Your soul came here on this planet and it chose where you're going to be born, the parents you're going to be born from, the way that you were brought up, the obstacles that you've experienced as a child, all as the unique forms of resistance that you needed to become this version of you that only that contrast could have provided you with. So you were born in the microcosm of the macrocosm of what you're here to actually help heal in society. You were given a front row seat to that thing. So if you were born into a family where addiction was very prevalent, it is because you are meant to know this topic of addiction inside and out in a way that no book could have taught you than you knowing the steps that your dad takes and whether he's drunk or not. The layers though, the way that addiction affects entire family unit, the way that it's passed down, the numbing effects. To love an addiction, only someone who was born in the front row seat of that thing would be able to really understand it. Welcome back to the High Self Podcast. Now let's get into this one. I am so excited to be back for a solo cast. It's been eight months since I've last recorded a solo cast, so if you haven't noticed, the podcast has been at my home studio back when I lived in la, which I left last November, and very Capricorn of me. I did pretty much all the episodes for the year because I didn't know where I was going to go after sitting in my rose Dieta, which was 10 days of silence, working with the element of the rose. So drinking rose tea, meditating on the rose. The rose spoke to me and she said, it's time for you to spread your wings and fly. And there are some stages in our lives that are about really incubating in Our cocoon and others that were meant to spread our wings. And I didn't know entirely what that looked like, but I knew my time in la, after a year of grounding there, was complete. And so I sold most of my belongings and what I had left, I put in a small storage and I left. And I first left for Dubai. After a couple of months of being in Dubai and the lack of nature, I realized that my entire life since first going to Bali when I was 23 years old, I've always, like, if you ask me what is your ideal life, I would have said it is to live in the jungle where I can go to waterfalls and eat tropical fruits and be with community, dance to the drums, live in connection with nature. And for me, Bali was the place that I had just experienced the most beautiful shakti energy that just oozes from the earth here. But when I was in my former relationship, it was not his vision of life. So I thought, you know, maybe one day when I'm like 50 years old, he'll change his mind and, and we'll be able to move. And the goddess said, oh, you planted the seed, this intention 11 years ago. And, you know, I had to go into a deep alchemical journey to get here. But here I am in Bali, where I've been living the past four months now, and truly the place that my soul has felt most at home. And so I share this because I've realized so much about spirituality. I have been on the most immense journey of consciousness. And I want to share, like, the essence of what I've learned the past few months, because it's not just being here in Bali. I spent over a month by myself in India, sitting in temples every single day, diving deep into karma, why I am the way that I am, and patterns in my life and really understanding these things. So we'll. We'll drop into that. And then Egypt, the land of death and the unknown. I ended up in Egypt four days after my then husband confessed about his infidelity to me. We were supposed to go on a trip together, and I ended up going by myself. And it was the perfect place to die. It was there in those tombs and in those temples that I had 10,000 thousand funerals for my former self, my role as a wife, the children I thought I would have, the life I thought I would live all of a sudden put to ashes. And it was there, through surrendering to the death that the alchemical death began, that it was the death of that former way of living life. And it opened Me up to a new version of me that I wasn't quite certain who she would be and what it would look like. But I knew that if I was meant to die in this lifetime, it is because there is a life that is so much greater that I can't yet see. And so over those 29 months, 29 is the number of days in a lunar cycle. It's the number of degrees in an astrological sign. I ended up back in Egypt. Not on purpose. I was asked to facilitate on Robert Grant's expedition. It wasn't until I got there that I realized it was exactly 29 months since I was last in Kemet, the actual name of Egypt. And this journey that I had gone on, this journey of understanding love, understanding relationship in this new paradigm, marriage in this new paradigm, seeing all of the shadows and the collective consciousness within myself, within my family, within my childhood, ancestral lineage, past lives, having my eyes so wide open to something that it wasn't quite in my field yet. You know, when you're just kind of going through life and you hear, oh, like people with this kind of health thing or people with that kind of problem, you don't. You're not really attuned to it until it becomes your problem. And then all of a sudden, you're thrown into a new curriculum in your soul's mystery school. And you become obsessed with learning about this thing because this desire is so deep within you. And now I've realized that desires are really just dangling carrots. And those desires are placed within us because