Warren Buffett is Crashing the Banks (Warning)

Rob Moore warns that Warren Buffett's $7 billion Bank of America selloff signals an imminent banking crash. He argues savers should shift from bank deposits to owning assets like property, gold, or businesses, and points to gold at all-time highs and Bitcoin corrections as confirmation.

Warren Buffett, he's crashing the banks. A warning. Generally speaking, the markets can do all sorts and there can be fear and panic. This one person I listen to and follow, and it's Warren Buffett, because he's what, 94, and he's been doing this since he was 14. He's been investing for 80 years. How many cycles has he been through? 15, 30, 45, 60? 5 to 6 cycles, and there's a massive move that Warren Buffett has just made, which I think signals some of the things I've been saying, well, probably for 4 years, but a lot recently. So I don't know if you have seen his latest big move in the markets. Um, before I tell you his latest big move, in the US they generally let banks go bust, or they have been recently. In the UK, they used to do bailouts, which is where the taxpayer money will bail out the banks or another bank will buy the bank when they go bust, so there was no penalty to go bust. Now there's bail-ins, which means that our savings in the banks will be used to bail the banks. So I've been warning you for a long time, don't leave much money in the banks. Be an owner, not a loaner. You know, when you put money into a bank, you're loaning it to the bank. And you know, default lenders don't pay you back. You know, you loan the bank's money— that's called savings, it's actually a loan— and you get a very small amount of interest, and you're taking more risk than actually you realize that you are. So be an owner, not a loaner. An owner is investing assets that you control. Property investment, gold, silver, your own business— these are assets you control. Anyway, so a lot's been going on in the markets right now which I believe signify a big crash coming. Uh, number one, gold at an all-time high. Generally when gold is high, everything else is wobbling because gold is the big hedge against other assets. So that happened. Bitcoin had a big crash. The stock market corrected big. Nvidia shares went down 10%. There's masses of signs, but the big one is Warren Buffett's liquidated $7 billion almost of Bank of America shares, which says to me two things. Number one is he is getting into cash. Why is Warren Buffett getting into cash? It's definitely not for the masses amount of interest that The banks aren't paying. Anyway, let me know if you know the answer to why Warren Buffett is getting into cash. I know of other billionaires who have gone into all cash. Why are they now in cash? Okay, so number 1, he's liquidating, he's getting cash ready. Number 2, why would he sell 7 billion of shares of a bank? He's probably owned it for many years. He's been just dripping it out daily. Big amount, what, I think 3/4 of a billion came out last 24 hours. Every day for the last 11 days he's been selling shares. He's now sold 7 billion of shares of the Bank of America. Not the Bank of Botswana, the Bank of America. So this tells me that he doesn't really have faith in the banks and he thinks these banks are going to go under. Now here's the thing, when Warren Buffett owns shares in you, he owns a lot of shares in you. And if he sells a lot of shares, then everybody else panics because Warren Buffett's been doing this for 70— no, 80 years. I reckon a load of other people are going to bail out the banks as well. That's probably going to make another bank go bust. There's already been banks that have gone bust. It is all kicking off right now. Philip has said here the banks are about to go bust. Kim Kiyosaki said that to me. She said quite a few banks had already gone bust in America. And more is to come. And Kim Kiyosaki would know. So Warren Buffett is getting in cash so he's ready to buy cheap in the fire sale when asset prices crash. And that's— do you know what, for probably the last 4 things that have happened, all in the last few weeks, I felt like, oh, this is a big sign. So stock market correction, Bitcoin correction, gold really high— maybe this is the biggest sign yet. That we're going to see a correction, a crash in the market because all these billionaires are now getting back into cash and it's not for the interest, it's for the liquidity so they can buy fast and they can buy cheap. So look, if you'd like to learn how to cash in on the crash, make, manage, and multiply more money in these very volatile disruptive times, I recommend that you join the Zoom that I've got coming up. It's in, well, it's under 36 hours. It's 30 hours' time, something like that. And we're going to teach you how to raise finance for investing specifically in property. And we're going to talk about the things that are going on in the market right now that we believe will create a correction. Just type yes in the comments, by the way, if