Two speakers discuss daily abiding in Jesus and kingdom money principles, exploring whether true security comes from faith or bank balances. They frame financial anxiety as a test of trust in God.
The key to this thing is abiding in Jesus, making a decision every single day to walk with the Lord, abide in him, grow closer to him every single day, conform more and more to his image.
Yes, that's good. And that's good. And I just— to correlate that with what we're talking about, kingdom money principles here, uh, and even just this war that we wage between God and money. What do you believe in? Is it Jesus or is it money? Do you trust in money? Do you put your faith in money? Do you cling to money? I even still struggle with this at times where it's like you see the bank account dip a little to a point, and it's like the fact that there was money in there that made me feel secure, or is it my faith in Jesus? Yeah, that makes me feel truly secure. Yeah, right. That's a wild thing to really talk about.
It's almost impossible to not have those feelings, right, when the bank account dips low. Yeah, and that's why he tests us in it, I think, right? Money does provide security. Yes. Yeah.