it is not about actually attaining that desire, that relationship, that amount of money, that home, that stability, recognition, whatever the desire is for you right now. And I want you to become cognizant of it. What is that thing I really want? What if that thing was designed by your soul for you to not have, but really desperately want this thing because it was the only thing that could have propelled you on the journey of consciousness that nothing else would have? And so for me, this deep desire to truly live as love, to be the embodiment of love, and to experience true, sacred union in this lifetime, took me through a journey of consciousness in the realms of matters of the heart that I would have never gone through had I not experienced the contrast there. And so the teaching I really want to share with you is that we created all of this, our oversoul, the highest part of ourselves, the part of our soul that is connected to our past lives, our lineage, our future. It's that that part of you that your intuition is speaking from when it says, go this way, say that thing, say no, speak these words, that part of you, your highest self, is always guiding you. And your soul came here on this planet and it chose where you're going to be born, the parents you're going to be born from, the way that you were brought up, the obstacles that you've experienced as a child, all as the unique forms of resistance that you needed to become this version of you that only that contrast could have provided you with. The layers, though, the way that addiction affects entire family unit, the way that it's passed down, the numbing effects to love an addiction, only someone who was born in the front row seat of that thing would be able to really understand it. You have been maybe born into a family of poverty consciousness, of abandonment, of woman, of war consciousness like myself, my family's from Iran, where there's currently a war happening. That war is not just externally. It's a consciousness within ourselves. So let's talk about what a consciousness is. A consciousness is a thought form that is created over time when many, many people give their belief to a story. So, for example, this story of scarcity, this story of I'm not going to have enough, therefore, my neighbor is my enemy, therefore if I don't take everything I can right now, I'm going to be left with nothing. This was a story that someone at some point of time created and passed on. So maybe we all shared one ancestor, like little Frugal Franny, you know, and she created the scarcity story. And she was like, oh, those berries, they're my berries. Y' all can't have these berries. I'm gonna eat them all now. None for you, otherwise I'm gonna go hungry. And they were like, we've always shared our berries. And freaking Frugal Franny ruined it for everyone. And then other people start to say, well, Frugal Franny's eating all the berries, so if I don't get a bunch of berries too, there's going to be none left for me. And then Nancy over here says, well, I got to get the berries too. And it's like, well, if it's. If we're all fighting for the berries, maybe we should also fight for the wood. And maybe we should also fight for the resources here. And maybe we should also fight for this and fight for that. Because there's not enough and all it takes is one person doing it for this consciousness now to become a collective thought form. For example, have you ever been eating with like your family and you have like one sibling or someone who like puts all the food on their plate and you were like eating family style. Everyone was chilling, but this one person needed to go like extra and like scoop all the sauce. And now all of a sudden you weren't even thinking about that there wouldn't potentially be enough sauce for your seconds. And now you're like, shit, Paulina's taken all the freaking sauce. And I was thinking about having more. And now there's going to be. So I need to go really extra on my next scoop. I'm going to actually just a bunch of stuff that I'm not even sure if I'm even hungry for. But if I don't take it now, there might not be more later. So I'm just going to take it now and then the next person sees you doing that and then soon everyone's fighting for the food. This is the scarcity consciousness tale, as all this time. And so we've passed down these thought forms. Thought forms, by the way, aren't just negative consciousnesses, they're also deities. What is a deity? What is a goddess? A goddess is a thought form. So for example, we have all experienced that time in our life where it was all burned down, that you had a life and it was like thrown up in flames. It was like reset, new beginning. You thought that was going to be the tricky of your life. Whole new genre of this movie. Now we've all experienced that on your knees moment when it was just like maybe pure chaos. Complete surrender into the unknown. No idea what was going to happen next until you just trust that. Okay, I guess it's time for something new. We've all experienced that energy of a death in this life. And that death, not being a physical death, but the death of our old way. So that thought form is the energy of Kalima. She is the goddess of death and rebirth. So all of us collectively for 10,000 years who've experienced this have created this thought form, this deity. It's not just Kalima, it's also Sekhmet, it's also Inanna that we all the different cultures have realized this is a archetype, this is an aspect of life, and so they personify it so we can connect to it in