A speaker argues that money itself is morally neutral, like gold in Eden, but warns that you cannot serve both God and money. The solution is stewardship: submit to God and let money serve your purpose, not become your idol.

God technically called gold good in the garden, like it was good. And which is fascinating to really think about that, like, what is it, amoral, or is it actually good, knowing that anything could be used for good or for evil? But it comes back to just the positions that the person's heart, their disposition towards it, and whatever God created for good, we know the enemy uses for evil. And so when we have that understanding, this is now that again, just the submission to God, number one, And then how do we make money serve us? You can't serve both of them, right? It's literally impossible. Scripture tells us that. How do we know? How do we do this thing? And most of it all boils down to just this principle of stewardship. How do we do this thing appropriately? Yeah.
