What You Need To Know About Recurring Income

In this live presentation Rob Moore (speaking as John Lee) explains how creators can generate recurring income by treating digital content as real‑estate that can be monetized across multiple platforms. He contrasts digital real‑estate with physical property, argues that follower counts no longer matter because algorithms now prioritize content quality, and outlines the explosion of new social‑media channels (Clubhouse, Fireside, Greenroom, Reels, etc.) that create a competitive environment for reach. Moore details the various monetisation tools available on Facebook (Supporters, Stars, post‑live ads), YouTube (ad revenue, sponsorships), podcasts (higher CPM), and Instagram Live/IGTV, emphasizing the importance of repurposing a single piece of content across all channels to maximise revenue streams. He provides concrete earnings examples (e.g., a 2‑million‑view video earning £25‑30k, podcast CPM £100‑200 per 1,000 downloads) and describes how to attract sponsors by aggregating total monthly reach across platforms. The talk then shifts to subscription models (Patreon, Kajabi, rob.team, JL.Club), illustrating how a modest daily acquisition of three $10 subscribers can scale to $12k/month, and promotes his own 5‑day “Make Cash Challenge” that combines daily tactics, masterclasses, and Q&A sessions for a £3.49 entry fee. Throughout, Moore mixes practical tactics with a hard‑selling, no‑excuses mindset, urging listeners to invest in themselves and sell daily.
Chapters
Great thing about recurring income is that you create the asset once and then you earn on it ongoing. I was just having a conversation with my business partner Mark Homer today. He saw a post I put up. Sometimes I get a business— I call my business partners like, right, Rob, we need to talk, because I put a post up on social media saying that digital real estate is better than real estate, and we have 13,000 tenants in our real estate portfolio. And Mark was like, what are you talking about? I also said that, you know, we might slow down our real estate buying because we're developing 220 units right now, or 220 tenancies. So it'd be about 150 apartments, give or take. And that's a— for us, that's a lot of developments. That's tens of millions of pounds and dollars. And I think Mark needs a little bit of a break because he's, you know, he's masterminded some big projects. So I said, he'll probably slow down a bit and the digital real estate will take over. And he got a bit pissed off and he was like, did you really mean that? And I'm like, yeah, digital real estate is where it's at right now. So, um, I'll give you a few specific tactics which I think anyone can set up. And before I do, let me just, um, get rid of your objections first because As I share with you Patreon or YouTube ad revenue or podcast ad and sponsor revenue or ad revenue from your IG Lives and your IGTVs, etc., you're going to go, yeah, Rob, but I haven't got a following. And yeah, Rob, but you know, I'm not on all these channels. And yeah, Rob, but I want to have a live. And yeah, Rob, but I'm really busy trying to start or scale my business. Yeah, but, yeah, but, yeah, but, yeah, but. I would like you to park all of those objections, and right now it is easier than ever to go viral from a standing start. So you have YouTube, which is still a very viral channel, and honestly, the subscribers mean virtually nothing now. You know, like, I had to really grind it out to get nearly 100,000 followers, um, and, and I now have virality which is more than some people that have millions of followers. And also some people who have maybe less followers than me on TikTok have had more viral videos. So one thing I want to say is it does not matter how many followers you have anymore. It did used to, it really did, but most of the algorithms now are focusing on the content itself, not necessarily the numbers of followers you have. Now don't get me wrong, if you've got a zillion followers, you're good, aren't you? Um, yeah, I don't forget OnlyFans. Um, So number 1, level playing field, is it doesn't matter how many followers you have really. Number 2 is there's so many new platforms being launched. So Clubhouse is one of them, Fireside and Green Room and Facebook Audio Room, which are all going for Clubhouse, trying to dethrone Clubhouse. And of course, podcasting is the old-school audio platform. Do you know that Facebook are launching Reels very, very soon? Clubhouse are essentially launching paid rooms, or that's how it will be able to be created. And of course, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram have stories. TikTok, I'm sure, will come out with some new features. Reels was basically Instagram's way to try and crush TikTok. So the point of this is that there's so many new social media tools that keep coming out, and that's a really good thing because, you know, 5 years ago we were probably begging the social media channels, you know, 'Please give us some reach. Please, Mark, can you just give me a little bit of crack? Just a tiny bit of crack to put in my veins, please, Mr. Mark Zuckerberg.' And now if Facebook give us crap reach, we bugger off onto Instagram. If Instagram