Namaste, it's Sahara Rose. And welcome back to the Highest Self podcast, a place where we discuss what makes you your soul's highest evolvement. I am speaking to you while watching a beautiful tropical thunderstorm go by me here in Miami, Florida. And what I love about living here in the tropics is just the weather is always continuously moving and shifting. You know, I lived in LA for six years before this, and in la, the weather is quite the same every single day. It doesn't really feel so alive. Whereas here, the weather, the Earth, it has a personality of its own. It has its own moods and temperaments and phases that it goes through. And it was just so sunny a few minutes ago, and now it's this beautiful wild thunderstorm. And it's such a great example for ourselves in our own lives that we are not the same, that maybe we try to show up the exact same way every single day, but we are not the same person, especially as feminine beings who have different menstrual phases that we go through. We have our menstrual phase, follicular phase, ovulatory phase, luteal phase. We are affected by the moon cycles, we are affected by the seasons. We are affected by what's happening in the skies. Through astrology and so many other cyclical phases that affect us on an energetic level as well as for men and in our lives and in our dharmas, our soul's purposes, we also go through these seasons and shifts. One thing that I am always repeating is that your dharma is not just one thing. It's not just one job or one project that you do, but it's more so why you do it and how you do it. It's the way that you show up. It's the reason why you show up. It's your energetic frequency. It's the way that you can express that no one else can. And that really is what your dharma is all about. However, for so many of us, we are so used to corporate jobs and positions that we have to be the exact same every single day. We aren't able to go on a creative whim because we are feeling creative, or be more productive a certain day because we're feeling more productive, or take a rest a certain day because we're feeling like we need to rest. We are taught to kind of be like machines and robots and just, you know, do what is necessary. But most of us don't even go much further than than that. So I feel like many people because of 2020 and the quarantine and the pandemic for the first time, began asking themselves, is this really it? Is my life meant to be the same day lived over and over and over and over again? Am I meant to basically just wake up, go to work, come home, eat, sleep, and go back to work the next day, and then spend my days doing tasks that don't feel in alignment with my gifts? They don't really matter to me, they don't contribute to the world, and I don't even really see where this is going. So for a lot of us, we have this realization, which is actually stage one of Dharma discovery. It's the self awareness that I see, the trajectory that my life is taking, and something needs to shift. So a great friend of mine, Nita, who's the guest on the podcast today, had this realization for herself. And she actually had a very successful job as a dentist. She had her own dental office and was doing very well for herself, especially in society's perspective. However, she could feel that something was off, that she was meant for something greater. Not that there is anything wrong with dentistry, but she could feel that it wasn't right for her. And in fact, the reason why she navigated to that career was because she felt like she needed to, because it was safe, because it was stable. Her parents also coming from immigrant backgrounds, and at the same time, she was going through a really painful divorce that caused her to awaken into the ways that she maybe wasn't honoring herself before. So in this episode, she shares with us how she went from having a professional career into coaching, and now an incredible coach, speaking on many stages and inspiring so many people with her emotional grit. She lost both of her parents and her brother by the time she was 19 years old and faced a lot of hardships that for many of us, we couldn't even imagine. But she was able to turn her life experiences into the very teachings that she began sharing with her clients and becoming a very successful coach and navigating others through their obstacles, through their blocks, and helping them find a career that is right for themselves. So I'm so excited in this episode because I'm going to be introducing to you a project that I have been working on with Nita and her husband for the past year. You may have heard me hinting at this before. I don't want to give it away, but it's an opportunity to actually work with us directly, to be trained by us, certified by us, to become a coach. Now, I'm not going to give it all away because we're going to Share more about it at the end of this episode. So without further ado, let's welcome Dr. Neeta Bhushan to the Highest Self podcast.
Welcome.
My name is Sahara Rose and this.
Is the Highest Self podcast. I am so excited to have you here, especially because this is an in person interview with my dear friend and someone who we have co created. Such an amazing experience means an opportunity for you. So without further ado, let's welcome Dr. Neitha Bhushan Navalka to the Highest Self podcast. Welcome. Neitha.
That was awesome.
