Warning: MORE Banks to Collapse ⛔️

Rob Moore argues that Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank are the start of a larger collapse wave caused by fractional-reserve banking, where banks keep only 10% of deposits in reserve. He warns high interest rates will trigger more failures, massive layoffs, and recession, and recommends diversifying into gold, Bitcoin, real estate, and equities instead of holding cash in single banks.

Warning, more banks to collapse. Now, I hate to say I told you so because I hate to see so many people, and especially startup companies, lose their money. But two major US banks now, Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank, have collapsed, and I have been calling this since, what, pretty much the start of the lockdown. Um, bank runs are not uncommon, and if you look back through history, you will see— do you remember Northern Rock in 2008? And if you go back, every cycle there are runs on the banks because when people lose trust in the bank, they want their money back. Now, banks use the fractional reserve banking system which in some ways is a bit of a scam, where banks only legally have to hold about 10% in deposits and they can lend and invest up to 90% of the deposits. So if 11% or more of the people who've deposited the money into the bank at any one time want their money back, it's called a bank run. The banks, um, have no liquidity. They can't pay back all the deposits, and they end up going bust. And then there's a bailout, and the bailout is nearly always funded by the taxpayer, and you are the taxpayer. So look at this for the banking system scam. I have been talking about this a lot. Now, I will admit when I'm wrong, but alas, unfortunately, I did get this prediction right. But the banks take your money, they give you virtually no interest, and if they do give you interest, it's way below inflation. So you are losing money giving your money to banks, then you do not own that money anymore. Then the banks can lend and invest it out. They can factorize it by 10. They only have to keep 10% deposit. They can lend and invest out 90%. Then if there's a bank run, you lose all your money, and then your tax money is used to bail them out. The system is broken. You could say the banking system is a scam. And I hate to say I told you so, but I told you so. So I'm going to give you a couple of tips on this, but let me just give you an update on the news in case you didn't really know what's going on. So, um, first there was US-based Silicon Valley Bank. Now what happened is they invested about $800 billion in long-term mortgage funds, but at the fixed rate of 1.5%, really low rate of return. Then of course interest rates went up to what, nearly 5% or whatever. Everyone's thinking, well, I can get a much better return, I can get a 5% return. So Silicon Valley Bank's a poor investment. So then a load of people want to take their money out, and then you get the start of a bank run, and the market gets spooked, and then you get what's called reflexivity, which is where emotion creates more action, and more fear and spooking creates more of a run. And this is what exactly happened with Silicon Valley Bank. Now, the added issue with Silicon Valley Bank is a lot of their capital was startup entrepreneurs and businesses. About $180 billion under management. So if Silicon Valley Bank isn't bailed out by the taxpayer, then what's going to happen is thousands of startups are going to fail, probably about 100,000+ layoffs. So lots of people have been saying to me recently, 'Oh, Rob Moore, well, it won't be as bad as 2008. The market's actually recovering. We're not in recession. There won't be a bank run. It won't be like the mortgage crisis of 2008.' and now in no time, 1, 2, maybe like the start of a house of cards, banks are starting to go bust and collapse. I'm sorry to say this, I really am. I'm not gloating. I frickin' told you so. I think there will be many more. Why? Because I don't think the economy is anywhere near finished in terms of the recession and the depression. I think the fallout and the ramifications of ramifications from lockdown have hardly started, and they can't keep kicking the can down the road of, you know, essentially little tools of manipulation to delay the inevitable. The inevitable is a, a huge market crash, a recession, a depression. It has to happen, whether it's forced by high interest rate rises or high inflation or whatever. So here's some tips, and I've been saying this for years. I hope you're listening. Number 1, do not keep all your money in one bank. You want minimum amount of money in any one bank, and ideally you want a minimum amount of money in the banks. I don't know if you saw my meme which got a lot of shares recently. Um, cryptos are a scam, put your money in the bank. Uh, banks are a scam, put your money in crypto. At the moment, it's hard to know where you put your money. I understand this, and this is why I've written my book Money. This is why I have the Money Podcast. And this is why I have Rob.team, to