give us crap reach, we're going to Clubhouse. If Clubhouse give us crap reach, we'll go on to Greenroom or Fireside. Um, LinkedIn's virality is pretty good. TikTok is wildly viral. So right now we have this very free market capitalist competition between all the social channels, and I'm leading up to the, the things that I'm going to share with you, but I needed to set the scene. So what, where does that get us now to this point? Where it gets us is they have to give us a way to monetize, because we're not going to spend all day every day on social media unless we can monetize. Why would we? Unless we're just a consumer, and most people listening in, you know, you're a creator. So I'm just in the last 3 years, there's supporters on Facebook, there's stars on Facebook, and you can now donate stars on audio rooms and now pre-recorded videos as well as lives, and now in lives in Facebook groups. So that's essentially 5 ways to make money on Facebook. You can also now feed ads into your live videos once they're finished. Now on Facebook, I used to have some good virality on my Facebook videos about 3 or 4 years ago, but what would happen is there'd be quite a lot of people on the live and then it would progressively reduce in the reach. Um, but now it's the opposite. And I find that I could have 200 or 300 people actually on my live on Facebook, but that video could hit a million views. So the virality grows and grows and grows. YouTube's virality has always done that. It's like a fine wine, it matures with age. It's like a beef that you hang for 28 days, aged and mature. So we're getting this prolonged, um, virality now, and because they're all competing with each other, because if they don't give us virality, then we're just gone on to another channel. So there's supporters and stars and ads on Facebook. And I, I, John and I were one of the first 50 or 60 people in the world to be given the supporter feature. I still run a supporter program today. I have about 3,000 and a bit supporters and Rob.team members. Um, I, I make a few hundred grand a year in star donations. Sometimes I like do lunches and dinners and events for star donors. Sometimes people just donate me stars on my live. But I make a few hundred grand a year from The Stars. I make a few hundred grand a year from supporters and rob.team, and that's just content I was kind of doing anyway, but I just exclusivize it. For example, I used to do Ask Me Anything Lives on my Facebook page, which has 161,000 very engaged people. Like, my engagement on Facebook is more than many people I know with 3 million followers because Like I said, it's not about the following, it's about the content and the engagement. Um, but so yeah, so I started a few years ago with the supporter program and I've grown that now and there's a few hundred grand a year in that. Um, and then when you have your ad revenue on YouTube and your ad revenue on podcasting, I mean, you have a YouTube Premium, etc., and then you get sponsors, the revenue goes up and up and up and up and up. And it's all from the same thing. Like I was saying, I did my Ask Me Anything lives to my Facebook page, and then when I set up my supporter program, I just decided that, well, you know, being able to ask me questions, I think that's worth a few quid in a subscription. So I moved my Ask Me Anythings from free on Facebook, just moved it on to behind my supporter platform. So now if you wanted to be able to ask me questions on the live, you just have to be a supporter. It's only $5, that's fuck all. And if someone's not going to pay $5, then do I really want them as a client? I'm like, come on, get your bucks out, get the green out. Come on, when you pay, you pay attention. So I wasn't really necessarily having to create more content. I could just take a bit of time or a bit of content I was normally doing for free. Because let's be honest, it was getting a bit of a joke how much you had to give away for free. It was like, come over to my house, pull my pants down, take my Lamborghini, go in the fridge, take all my food, and go upstairs and have a go on my wife and take her with you as well. You just had to give everything. It's a freaking joke. It got to the point when Gary Vaynerchuk did that viral post which basically said you have to do about 9 million pieces of content a day and be a $5 hoe and hope that one day in 5 or 10 years you'll be an overnight success and you'll make some money in the back end. And I started to think, this is a bullshit business model. This does feel like being a $5 hoe. I don't want to be a $5 hoe. I'm worth at least $11. Fuck this shit. The game needs to change. And the game has now changed. And here we are. So a few ways to make a few grand a month with content you're already doing and information you already know and social media you're already on. That sounds pretty sweet. So number 1 is when your YouTube gets to 1,000 subscribers, which you could probably grow from just driving traffic from Clubhouse and Facebook and Instagram, then the features start to open up and you can turn on ad revenue. Now the Jordan Peterson interview I did, it's had over 2 million views. That's a £25,000 earner. That kind of video is a £25,000 to £30,000, so $40,000 earner from one video. Um, so you just keep putting content out there, you get your slow trickle, and then all of a sudden, bang, you get your big viral, and then you're, you're cooking on gas. I'm actually now listed in the the net worth rankings on YouTube. I just saw an article today about it, so that's good. By the way, this is all my part-time stuff. I do £20 million plus a year in training revenue in my training business in the UK and have 1,300 tenants in my real estate portfolio. So all this social media and content and the stuff I'm talking about now is kind of like my play. Play money, play fun. But it's fun. So, um, YouTube ad revenue is one way. The next way is to have podcast ad revenue. Now on YouTube, you're gonna get £10 to £20 a thousand downloads. On podcasts, you're gonna— or views— on podcasts, you're gonna get £100 to £200 per thousand downloads. So you're gonna get 5 to 10x more revenue on a podcast than you are on a YouTube channel. The reason being is podcasts are a more affluent audience, they're a more buying audience, they're a more committed and bought-in audience. So some people at this point say, yeah, but Rob, I haven't got a YouTube channel. Yeah, but Rob, I haven't got a podcast. Yeah, but I didn't have any properties 15 years ago. Just because you haven't got doesn't mean you shouldn't do it. You know, you haven't got a condom, you still go and find one in the toilets if you're going to get laid. Don't bring me the excuses, don't bring me the problems, bring me the solutions. So never let what you haven't got stop you starting. Anyone can start a YouTube channel, super easy. Anyone can start a podcast, super easy. If you're watching on the Instagram Live, because I'm simultaneously live on Instagram right now, That's a Zoom H1n. That's $100 with the clip-on mic. That's nothing. You're telling me you can't have a podcast? That— what's that, ladies? 6 inches? 12 inches? It's not very long, it's not very big. You can put that in your purse, you can put that in your pocket. So don't give me this— these bullshit excuses. Um, and what you can also do is what I'm doing here. Thank you for all the kind comments, by the way, about the content on the live. What you can do is go live on Instagram like I am. You can be live in a Clubhouse room like I am, and you can record for your podcast episode like I am. And now I've got YouTube content, Facebook content, I've got Instagram content, I've got Clubhouse content, I've got podcast content, I've got LinkedIn content, I've got TikTok content, I've got all the content. So this is where the leverage gets smart. You create one piece of content, you put it on multiple channels, You get multiple reach, therefore you get multiple streams of revenue because you can leverage the monetization tools across all the channels from the same piece of content. And then people say to me, oh yeah, but Rob, won't you, you know, your listeners and viewers get pissed off with that? No, no one's ever messaged me going, Rob, I fucking hate you, you fucking antichrist Satan. I listened to a podcast and it was the fucking same as your fucking Instagram, motherfucker. Fuck, never has anyone complained that there was content the same on all channels. And I've now got more than a million followers across my channels. Haven't got them yet on every channel, but that's next. So no one's ever complained about my repurposing of content. In fact, some of— some people, I have to say, I mean, I'm a bit of a weirdo and I like being a weirdo, but some of you are even weirder than me because some of you watch me on Instagram Live while listening to me on Clubhouse. I mean, one of me is enough. You don't need two of me, but for some reason people like to do that. So you create this piece of content, it goes on all your channels, you grow all your channels. Here's another thing, because someone said on the live, oh, but Rob, it's really hard to get followers. It's not. You have to be consistent. So, um, I, I have had probably, let's say, a million views is a viral video. Let's just say, I mean, it can be a lot less than that or more than that, but let's just say So in the first 8 months of me being on TikTok, because I've only been on TikTok this year because I'm 42, not 15, for fuck's sake, and I can't dance because I've got long legs. I don't know if you've ever seen a baby horse trying to walk for the first time after it's born. That's me trying to dance. Fuck TikTok, I'm not an idiot. And now of course I'm playing the TikTok game. 8 months in and I haven't had one viral video. Now I wouldn't normally mind about that on any other channel, but everyone says you go viral on TikTok really quick. What's happening to me? Am I too old? Have I lost it? We did have a couple of videos that did 800,000, and then this week I've had one that's done at 1.3 million and one that's at 2.8 million. I've had 2 videos in total, 4 million views in under a week, and my channel has just blown up, just hit over a million likes in a week. So with social media, you have to be consistent. Look at our, you know, good friend and stallion disruptor John Lee here, 386 thousand followers on Clubhouse because he's been consistent. So