you'd like access to this Zoom. I'll subsidise your place. All you have to do is be there. No recordings and no replays. So, We'll also cover, in addition to all the things that are going on in the market, some strategies and tactics for you to get into the market, to raise finance, to use other people's money, and to cash in on this crash that I believe is coming. In fact, I'll tell you what I'll do. I can see a lot of people typing yes, but I'll give you the queue jump link. So if you go to tiny.cc/crashwarning, that's tiny.cc/crashwarning, cc/crashwarning. Now, my critics have been saying, 'Oh, Rob's been saying this for ages.' I never said I knew when the market would crash. I just said I know that it will crash. Why? Because it's artificially high. Look how high house prices are compared to wages and incomes. Look what happened in lockdown when it artificially made prices go up really high because there was really low supply. No selling of houses for a long time created a big constipation in the market. You know, watches went up, cars went up. Why? Because there was no supply. There was no building or making of them. So we've had sort of, we have what, 15-ish years in the cycle. Looked like things could correct. Then lockdown happened, created this kind of false boom, mini boom. But like Viagra, what goes up must come down. Some people say, oh, the house prices will never come down. What goes up must come down. Now I definitely believe that in the long term prices will continue to rise in property over and above inflation. You know, gold beats inflation, silver beats inflation, property beats inflation. You know, the FTSE 100 and the S&P 500 beat inflation. There's a few sure asset classes there that beat inflation. But of course they can be volatile. Now volatility is great if you're a new investor getting in, but you get some good education, or you're an experienced investor, you kind of want some volatility in the market. Because you know, you want to buy in the dips, as they say. So if you'd like to cash in on the upcoming crash, and by the way, be ready because there's a lot of people like, oh, Rob Moore's been saying it for ages, I'm going to wait, it's not coming yet. Thing is, it's never too late to buy property, but it's always too late to wait. And a lot of people are waiting, waiting, waiting. When the market drops, it goes hard, by the way, hard. So go to tiny.cc/crashwarning. If you want this Zoom that I'm subsidizing. It's a complete one-off though, no recordings, no replays unless you're a Rob.team member. You know, I wasn't even gonna do this. I decided, what, 3 days ago to do this just 'cause of all this new news in the market that I'm talking about. tiny.cc/crashwarning. Now, someone has said here I must have a crystal ball. I have never said when the market will go down because I can't predict it. I have absolutely said that it will since lockdown 2020. And I believe it's coming, and I believe it's coming soon, and I believe I'm right. Now, I'm not just a random ranting about this. I have 345 properties, rental units, in my portfolio. My property management company in this city manages 1,350 properties. So I've got over 1,500 properties of real-life experience since the last crash. I've been in property 21 years. I cashed in on the last crash big time. I was buying 3-bed houses for, what, 40 to 70 grand. That many of those are now 3 times the price. And there's still people that follow me that troll me and critique me going, oh well, you know, uh, property prices, this, that, the other. Rob thinks he's the oracle of the property market, this, that, the other. I'm just going to wait, I'm not going to get into property. They're down KFC licking people's fingers for food I became a millionaire before the age of 31. So I'm also bringing in a guest expert who's got a £16 million portfolio from £150 grand in debt when he started. So this is for real experience and not just hyperbole. So if you want to learn how to cash in on the crash, if you want to make, manage, and multiply more money, build multiple streams of recurring income, learn how to invest, learn how to raise money, 'Cause I started with 50 grand in debt. I've got 345 units. Certainly the first 100 of those were with other people's money, joint ventures, and none of my own money. Only once I'd started making millions in property did I take the money out and reinvest it back in. So in theory, every deal of mine is no money down because even when I had put my own money down, I've made it from a previous deal. We call that BRR, cash recycling. We'll teach you how to do that as well. So this is all at tiny.cc/crashwarning. Now, some of you are saying it depends on what's going on in the USA. Well, in the long term, property goes up. Do you know in 1088 all the land and all the property in the whole of the UK was worth just under a million? You go to central London now, you can't get a garage or a parking space for a million. That's the history. History is the