this greater way. This is why you see so many of the similar deities throughout ancient spiritual lineages around the world. So that energy that you feel when you are channeling and you are creative and you are connected to music and you're hearing the rhythms of things and you're dancing, and it just feels like the music is speaking through you and poetry is just coming out of your mouth. And it's like you're writing books that are coming from goddess herself, and you're just flowing as you become one with it. We've all experienced glimpses of that. That's the energy of Saraswati. So consciousness creates thought forms, creates personifications, creates deities, but also consciousnesses that are passed down intergenerationally, such as scarcity consciousness, war consciousness, poverty consciousness. So, for example, in my lineage, war has been a very real and persistent thing. My parents escaped from a war. My grandparents have been radically affected by numerous wars. And it's gone on for thousands of years in the Middle East. And so until very recently, this war in Iran, which I'm not in, but my family is there. And so, again, I'm not speaking from a place of spiritual bypass. I'm speaking from a place of. I'm constantly FaceTiming with my mom, making sure my family in Iran is okay. So from a place of being in it. But something that I learned that I believe the medicine prepared me for last year was that we cannot end war until we end war. Consciousness within. And the war that we're seeing in the world is a direct reflection to the consciousness of war that we have perpetuated within ourselves. The war within ourselves, the war against how we are, what we say, how we look. We are constantly at war with ourselves. I'm going to guess you are at war with yourself right now. There is another thought you're having that's not paying attention to me. That's at war at something about yourself. I did this wrong. I'm not good enough. It's never going to happen. You are attacking yourself. And so it starts there and now, the war consciousness within a family. You know, it showed me very much how when I was growing up, it would be your dad, and I think this about you. We are siding against you. Or I would, you know, feel this way about my dad or my brother, and I would find someone to side against them with me. And so it's this battle that we often see in families of let me find an ally to go against you warn consciousness in the family. What is war about? Power. What is the number one cause of disharmony in relationships? Power. Even the modern relationship tips out there are all about a conquest of constant power. Be the black cat and not the golden retriever. You guys have probably heard this all over Instagram and TikTok. The black cat is the one that cares less. The black cat is the one that doesn't lean in when you take a photo. The black cat is the one that will walk away. So be the black cat. Be the one who doesn't care. Be the one whose heart is more closed because then you're not going to get hurt as likely if you don't let yourself feel, if you don't let yourself surrender to love, at least you won't get hurt on the other side. And that is guys relationship advice of 2025. Don't care because you're probably going to get heartbroken anyways. Be a black cat. Like Vanessa Hudgens. And so we are all so afraid of loving, we are so afraid of losing our power that relationships and you can even look like all the people that you know in relationships. You can kind of assert who's. Who's in power here. Is this person the more powerful in the relationship or that it's a constant battle in relationships for it? Dating. It's all this. I stepped two steps forward. You stepped too. It's a fencing game we're playing here. It's not even about love. It's about power. What the medicine really showed me is you can never have love when you are on a quest for power. They cannot mutually coexist because power has you seeing one way that love would simply not allow. And so how do we end war? We become love. How do we end poverty? We create abundance. We remember abundance. We notice the abundance. I was at this waterfall, by the way. Waterfalls are around the world. And if you instead of going to Disneyland, go to your local waterfall. Because as I was sitting there watching earth gushing with this constant flow of life for us and it was never going away. I'm like, God, there's actually so much abundance that we are so disconnected from. Earth is abundant. There is food growing everywhere. You leave a seed, it will become a tree. Abundance is who we are. It is a lie. It is a deception to think that there is not enough. It is a fault. Franny, she started this all. And we all have these veils of disillusionment that we are Intergenerally passing down. And because we believe it will make us feel safe, we're raising our children this way. And it goes on. And it goes on. I mean, how many stories did you hear as a child? Money doesn't grow on trees. Oh, well, rich people are bad. Oh, well, people like us, we don't get to do things like that. Oh, you. You think I'm just. You think I'm just made of paper. You think I'm printing out dollars? Like all of these things that we are taught from the time that we are children, which is, again, our parents doing this from their believed sense of love. But it's not actually creating love. It's creating more disharmony and disillusion. This is an ad by BetterHelp. So one of the most heartbreaking things I hear from so many of my students and listeners is that work is the bane of their