anyway, back to the monetary bit. Sorry, I'm riffing here. So we've covered YouTube ad revenue, we've covered podcast ad revenue. I've told you how to create a piece of content that can go on YouTube and podcast and your— all your other channels. Now, sponsorship on YouTube, like I said, $20 max, 1,000 views, uh, sorry, for ads. On podcasts, it's more, it's £100 to £200 per 1,000 downloads, but that's for advertising. So my third tip is sponsorship. So sponsorship is where someone pays you and they sponsor your, your show or your brand. Do you know on Facebook Lives now, if you do it from your Mac or your laptop, you can have a sponsor actually fed into the live? And, um, I have, I have hired now someone that's had a sponsorship to go out and hunt for sponsors for for me. So I've got Secret Leaders, I've got also, um, Blinkist as a sponsor, and we're just negotiating a couple of deals now. But now what I can do, instead of going to a sponsor and saying, hey, you know, hey, I get, I get a million downloads a month on my podcast, I can go and say we get a million downloads a month on the podcast, we get 5 million views a month on the YouTube, you know, we get, I don't know, um, 10 million views a month on TikTok, We get a million views a month on Instagram. We have 500,000 people a month come through our Clubhouse rooms. And I can add it all together and all of a sudden I've got reach of 15 million plus a month. That's big deal for sponsors, and that's in the big league of money of sponsors. And I'm not Grant Cardone or Gary Vaynerchuk, and I don't have massive breasts and I don't get naked. So, you know, I'm just a normal guy from Peterborough who's just been grafting it a bit, but become very interested in social media. So now you can attract sponsors. Sponsors sponsor one or more of your channels. It's not crappy ads that get fed in that you're like— I remember listening to a podcast on business and it fed me in a mattress ad, and I'm like, really, really, mate? Are you skin— you're supposed to be a legit businessman and you're having to force in ads of a mattress? Mattress? So yeah, no, No. Um, so sponsorships become big, but you know, as you grow your channels. Okay, so we've covered YouTube, podcast, ad revenue, sponsorship. And when you go live on IGTV and when you go live on Facebook, you can then afterwards feed ads into your IGTV and your Facebook Live. So you can actually generate revenue from a video that you've already created. And I never used to go live on Instagram. I don't have a mass— I have 100— no, I have 80,000 something on Instagram, but I've hardly ever really gone live, so it's not really that engaged compared to my other channels. Um, and I've missed a trick there. But the reason I didn't really go live on Instagram is because once it's finished, it's finished, and so it's not a good investment of my time. I got paid £135,000 to do a 90-minute speech earlier on this year. Why would I do 60 minutes on Instagram to get nothing and then it disappear forever? It's a waste of my time. But now that it's finished and you can put it on IGTV and you can get ad revenue plugged into it, it's a bit of a different proposition now. Also, if I'm going— I don't know if you've noticed, you guys, when I do the Instagram Lives, but I'm usually on Clubhouse at the same time. You can just see here I've got my Clubhouse phone. so I can repurpose and leverage the content. So then it becomes more of an exciting proposition. So I'm going to leave you with one more. John's asked me to do something special for you, so I will. So the one more I'm going to leave you with is the subscription model. Now, John Lee has got JL.Club, and he's got thousands and thousands of members across the world paying, um, what is it, $7 a month, something like that. And he's built a capital and income asset. Because he's got those tens of thousands or however many users, and he's got the recurring income, and that has a capital value. So Joe Rogan was getting about $30 million a year in sponsorship from the podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, and then he sold it to Spotify for $100 million. And you know what he sold? Get this, by the way. Um, someone just asked me what my podcasts are about. One of my podcasts is called The Disruptive Entrepreneur, and one of my podcasts is called Money. And I think you can probably guess what they're about. They do what they say on the tin. But when Joe Rogan sold his podcast for $100 million, he just sold data. He just sold that little memory card that goes in there. That's what he sold. That was it. If you want to make $100 million net from a property portfolio, you need to have about 500 million-pound property portfolio. That's 2,000 properties, a quarter of a million dollars each in value. Yet he just had a podcast that he sold, data, audio files. So very powerful. So the subscription model, this is the future, and this is where I think I'm going to leave you with and where you should all jump in. So, um, Netflix, I think you might have heard of them. I actually think I've got the founder of Netflix speaking at my next recurring income summit, so make sure you tune into my content in the future. Make sure you turn the notification