I love it.
Thank you for having me here. I'm super excited.
I'm so honored to be here in your beautiful home in Austin right now. And before we get started sharing all the things, I would love to ask you, what makes you your highest self? Okay.
So when I think about highest self, what immediately comes to mind is my innate ability to be able to connect with people. And I think that across stories, across, you know, what they've been through, and really pull out their basic, deepest, darkest secrets within a few moments of meeting them. So I would have to say that's my superpower.
I love that. And you so naturally embody the coach archetype, the nurture archetype. You are currently pregnant with your second child right now, a little baby girl. And what I love about you and what I love about what you're going to share with us today is for those who know they were born with that gift. I feel like so many of us since the time we were kids, people came to us with their problems. People wanted advice from us, even adults. I remember as a kid. Did this happen to you adults? My mom would come to me with her issues. It was just, they can almost feel that you can hold the space. And it's like this level of maturity that I think some of us were just naturally born with.
I think so. I mean, and definitely we'll get into that because I had to grow up fast in my whole upbringing. So I've always been that caretaker, the leader of the pack, the, you know, starting at 10 years old. So I feel like that really has been that, that Dharma for me, I.
Love it so much. So a lot of people listening to this, they have this gift. They have this gift to connect, to raise people's consciousness. But they feel like, who am I? I'm too late. I already have a 10, 20 year career.
I'm a mom.
How am I going to get started when people have been doing this for so much longer than I have? How do we move past this imposter syndrome.
Yeah, Imposter syndrome is so real. And I mean, I can go back to me starting out when I was a trained dentist and I went to school, cosmetic dentist. And so for me, when I finally realized that I wanted to do other things and jump ship and mind you, it was a very lucrative practice. Hit seven figures before I was 30. I mean, I was doing what traditionally was supposed to be my track record forever, but there was this sense of something that was missing. Of course, there's an entire story behind it. I was going through a divorce. I was really recognizing my own truth and full self discovery for the, the very, very first time. But through that transition from going from a place where you had all of these accolades and people were flying to come to my office and I was in charge of surgeons and other doctors and had a team of 15 to then selling and exiting the practice and starting something which I had no idea was going to be unconventional, completely unchartered, jumping ship, helping people find their voice, find their passions in the world. Coaching basically, and really an embodiment of who they were becoming. As I was starting to really recognize my own gifts in becoming a coach, I was definitely struggling with a lot of imposter syndrome. And it was, well, who goes from dentistry to coaching? And that too, I was, I was starting several different ventures all at the same time. So it was angel investing. I was mentoring young female startups because in dentistry or in dental school I was the minority, right? Not only minority because I was Asian, but minority because it's a male dominated industry. So I feel like throughout my traditional training, I always felt like I had this chip on my shoulder that I needed to prove to the professors that I was smart enough. I had to be not just a professional perfectionist because I'm working in millimeters, but also to my peers who were mostly male, that I wasn't just going to be known as an assistant. So jumping ship completely to a brand new industry where then I was kind of behind the scenes, yes, giving other people capital, but also advising them. Because what I was able to replicate in the medical profession and the dental profession, what I recognized, and this is the first kind of truth, was that, hey, I've got a knack here for something. I don't necessarily know what that knack is, but I can definitely see that this person is going through some personal pain that's not really connected to their wanting to get more money from their practice or make more revenue in their business. It was more so a personal internal struggle that they weren't really sharing. So that was that first insight, which then of course you know, turned into what I do today, which is helping other people, you know, find whatever that thing is. But to say that imposter syndrome was not part of my journey would be a complete lie. I feel as though, you know, it's been a lot a big part of the work that I do now simply because it happens to many high achievers, it happens to 70%, happens to women. Most of the imposter syndrome that is experienced. And this idea that we constantly have to get more accolades or accreditations or awards because our own worth is not enough, or really recognizing that we have this innate ability. Going back to the example of, you know what, I kind of knew that that person was struggling, but the facade was, I want to increase more revenue in my practice. And really when you peel behind the layers, as I would do, then I started to notice these patterns. And so that was kind of my first awakening into, ah, okay, we can work through this. It's not always the, you know, the facade that people bring and just being able to connect as humans, which of course, many of you who are listening right now, you do that so well. You can probably pinpoint some of the things that they're going through that they're not even really telling you.
