You’ve been LIED to about the Housing Market

In this YouTube monologue, property investor and educator Rob Moore argues that the UK housing market is deliberately manipulated by governments and central banks to keep property prices rising. He claims that massive immigration (8.5 million of the last 10 million population increase) fuels demand while planning laws and land restrictions create artificial scarcity, benefiting banks whose loan values depend on rising house prices. Moore cites the rapid turnover of housing ministers as evidence of a coordinated agenda. He references a millennium‑long trend of property value appreciation, using his own portfolio—345 rental units, a £750k Pizza Express, and a projected £100 million property value—to illustrate personal success from leveraging interest‑only mortgages and bank financing. While warning of an imminent market crash, he maintains that long‑term prices will continue to soar. Moore then promotes a free Zoom class (robmoore.live/zoom) teaching viewers how to raise money, invest in property during a downturn, and replicate his strategy, positioning property investment as a way to become a “victor” rather than a “victim” of the banking system.

You've been lied to about the housing market, and I'm going to expose some things which indicate that these soaring house prices— this is normal. And I have been saying I believe a crash is coming. I do believe a crash is coming. But you know, when I expose and share these things that you have been— this information you've been withheld about the housing market I think you'll see why property prices are going to continue to soar for the long term. Wages are never going to be able to keep up. And, you know, homeowners and the working-class people, you know, they think it's really unfair how property prices just keep rising and rents just keep rising and wages don't keep up in line with house prices rising. That's always going to be the way because the housing market is controlled. It is controlled by the governments and the central banks, and I'm going to expose the main ways I see that it's being controlled. Now, the government and the central banks are supposed to be separate entities that, to a certain degree, therefore can hold each other accountable. So you don't have this just one major globalized monopoly. Except I don't believe the governments and the central banks are in any way separate. I'll give you an example of the proof. Liz Truss became Prime Minister. She put some pretty good, um, you know, financial, um, strategies in place which probably would have been good for the country. Immediately the markets didn't react very well, and the central bank stepped in, and then all of a sudden she was ousted out. And so I don't know if the central banks control the government or the government control the central banks, but they've all just become one big monopoly. And so the first thing that I'm going to share and expose around the housing market and why you've been lied to is, do you know of the last 10 million increase in the population in the UK, do you know how many of those were immigrants? Now, I have nothing against immigration. I think it should be controlled. I think there should obviously be criteria in which you come in. Got to be able to provide value and work and be useful, like many amazing immigrants have done over the past. Um, but we seem to be letting anyone in kind of now, really. Um, and immigration has never been controlled, and it's soaring. And of the 10 million people, um, of the growth of the population in the UK, 8.5 million of that is immigration. So if we really do have this housing crisis that we want to solve, wouldn't we just reduce and stop immigration? You know, if we really do care about this housing crisis and the soaring house prices, if we've got this major undersupply of housing, why would we allow such mass immigration? Makes you wonder. The next thing is Um, for the last however many terms, at least 3 terms, in, you know, the Prime Minister and in, in the parties that have come into power, they've made this big statement that they're going to sort the housing crisis. We'll solve the housing crisis. Kate Barker wrote a report years ago basically saying we're hundreds of thousands of houses a year behind what we need to build to deal with apparently the expanding population, which is actually just immigration. And every year it's got bigger and bigger and worse and worse. And now we are hundreds of thousands of houses a year compounding behind where we need to catch up with supply. And Labour have come in and said they're going to build 300,000 houses and nothing's going to change. And I'll tell you why in a moment. But, you know, we're led to believe there's not enough land in the UK. Well, you know, we're led to believe there's all this land that, you know, we need to keep and preserve. In reality, there's loads of land in the UK. That could be built on. It's just the planning laws are kept intentionally very tight and difficult. And this is actually controlled by the central banks, because think about this: if all of a sudden we caught up with house building and we built on some of the land and we controlled immigration, and then we caught up with the shortage, and now we got to the point where we had enough houses or more houses What would happen to house prices? Down. Do banks want the house prices to go down? No. Why do the banks not want the house prices to go down? Because that affects the value of their loans, because if the house price goes down, their mortgage values go down, so their balance sheets go down, so their shareholders don't get maximum