on for me on Instagram and on Clubhouse. You can just hit— there's a bell notification either on the— for the Instagram Live or the Clubhouse Live, and I'll announce as and when we get the head of Netflix to speak at our Recurring Income Summit. But Netflix have 193 million users at average £10 a month because there's a higher level and a lower level. That's billions a month. From subscription automated. Probably the average, I guess the average person probably subscribes to Netflix for 2.5, 3 years, something like that. Subscriptions are very powerful. So John has JL.club. I have my Facebook supporters and Rob.team. They're the same thing. One is just on Facebook and one is off Facebook. And between us, we have tens of thousands of members paying a recurring income. And all you do for that is you do premium content early access, VIP access and treatment, a bit of closer access to you, some exclusive behind-the-scenes content that people can't get anywhere else. And people will pay you $3, $5, $10, $20, $30, $50 a month. No friction, all easily set up on Apple Pay or whatever platform. Now get the numbers on this. You're not going to believe this. Um, I'm going to pick a number that I know any of you could, um, get on easily on a subscriber, $10 a month. Anyone could get someone to subscribe for $10 a month. That's nothing. I'm going to pick a number that I know any of you, even if you have no followers, could get a day of new subscribers, and that's 3. So just 3 new members a day at $10 a month is $30 in a day, and it's about $900 and a bit in a month. And it's about nearly $10,000 in 10 months, and it's $12,000 a month in a year. So if you charge just $10 and you get just 3 new members a day, and then you just get that every day for a year, assuming, assuming zero drop-off, you will be making $12,000 a month, $144,000 a a year from content you're probably already doing for free. And if you're not, I think you'd probably consider starting out. And that is at the very lowest level really you should be at. I know sometimes John gets like more than 100 new members a day to his JL.Club. I've had 120-something new members today and yesterday because I'm launching a Make Cash Challenge in a few days' time. So subscription revenue is where it's at, and you can set this up on either Kajabi or Facebook Supporters or Patreon, and it's really freaking easy. Literally plug and play, white label. Just set up an account, put your— get— have your payment details put in so you can take and receive payments, receive and give payments, payments to them and payments to you. Patreon don't even charge you, they just charge you 12% of your revenue. So they charge you $1.20 out of the $10, and you don't even have to put anything down. So no money down, this is no money down subscription revenue. It gets even sexier. So, you know, people say, oh, Rob, I can't afford it, I haven't got a lot of money. You know, what do you do for people if we haven't got a lot of money? Well, there you go, set up your Patreon or Kajabi. You'll pay them a monthly subscription to be on Kajabi And it'll be based on the number of users and the amount of content you've got on. And then you put your content on there and then people just get a login, job done. You have a subscription platform. You could probably do 30 minutes of content once a week. I'd say that's probably your minimum. Maybe do a live piece of content, an ask me anything live, maybe, um, you know, twice a month. A little bit of exclusive access to a couple of things that people don't get, and that's the content that you need, and that's more than enough. And you have your own subscription platform. And honestly, you can make massive cash, massive cash out of this. Um, so just quickly, because John's asked me to offer something, but just quickly beforehand, if you just go on to my Instagram— so if you hit my orange head, I'm just below John there, um, uh, second row on Clubhouse. Obviously, all of you on the Instagram, you're live, you're there already. And if you check out my last couple of stories, I've actually done content on this I've done content on how to create cash flow out of what you already know. So I've got a couple of stories there, which is white text in a black background, where you can see I've got some strategies and tactics to create recurring income and to make extra cash flow. So just follow me on Instagram and you can get those. Every day I put 2 or 3 stories up and I'll do 7 ways to make recurring income, the 7 best asset classes, The 7 lowest cost ways to get into recurring income, 7 ways to monetize social media. I do a couple of those every single day and then you can screenshot them. So just go and quickly do that, following me on Instagram. If you don't follow me on Instagram, I don't think you can see the stories. So if you're not already following me, just follow me on Clubhouse, go to the bottom, click my Instagram, go follow me on Instagram, and then you can grab those stories and stories every single day from me on, on this kind of content. I wrote the book Money In the UK, the best-selling book on money in the last 5 years is my book, Money. I also have a podcast called Money, which is nearly 200 