existence. It's the cause of most of their stress. And it's hard for them to fulfill their dharmas to. To read the books they're interested about, even be present for their friends and family, because they're constantly thinking about work. And this is why it's so important to really not just avoid this, but to go into it with therapy, to look at how we can navigate the challenges of our workday, whether it's better time management or having a conversation with your boss or colleague or even shifting careers. You know, we spend most of our day in our work, and if we're not in alignment with what we're doing and how we're doing it, it's going to eat away at our mental health. So I personally have gone to therapists and coaches to talk about my work life over the past few years, and it's allowed me to really pinpoint what are the things I'm doing that are draining me of energy and how can I spend more time in my zone of genius. And it's something that is an integral part of my team as well. But we can only know this for ourselves through therapy. So I highly recommend giving Better Help a try. It's the world's largest online therapy platform, serving over 5 million people globally. You take a quiz and you're matched with a licensed therapist, and you can even message them between sessions. So our listeners get 10% off their first month@betterhelp.com Sahara that's betterhelp h e l p.com Sahara and you can find that link in the show notes. So trust your intuition, trust your inner wisdom. Trust you in the guidance. So simply Told we have forgotten who we are. We have forgotten what is real. We think what is real is what is being re shared on social media. That is the ultimate illusion. That is the ultimate trap. Because what is being shared on social media is the ultimate spread of a thought form that when we are not cognizant of it, they hijack our consciousness and we become them. All it takes. Guys, I don't know about you, but my Instagram reels love to make me cry. I don't know how I ended up here, but I end up on cute animals in hard times and babies doing really nostalgic things. That makes me think about the passage of time and cry constantly. And so my algorithm knows this is the way into her consciousness. Show her the lion that was disconnected from her cub. I'm. Everything's going great in my life. I'm in bully. I'm crying. I don't even have kids. I'm like, they cry. I'm so fast. They go to college. Maybe they don't even. Are they even to call me? It wasn't even. I love them so much, and they're just gone. I'm there, but I'm not even there. It's a consciousness. It's a thought form, and our emotions become the trigger. These thought forms know how emotional and reactive we are as humans, so they trigger us. They trigger us. Oh, this is your anger. Pay attention to this. Children are dying. Pay attention to this. Be angry. Be angry. If you're not angry, you're a bad person. If you're not angry, you are selfish. If you are angry, that means your heart is actually closed. So give us your anger, give us your sadness, give us your tears. Who's feeding off of this? I really believe there are layers to this. Maybe I'm going to get kicked off the air for talking about it. Who's feeding off of this? Who's feeding off of the collective rage, hysteria, disempowerment, grief that we are perpetually in as a society? And I want to speak into this because a lot of our days are being ruined from things that are not even in our reality. Like, I'm literally in a jungle, and I'm feeling so much sadness for what's happening in this part of the world, in that part of the world and that part of the world. And the thing is, the way that it's set up right now, and I'm just going to go here for a moment because we got to look at the shadows if we're going to really be spiritual people, the Way that this system is set up to control us by our emotions is it has a really bad thing happen that everyone's paying attention to. Ukraine, everyone pay attention to this. And then it kind of goes away. And then you're like, are things normal? And then it's like, now pay attention to this and now pay attention to that. And it's sort of goes on these waves that you never quite get a break. You never quite get to exhale. So you're in this constant response where you're tightening and you're constricting and you never have the release. Now why is this important? Because if you look at any animal, which by the way, we are, if you look at nature, we are a part of it. If you look at any animal, it has a contraction. The zebra is running away from the line. It's thinking its ass is going to be eaten right now. It doesn't know what's going to happen. And it finds this tree and it hides behind it and somehow the lion gets distracted by something else. And then the zebra's like, I'm okay, waits a second. It's, it's startled, it's in freeze. And then it's like, okay, lion's gone. Shakes off its nervous system, releases that stored trapped energy, the adrenaline that is holding onto, comes back into equilibrium, and then can go on eating plants, living life until the next time it happens. But it's not happening every two days. It's a sometimes thing. And that's how our bodies are meant to adapt to stress. Throughout history, there have always been famines and wars and hard things that have happened. But what has not happened is for us to know about all of them happening in the world at the same time. That has never happened before. And our nervous systems are not wired for this. And I speak to this because you might be listening to