World Health Organisation WARNING 😳 - Sort It Out Boris #covid

Rob Moore criticizes Boris Johnson's vague COVID response and the WHO's holiday cancellation warning. He argues the UK's 5 million small businesses, which support 90% of the economy, face collapse without tax relief and government subsidies. Moore calls for viewers to pressure the government for fiscal support.

So the World Health Organization have just issued a warning. Uh, there's a lot to this, but I'll be quick. But I think it's really important that you watch and that you share this. So the World Health Organization has urged people to cancel some holiday plans to protect the public health as the Omicron variant spreads globally. Now here's a quote: An event cancelled is better than a life cancelled. So I'd love to know what you think about that in the thread. There's an urgent message I feel is absolutely vital to share. I'll share that in a moment. I'm not going to shut up about this, and I'm not going to stop putting videos out about this because nothing is being done about this. So, um, in the UK, Boris Johnson has said that he reserves the right and reserves the possibility of bringing in new rules and even a lockdown. It might be that it's only the gaining unpopularity of the PM that's actually stopping a further lockdown, but who knows what you're really told and what the truth really is. Now, there's been a bit of pushback because there's been lots of data on worst-case scenario of Omicron COVID, etc., but there's been no data or research, so it seems, on the consequences of lockdowns and on the knock-on effect. And now that's kind of being pushed back, which I think is really good, because I'm not saying I'm for or against, um, you know, some of the rules, measures, and mandates that are being put in place if what we're being told is true, um, But what about what happens when small businesses are killed, travel is killed, you know, leisure is killed, pubs, bars, hotel clubs, and all your local businesses are killed, and unemployment goes through the roof, yet taxes aren't going down? What about the knock-on cost of that? Yeah, so Sage, there was some interesting, um, I'll do another piece of content on, um, you know, the lack of data on the costs and consequences of lockdowns and restrictions. So please stay with me and please hit the share button right now because there's something that we need to campaign together regardless of whether you think the impositions are right or wrong. So the next thing, so World Health Organization are pushing hard a campaign to cancel holiday plans because an event cancelled is better than a life cancelled. Um, there's a New Year event in Trafalgar Square for something like 6,000 people. That's been cancelled. The Queen has cancelled her Christmas gathering and her trip to Sandringham. Now, it's all very well for the government, the PM, to say, well, there's no lockdowns and we're not imposing COVID passports and vaccine passports, because you can have a lateral flow test. We actually wrote to our MP. I'm always told don't bother writing to your MP because it does nothing, but I thought I can't sit here and do nothing. So I wrote to my MP— well, we wrote to our MP— and they replied back saying, well, we're not imposing COVID passports because you only have to show a lateral flow test. So they're really distancing themselves from, you know, any kind of responsibility of the restrictions in the country by saying they're not mandating them. But you cannot mandate something, but you can make it really freaking hard. So if you look over the media, World Health Organization warn people, cancel holidays, an event cancelled is better than a life cancelled. Big warning, everyone sees it in the media. Queen cancels her Christmas party, doesn't go to Sandringham. Now, just being honest, there must be a mass population of the country that will listen and follow what the Queen does. Okay, so everyone stays at home, so no one goes out. So pubs, bars, clubs, clubs, restaurants, small businesses, travel, leisure, etc., going to get wiped out. Then the country's put on red alert in London. Shit. So I'm starting to think that just because they're not mandating a lockdown, they're not taking responsibility for the consequences of the actions, and they're just rubbing their hands a bit. Oh, well, you just need a lateral flow test. Oh, just stay at home and don't go to many social gatherings, but we're not forcing you to. But the media is chucking it at us left, right, and center. Now, I don't know what you think about whether these mandates and rules, and, um, they're right or wrong, what you think about the research behind it and the threat of Omicron, etc. You can put that in the comments. But here is something that's absolutely vital, and I'm not going to shut up about it, and I really want your help. So please, could you just hit the share button while I tell you the following. Small businesses across the world are going to get wiped out. We could be at an historic event where we've never seen so many small businesses threatened or wiped out. Now, the small business is a great fuel of the entire economy. Some stats you read is up to 90% of the economy and the jobs are created by small businesses. There are 5 million small businesses in the UK. Now some people are saying this is the plan, this is the New World Order, this is the Great Reset— wipe out the small business, wipe out the middle class. I honestly can't comment if that's right or wrong. I have no research to prove that either way, but we must stand strong for the small business. You must not, we must not, I must not be a coward, and we must speak up. I've been worried about speaking up against this too hard. You know, because ultimately the government run us and I could just get cancelled and bye Rob, it was nice knowing you. However, VAT is still at 20% and needs to come down. Income tax is still massive and needs to come down. Corp tax isn't just the same, it's gone up. It's gone up by a third. It's gone up from 19% to 25%. That's up by 30%. That needs to come down. I've just paid £300 grand odd in tax in the last few days. I'm going to be paying loads more. Imagine if I could have held that, invest that back into the growth of my company, invest that into my suppliers, invest that into my customers, invest that into my staff. That would have been a much better use of the money. And what are the government, government going to do with the money anyway? Where does it go? How do they invest it? How does our life improve? And now if they don't have a full lockdown, then they're likely not going to furlough anyone or give you the furlough support. They're likely not going to give you loans and grants and subsidies and support. But if they do not support the small business, it's going to kill the country, kill the economy. So please hit the share button, number one. Number two, please support your small business. We put a lot of business through small business. I actually have the fulfillment of my hundreds of thousands of books that I sell through a local book printing company in Peterborough. Our main stationery supplier is local to me. Now people always say support the small business, support the small business, don't, don't buy everything on Amazon, but they do nothing about it. So please help. Number 1, hit the share button. Number 2, tag a small business in, tag someone in you know that's struggling, a hairdresser, a