Breathe In His Presence | 10-Minute Christian Breathwork & Meditation for Peace & Renewal

A guided 10-minute Christian breathwork and meditation led by two speakers that uses timed breathing rounds (three rounds with breath counts and holds), biblical affirmations, and scripture citations to encourage stillness, surrender, spiritual renewal, and peace in God’s presence. The session alternates paced inhalations/exhalations, breath-holds (up to 90 seconds), recovery breaths, and spoken prompts pairing inhalation with a positive spiritual truth and exhalation with release of a negative emotion or state.

Welcome. This is a guided Christian breathing session. A time to slow down, be still and practice being in the presence of God. You can lie down, sit down, whatever helps you relax. Set aside every distraction, every worry, every burden, every wandering thought pulling you away from this moment right now. There is nothing you need to perform, fix or prove. Simply be still in the presence of the Lord. It is the spirit of God that made you and the breath of the Almighty that gives you life. As you breathe, remember, every inhale is his gift and every exhale is your surrender. Are you ready? Here we go. Round number one. 30 breaths. Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe out. Breathe in. Breathe out. Let your breath find its rhythm.
In, out. In, out. In, out. In, out.
