It's Sahara Rose. And welcome back to the Highest Self podcast, a place where we discuss what makes you your soul's highest evolvement. I have been receiving so many downloads during this coronavirus experience, and I know many of us have, as I've shared in my previous solo casts. We are in the midst of the greatest global awakening of human history. For the first time ever, we are all experiencing the same thing at the same time. This has never happened in human history before because even if there was a pandemic, we weren't all aware of it. Therefore, we weren't all aware of each other. So this experience right now is creating global oneness. I know that I am feeling the same thing that the person in Cambodia is, that the person in Puerto Rico is, et cetera. We are all coming together, feeling the same experience at once. We are all in the same boat here. And this is the greatest global unifier that has ever happened. Yes, there are a lot of shadows. Yes, there are a lot of things in our 3D dimension that don't make sense, and we have a lot of information about that in the news. So this podcast episode specifically is not going to be about the job losses and the Viru virus and all of those other things. These are important components that we are dealing with right now. And this download really wanted to come through to allow you to look at this experience from the 5D. If you haven't heard these terms before, the 3D is the third dimension. So it's the world that we see right now, our physical world, like our survival, our jobs, how are we going to live, what's going to happen to the economy. These are all aspects of the 3D, which are important aspects to look at because we do live in a currently third dimensional world that is operated with survival and money and livelihood, et cetera. The 4D, the fourth dimension, is the transition that we are experiencing right now when we begin to think larger about this awakening happening right now. So we're looking at, you know, what are the powers at play? Are we getting all the information that's truly happening? Is our government totally telling us the truth? We start to look at this. Instead of trusting everything that the media tells us, we begin to look at it from this more speculative lens. That's the 4D. So it's the gateway between the 3D and the 5D. The 5D, the fifth dimension, is the dimension that we are heading into right now collectively. So it's the dimension that you experience when you are meditating or with your kids or dancing when you just feel so at peace and enjoy and in your heart and in love, that is the dimension that we are heading into as a collective. Not to just be experienced when you're meditating or with your kid or when you're dancing, but to be experienced as the norm. That is going to be the new way of life. 5D is going to be our new normal. So right now, we are in the gateway between the 3D and the 5D. So the 5D is really operating from a place of joy. It's our higher brain, our higher selves. So if we look at the structure of the brain, we see that we have a higher brain that is operated based off of love, trust, community, unity, joy, friendship, fun, nature, nature. And then we have this reptilian brain, the survival brain, which is the brain that was essentially given to us as human beings to survive. So it's the fight or flight response. It is, is this going to make me die? And if this is going to make me die, I am going to fight it or run away from it. Okay, so we have needed both aspects of our brains to survive as a humankind. You know, up until this point, right. The reptilian brain has allowed us to run away from lions and tigers and obstacles and ice age. And right now, it's the part of our brains that are being triggered with this coronavirus. It's the part of our brains that is rushing to Costco, buying all the toilet paper. It's the part of our brains that thinks, I don't have enough. I need more. I need more. I need more. I need to accumulate as much as possible because that will prevent my fear of the unknown. So really, what I want to make this podcast episode about is how to truly alleviate fear from the coronavirus. Yes, self care is important. Yes, I'm dancing every single day on my Instagram live. Yes, I am definitely a being of the light. Yes, definitely. This podcast is fun and uplifting, and definitely my soul came to this planet to bring more of that. But we can only experience that when we look at the other side. So the other side of the light is the darkness. We cannot have the sun if we do not have the moon. Right. Just as much as there is light in the world, there is dark in the world. And we have grown up with, you know, Disney movies, et cetera, that put in our heads that there are either two sides of the coin. There's the good guy and the bad guy. You know, there's Uncle Scar and Mufasa. Which one are you? So it's important for us to look at both sides of these spectrums because we're never going to be able to completely understand the light if we don't understand the darkness. So right now, as a collective, we are doing the deepest shadow work that we have ever done in human history. For the first time, we are looking at what it is that we are so afraid of. We have been going a million miles an hour trying to do things. You know, I wake up and then I hit the gym, and then I go to work, and then I go to a restaurant, and then I go to a bar, and then I go to whatever it is that you do in your daily schedule. We have been escaping running away from the home, the physical home, as in the four walls that you live in, the physical form as in your body, the home as in the womb, the home as in the earth. So we have been so busy running away from the home because we are afraid of knowing the truth. That that home is not a guarantee that we aren't always going to be here, that the only guarantee in life is death. So essentially, right now, what we are facing, this fear of the coronavirus, the reason why it is so uncomfortable for so many people is because of this unspoken about fear of death. So right now we are given the opportunity as a collective to choose what lens we want to view the world from moving forward. This is essentially the cocoon that the caterpillar is in before the butterfly. So we can at this point basically decide how our lives are going to be moving forward. This is like the