episodes in, and I've got a billionaire interview for the 200th. He'll be my 16th billionaire. So this is my kind of content, you know, about starting and scaling a business, making more money, getting better financial education and knowledge. So now that you've done that, John did ask me to offer you something special and ideally unique, and I've got something very unique. I've not offered this in 2 and a half years, and I've never offered this in this way. So this Monday, I'm starting a brand new 5-day Make Cash Challenge. So my challenges are not like normal people's challenges. I was quite well known in the UK for doing these challenges. I do about 3 a year, did them for 2 to 3 years just for my supporters. And, you know, the worst people would do would they do £500 or £1,000. Some people would make £10,000, some people £30,000, £40,000 in 5 days, cash in the bank. So my challenges aren't about, here, here's a bit of knowledge, here's a live video, here's some nice theory. It's join the challenge and, uh, get committed and make some cash and put cash in the bank in the next 5 days. So if you'd like to put cash in the bank in 5 days, probably from things you're already doing or you already know but you're not monetizing them, and a few tips tips and tricks that you're not yet doing and you don't yet know, then what you need to do is jump onto my supporter and rob.team platform, either one, join, it's just the cost of a cup of coffee, and then starting this Monday, we go live on the first challenge for nearly 2.5 years, the 5-Day Make Cash Challenge. Now, I can't say how much cash you'll put in the bank, but what I can tell you is this, we'll do competitions, giveaway, I've got tens of thousands of pounds worth of prizes, there'll be leaderboards and voting, because I want to challenge you and bribe you. Some people are asking for the link. I'll give you the link in a minute. Some people, um, I basically want to incentivize you to put as much cash in the bank as possible. Would you give me £3.49 if you could get £349 or £3,499 or £34,999 back? Of course you would. So here's the link. You need to go right now. There's loads of people begging for it on the Instagram Live. Sorry. So the link is rob.team. So if you go there right now, don't put www. in, don't put a URL, you know, like an HTTP, just literally go right now to rob.team. Do it as I'm talking to you through this. On that page are all the benefits of my Rob Moore Team membership. Like, you sometimes get access to having dinner with me, a group dinner. I do— and there's a WhatsApp group, or there's actually 6 WhatsApp groups because they all filled, that you could join to get closer access to me. I do masterclasses every 2 weeks. We've got 15 recorded deep dive masterclasses. Um, we've got, um, ask me anything lives. Um, so if you go to rob.team right now, you'll get all of that for joining. But the thing I think that you want the most, which I'm launching on Monday, is the live 5-day Make Cash Challenge. Now you can either— if you see on the page rob.team Scroll about halfway down. You can either join on Facebook or you can join on my platform that I call rob.team. They're exactly the same. If you use Facebook a lot, I would go to use join on Facebook because you can just double-click your phone with Apple Pay, nice and easy. If you don't really use Facebook, I'd join on my rob.team platform. And what's going to happen is starting Monday, I'm going to do— well, I'm going to organize 3 live videos a day for 5 days. In the morning, I'm going to give you tactics and actions to make cash. So I'm going to do 3 to 5 action steps. I'm going to tell you what to do, and you're going to go and do it with yourself. Employed, employed, business owner, entrepreneur, startup, scale-up, part-time, full-time, big time. I have got enough for all of you, and I'm going to set you some actions, and you're going to go off and you're going to do them, and you're going to put some cash in the bank. Then in the afternoon, we're going to do a deep dive live masterclass. So I'm going to bring in a guest, a special guest like Jess and James and people like that. They can do a full-on live 90-minute masterclass on a tactical way to make more cash. And then in the evening, we do ask me anything, Q&A, debrief, etc., where I will review how you did and set you for the next day. And we do the same routine every day for 5 days. At the end of the 5 days, then, um, you will submit how much you made. You'll show us the proof of the cash in the bank, and then there'll be a leaderboard and the winners will get prizes and cash incentives and courses and masterminds and mentoring and all sorts of stuff. There'll be a great buzz, there'll be a good bit of friendly competition. I'm telling you, I know ways to make cash that you're not doing. I'm telling you, I know dozens. Are you phoning all your clients and asking them for referrals? Probably not. Do you even know how to ask them for referrals to get them? No. Do you have a top leaderboard of all your best clients? No. Do you have an ideal client profile? No. Do you know the best social media groups to find your clients for free? No. Do you know how to sell without selling? No. Do you know