this. Well, Sahara, isn't that selfish to not know? Are you not a human? Are you not a human whose life matters? There's such a deep martyr consciousness. Again, thought, form, martyr consciousness is such a huge one, especially with us empaths, with us feelers and as spiritual people of if I'm not feeling bad about this thing all the time, then I'm a bad person and I must not care. And then let me tell you the trickle effect of what happens. Let's say Jennifer here, she is a healer, she is an empath. She has beautiful gifts to share when she works with people one on one. She has immense healing abilities in her hands. She works with children, she lights up their day. She has a dream of starting a school for children with special needs. And working with them. And connecting them to their hearts. And allowing them to be able to communicate in different ways. And she really believes these special needs are actually soul gifts that they are born with. And are actually parts of new levels of consciousness that are coming through. And she has such a beautiful and reformative view of what these things could look like. And such a desire to create these kinds of schools. And so she's born with this very clear Dharma. This very clear why to why she's here. And she has the empathy for it. She has the patience for it. She has the listening skills for it. She has the grounding, the patience for it. She is perfectly created to be the person to solve this very important problem. That our society has. Of working with children of special needs. And using her gifts of healing in this way. So what a gift, right? Should be simple. But now her nervous system is shot. Because this war is happening. And that chaos is happening. And that political bill was passed. And this thing's happening over here and this other country. She needs to be more informed about that. And how was she not paying attention to that? And she's being stabbed again and again and again and again and again. And her energy, she can't even take care of herself, let alone others. She's not able to be present with her own children. She's not able to be the partner that she wants to be. She maybe loses her relationship. She's glued to her phone. Constantly looking at all of the chaos and destruction happening on Earth. And thinking, I need to keep paying attention to this, to be a good person. And meanwhile, those children. Those maybe thousands of children that her soul was meant to impact. Their lives are never touched. Because her consciousness was hijacked by these thought forms that pride on her empathy. That made her her own enemy. And the very thing that her soul incarnated here to do. The very raison d', etre, her reason of being is gone. The lives that she was meant to impact. The life that she was meant to experience. The way that she was meant to be a role model for her children. The relationship she was meant to have. The way that it was meant to heal and uplift what was possible for her lineage. All gone because she wanted to be a good person. And so I say this because we have a lot of these naysayers on social media. Who are completely taken by these consciousnesses. And they come through. And some consciousnesses will really impact us more heavily. For whatever reason. And sometimes they'll tell you, you're not paying attention to this. How dare you. You're not posting about that. How dare you. You're not paying attention. You are bad. And the last thing our inner child wants is to be bad, to not care. But do you see how it's the ultimate trick on ourselves? That the very thing that we're meant to care about, we don't even get the mental space to care about. We never even get to explore that area of our consciousness that would have even had the thought, let alone to follow through and to birth. The very thing that you are here to birth because your energy is zapped on the exact same problem that, by the way, billions of other people who also feel helpless about it, who also don't have solutions on it, are all focused on. And I want to speak to this because I see this as the biggest problem that is going to be holding back society from actually becoming a place where we are bettering the world, but rather a place that we have siphoned our energy to focus on the destruction which just creates more destruction. I go on my social media and I see war and genocide and famine and sorrow. I'm a human being. Of course I'm going to react. Of course I'm going to respond. Of course, all of a sudden I'm not going to be paying attention to the conversation I'm having right after that. Of course my thoughts are going to be going into the worst things. Of course I'm going to feel guilt about why am I not? Why does my soul not have to experience that? Why do bad things have to happen to good people? Of course I'm sad. Of course I'm depressed. Of course I don't want to sing and dance, let alone even do anything positive. I feel bad about doing any of that, let alone sharing it with other people. And so I actually become the very thing, the consciousness of it, that I'm so sad that they're experiencing. So I take it on myself. If you're hungry, does me also saying, well, I'm gonna go hungry too. Does that feed you? If someone is sick in your family, do you all decide, let's all get sick because I care about you. So we're all gonna be sick and we're all gonna be helpless together. Ladies and gentlemen, society of 2025, and probably for a few more years after that, until we realize that the only way. And I say this as someone whose family lives in Iran. I say this