Two speakers argue that real faith requires action. Speaker B distinguishes faith from recklessness, saying true faith means trusting God while stepping forward in obedience. Speaker A counters that the biggest risk is doing nothing at all, and that God wants doers, not just listeners.
If we are operating out of faith and we know we've steward what we've. We're going to steward what God's given us, it should take the risk portion out of it. There might be the unknown. Right. Like, I don't really know, but I believe this is from the Lord and I'm going to take that step of faith. Right. Not the, the step of risk, but the step of actual faith in that situation.
Yeah. Risk involves faith, period. And the biggest risk in life is not taking one. Right. Isn't that some saying or quote from somebody? And if you apply it to the spiritual. Yeah, yeah. God isn't calling us to be wicked and lazy servants. He's calling us to. To be active. Yes. He's calling us to go out and do be doers of the word, not just hearers. Yes. If your faith doesn't have legs, then I question if you have faith at all. Faith isn't active. I question if you have faith at all. Yes, absolutely. And that's
the works portion of it. Again, not a salvation issue at all. But faith without works is dead.