I love that so much. And I think it's so important to note that no matter how much success you have, there's always going to be that feeling that you're not enough if you don't address the root cause of it. And I think so many of us, we jump from one thing to the next and we think that this is going to fill the void within ourselves and we finish a project, we go to the next thing, we do this thing, we go to the next, and it's still never, never enough. And then on top of that, being a mother, you know, being a mother is just this constant cycle of probably feeling like you're behind, feeling like, oh, my fellow peers have so much more time on their hands and I don't have this time anymore. How has that now played into your role as a coach, as an entrepreneur, but now having this two year old son and a baby? And what advice do you have for young mothers who are feeling this feeling of maybe guilt around, like, should I be starting a new career right now? Should I be trying to be a coach? Should I wait till my kids grow up? How can we make peace with this desire within ourselves that does also want to create more?
Yeah. Wow. It's such a Powerful question. I mean, it's something that I get asked every single day because not only do a lot of moms feel the guilt, the shame, the idea that, well, this is my life now, I've stepped into motherhood, you know, I'm just gonna. This is who I am. And I think that going through this process right now with our second child and knowing some of the wisdom that I've garnered from having our two year old, it was a big struggle, a huge identity struggle, and not gonna sugarcoat that at all. I think that the beauty that we have as women is that we have different phases and seasons of our life, and their phases and their seasons. It does not determine the trajectory that this is the path forever. I mean, your podcast is called the Highest Self Podcast, which means that we should be bringing our highest selves to, you know, our identity as a mother, which is just one string to our identity of what makes us come alive. I talk about that a lot. It's one of my biggest keynotes. But what really makes us come alive, which could be a whole strew of maybe yoga, breathwork, creative craft, crafts, writing, coaching other people, helping other people, in some ways making, you know, their homes more beautiful, you know, sanctuary. So whatever that is that lights you up. I feel as though with the, yes. Struggles of being a new mom and having to juggle it all, I think that a lot of times the guilt kind of overrides the passion that we want to have our own identity into something else. Because, of course, your kids are only young once, right? And so that was my whole dynamic of, wow, I've truly succeeded in one career. And yes, while this new path kind of offers me a lot more freedom, which I'm so thankful for. Like, I have, you know, my own hours and can film when he's asleep, or, you know, you have that flexibility of working from home, which is amazing. But to recognize that this is just the path for me now as a mom, I would definitely say go for whatever makes you come alive. I mean, whatever brings forth your highest self. And this is the beauty of the work that we're in as mothers, right? We can either mother our babies, our projects that we have that we want to birth out into the world, no pun intended, but. And also the many humans that we are raising, and a lot of times it actually goes hand in hand. What I found during this past few years into the throes of motherhood, not only it's had me kind of make decisions much faster, whereas before, I'd be so indecisive and I would be ruminating about certain things that didn't really happen, or I thought in my head that I didn't perform as well, or I had really high expectations. Now, because you're juggling a mini human, you don't have time to dwell on the small things. You don't have time to, you know, think, is that certification gonna be right for me? Should I really be putting that content out there? You just do it. Because every single day is a new dilemma with your child. Probably not sleeping or temper tantrums or whatever. It's a whole beast. So I felt like I've been able to channel that to give me more courage to step into some of the things that I would always question, because I had all the time to question that. Now you have limited time. So I feel like my focus is more, and your purpose is actually more because you're kind of like, well, I'm doing this for. I mean, not just for me, but also for them as well. There's an additional purpose. Right? So I think for me, that's been the biggest reminder of, you know. And I know you talk a lot about Dharma, but that's been the biggest reminder about my Dharma in this stage of my life. And that, yes, if you are a young mom and if you are struggling and if you think that your time and your boat has passed, that this is going to be your life right now, this is just a season, just remember that it's just a season, and it's just a phase. And even if you carve out just 30 minutes or an hour a week just devoted to you, you're going to just be a better mother for your children and not to mention for everyone around you.