as someone who dedicated my life to activism, who went to school for international human Rights, law. I'm saying this as someone who deeply cares about the world. The only way that you will change the world is. Is to truly commit to your dharma. Everything else is just a distraction because you're not going to follow through with it, because you don't know about it, because you don't have the gifts, the awareness, the nuance. Some people's dharma is to help this specific issue. Some people were born into a lineage of that. Some people have a natural propensity for a thing, and they're going to follow through. But we can't all expect we're going to be the experts on every single geopolitical issue as it's happening. When that thing has been generations, thousands of years in the making. For us to actually be able to have a somewhat fair perspective on that thing. And so this doesn't mean, okay, I'm off the hook. I'm not going to care about anything. No, I want you to care really deeply about the thing that you're going to follow through with, about the thing that your soul chose, about the thing that moves the needle for you. And this doesn't mean that we don't listen to other things. We listen, we have discussions. We care. Doesn't mean we put blinders on. But to drop what we're doing, to go to the next thing, to the next thing, the next thing. This is just a distraction story that keeps us in this perpetual loop of suffering, that actually keeps us from being able to birth the solutions to the world problems that we are here, here to birth. This is why I've dedicated my life to Dharma. To me. It's been over 10 years. That's why I have it tattooed on me. It's why I wrote the book Discover your Dharma. It's why I created Dharma Coaching Institute. The only thing I keep coming back to is if we want to change the world, if we want to change ourselves, if we want to change the problems that we have, we want to change our lineage. We want to change our relationships. We want to change our abundance levels. And the center stone of all of it is your Dharma, your true essence, your true nature. Who you are, who you are meant to be. The unique magic sauce that only you can carry. Your energetic frequency, your soul signature, your cosmic calling, your soul contract that you decided to incarnate here with on this planet. Your unique way of expressing not just what you do, how you do it, how you show up, and not just your career, but in everything that you do. The highest vibration is not love, it's authenticity. For you to be so authentically yourself, even when it's fucking lonely, even when you don't know how it's going to be figured out for you to truly stand in what you know to be true, which is your essence. Which by the way, it's not new, it's who you've always been. You were born with these unique gifts. You were born as that creative kid because you were meant to create. You were born as that really curious kid because you're here to ask questions. You were born with your gift for listening because you're here to listen. You were born with your gift to sing because you're here to see. Don't let society make you think that these things are just random. I don't know, maybe side hobbies you can do on a Saturday. No, it's the center stone of your life. When I was just in Egypt, I walked into this temple called Dundara. It's a temple of Hathor, the goddess of music, dance, creativity, fertility, the mother goddess. And I was there 29 months before. I didn't make it to that temple because I. My throat chakra got extremely inflamed and so I wasn't able to go cuz I wasn't meant to. And so finally now I was ready and I, you know, looked all cute, thinking I was going to do a fun little real shoot there, spirit out of their plans. I walked into this blue line temple, seeing Ha's face that looked like mine and seeing these hieroglyphics telling the story of consciousness. Not that I could read hieroglyphics like an Alphabet, but the symbols, you know, the symbols when they speak to you and they're telling you what you need to hear, which by the way, so does that tree, so does that plant, so does that cloud. And so when I walked into that temple, the deepest mixture of gratitude of oh my God, I'm here, I'm finally here. It was real. What I've imagined my entire life. Us gathering in circle, us doing rituals together, singing, dancing in harmony. The flowers, the altars, the. The veils that were hanging from the ceiling. It was all real. And this grief. How have we come so far? How have we lost what the center stone of our society used to be about? Connection to spirit was not something you just maybe had a random high thought about sometimes. It was the center stone of why we were here. It was not just in Egyptian culture, in Mayan culture, in Persian culture, in Chinese culture and Celtic cultures. Every single society was centered around our connection to something so much Greater than ourselves. The temples were there to connect us to something beyond these little quadrants that we are so stuck in. It made me so sad to think of my own childhood and maybe yours. Where you feel so alone, where you feel so stuck in this family that often just feels foreign, like, why am I here? And maybe your friends and people around you didn't get you. And maybe you felt things that no one else around you could feel and you felt so freaking alone. And maybe. And I sometimes feel this too, still moments that you're like, am I making this up? Am I just, like, making up this whole spiritual thing? Is this, like, my trauma