what a story bridge offer is? No. Do you know what a content bridge offer is? No. Do you know what a problem, story, solution is? No. But I'm going to teach you how to do them all on this very unique Make Cash Challenge. So if you go to Rob team right now. You can join there. Go to rob.team. It's just £3.49, which I think is about $5. I'm still asked— getting asked for the link on the Instagram Live. So you just literally write rob.team in your internet browser and go and do that right now because I have to pop off in a minute. When you're enrolled, I'm going to give you an agenda in— I'll probably do it the day after tomorrow, a full agenda of what's happening over those 5 days, 15 videos. If you miss any of them, don't worry because they'll all be recorded. But this is not for the public, this is not for free. Someone on the live put, why isn't it free? What, you want my wife as well for free? Do you want my Lamborghini Aventador for free? It's only fucking £3.49. I'll tell you why it's not free, because free advice is worth every penny. You can do fuck all with free. You've all got a million books, you've all got a million ebooks, you've all clicked on a million links, and you've done fuck all with it. That's why it's not free. And also, I value myself. I do a lot, a lot of free content on Clubhouse and on Instagram and Facebook. And by the way, I'm very grateful to do it, and I will keep doing it. But when all is said and done, more is said than done. To know and not to do is not to know. So if you're not making the money you want this year, If you're doing shelf development and not self-development, if you need to kick up the ass, you need a bit of mojo, you need a bit of my energy and enthusiasm, you just want to implement what you know, you know stuff but you're not doing it, that is a great reason I think you should join this unique one-off challenge starting Monday, few days' time, by going to rob.team. That's just— don't put the www. in, just go to rob team. Join me either on the Facebook platform or the non-Facebook platform. I'm telling you, I will kick your ass. I will make you do shit you have not done before. I do not mind bringing it, you know. I am, I'm not too concerned if people like me or not. I'd rather you made 15 grand in a week and fucking hated me than made nothing and liked me, because I'm on a mission to change the world, to help as many people on this planet start and scale their business and get better financial knowledge. Education. I believe there's more than enough money for us all to be very wealthy, but I need— I believe you need to step up. I believe you need to commit. I believe you need to start investing and spending your money better. I believe you need to stop making excuses. I believe, believe you need to get with the right people. I believe you need to pay if you're going to pay attention. I know if you've got a £3.49 subscription coming out, which is nothing, nothing, I know that you will do something with that. Because it, do you know, people are 11 times more likely to act if they've already spent than if they haven't. 11 times more likely. So by the way, I spent £3.45 on a medium skinny cappuccino extra shot this morning. I have 62 of them in a month and I'm just asking for one. Why would I do it? You could look at it the other way. So someone's sort of, you know, given me a bit of shit here on Instagram because I'm not giving it away for free, even though I have a foundation I've given away more than a million pounds. You didn't ask that, did you? But to be quite frank, it comes time when you have to invest in yourself. And if you don't invest in yourself, why should anyone else? Why should they? They shouldn't. No one's gonna invest in you if they're not seeing you invest in yourself. Education, mentoring, masterminding, et cetera. You know, and people sell how they buy. So if you can't even invest £3.49 in yourself, you're never gonna be able to sell. Never, because people sell how they buy. And if you're a tight bastard, then you're never going to be able to sell well. And if you can't sell well, well, the game's over, isn't it? Because there's all these gobby, noisy people like Rob Moore and Grant Cardone and Gary Vaynerchuk and John Lee who are out there selling. I'm selling every day, make no mistake about it. I'm not apologizing for that. Fuck that. If I'm not selling every day, John Lee has permission to come to my house and slap me and take my Ferrari Testarossa or my Ariel Atom and have them. He can have them. You need to be selling every fucking day. If you're not selling, then what? If you're not selling, someone else is. What is it my friend Grant says? Sell or be sold. So thanks for tuning in. Go right now to rob.team and I will help you sell 5 grand, 10 grand, 20 grand, 3 grand, I don't know, but you're going to put cash in the bank as long as you implement what I teach you. I've got about 25 things I am going to teach you that can put cash in the bank. So go to rob.team right now. Hope you're having fun. Thanks for tuning in. Hope that's useful, Emily, and thanks for tuning in on my Instagram Live. Yeah, I just want to say for people who haven't— that's insane. I mean, £3.49, $5 is crazy to be
