Warning: the New Money Scam ⛔️

Rob Moore warns that banks profit massively while savers earn near-zero interest. NatWest made £5.1 billion in profit and paid its CEO £5 million, while banks only keep 10% of deposits on hand. Moore argues consumers should invest directly in assets instead of trusting the fractional-reserve banking system.

Warning: the new money scam. There's a new money scam going around which is, um, theft in broad daylight, and most people on the planet are complicit to this. They freely give their money to this money scam and they have no idea they're being scammed. Now, before I tell you this new money scam How can it be that all these energy firms are making billions and record profits while your energy and your heating are doubling and tripling? How can that be right? Why is there not a windfall tax? I am not against any firm making a fair profit, not against any firm. However, how is it right and fair that your energy bills are going through the roof and many ordinary people can't even afford their heating, and yet these big firms are making record profits. Well, here's this new money scam, is that the banks are making massive profits. So NatWest boss just got a £5 million payout and NatWest made £5.1 $5.1 billion in 2022. Yet you've been getting virtually no interest in your bank for the last 12 years. They can run legally insolvently and take your money and lend and invest it. They can make $5.1 billion on your money, but you don't make any money. Because do you know how the banks make $5.1 billion? They make it on your money. They take your money The fractional reserve system allows them to lend it out and invest it out and trade insolvently. Do you know that they only have to keep about 10% of your money in the bank? So if you wanted 11% or more of all of your deposits, and so did everyone else, the banks would— their insolvency would manifest. And what would happen? They would say, no, you can't have your money, sorry. You can't have your money. Now, I actually know the history of this, and I'll be sharing this soon. But to me, it's a massive scam that not only the energy firms now are making record profits and not being windfall taxed, but now the banks are too. The banks are making £5.1 billion, the bosses are making millions, and yet that money is not being filtered down. You're not getting enough interest, you're not getting the insurance you should get on your money, and the banks are making money on your money while you're not. A scam. Here's the thing though, you are complicit because you put your money in the bank. You give money, you're savings, you know, you're sold all save your money with us, look after your future. No, no, the best way to look after your future is to invest your own money in assets that you control, and then when you lend and invest it, you actually get the return. And this is the thing that most people don't understand. The banks are not there to save your money, protect your money, and help you grow for the future. That is not their motive. Their motive is profit, and they just made £5.1 billion. Well, NatWest did. And like I said, I don't have a problem with NatWest making money. Don't have a problem with the energy firms making money, as long as it's fair and the ordinary people are also able to make money on their money and have fair bills. and this is completely wrong now. It's just the power is completely the wrong way around. The power should be with the people. There is no democracy. We are wildly overtaxed. So look, that's the warning. This is the great money scam. Please do share this with as many people as possible because they just automatically put their money in the bank thinking that they're getting a return. They get, you know, for 12 years you got virtually no interest, yet they were making billions on your money. How's that right?