response to, like, my childhood? And when I went into that temple and I was just blown away by something so much greater to me, and walking through it was like every single room, it was this, like, wave of being hit of like. And I've been here too. And I've been here too. And everything you felt is real. This isn't our first dance. It's just most people still don't remember. Most people still have forgotten who they are. The world, we're fighting wars about God. More people have been killed around. Oh, you pray to God in a different way than I pray to God. I'm going to kill you and your family over that. How have we gone so far? And again I ask myself, why? Who's benefiting from this? What is this consciousness that's feeding off of our separation and our division that's making us think that our brother and our sister is our enemy? By the way, Muslims, Jews, Christians lived in peace for thousands of years prior to colonialism. And by the way, before Abrahamic religion, we were all pagan. We all worked with the elements, Every single spiritual lineage around the world. Do you know what we work with? Earth, fire, water, air, spirit, plants, trees. Our connection to source, as above, so below that is in every single spiritual lineage. So we've made up these religions. We've made up these borders. They're false ideologies. Imagine I just put a twig between you and I, and I was like, don't you dare go past that twig. This is my property now. This is my country now. Look, I even made a flag. This is who I am. I will die for this flag. Meanwhile, the British put that twig there because they were just trying to split up their oil with the French. It's all related, guys. What we are seeing in the world is just a direct reflection to the loss of consciousness that we are experiencing within ourselves. And the way that people are bullying one Another of no, you need to pay attention. You don't care. You're. You're spiritual bypassing post this, post that it's all part of this same agenda. It's all part of the same construct of turn your, your sibling into your enem. Divide and conquer tale as old as time. Because when we are so busy fighting against each other, we are not looking at the deeper thing that is happening, which is the consciousness, the false belief that we are separate, that there is hierarchy in anyone's way of worshiping the divine, that these borders are even real. They don't exist. These countries, they don't exist. Did you guys know, if you just go back, we were all one country. It was called Pangea. That's what they call it now. Your culture, it's made up. Because if you actually go back, all of us all came from Africa. We just moved in different ways. So what country are you really from? Just the one that your parents happen to be born into. And so now your entire life is based on this identity. And people go to the lengths of killing someone else. And by the way, have you noticed these wars are always fought with the closest of people, the neighbors. Morocco, Algeria, Israel, Palestine, Ukraine, Russia. The same people put a border and have them kill each other for it. This is the reason why I was crying in that temple is because we have lost the way of connecting to spirit, of consciousness, of our connectivity of the all is why we have these wars, it's why we have this poverty, it's why we have this scarcity, it's why people are having such a hard time with it that they need to numb themselves and are going to addiction. The ultimate thing that we can do to help the world is to raise our consciousness. Because without that we are just continuing to feed into these thought forms, these entities. We are giving more of it. The more we fight the war against the war, the more is war consciousness. And so I feel the new paradigm is really at this time that we are reclaiming the immense power that our vibration and our energy have. Because if we realize that our energy, our intention, the, the way that we are spending our thoughts can create or destroy worlds, we're going to be a lot more attuned to it. And so do you guys remember back in the day, like when you had a TV and there was like a remote and there were only a select number of channels and so you didn't really want to watch any of the shows that were on, but you kind of just flipped around and it was like, oh God, I Guess I'll have to watch tnt. Nothing else. I don't even like this show, but I'm just gonna watch it. So you're putting something into your conscious that you don't even want. You don't even choose. But at least it's distracting you from yourself, so you just watch it. We're doing the exact same thing with social media. You come back from a long day, there's so much to process. There's so much to ground into. There's so much to kind of. If we actually sat and unwinded, it may take us some time. It may actually bring up some things that we don't want to look at. And so what do we do? Phone. Did I get a hit? A dopamine hit? Does someone love me? Did I get a. Like a text, a comment, a story view? Does someone love me? Does someone care? Okay, distraction. Oh, my God. That real. It's so me. Send. Oh, my God. The sad thing. Aww. Feel. Oh, God. This horrible thing. We'll reshare because I gotta be a good person. That was exhausting. Now I'm crying. I don't actually talk to my friends. We just. Our entire friendship is sending each other reels. And three hours passed and. Oh, yeah, but I definitely don't have time for meditation or going to the gym or any kind of hobby because work, you know, that's how most of us are living our