Warning: Kiyosaki Says The Crash Has Already Started

In this YouTube monologue, Rob Moore warns that an economic and property market crash has already begun, citing two prominent experts: American financial author Robert Kiyosaki and UK residential‑property specialist Mark Homer. Moore argues that banks in the US are failing, and UK property prices in elite London districts (Chelsea, Knightsbridge) have fallen 40% since 2016, matching pre‑crash levels. He critiques bail‑outs and bail‑ins as costly to taxpayers and savers, and stresses that market cycles run roughly every 18 years. Moore promotes an investment mindset focused on "time in the market" rather than timing the market, sharing his own recent gains from gold, silver, crypto and a £750k property that appreciated £450k in a year. He explains that recessions create wealth opportunities, citing the “ideal yield triad” of low interest rates, high rents, and low prices, and urges viewers to buy on the down‑trend. The video culminates in a call to action for a Zoom workshop (tiny.cc/bank100k) promising tactics to help participants bank £100,000 within three months, positioning the crash as a chance to build wealth.

Warning: the crash has already started. According to two top experts, one in the UK and one in the US, the crash has already started. This is important. Give me a few minutes of your time because this affects you. Now, a few people have been accusing me recently of doom-mongering and scare-mongering and saying that I've been saying for years that the crash is coming. Well, yes, but it often takes time. I mean, the cycles are what, around every 18 years? So it takes time. I've never said I can predict exactly when the crash will happen, but I believe I've called it right. And I have experience because I saw the last crash. I saw how big it was. I saw the impact. I also became a multimillionaire in the last crash. So opportunities are coming if you stay and watch my videos, see through the initial difficulties, fear, and see the opportunity. And I'm going to do that on this video too. But just a couple of quick things. Robert Kiyosaki, you know, top American financial expert— I know he's a bit of a doom monger, he's a bit of a grumpy old man, I know him, I've met him, he admits it himself— he's caught— he said that it's not about a crash coming, is happening as we speak. And banks have already gone bust in America. They let them go a bit more bust. The UK's here, it's bailouts or bail-ins, both of which I think are wrong actually, because either way we pay. Bailout, we pay through tax. Bail-in, we pay through our savings. Both of those seem wrong to me. But yeah, they let them go bust occasionally in other countries. Banks are going bust, the crash has started. Robert Kiyosaki's been calling it for longer than me because he is a bit more doom-mongery and grumpy. He reckons it started. Now, for those of you that are in the UK that follow me, which is a big percentage of my audience, my business partner Mark Homer, um, probably the top residential property expert in the country, if not right up there with the best in the country, technically, factually, and manages 1,350 properties, and it's a big portfolio that he manages. He's found, discovered, seen Kensington, Chelsea, well Knightsbridge definitely, Chelsea definitely, back to 2016 prices dropped by 40%. 40%. So lots of people have been saying to me, oh Rob Moore, prices will never go down in London. There's, there's not going to be this crash. Where's this crash? Prices in Chelsea and Knightsbridge are back to prices nearly 9 years ago, 2016 prices. 40% drop. Now, who'd have ever said that? No one. Everyone just thought London would keep going up and up and up and up and up and up, but it doesn't happen like that. It goes up over the long-term trend, but people think it just goes like that. It doesn't. It goes cycles. Up and up and up, and 40% since 2016 down. That's a crash, and that's bigger than the last one. The last one was what, nearly 30% in our area? And it is real, and it is here, and it is now. Now, okay, each area around the country or where you are might vary a little bit. A lot of people show me, oh, look at the nationwide house price data. Our properties have gone up 5.2% in the last 12 months. They have no idea. That data is old and out of date. It is generic. It takes all property types. And what's relevant is you. So I'm going to give you a few tips now and a solution. Stay with me, this is important. So tip number 1, it kind of doesn't really matter what's happening in the market. It matters that you're in the market. Have you heard the saying, it's not about timing the market, It's time in the market. So I bought a load of gold and silver recently. I've been buying up quite a lot of gold and silver. I buy crypto. And of course I buy a lot of real estate. I bought a property for 3/4 of a million pounds. Within a year, no refurb, no change of tenants, it's gone up by 450 grand. 