I love that so much. And I think that it is so important to remember that all things pass and we can make the most of our time. I feel like so often we're like, oh, I don't have time for personal growth or investing in my education or whatever else. The thing is. But then how much time are you spending on social media each week? Like, how much time are you spending on Netflix or whatever else? The thing is, and our kids, our projects, it's not gonna end. It's just gonna keep moving, Right? So it's up to us to just decide to make the time, not wait for the time to appear. Because if we wait for that, like, suddenly I just have nothing on my calendar. Like, that doesn't happen. Or if it does, you're probably gonna be really anxious about why, of course. But it's just like carving out that, you know, going on a walk and listening to something that's gonna, like, take you further in your life. And so your children can be like, wow, my mom, you know, she did that. Or I'm of her, or I'm so inspired by her. And I think it's so important, especially kids can feel your energy. They can feel when you're depleted. They can feel when you're not feeling in alignment with your dharma. And is that the example you want to give to your kids? So I think moms choosing themselves shows kids later on in life to also choose yourself, too.
Oh, 1,000%. I mean, we cannot give from an empty cup, right? Obviously, the Buddha's teachings here, but we can't pour if our cup is literally empty or halfway empty. And obviously, you guys all know this, but it's such a great reminder, because when we're in the throes of the craziness of motherhood, and believe me, I've been planning on this because in a few months, we're gonna have two. And it's just every single day, if there is some sort of situation where, you know, he's two and a half, right? He's got his slew of emotions, and he knows intuitively that some change is happening. We just moved here to Austin, and also, I'm pregnant, and he's been very, very clingy now, you know, I could actually kind of react and say, you know what? I just. I'm just gonna give it all up because I have to focus 100% on him right now. And some people would argue that that might be the best parenting. But I know for myself, and this is what happens when you truly, truly know, what makes you come alive, what really lights you up, and you're on your path for your dharma, that I would not be a great mother if I didn't have my own outlet. So you're right. Even if it's five minutes in the car when I'm going to drop him off at school, I'm listening to a podcast or, you know, having just a little something in my, you know, audible that I'm just playing while I'm waiting to pick him up or at the grocery store, if he's kind of, like, walking around with my husband, I'm popping in my headphones. So being able to seize the time that we do have, because as moms, you really. Time is so limited and cherishing that. And I know we want to Netflix at the end of the day, but to just take that 15 minutes, because that accumulates over time. That is what we call really compounding effects over time. Just for your own self worth, self confidence, your sanity. And it could be the best blessing that you can give your kids, Kids and everyone around you.
I love that. And it's important advice for anyone. You know, sometimes we wait to make big decisions until we feel totally ready. And just to know. Sometimes the 15 minutes you open the grocery store, sometimes it's the walk that you take. And these little moments really do add up. And then you find yourself in a whole new career because of these pockets of time that would have just, you know, floated by and you would have probably not even done anything with it. So 1,000%, yes. And I've seen that so much in my own journey as well. So you have trained so many coaches. You are a coach. You've been in this industry now for so many years. A lot of our listeners, they're interested in being a coach. They don't know if it's right for them. What do you think makes a good coach?