time the incubator right now. So we can choose right now to operate from the victim lens of. Why is this happening to me? I lost my job. I'm afraid for my parents. This isn't fair. I hate how the world is going. I didn't sign up for this. I'm so afraid. I'm so scared. Screw God, screw the universe. If there was anyone out there, they wouldn't have done this. I don't get it. I'm in so much pain right now. Okay, so that is the lens that most of the world is operating from right now. And it's really being heightened. Why is it being heightened? To be shown to us that we are operating from victimhood. Then the other lens that we are able to choose right now is the creatrix. Creatrix if you're female, creator if you're masculine. So the creatrix knows that they are in charge of their reality, that nothing is happening to them, but it's happening for them. So they can grow, that this Earth is a school, and the school will give us the curriculum that our soul needs for its highest evolvement. And that this entire situation of the coronavirus was created for us as a species to evolve from. So if we're able to look at it like, okay, I just signed up for ap, you know, like advanced, then we're able to see that, how can I use this time to up level my growth? How can I learn more this month than I probably would have in 20 years had I not had this opportunity? You know, looking back, in times of your life, the times that were the most difficult were the times that you learned the most from. You know, the times that I end up speaking about the most on interviews that I'm on was my crying on the floor moment, wondering if I was ever going to find my dharma and my dad yelling at me, and all of this fear that I was basically going. Going to live my life without any meaning and purpose. That's what I speak about more than anything. Not my accolades, not my magazine covers, whatever it is. I speak about that most painful situation where I didn't know if I would be able to make it through. Because in that moment is when I gained the strength and the courage that I have today that is allowing me to create and share everything that I do today. So right now, as a collective, we are in that shitty part of our memoir. You know, we are in that breakthrough moment, but we don't experience it right now because we are in it. And most of us are operating from the 3D that we're not able to look at the lens from the higher perspectives to see that we are in that moment right now, that we are gifted this opportunity that we are able to shift from and learn from. And the sooner that we see that this is a lesson and this is an experience. And by the way, each person's experience of coronavirus is going to be tailored to the exact lessons that their soul needs. Then we're able to look at whatever is showing up for us right now and say, ah, this is what I needed to look at. So for a lot of us, it is this fear of death that is most certainly what it has been for me. So I realized that this huge fear of death was occurring for me because I was constantly scared of what if my parents get it and they die. And I think that that is a huge fear that a lot of us have, especially younger people who know physically we would be able to get through any virus. But we' so afraid of our Parents, and for my dad especially, My dad is not healthy. You know, he eats burgers and fries and drinks Coke and doesn't listen. And he knows he's not supposed to, but he does it anyways. And because of that, he has, you know, diabetes and high blood pressure and kidney stones and a lot of the issues that would make something like coronavirus lethal. So I went into my. Oh, my God, how can I save this person? I went into my. I need to become the superwoman. I'm gonna send him all of the supplements and the vitamins and do breath work and do this and do. And what I realized is, unless he wants to change, I cannot control it. I can't make someone care about something that they don't care about. I can lead from example. I can check in, I can offer advice, but I'm not physically there to literally whop the burger out of his hand. I also am not physically there to block or protect anyone from a virus that is seeming like it's. It's going to eventually hit most of the population, but in different ways. So I had to sink into. What is it that I'm so afraid of? Well, okay, I'm afraid of my lack of control in the situation. I'm afraid that I can't control the outcome of it. I'm afraid that no matter what I do, it's not in my control. And then underneath that fear of control is the fear of death I had to go into. What am I really afraid of? I'm afraid of him dying. I'm afraid that we wouldn't have had the relationship I wish that we had. I'm afraid that I wouldn't be able to go to his funeral because he lives in Boston. We can't travel right now. And also, my grandmother just died, you know, last week, his mom. So death was deeply on my mind, and I wasn't also able to go to her funeral because of it. So I had to sink into this aspect of death that I had been kind of avoiding and not really thinking about that I'm afraid of death. And as long as I'm afraid of death, I'm not going to be able to truly live. So this opportunity right now is for all of us to look at our relationship with death. I'm not saying go ask for death, wish for death, anything like that. But what I'm saying is we must understand what death is. Death is an evolution of this human cycle. Death is the only guaranteed, and death really is the great unknown. We don't know what death is. We don't know what happens after death. We have many theories and speculations and even religions based off of it, but we don't know. So what we are afraid of in the fear of death is the fear of the unknown, which is what the coronavirus is bringing to us. We don't know what's going to happen. And that scares the shit out of us. Because we are so used to having our Q1 to Q4 calendar and our goals and our intention settings and checking in on how those intentions went and talking to her coach about it. That's out the window right now. We don't even know what tomorrow will bring. So this is the greatest opportunity for us to practice presence that at this moment you are safe. And at this moment you are protected. And at this moment, if you look around you, everything is okay. The birds are still chirping, the sun is still shining. The