shareholder value. And this was exposed to me by a top UK economist. Because he said something like, there's been 12 or 14 housing ministers in the last 10 or 12 years, which is obviously ridiculous. You'd expect one housing minister every 4 years, and there's literally one every 10 months. They're in, they say they're going to build houses, they're gone. They're in, they say they're going to build houses, they're gone. They're gone, they're gone, they're gone, they're gone. How come they're all gone? Why are they all gone? Why are we not catching up anywhere near with supply? Because the central banks make money out of house prices going up. That is a fact. Um, and if you ever want to know what the truth is, because, you know, I try to seek the truth in the world, you know, the guests I interview on Disruptors, the questions I ask, the research I do. If you want to know what the truth is, follow the fucking money. So just want to put this to bed. House prices are going to continue to rise and soar. In fact, 18 years ago I figured this out, and that's why I started investing in property myself. Um, and you know, I have 345 rental units now, and my properties have gone up significantly in value. I was buying properties for 40, 50, 60, 70 grand, single-family homes, 3-bed houses, now they're 200, 250. I've got 100 apartment block. I've got a Pizza Express I just bought for 750 grand. In less than a year, it's gone up to 1.2 million. So I am benefiting from what the governments and central banks are controlling. And you know, it used to piss me off. It felt morally and ethically wrong, not good for humanity. But you know, you can either be a victim or a victor. And so 18 years ago, I did some research and I, I saw that in 1088, all land and property value in the UK was £1 million. Now you can't get a car parking space in Kensington and Chelsea for £1 million. So I saw the proof over 1,000 years that properties were going to continue to rise over the long term. Absolute fact. 1,000 years of data. And there's thousands of people who've trolled me and said, well, Rob, house prices are going to come down and keep coming down, and they're not going to keep going up. And nothing ever changes. And so I thought, well, you know what, I want to benefit from this and I want my followers to benefit from this. So I started learning how to invest in property 18 years ago. I started playing the banks at their own game. Instead of borrowing money for depreciating liabilities, I borrowed maximum amount of money for appreciating assets, i.e., property. And I was an ordinary person back then, and I was a working-class person back then, by the way, before you say not No one can get into this. This is why I do my content. This is why I do my Zooms and Rob.team and my training to help you like I helped myself 18 years ago. And I became a millionaire, a deca-millionaire, got tens of millions of pounds worth of property now. In fact, pretty soon it's likely I could hit to the £100 million value in property because I play the banks at their own game and win. Now there's this nice little saying If you borrow a million pounds, you have the problem. If you borrow 10 million pounds or 100 million pounds, the bank has the problem. So if you would like to actually benefit from this, cash in on the soaring property prices, actually play the banks at their own game and win, learn how to raise money to get into property, learn how to start in property, learn how to do what I did 18 years ago, be a victor, not a victim, I'm actually doing a Zoom. It's not a rerun, it's actually a new Zoom. But on Sunday I had a Zoom and we're doing another one in a couple of days' time. It's called How to Raise Money to Cash In on the Property Crash. So type yes in the comments if you'd like to get access to this Zoom class. In fact, I'll give you a queue jump link. The queue jump link is Rob Moore live forward slash Zoom. That's robmoore.live forward slash Zoom. So go register right now. I won't charge you for this. As you've seen, I've done a reasonable amount of content on property investing recently because so much has been coming out in the market. Soaring gold prices, which usually means other asset classes are coming down. Warren Buffett bailing $7 billion of America Bank, which might mean that, you know, the banks are going to crash. If you actually want to know, the best time to invest in property is in and around a crash. I definitely think a crash is coming, and I think you can cash in on the crash. But I also know for the long term, prices will continue to soar and continue to rise. They have for 1,000 years. Nothing's going to change. So if in the short term you'd like to cash in on the crash, learn how to raise money. Um, some of my students are making £1,000 a month within 90 days from investing in property. Um, they're learning how to invest in a falling market. They're learning how to do below market value deals and get, you know, repossessions and properties, um, 20 or 30% less than they were you know, last year or the year before. You can learn all of this by going to robmoore.live/zoom. That's robmoore.live/zoom. And I'm going to bring in a special guest expert. We're going to talk about what's going on in the market, uh, and you've got to get rid of this naivety. You know, that life isn't fair and wages need to catch up and we need to catch up with house building and everyone should have the right to own a home and all this stuff. You know, I agree with those things. I think morally and ethically I agree. But you know, the central banks and governments don't think morally and ethically. They just think, okay, what's maximum