Yeah, So I think that the biggest factors that go into being an extraordinary coach, writing a few books on literally how to be a coach and the Business Business book of coaching. I think that it starts out with really understanding your own sense of self. You have to really understand your gifts and what value you're adding to whatever conversation. And you probably know that you're the person that everyone goes to for advice, for help, and you're giving people the time freely, which could be 30 minutes or hours on end. Right. And you know that they're so transformed, or you've left them a completely different person than when you first started. So really being able to kind of notice the patterns that happen and actually take that awareness. So really, it starts with that self awareness of, okay, I'm noticing that I'm doing something and really owning it. Because a lot of times people will tell you, right, you're so good at this. You should really do something with that. Like, you're giving people so much advice. Like, the first time I heard this, and I had to grow up early. I lost my parents when I was much younger. And so I was always into health and fitness because of my own past traumas and triggers. Of course, I was orphaned before I was 19. And so I was always. Which is why I went to medicine. And I wanted to really be. It's my. Of course, my dharma to be nurturing and caring. But at the same time, it was. People were always like, you know, you should go into nutrition you should be a. You should do something with health. Like, you know, all of these hacks. And constantly, even when I was in college, like, as, you know, studying to be a dentist, so when people are starting to tell you you're good something, but you're kind of like, yeah, I guess. I mean, I take it for granted. Like, I know I knew a lot because I did a lot of research on that. But what I didn't know was how was that piece going to fit into my overall dharma, Right. My overall kind of plan and trajectory of what I was building and creating. And so if we were to go back to the question, what makes you a good coach? And what makes a good coach? I think the biggest differentiator is you have to be able to do the work on yourself. You know, you can't help someone if you are not willing to go deep within the stories that have played out in your lives. Right? Whether it's patterns, whether it's traumas, whether it's paying attention to even your own inner voice and seeing if it's actually matching with what people are telling you, what you should do. Like, people told me, yeah, you should go into health, something with health. They also said you should be a doctor, a lawyer, a dentist.
Right.
Coming from a very traditional Asian Indian background, those were some of the career options afforded to me. But you have to know what's right for you at the end of the day. So being able to take that into account, the next thing I would say is understanding what your shortcomings are, really being honest with yourself. Because as givers, as people who want to help everyone, right? There is a point. If you are going to help everyone, you will be depleted yourself. You will need to know what your boundaries are. And that is the fundamental role of any coach or teacher or anybody that's looking to service other people is to have boundaries with where they are willing to go and what they are not comfortable with. And I've seen this in our communities across the board. And we've trained thousands of coaches at this point and provide a lot of education for coach training for different industries. And what I found is the folks who try to do everything, they burn out the fastest. They don't share their gifts for a very long time because they're so excited about it in the beginning. And then they're not necessarily taking the time to really either self reflect or take care of themselves. And then finally, of course, it's ongoing training. Right. And I know that we've had conversations privately, and I know that your audience is so committed to continuous education and constantly like improving themselves. So I think that there is a season of even in coach training and really being able to further your knowledge in whatever capacity, whether it's deepening a specific technique or getting better at teaching headstands, or maybe even a different kind of, if you're a health coach, a different kind of a way to integrate some of the bodywork and health related coaching techniques. But I think it's to be able to be open to continuously see how some of the education that you're receiving, how it adds as more tools on your tool belt as you grow into this industry, whether you're in it for five years, two years, six months, months. You know, there's always that, that sense of growth and revisiting. Is this what I'm still supposed to be doing? Is this still part of my dharma? Is this still part of my direction of where I want to be going? Because a lot of times we'll have clients that also reveal to us, you know, maybe I need to go more into this or there's something else like an epiphany or an awakening that happens. So to be able to have that self check in. Because what I do see some of the pivotal pitfalls of coaches after we've trained them, they get so excited about everything, but they're not taking the space that sometimes we need to just be and reflect at what is working and where we want to go. So it's kind of like a cycle. And it's kind of like a, you know, it's a cycle of all of the different aspects. As somebody who services others, but also serving ourselves as well.
I love that so much. And it's so important to recognize that it's never a finished job. I think sometimes people think it's like, okay, well, you know, I'm a coach, so that's it. It's like for me, never am I not in a certificate training. Like, I am certified in health coaching, nutrition, Akashic, records, Reiki, womb medicine, healing dance. But like everything. And I'm always doing more because I know that even though it's not necessarily what I'm teaching all of when I'm in those containers of growth, I meet myself in so many different ways that I wouldn't have if I just stayed with, like, what I know and what I'm comfortable with. And people are always asking me, they're like, how do you keep redefining yourself? Because so many times people think, oh, you're an ayurvedic practitioner. So you can just only talk about Ayurveda moving forward, or you can only talk about out, like, psychology or whatever. The thing was, you initially started with. And I really believe moving into the new paradigm, it's allowing yourself to be in these different conversations. And I remember, I don't know if you experienced this because I started as a health coach and I was really afraid of talking about anything else with my clients because I was like, well, they hired me as a health coach, so I, like, can't talk about anything else. Even though I could tell, okay, why does she keep binge eating? There's something else happening deeper in her life. But it like, can I go there? So I felt very limited with that. And I feel like, for whatever reason, I felt like I wasn't allowed to go there. And then I had this epiphany of, you know, that same person who eats also breathes and has relationships and has careers and has desires and has all of these other areas of their lives which are all interconnected. And it's like a very Western way of seeing things to be like, I can only talk to you about, like, what I'm eating, and I can only talk to you about what I'm thinking, and you about what I'm feeling, and you about how my body is.
