A short spoken excerpt (sermon/testimony) by Rylee Meek arguing that individuals do not each have separate purposes but share one divine purpose: God's purpose to save the lost. The speaker cites Romans 8:28 and emphasizes living daily for God by seeking the lost and loving neighbors, presenting this as the organizing calling of life.
That I realized that God is not just Sunday God. He's a God of every day. He's a personal God. He wants to be in every facet of our life. And it is one life. We live our life. And I have one calling. One calling. It's not my purpose. God didn't have a purpose for me. He didn't have a purpose for each one of us. We'd be across purposes. He has one purpose. It's his purpose. His purpose is to save the lost. And he tells us in Romans 8:28, when we live for his purpose. Purpose to seek and save the lost and love our neighbors as ourselves. When we live that, when that is the pastor of our life and it is hard, then everything works for good.