best indicator of the future because I've never said I'm an oracle. I've just, you know, I've been in the property market over 20 years. Warren Buffett has seen 6 cycles. He's been an investor for 80 years. He started when he was 14. He's now 94 and he's just dumped £7 billion out of Bank of America. What do you think that means? Number 1, he's getting liquid in cash. The only reason a big investor like Warren Buffett would get liquid in cash is if he thinks there's a crash coming so he can buy underpriced assets. Obviously he's not doing it just to earn the interest from the banks because there's not enough interest. Okay, and the second reason is he must think the banks are going under. Banks have gone bust in America, more banks are likely to go bust. Kim and Robert Kiyosaki told me personally they think that there's more banks that will go bust in America. You don't want your money in the banks. Also, when Warren Buffett sells, everybody else sells. So Warren Buffett might actually be causing the market crash, because when he dumps $7 billion, all the other investors are going to go, hmm, Warren Buffett knows something we don't. He's the most knowledgeable investor alive. I'm just going to copy what Warren Buffett does. So this is real, this is happening, this is happening today. So if you haven't got into property, if you haven't started investing, if you've been waiting, what are you waiting for? Go to tiny.cc/crashwarning and there I'm doing a Zoom with a guest expert. Between us, we have approaching £100 million of property in assets that we own. 1,350 properties that I manage in my management portfolio. So a lot of experience. I'm going to be there for the first 15 to 20 minutes. I'm going to talk to you about a deal I bought for £750 grand about a year, year ago. Now just got valued at £1.2 million. No tenant change, no refurb, nothing. Gone up £450 grand out of a £750 grand value. That's a big uplift. Yes, I am getting excited. Why? Because crashes are great opportunities for contrarian investors. Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful. More millionaires are made in recessions than any other time in the cycle. Observe the masses, do the opposite. So, um, by the way, with the deflation of all these currencies and how much money is going down, you absolutely must protect your money. Money has gone down more than 25% since lockdown. Properties have probably gone up a similar amount since lockdown. So you not being in property, 25% loss of the value of your money, 25% lost opportunity of the assets going up. That's a fucking expensive non-action. You know, people often think it's a risk to do things. It's a risk not to do things. So remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything. Jump on this Zoom, tiny.cc/crashwarning. I'll pay for you to be on the Zoom. It'll be free. You just have to get there. You can ask questions at the end. If you want to raise money to get into property, you want to cash in on the crash, you want to understand the market forces going on right now that will, by the way, these people will get hurt. There will be blood on the streets. I don't like it. I don't like the ordinary person not being able to buy or rent because prices are too high. But I don't create or control that. I don't like all the banks buying up all these properties. I want to buy up all the properties, and you should too, so they're not in the hands of the banks. So see you on the Zoom. Thanks for tuning in. Warren Buffett's dumped $7 billion of Bank of America stock. He could be crashing the banks because, let's be honest, when Warren Buffett sells, a lot of other people do. Warren Buffett probably knows these banks are going bust. They have been insolvent for decades. They're just an accident waiting to happen. And as soon as you see one or two big ones go, maybe the rest go. Because, you know, when a market crashes, it crashes quickly, usually. You have little bumps and bruises along the way. But if you look at nationwide house price stats since, what, 1952, the major corrections, they happen in 6 or 12 months. When they go, they whoop. In my local city, 30% in 6 months, the whole drop in a 6-month period. Don't wait to buy property, buy property and wait. I'll see you at tiny.cc/crashwarning. Jump on the Zoom. Thanks for tuning in. Thanks for following my work. Really appreciate you. Make sure you're following me. So hit the follow button and make sure you turn on the notifications. The algorithms are a bit funny. They loved me in lockdown, then they hated me. Now they seem to love me again. Um, so make sure you're— you turn on the notification so you get my content. I'm going to do a lot more content because a lot of shit is happening right now and you need to cash in. This is opportunity. So thanks for tuning in, and remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything. Let me know when you're booked on the Zoom at tiny.cc/crashwarning, and we're going to talk about this in a lot more detail.