But it's all.
And they're all going to bounce upon each other. And, you know, we've had so many conversations, and what we're so excited to share with you is really about this, of having coaches who can dive deeper into, okay, how are all of these areas connected? And what is your deeper desire here? What is your dharma? What is your purpose? Because I'm sure you've seen it too. And there's so many clinical studies and research of the number one cause of mental health. Health just going down is a lack of purpose.
Oh, of course. Oh, yes.
I mean, the number one cause of elderly death, they actually die much sooner when they no longer have their sense of purpose. It increases anxiety, depression. So many different things that we're dealing with right now in. In 2021, having still in these shifts of people's sense of purpose, feeling like it's been taken from them or they are realizing they didn't even know what it was.
And.
And who are these people that are going to guide people back to their North Star and help them put together these pieces of the puzzle?
So we're really excited to share with you.
Just. I can't even call it an idea because it's beyond. It's really just it's like an ancient meets modern movement. I feel like that's the best way I can.
I think it's a great intersection of like spirituality and having a purpose driven life, but also not the badges that so many people who are fully dynamic and fully embodied in all of the different trainings and kind of flow of who they are and that next level and their highest level of themselves. I feel like it's the cross breed of all of that coming together, which. And it's the culmination of, you know, a lot of the work that you've been devoting your life to for your listeners, which is why, you know, it was such a great kind of meeting when we. It was like sparks were flying and butterflies were blossoming. It was like, wait a minute, I see, I see her, I see, I see what she's up to.
It's.
And, you know, I think it's. It's time. It's time. I think that after, you know, having the year that we had last year, what an awakening 2020 was for so many people just, just recognizing and realizing that the path that they're on may not just be that one path, like, there's more. And whatever that is is still maybe not cultivated completely yet, but there is this deep desire to of course, help other people. Because, I mean, the biggest pandemic that people are now talking about is not the pandemic itself, it's the mental health pandemic. And this is. It's obviously based on my very first book, Emotional Grit. That was like my transitioning from dentistry into the work that I do now, but really being able to kind of tie that piece in with you. And which is why we're so excited to share.
So we were jamming out and we were just really seeing how so many people are needing guidance with their Dharma, with their purpose, and going beyond that and really finding that intersection of spiritual life coaching, but with the integration of having a clear sense of Dharma and direction. And that is how we essentially downloaded, which is just beyond my life's work and my greatest ever opportunity to be able to share. And it's called the Dharma Coaching Institute. So Dharma Coaching Institute is the first and only institute out there that certifies Dharma coaches. So as a Dharma coach, you will actually be trained to be able to help other people find their Dharma. And it's also a double certification, so you'll also be certified as a spiritual life coach. So we are really just at the beginning of people realizing that, hey, I haven't been living in alignment with my purpose, you know, maybe ever. And I talk about the five stages of Dharma. And the first stage is that self awareness of I see the trajectory of my life and something needs to shift. For you, it was out of dentistry of like, like, I can't do crowns anymore, honey. Like, I need to put my crown on. And so people are having that right now of what else is out there for me. And it's actually just like the tip of the iceberg, right? Totally. And for people listening to this, they're already aware, they've been questioning their purpose. But for a lot of people too, it's like they haven't found that right fit. Like, for me, when I was like a health coach, I felt fractioned of I can only talk about health or, you know, a lot of times. Yeah, yeah, a lot of times, like, people who are in the more like business coaching space, it's just about business or life coach. It's just about this one thing and what's really that intersection. And that's what Dharma Coaching Institute is all about. Helping you work with these different frameworks that I offer, like essentially step by step systems to help you guide anyone to finding their purpose. But then also the practicality that Neitha and her husband Ajit are gonna be bringing to the table, which brings the, you know, the fundamentals of coaching psychology. How to actually create that container. What forms do you need? What legalities do you need? What issues may show up? I feel like there has never been an institute that has that integration of the feminine and the masculine. Like, I find it so either. Like, I've done them too, but it's like super, super feminine. And it's like flow and like, follow your intuition and just like feel what your client needs. And a lot of times that can actually go sour and that can't even create the container for transformation that people are looking for. And then on the other hand, you have the whole, like, Tony Robbins, like, get in there, like, push their buttons. And it can actually create someone's ego to really flare up and get defensive and to go even more along that. And, you know, in my years of coaching and your years of coaching, you realize it, it's a balance. And it takes that nuance of being able to step into your feminine and masculine and also to guide people towards their North Star.
