is what the President of Ukraine has said, that they've had destruction of bridges and roads and infrastructure, which they will obviously have to rebuild for decades to come. And, of course, that's going to have financial and economic impact. Um, you know, the economy growth is going to slow, the GDP is going to slow, production is collapsing. So all of this stuff is going on right now. So a couple of things I think we can learn from this. Well, number one, every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Um, I wonder if Putin really fully understood, um, understood, understood, um, the impact of all the sanctions that would happen. Um, fear screams loudest when it's dying. So I believe that totalitarians and globalists and dictators— I believe, thankfully there's not too many of them in the world, I don't think— but I believe that they are scared. You know, people talking about the Great Reset, the New World Order, own nothing, be happy, yada yada yada. But I'm not sure they're winning that war. I'm not sure if that's really going on. But you know, I believe that war from Putin was a fear-based move. I believe when the Prime Minister of Canada, Trudeau, they expedited— they basically didn't even have to properly go through due process to pass a law. They just passed a law which could seize and freeze bank accounts of anyone involved financially with the trucking protest. To me, that is a violation of your human rights, a violation of your financial and information freedom. So every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Fear screams loudest when it's dying. Mainstream media is dying. Globalism— they can't control us. They're trying to, excuse me, but we have this fight back. It's called decentralization. Decentralization of information, decentralization of power, decentralization of social media. You know, my videos are getting millions of views in 48 hours. I had a million-view video 2 days ago. You know, commenting on this, fighting for our freedom of speech, our freedom of information, our ability to have peace and not war. So I now get more live videos on a Facebook Live than BBC Breakfast Time get prime time. So Joe Rogan gets more media attention than any other media company in the world, including Sky, HBO, CNN, etc. Now a lot of people are saying in the comments this was all planned, it's all part of the, the plan. I would love to know more. And don't just say Klaus Schwab, New World Order, Great Reset, own nothing, be happy. Please give me a little bit more, um, of your, um, research and a bit more specifics on why you believe this to be the case, because you can't rule anything out. Now let's be honest, you cannot rule anything out. But, you know, it was, what, 14 years since the last recession? So you're probably due one not too long in the future if you believe that cycles repeat themselves, which they seem to. And every recession is caused by something different, and last recession was the world banking crisis. Now with Brexit, then COVID, then Putin, that's definitely a new narrative. And that could give us a national and global recession on a level we've never seen before. Because normally what happens, because of compounding, the economic booms are bigger than the previous ones, but the crashes and the busts are bigger than the previous ones. And believe you me, a worldwide pandemic and a worldwide war, or at least a war that affects the world, that's gonna do it in terms of a great Correction. So you just need to be ready. So, um, don't buy into the fear, but plan for the worst. Plan for the worst, accept the best. Don't buy into the propaganda and fear, but be ready for every eventuality. Maybe you need to have an online business. Maybe you need to have digital assets. Maybe you need to have, um, you know, freedom of where you can locate yourself wherever you want, just in case these global, um, events impact not just, you know, Eastern Europe. Maybe you need multiple streams of income. Maybe you need some kind of financial autonomy and freedom. Maybe you need to think about, you know, reskilling yourself and thinking about what is the current new business model or opportunity that I can create financial freedom. Maybe you need to focus more on your financial freedom than just your emotional and Liberty freedom, because believe you me, financial freedom creates all other freedom. If you have financial freedom, you can travel where you want, when you want, with who you want. You can take time off work, or you can afford to ride out certain economic difficulties. Like, you know, those that were financially free and secure could ride out COVID, and those that weren't couldn't. So maybe the upside is you're going to reskill and look at a modern business model, a digital business model, etc. So yeah, these are just some things that you can do to prepare for the worst, but, you know, maybe also be positive and not get drawn into all the negativity. I don't want anyone to mistake my warnings as negativity. I believe that they're actually realistically optimistic. Okay, so Um, Darren has just said, what am I talking about? I'm talking about how you can take personal responsibility to handle all the crises that are going on in the world, which is number one, get real about what could happen. And a World War III is, you know, statistically it's probably less likely to happen than it is to happen, but I would say the odds are up, well up. If you— if Biden tweets saying NATO's intervention is World War III and then his hand gets forced, then it's World War III. And this economic crash is not just for Russia, it's for the globe, because obviously all the supply chains are linked through various countries, you know. And obviously the gas and oil that comes from Russia— your electricity has gone through the roof, your gas and oil has gone through the roof, your food costs have gone through the roof, inflation has gone through the roof, taxation has gone through the roof, the ability to trade Globally, it's restricted because of COVID and Brexit and now a war. Do not take any of these things for granted and do what you can to prepare for the worst but hope for the best. And the World Bank is warning of an economic global catastrophe on all of those different levels. This is clear, present, and real danger. But as I'm an entrepreneur, I like to give you opportunities, guidance, belief, support to start and scale your business, get better financial education and knowledge, you know, for you to be able to make money and make a difference, create multiple streams of recurring income with digital assets. And I think this is actually the best thing that you can do for yourself, your family, your community, your country, is to build digital real estate, is to turn information into income, content into cash flow, to reinvent the business model, to look at how business is going to be done in the future, which is clearly remotely and globally. And digitally and online, you know, I think old-school processes of industry and manufacturing are going to get phased out. And maybe Brexit and also, um, you know, this war that's going on— if you look at the upside, maybe this pattern interrupts you into finally taking control of your financial life.