750 grand to 1.2. In the last year where most people who watch me who are critics are like, oh, the properties haven't crashed, they're going up, I'm going away, Rob's talking shit. While they're complaining and criticising and pushing back on me, I'm making £450,000 in one deal in a year, no refurb, no change of tenants. So I see that this is happening. So it's time in the market, not timing the market. The next thing is it's based on your skills. If you're skilful, you can make money when the market goes up, you can make money when the market goes down. You know all these billionaires who bet against the market? They call against it because they know how to make money in any cycle. In fact, I don't know if you know this, but more millionaires are made in recessions than in any other time in the economic cycle. Microsoft, Facebook, all these massive companies are born out of recessions because it's like a field being plowed And everything that's old is plowed away and you're left with the fertile soil to build new businesses and empires. That's what happens in corrections. Money moves from those who value it least to those who value it most in a recession or a correction. Money moves from old, out-of-date business models to new business models. Money moves from fear to greed. Be greedy when others are fearful and fearful when others are greedy. So look, if you'd like to learn more about this, cash in on the crash, finish 2024 big. If you're behind on your goals for the year, you want to figure out how to make some money to invest, how to cash in on the crash, or at least just to keep a business going and not be affected by the crash, because it will be bad for a lot of people, make no mistake about it. But if you'd like to be armed with tools and tactics and strategies make cash in the crash, learn how to invest, learn how to put some cash in the bank. I've got a Zoom class coming up for you. I think you'll love it. So in fact, let me give you the link, but first let me tell you where this has come from. Um, when you speak to most people now, they're kind of like, what, it's October? Where was the summer? Shit, the year's nearly over. What do I do? And they don't really know what to do. And most people will now wait till January to have some kind of energy again. But here's what I'm going to tell you. There's 3 months left of the year, so I'm going to run a Zoom on helping you bank £100,000 before the end of 2024. Give me a yes in the comments if you like the idea of that. Would you like to bank £100,000 potentially if you take action on what I teach you by the end of the year? Would you like to finish the year big? It's not how you start, it's how you finish. Football team can be 1-0 up 90 minutes and lose 2-1 95 minutes. It's not how you start, it's how you finish. Would you like to finish the year with a bang? Would you like to learn how to put 100 grand in the bank, cash, in the next 3 months? If so, type yes. Um, and I'm just going to share the link to the Zoom. It's tiny.cc/bank 100K, as in bank 100K. Can see quite a few of you typing yes now. tiny.cc/bank100k, as in putting 100 grand in the bank. I've just shared the link below. Click the link, register, come back. So go do that now. Click the link. There's the agenda on there that— what of the things I'm going to cover. Register, then come back because there are a couple more things to say. tiny.cc/bank100k. I said it's about time in the market, not timing the market. But there's also fundamental strategies, tactics, and things that you can implement that put cash in the bank. And I'm going to share with you the ones that I believe will put 100 grand in the bank for you in the next 3 months, even if you're a startup and you've not done it before. Might be a bit harder for you than someone who's got an existing business, but hey, when it gets hard, you get harder. So I've got some pretty simple practical ways where you don't need money and you don't need loads of stock and you don't need a big business already where you could put 100 grand in the bank in the next 3 months, or maybe it's 30 or 50 or 70 or 22, but it's more than you've probably put in the bank in the last 3 months or the last 9 months. So if you want to learn how to do all of this, I'm going to keep it really simple. It's kind of like just a couple of simple business models. Like I said, you don't have to be technical. You don't need 15 years of experience. If you'd like to learn how to do this, type in tiny.cc/bank100k, as in banking 100 grand. Tiny.cc/bank100k. I've put the link in the comments. So to summarize, the top experts are saying that the crash isn't coming, it's already started. Some of my critics have been, oh, Rob's been saying that for years. Well, Chelsea is now down 40%. Some banks in America are going bust, and there will be more. Robert Kiyosaki has been calling the crash for quite a few years, and now he says it's here and it started. And if you've been waiting, learning, hoping, praying, and procrastinating, now is the time. The starter gun has gone. It's not a crash is coming, it's a crash is here. And it takes time to get down to the bottom, but you need to be buying on the way down. You can't just wait. You pound cost average to buy on the way down. I can talk to you about that later, but a lot of people wait. And they wait and they wait. Oh, I'm waiting for the crash to come. Oh, the crash is