kids are still laughing. If you really look at this moment, everything is okay. But we as humans with this reptilian brain, focus so much on what could potentially happen. Well, everything might be okay right now, but I don't know what's gonna happen later. And I don't know. I can't control. I can't control. And then the fear of death keeps coming up. So we're gonna constantly be run by this and trying to self soothe ourselves if we don't properly go into it to remove the fear of death. You must trust, you must trust that there is something greater out there that we are unaware of. It may be reincarnation in an afterlife, it may be heaven. It may be just your consciousness moving on into different forms. But as long as we can trust that we are souls, that we are more than this physical body, that really what we are attached to right now is an attachment to the physical body, which actually is a constantly deteriorating substance. The physical body that you are attached to is ever changing. It is not permanent. So we are attached to something that is as fleeting as the wind. We are attached to something that was never ours to be attached to. You are not your body. You are the soul that lives inside your body. And when you can recognize that and trust that you accept that anything can happen, that nothing is a guarantee. And that this greater being at power, whether you call it Goddess, God, Buddha, source, whatever name you want to put on it, will pan things out exactly how they were meant to be. If you or I was meant to die, there's nothing we can do about that. So there is no point living our entire lives so stressed out about something that is truly out of our control. We cannot truly live if we cannot accept that death is an inevitable. In fact, the only reason why we create, the only reason why we wake up every day and make art and dance and sing songs and live this beautiful life, is because in the back of our mind, we know we are going to die. If you weren't going to die, you wouldn't create this life that you were living in. If life was just always like this and you were never going to die, people would just give up. We create because we do know that there is this timeline that we have. We don't know when that timeline is, but we know that this isn't a forever thing. This life is a fleeting experience. So because we are gifted, this moment of now, it is our opportunity to create whatever it is we want to with it. So the day that we truly understand that we are all going to die is the day that we truly understand what it is to be alive. We will only reach surface level spirituality if we don't accept this. And I know I don't like to, like, think about my death every single day, and I know it's not like a sexy topic in any means, but unless we can come face to face with it, that this is what I'm escaping from, this is what's causing my anxiety, this is what's causing my tension, then we're able to see that even if death happens, there is more. We don't know what that is, but we do know that we go on in some shape, way or form. And, you know, maybe whatever is going to happen with our souls next is even so much greater than we've experienced in this lifetime. You know, just like when we were babies in our mother's wombs, I'm sure we were afraid of getting out of our cocoon and stepping into this earth. I'm sure we were worried about what was going to be out there. And oh my God, I don't know. I'm sure we were like, please let me stay in this womb forever. And then we were born and we got to experience this gift. And now we are in another womb, this womb of earth, this womb of this lifetime. And we're so afraid of what happens in the next transition, the next evolvement, the next cycle, not knowing that it could be even greater than what we are experiencing right now. So I understand that this is probably deeper spiritual work than many of you have stepped into yet. And some of you are probably like, yes, I think about this all the time, but this is really like the essence of tantra, the essence of living with duality, the essence of knowing that we can only experience joy when we experience that hardship. And both are simultaneous ends of the spectrum. And when we can accept both and see the medicine in both, that is when we truly come alive. And in my perspective, that is really when life becomes fun. Because the truth is, the fear of death is not even new. It was always there, but we just weren't thinking about it yet. You know, one in six people die of heart disease like that is millions of times more deadly than coronavirus. But we aren't thinking about it all the time. We aren't, you know, on the news, like, oh my God, one in six people will die of heart disease. Stop drinking Coke, stop going to McDonald's, stop getting stressed out. This is the greatest killer of all time. Oh my God. Stay home, don't be stressed. Like, imagine if we reacted about heart disease, which is actually killing one in six people the same way as we did coronavirus. So again, I'm not saying don't take precautions. I'm not saying go outside and put other people in jeopardy at all. Like, I'm on day like 20 something of my quarantine. I kind of live this lifestyle. So I'm enjoying this beautiful global break in human history. And the only reason why I'm able to enjoy it is because I know that if I'm meant to die, I will die. And if someone is meant to die, they will die. And I can't hold onto control. I can't think that I know better than source. I can't pretend that I know everything going on. But what I can know is that this life is a gift. And I'm only able to appreciate this gift if I know that it's not forever. So I invite you right now to look at your relationship with the great unknown, with death, with not knowing what tomorrow will bring. I want you to look at what it is that you are so afraid of and really go into it and realize that even if that happens, you will go on, that you will become stronger and wiser and more developed and more loving and more patient. And you've made it through 100% of your worst days and you will continue to. So, yes, self care, soothe yourself, feel comfortable, feel warm. And the only way we can truly get through this as a collective is if we look at what we are so afraid of and realize that that thing that we are so afraid of is actually what makes life so beautiful.