Like, absolutely. I mean, there's so much that's out there. And you all know there's nothing where it gives people the permission and the freedom to not be boxed. It's one of the reasons why I Left medicine and dentistry. One of the reasons why I left my first marriage, you know, I wanted to have that sense of self discovery and that sense of awareness and that sense of really owning my own dharma. And so for those of you who are kind of like on the pinnacle of. Yes, I see it. I saw it last year. I kept seeing it every single day. Like, how can I help these people? I have this one skill set, but I'm actually really interested in health, and I'm also interested in dance, and I'm also interested in tapping and emotional resilience or whatever. And now we've been able to really combine all of those facets together so that. Yes. And what we're super excited about is that it is a double certificate. So for those of you high achievers listening as well, not only are you going to. And for those of you who want to take this into a career path, Absolutely. We're going to be able to give you the tools to do so. And for those of you who are kind of like, I think I kind of need this for myself. I think I kind of need this as that next evolution of where I'm going in my next training. We've thought through in the countless hours and the night spent, really kind of putting it all together. Because between Ajit and I, we've created these certifications before, but never has it been where it's the cross section of spirituality, life coaching and dharma coaching, which allows you to help others find their dharma and their purpose. Because if we go back to it, I mean, it's one of the reasons why the Blue Zones exist. And the researchers who created, if you've ever read the book the Blue Zones, it's where the highest number of centenarians live in the world. And if we go back, it's in Japan, and the Japanese have that word and it's called ikigai. And it's fulfillment of one's purpose. Well, Dharma, if we go back to it, obviously that's our truth. That's our purpose. So to know that people and communities are thriving and they're living past 100, because there is a cross section of how they're living, how they're expressing themselves in the world. Even at 100 years old, you can start this journey with us now, helping other people at this stage, at this intersection of life. And if not that, of course, you know, utilizing this as your next evolution into whatever that next direction is for you as well. So I was super excited. Yeah.
And I think it's so important for people, people to see that Dharma coaches really are more needed now than ever before. Like we are in a time of the biggest job loss in modern history. It hasn't ever been like this. It's truly unprecedented. And I hate that word because everyone keeps saying it, but it is. You know, it really is. And not only job loss, career shifts, careers going online, and then dynamics shifting with that. And then the awakening that's happening behind that. And then people realizing, whoa, I'm so much more than just my job. And, like, what's my cause? Your Dharma is not your career. You know, it's not just one job. It's so much greater than that. Your career can be a manifestation of your Dharma, but your Dharma is your soul's purpose. It's your mission statement. And I would say the majority of people around the world haven't even thought about what that is for them. And they're beginning that process now of remembering. So who are gonna be the people who can support them when they're go? We know what it's like to have an existential crisis or spiritual awakening and, like, how deeply our coaches and mentors guided us along and the demand for this. I mean, it is just the beginning. So we're so excited to be really inviting the first generation of Dharma coaches into this. You will be a founding Dharma coach and really co creating this experience with us. And I'm so excited. We have, like entire databases set up that you'll be able to find clients. So every day I'm asked by so many people, can you coach me to find my Dharma? You're asked by people, can you coach me? And we can't coach everyone to find their dharmas and find their purposes. But that's why we wanna pass this along and create more leaders who can go into the spaces and have the experiences that we haven't had. Like, your experience as a dentist, you know, would put you in the perfect place to help other dentists find their dharma. Or, you know, just more overall wellness, joy in their lives, someone's experience as a lawyer. They know what it's like to be in that law office day to day, long hours, feeling unfulfill. That's their direct experience right there. And it can even go beyond one on one coaching.