lives. And again, I'm only speaking to this because I. I do the same thing often, too. And I have to catch myself in it. I have to catch myself every single time. Did I choose this reel that I'm watching? Did I choose what I'm putting into my consciousness? Because whatever you're putting into your consciousness, you are creating. This world is a hologram. Whatever is in your thoughts is going to be projected back out to you. As above, so below, as within, so without. These are the laws of alchemy. And so if I'm taking in, oh, all men are emotionally unavailable, and they're always going to let you down. And truth be told, they secretly hate women. And those are the reals I'm seeing. Sure, maybe they have points of interesting things to say. My mind is munching on some new information. Loves that. But then what's going to happen? I just coded my brain for that program. And so now I'm going to go through life. Oh, man. You. I know about your species. Emotionally unavailable. You must be a porn addict. You must be an incel. You must be unable to provide anything of value for society. Get out of my way, you man. I was already trained about you guys from that podcast. And that, that reel, a lot of them, they all said the same thing. See, because it's the truth. Not looking at all at the fact that maybe it was the algorithm of consciousness that I put out and me watching that one reel told the algorithm. Oh, she really likes this opinion, this perspective. Keep feeding it to her in different voices. Oh, this thing keeps showing up. It must be real. And it's not just social media. It's the algorithm of life. Whatever we believe we will create, whoever we are, we will attract. You know, I find in myself, whatever experiences I'm in, I'm like, how is this person just a macro version of an aspect of myself that I'm not willing to look at? So if I'm attracting emotionally unavailable people, what is the part of me that's still emotionally unavailable? If you're attracting people who complain all the time, how did you end up there? How were you tolerant to them complaining all the time? Is there part of you that complains all the time? Maybe they complain more and they're just the macro version of it that source needed you to come face to face with for you to see your own tendency to be pessimistic. And so it's all a mirror. We are literally projecting out who we are. And then the universe creates these holograms to mirror it back to us. And then the beauty is, and you may have experienced this in this lifetime when you make a big shift, when you hit that level of rock bottom that you're like, something needs to change. When you realize that belief you were holding on to for so long is actually based in some bullshit and you don't want to do it anymore, and you change. And now all of a sudden, everything that was based in that false consciousness falls away. The relationships, the friendships, the jobs. You may have experienced this before. And all of a sudden there is a cleanup process that is happening because you've shifted this belief. And now everything, all the stack of cards that were based on this belief need to come crumbling down. There's a three dimensional pull that needs to happen on the other side of this, right? It. It. There's a pendulum there. And so I might be experiencing loss. I might be like, oh, my God, I. This friend I've had for so long, she's ghosting me now. What's going on? Oh, I thought I was going to be at this job forever, and now they're laying me off. Oh, I thought this relationship was My forever person. And now I found out this information. Well, it's because you shifted a belief. You ascended in levels of consciousness. You've explored aspects of yourself that you didn't before. And so naturally, your physical reality needed to shift in reflection. And so a lot of us right now are in a place of energetic clearing. And if you are Chef's kiss, you're exactly where you need to be. We actually need more of it. I'll do a whole other podcast because I'm going to be doing more solo casts. I know so many of you guys and share with me below. A lot of you guys say you actually prefer my solo cast. Do you want more solo cast? What topics would you love? So if you're listening to this on YouTube, please leave a comment. And if you're listening to this on Apple, please leave a comment. Let me know what topics. But I would really like to do one more on. On this alchemical process that we're in right now and how the universe really is us in inversed, and how we are creating all of this. But then the beauty and the gift is we're creating all of this. And so what do we want to create? Like, truthfully, we can paint in any color that we desire. This life can fully be of our choosing. I'm not saying it's going to happen tomorrow because there are a lot of systems and consciousnesses and karmas that have propelled you towards the life that you're in right now. You know, Rome wasn't built overnight. Your. Your life was not descended into yesterday. Right? There is a time period of purification and unraveling and letting go and hard conversations and big shifts and preparations. But you can, in this lifetime, that life that you're like, one day, when I'm 50 years old, I'm gonna live. You can have that far sooner than you could imagine. And the beauty of it is because once you even realize it, once you get there, you're in the experience. You realize it was never actually about that thing, but it was about who you became in the process of the quest for it. So thank you so much for tuning in today.
