Man as head of household where. Provider. Protector. Right. So I think it goes a long way when you see somebody who's just like ridiculously out of shape, who wheezes when they walk up a flight of stairs. If something goes down, how are they going to protect their family? Absolutely, bro. And I don't want to say I don't love that person, but like, as far as respect that person, I don't know, like, I don't want to sound rude about it, but for me, my goal and I have two older sons and a five year old, so three sons altogether. My goal and I'm 44. My goal is to always be stronger than them. Yes, always. There's going to come a time when I'm not, but sure as of right now I am so. And I'm happy with that. Yes. But it's not just being the, the strongest. I. I want to be physically fit. So if something were to go down, I could protect my family. And maybe it'll never happen my entire life, but if it does just at one time and I'm not fit for what happens and I fail as protector of my family, then what? Yeah.