shareholder value? What is maximum profit? They are for-profit corporations. Banks are not public services. Banks are for-profit corporations, so you can either be a victim to them, always be in debt to them, pay hundreds of thousands of pounds in your life in interest and probably millions in taxes, or you can play the banks at their own game and win and take advantage of the continual soaring property prices by owning buy-to-lets, by becoming an investor, by getting recurring and passive income and using the bank's money and letting them take the risk. So go to robmoore.live/zoom, uh, and we've got this special Zoom class coming up. I actually wasn't planning to do this. We did a massive one on Sunday, had nearly 2,000 people register for that. We had a lockout. We had about nearly 1,000 people that couldn't get in because my Zoom account locks out at 1,000. So we're actually running one in 48 hours' time. Wayne has asked, should you repay buy-to-let mortgages if you have them on interest only? Look, there's a few criteria depending on the mortgage and the length of the term and your financial situation, but generally speaking, interest only means you can earn more income because you're paying a lower amount on your repayments, which means you've got the rent and there's less of the mortgage coming off because it's interest and not repayment. Repayment. Also, when you get a mortgage, you're paying off nearly all interest in the early years and nearly all capital in the latter years, but you don't normally have a mortgage for 25 years. You normally remortgage them every 3 to 5 years. So in the first 3 to 5 years, you're probably paying off all interest and no capital repayment anyway. And the banks pay off your mortgages for you with inflation. Inflation, inflation has been more than 25%. In the last 4 years. So if you have an interest-only mortgage, essentially in real terms, um, the governments and central banks and the inflation would have paid off 25% of the value of your mortgage for you. So often it's better to get an interest-only mortgage because there's better leverage, you can make more income, the government can pay your relative mortgages down for you. But it does depend on a few specific criteria. You've got to get educated. The more you learn the more you earn. And this is why we're doing this Zoom class. Um, go to robmoore.live/zoom. It starts 7 PM Wednesday the 11th of September. How to raise money to cash in on the property crash. Get real about prices rising and soaring and going up way more than wages. That's going to continue forever. They're controlling immigration, they're controlling housing supply. That's just a fact because they run the system. If you're the banker in Monopoly, you're going to run the system. They're just the bankers in Monopoly. I've transcended the moral and ethical judgment. I just want to be an entrepreneur. I just want to make maximum amount of money. I just want to help as many people on this planet get better financial education and knowledge. I just want you to make maximum money. I'd rather you made a load of money than Lloyds and RBS, who say they're going to be the biggest private landlord in the UK. I'd rather you become a landlord and you make money rather than the banks making it all. BlackRock have said they're going to be buying up a load of cities and towns. They could own up to 40% or control 40% of the single-family home housing market in the US. If RBS in the UK and BlackRock in America own all this real estate, we are in trouble because they could, you know, they could end up being our landlords. They could charge us whatever they want. On rent. And the way that we can all kick back on this is we can learn how to invest, learn how to control our own money, learn how to manage our own assets, cash in on the crash. And by the way, often if I want to make a load of money, I just look at, you know, what the big money movers are doing. So Warren Buffett— what's Warren Buffett doing? He's just dumped out of Bank of America, sold 7 billion shares. So he thinks the banks are gonna go bust. He thinks there's an economic crash coming. He's liquidating so he can have cash ready to go. Warren Buffett's probably the most successful investor in the world. So if that's not enough evidence, now's the time to learn property. Now's the time to learn how to raise finance. If that's not evidence of now's the time, I don't know what is. And that's why we're doing this Zoom and why I've been talking a lot over the last couple of weeks on the property market and cashing in on the crash. So if you want to register, you want to learn, just type into any web page robmoore.live/zoom to raise money, to cash in on the crash, to learn how to be an investor, um, to figure out how to make positive cash flow, to play the banks at their own game and win. Because you've been lied to about the housing market, because they could control immigration if they wanted. They could build more houses if they wanted. They could build on more land if they wanted, but it doesn't suit the banks. The banks need an undersupply of houses and an oversupply of people. That's what the banks need, because if properties go up, their loans go up. That is what they need. Thanks for tuning in. Oh, and by the way, they're buying up a load of the real estate as well. So there you go, they're double dipping. They're lending you mortgages and making trillions in loans and interest, and they're buying up all the real estate. If you can't beat the banks, join the banks. So I'll see you at robmoore.live/zoom. Thanks for tuning in, and remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything.