help educate people. So do not keep all of your money in one bank, and do not keep much of your money in any banks. Have money in gold, that's pretty liquid, that's much more stable. Have a small amount of money, say, in Bitcoin. Have money in watches. Have money in the FTSE 100, in the S&P 500, in businesses, in property and real estate. The more diversified you are, the less at risk you are from bank runs and bank collapses, which I've been predicting for 3 years. In fact, the only thing I would say is I'm surprised it didn't happen earlier, and more are to come. So if you would like to learn how to protect your money, diversify your money, make, manage, and multiply money, my digital financial freedom platform called Rob.team will help protect you against bank runs and bank collapses. Because most people don't know where to put their money. You definitely don't want it in government bonds or anything backed by the government. You don't want it in banks. You need some, but you want minimal. No, you don't want it under your mattress, James, because you've got other issues of inflation and theft. But you certainly want to have multiple streams of income, multiple diverse assets, and minimize banks and minimize money that the government can get your hands on. And remember, the taxpayer nearly always bails out the banks because, oh, the government will bail out the bank. The government is funded by the taxpayer, so you end up paying twice. So to join Rob.team, it's really easy. You'll get better financial education and knowledge that you should have got in school, that the system doesn't teach you. Um, I hate to say I told you so, but I did tell you so, that there will be bank runs and there will be banking collapses. There's way more to come. Um, shares, you know, the banking shares across Asia and Europe of course have all slumped because of the Now, obvious lack of faith in the banks. And it's interesting because pretty credible people have been saying, oh well, the economy is sort of recovering and there probably won't be a recession and it won't be nearly anywhere near as bad as people are saying. And I'm not doom-mongering, I just want to know, I want to be armed with as much factual information as possible and I want to be able to protect my downside risk. So I want to look at what is the worst-case scenario and protect myself from there. And the worst-case scenario is that there's bank runs and there's bank collapses and there's a recession and there's a depression. Now, by the way, that does mean opportunity. Opportunity to buy cheaper real estate, opportunity to buy cheaper businesses, opportunity to get higher returns in other asset classes, opportunity to learn to earn. So it's not all doom-mongering, it's just reality-mongering. And if you want to learn and earn, if you want to know how to invest, if you want to make sure that you're diversified and you avoid the schemes and scams, Um, in fact, there's a 9-module, 10-hour How to Invest series in rob.team right now. There is 6 ways to generate 10 grand a month net income in rob.team now. There is 5 ways to make 100 grand a year clear in rob.team now. There's masterclasses on recurring income, passive income, residual income, and multiple streams of income, all in rob.team. So let me know what you think about this banking collapse, um, Silicon Valley collapsed. Signature Bank collapsed. I predict there's more. And remember what I said— diversify your money, protect your money. And also, you want money in assets that you own and control. Do you know, as soon as you give your money to the bank, you don't own that money anymore? The bank does. Why would you do that? Why would you do that? Why wouldn't you have it in assets that you own and you control? Lizard said here, trust in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Well, Jesus didn't help Silicon Valley Bank, and Jesus didn't help Signature Bank. And Jesus won't help your money if it's stuck in the bank. Get in rob.team, learn, earn, invest, and make manager multiply your money. Just type in rob.team into a new web page. Go and join right now, cost you less than 20 pence a day. You can cancel anytime, no ongoing contract, massive vault of content. Yeah, Helena has said here, that's what happened in Lebanon. In Lebanon, someone went and robbed the bank for their own money. Can you believe that? Robbing a bank to get your own money out. That's how fucked the banking system is. So sorry to— I'm not gloating. Sorry to be proven right because I didn't want to be proven right, but I did tell you so. Do not leave your money in, in the bank if you can help it. Thanks for tuning in, and remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything. I wonder if you wouldn't mind sharing this video. Um, my social media channels had some disruption over the last couple of weeks. I think I might have got a little shadow ban. Hopefully I'm back in the game, and if you could share this, it will help. Thanks for tuning in, and remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything.