restaurateur, a pub landlord, you know, someone in travel, someone in leisure, someone in hotels and Airbnbs and all these small businesses, the 5 million small businesses that are going to get smashed. Please tag them in. Now, I would love you to promote your small business in this thread, in this video. You can tag someone in and promote their small business, or you can promote your small business. You can share a link. You can tell, um, me and everyone watching about your products and services, because I want to support small businesses. I think small businesses are getting ignored. In all of this news and media of the restrictions and the possible lockdowns and the mandates and all the tests you have to have to leave the house, nothing have I seen about a reduction in VAT or a VAT holiday or reduction in tax or a tax holiday or loans or furlough or subsidies or support. I have seen nothing, and this must change. I don't know what's right or wrong. Maybe the decisions that they've made to protect us are right, and if they are, if they're trying to protect us but they're ruining a small business's ability to earn, then they must support. So people are saying unity or we go down. What do— what should I share? Share this video right now across your social media. Tag in any small business owners you know that you think may be struggling, and please feel free to share and pitch and link to your small business in the comments. I want to support as many small businesses I can. I'd love you to gain a client or get some business from this thread I've done 4 or 5 videos doing this. They're gaining heads of steam, but I can't gain much of a head of steam if you don't share and if you don't tag in. If you think that small businesses aren't being protected, if you think that taxes are too high— do you know I pay 70% in tax now on earned and spend income? So there's VAT, there's corp tax, there's income tax, there's National Insurance for the employer, there's National Insurance for the employee, there's business rates, there's all of these little bits of stealth taxes, and then everything that you buy has VAT on and taxes on. I immediately, in corp tax and income tax, pay 56.5%, and in total with everything I spend, I pay 70% in tax. So I'm working 70% of my time for the government. So what are you doing to help us? And by the way, when I say I, I also mean you, because if you have a small business, it's pretty similar. Hit the share button, get this out to the masses. Campaign to support the small business, campaign to save the small business. Do your shopping in local businesses. Yeah, I know Elon Musk just paid $11 billion in taxes. I think that's a, a travesty. I'm going to do a video about that tonight. I think it's a travesty that Elon Musk just paid $11 billion in taxes. Do you know why? Well, I'll tell you in a video tonight. It's a travesty. It's the worst thing that could have happened to that $11 billion. And I'll tell you why later, but for now, hit the share button, tag your business or someone else's business or a small business in the comments. I can see you all doing it, that's great. I want to support you. You know, people are always saying you've got to use your social media for good, you've got to do something that makes a difference if you have a platform and you have influence. Well, this is what I'm doing, so please support me by supporting every small business in the country, the 5 million of them. There's going to be hundreds of thousands or even millions of businesses that are going to suffer. All their Christmas business cancelled. Do you know when most of their business is done? Do you know when most of their profit is made? In December. Cancelled. Oh, but it doesn't matter because you can have a lateral flow test. So we, you know, we, um, we're not taking any responsibility for any of our actions because you can have a lateral flow test. Oh, wear a mask, have a lateral flow test, be shamed for not, you know, having any of your jabs. World Health Organization warning you, stay at home, cancel holidays. An event cancelled is better than a life cancelled. All of this mask, the Queen canceling everything, red alert in London. So the rhetoric is this, but the media is scaring the shit out of us. And yet no VAT reduction, no tax reduction, no tax delay, no loans, no subsidies, nothing. And it needs to change. So please hit the share button, please tag a small business in the comments. Please share and pitch your small business, including a link. I want you to gain business from this thread. And please let me know in the comments what you think about what's going on in the world and what you think the solutions are. Look, I, I am having a bit of a rant here and there, but I'm up for solution. What's the solution? What can we do? I wrote to our MP, they wrote back in a week, nah, dismissed. You can, you can get 10, 20, 50,000 signatures petitioned Dismissed! This isn't getting dismissed. My videos are getting 50,000, 100,000, 200,000, 500,000 views. That's harder to dismiss, and I need your help. Hit the share button, let me know what you think in the comments, and pitch your small business and tag someone in who you think might struggle— a hairdresser, a restaurateur, a local shop, coffee shop, you know, local lunch van, all these small businesses. Do you know with work from home there's billions in revenue that's going to get wiped out? Because people don't buy coffee when they're going to work, they don't buy from the lunch vans through the lunchtimes. So work from home, fine, except it's going to kill the small business. And you kill the small business, you kill the economy. You kill the economy and you've got way more deaths, way more, way more mental health issues, way more suicides. The Dark Ages could be coming. But no one's doing any research in the government for the cost and the consequences of the actions, and they need to because it needs to be balanced. This is the problem with politics, it's too short-term. Boris probably doesn't care what happens in 3, 5, or 10 years because he's not going to be PM then. So he only cares about the short term because politics is a selfish incentive. It's not— with capitalism, it's a merit-based reward system, whereas Politics is the opposite, it's demeritised, it's short-term. Anyway, enough from me. I hope you enjoy watching my videos. I hope you agree that it's important to stand for something important. I am not saying it's right and wrong, the decisions and actions that a government are taking. That only time will tell. But we need balanced research, we need to know the consequences of what they're deciding to do and not just the consequences of not doing it. This is really important, and we need to protect the small business. You need to tag a small business in. They need to reduce the VAT, reduce the corp tax, reduce the income tax, give us tax payment holidays. And when I say us, I mean us, the 5 million small businesses in the UK. What the employment— unemployment's going to go through the roof, and who's that going to cost? The government. And who's that going to cost? Us. So when employment goes up The government are going to have to subsidize that, and what are they going to do? They're going to freaking increase taxes and National Insurance. Hit the share button, let me know what you think in the comments. Have a great day. Don't stop sharing, don't stop speaking out, don't be scared. Have your say.