here. Okay, I'm waiting for the crash to finish. They just always end up waiting and they end up doing nothing. More millionaires are made in recessions than any other time. If you buy on the way down, you'll end up buying low, lower, lowest. Then everything that you own goes up as the market starts to go up. The only relevance of timing the market and hitting it at the exact bottom would be if you were going to buy one property, start one business, or sell one thing. That's the only relevance where timing is important. You've got one go. You know, you've got— if you're going to get married and you've got one go at getting married, obviously who it is and when it is is really important. But if you're going to be building business or businesses, building cash flow or multiple streams of income, building assets and multiple assets, It's not actually that important when you buy. It's important that you buy and how you buy, not when you buy. If you want to know the best time to buy, it's in the falling market. That's when the prices are best. That's when the yields are best. You want that perfect storm of relatively low interest rates, relatively high rents, relatively low purchase prices. And like, if you want a bit of a tip here, you like the ideal triad Low rates, high rents, low prices. That's the ideal scenario for the perfect yield, the perfect cash flow, the perfect asset. Now of course that optimum happens once every 18 years. But right now there is a competition with banks for mortgages. Mortgages are now dropping in the fours. Historically interest rates are 6%, like over the long term. And people are, oh, well, they're not 0.25 anymore, they're really expensive, it's 4%. No, that's cheap. Rents are very high. Rents are high, rates are relatively low, and now prices are dropping. What are you waiting for? So if you've been waiting for the perfect storm, the perfect storm is here. So if you'd like to learn how to cash in, bank 100 grand in the next 3 months, get started, fire yourself up, finish the year big, go all in, then type in right now tiny.cc/bank100k. That's tiny.cc/bank100, as in 100k. Um, I'll put the link in the comments as well. I'll answer a couple of your little points here. The buy-to-let days are probably over. I think predictions— I think when people predict things that are way out of their sphere of knowledge, I just don't think that's good for you. So how can anyone blanket say that the buy-to-let days are over? Oh, property investing is dead. How can that be? It just changes form and moves, and the opportunities sort of move and evolve over there and move and evolve over there. It's how the market works. And at times rents are high but rates are high, or rents drop a bit, rates drop a bit, prices go up, prices go down, some taxes come in, some reliefs come in, and it's an ever-moving thing. But if you buy well, you know your area well, you know better than others, you know how to find an opportunity, then you can always make money in any cycle. People are saying to us, oh, the high street in our city is dead. There's loads of empty units, you can't make it work. We've got a commercial unit with, we could pick 40 tenants. There's literally 40 people we can choose from for one tenancy. And all these empty units are ripe for developing and it's a massive opportunity, but that's 'cause we know how to do it. So don't write yourself off. Oh, buy till it's over, property is dead. 'Oh, business is really hard. No one wants to work. Taxes are too high.' You know, people— yes, some of these things are true, but they don't have to be true for you. Anyway, look, I could talk all day just walking around in circles in my city. But let's talk more on the Zoom. I'll answer some of your questions at the end. Basically, I'm going to help you cash in up to £100,000 in the next 3 months with what you already know, without needing a load of money, without needing a load of businesses already, some practical, simple, fast start ways for you to finish the year big. To maybe do in the next 3 months what you failed to do in the last 9 months. If you're up for that, then type in tiny.cc/bank100k. That's tiny.cc/bank100k. Devlin said we're already well into the crash and it could get worse. I agree. I think prices are going to come down more and I think that's good. I think prices were too high, you know, for first-time buyers and, you know, owner-occupiers. The housing market's way too high. I agree. I don't think it's fair and right for owner-occupiers and first-time buyers. I'd change it if I could. I can't. So what I do is I cash in as an investor and I make it work for me. And that's really all you can do. So I'll see you on the Zoom. Thanks for tuning in. The crash has started. The experts have been predicting it. They're saying it's now started. Don't wait to buy property. Buy property and wait. More millionaires are made in recessions than any other time in the cycle. And when I say crash, I don't just mean properties, by the way. I mean businesses. I mean the economy. And just swallowed a fly, I think. Hmm, protein. And More millionaires are made in recessions than any other time in the cycle, so the time is now. See you soon.
