Rylee Meek argues that if you can't afford to tithe, you can't afford not to. Tithing shifts you from worldly logic (seek first, receive first) to kingdom logic (give first, be last to be first), positioning you to receive God's blessings.

If you can't afford the tithe, you can't afford not to tithe, okay? Because this is, it's a, it's a disposition that you're changing kingdoms in this. Like you want to live in the kingdom of the world, right? Or do you want to live within the kingdom of heaven? And things are most of the times completely opposite versus the world, right? We're told in, in scripture if you just look at all these different parables that Jesus gives and when he talks about the kingdom, it's like if you want to be first, well, you got to be last, okay? The world says that's idiotic. You want to receive, you first got to give, right? And that doesn't, that doesn't make sense to the world, right? This is why generosity is such a huge component in the believer's life because God wants to pour out his blessings upon us, but we have to put ourselves in a position to receive them.