You know, of course it could grow.
Into groups, group coaching, online coaching, retreats, events, being hired by. I know you guys are hired by corporations all the time. Because these corporations are actually paying to have their entire staff absolutely trained to be a coach because it makes them have better people skills and rapport and it helps the business. So just the demand for it. It's like this thing that every single person needs but doesn't know know that they need it yet. So to be able to show up and be like, hey, I know you've been thinking at night about what your purpose is and what you're here to do and how it all interconnects and I have the tools and the training to support you. That is going to feel like such an exhale for the majority of the world right now. Who is deeply needing this?
Oh, a thousand percent. I mean, it's that calling and it's probably the biggest answer to everything that has been going on. And not only that, but it gives people the permission to finally not be trapped in what they feel like is their little box. For those of you who are lawyers or have been in industries for five years, 10 years, or if you're new moms, I think this is kind of that way where you can have and share your own life experiences. Because we've created this certification with so much thought and intention, not only with the practicalities and the foundational elements of becoming a coach, of course, what you will need in the bare basics of being able to carry out and teach others how to fulfill and kind of be on their dharmic path, but also some of the necessary things that we don't really talk about, which is the behind the scenes, which is how do you start your business outside of that, how do you market yourself? How do you protect yourself from other clients? You protect your energy. And I know that of course, it's one of the reasons why we jived so well together because the amount of foundational training that are in the books that you've written have been such a nice blend into now what we're calling spiritual life coaching and becoming a Dharma Certified coach.
Yeah.
So we are so excited to be.
Sharing this offer with you guys. So I will have the link in the show notes so you can learn more about it. Dharma Coach coachinginstitute.com We are so excited to welcome the first gen of Dharma coaches who are going to be lighting up the way and just the domino effect that it has from, you know, when you step into your Dharma, you inspire everyone around you to do the same. So if you are a mother, you're inspiring your kids, you're inspiring your parents, you're inspiring your community. If you're a yoga teacher, you know, infusing that in your yoga teacher trainings, in your meditation classes, in whatever you're doing, you can actually. We actually found you can increase your rates instantly by 20% by having this training because it's so needed right now. And if you are looking for a way to pivot your careers, coming from a profession or coming from a background that doesn't really feel like coaching, this can be your portal into that world and not wasting the time doing certificates that you're like, well, I know I don't want to even do this thing. But you just are doing the certificate because you feel like you need a certificate. Why not actually learn the skills that you want to apply? So that is why we created this. Wish I had this. Like, it's so funny because I was thinking back on when I was, like, a young health coach, and I had this offer on my website called Truth Coaching.
Oh.
And it was just something that I, like, channeled because I. I had this knack of having conversation with someone and finding their truth. And I didn't know at the time that that's what Dharma Coaching really is. You are a truth coach. And we've also integrated Ayurveda, human design, psychology, business coaching, like, all of these different facets into it. But really, you are here to hold space for someone, because most of us don't have anyone to share our dreams with.
No, you don't. They're just. You have supporters, and you have folks that think they know the best for you, but not folks that are really gonna actually hold space or are actually trained to do that. And so, which is why there's so much isolation and there's so much loneliness. It's actually one of the key reasons why in the UK and even in the US now, they're putting more priority because there is so much loneliness. After this last year, even there's a Ministry of loneliness in the UK right now. You can look it up. So that tells us that if there is a shift happening, if there is an awakening happening, this could be that call call for you to become a certified Dharma Coach.
We are so excited to invite you, to have you join us and to really be on this shared mission of raising consciousness, of elevating people's perspectives and helping them remember their soul's purpose.
