Sahara Rose talks with Krista Williams about spiritual protection using Law of One principles. They discuss shadow work, dimensions of consciousness, and how spiritual awakenings shift your perception of reality.
Namaste, it's Sahara Rose. And welcome back to the Highest Self podcast, a place where we discuss what makes you your soul's highest evolvement. If it's your first time listening, welcome. I am so grateful to have you here on this podcast. We dive deep into all spiritual topics, but really what makes it unique is the grounded approach that I and many of my guests have speaking about spirituality in a really modern and relatable way. Especially because so many of us have been having spiritual awakenings over the past few years and often feel lonely in our spiritual journeys. We don't have people that we can share these topics with. Maybe we feel like outsiders or total freaks or weirdos for even thinking about past lives and galactic beings and channeling and energy and all of that good shit. But, you know, that's really my love language over here on the podcast. So I'm super excited to have you. If you're a spiritual person, if you're new to this, if you're a veteran spiritual person or new to this, I'm so excited for you to be here. So I'm actually in Los Angeles right now. I lived here for seven years and I moved last year to Miami and I have not been back in a year. And, you know, I'm super grateful that I've moved to Miami. And it's been really amazing visiting so many different friends that I've had who really have shifted my life over the past couple of years, especially diving into my career as a spiritual author and teacher and podcast host, and been amazing dropping in with so many amazing people, including the guest that you will hear today on the podcast. You may know her from Almost 30 podcast. Her name is Krista Williams. So I've known Christa for years now. We both start our podcast around similar times and have really been supporting each other ever since. And she came to Miami a few weeks ago, and I just want to set the scene for you. We had been speaking probably for like four hours already, and we're like, wait, we haven't even hopped on the mic in podcast podcasted yet. So by the time we hopped on the podcast, it was already like 10pm we were like knee deep in like 20 different rabbit holes. And we ended up talking till about, I want to say, 1am which you will hear in this episode, about two hours of it right here. And we really dive into so much. I mean, we go there in this conversation. This episode is very conversational. It's really a spiritual conversation between two friends who are exploring. You know, I come from More a Vedic background. I've written books on Ayurveda. She comes from more of a Law of One course in miracles background. So really like talking about life from these different perspectives. And she really shares so much about Law of One, which is a text written or really channeled by these galactic beings that has really supported her. We also dive into a lot of adult topics such as the porn industry, the media and different depictions in it. Channeling and how sometimes you may be channeling from beings that are not the highest light. How to spiritually protect yourself, duality, oneness, and a variety of topics that many of us are wondering and observing but aren't really speaking about. So I really loved hearing Christa's perspective on the Law of One, the different spiritual experiences that she's had. It's been so incredible to dive deep into this and and really what I love most about this conversation is we're just like at the end of the day only you know what is true for you. Remain open minded, dive into new modalities, new perspectives and continue to tap into your intuition because right now it is more needed than ever before. If something feels off, it may be off. And I really love this conversation because it's so multi layered, it's so multifaceted and it really is a question beyond everything else. A question of what is this reality and what can we create of it. So without further ado, let's welcome Krista Williams to the Highest self podcast. Welcome Krista to the Highest self podcast. It's so great to have you back.
So good. I'm so happy to be here. It's funny cause I was Journaling. Yesterday, I was like, I'd love to go on podcasts that I love. That was like a manifestation. And then you today, and then Jordan asked me. I was like, what? It was so crazy.
I love that. And you've been on the podcast, I think, like, two or maybe three times, but never just you solo and never talking about this entire, like, spiritual activation journey with love, one that you've been on. So I'm so excited to dive in because I've been learning about it so much through you. And before I get into it, the first question I'd love to ask you is, what makes you your highest self?
I feel like I just recently sort of been embodying my highest self more. So it's just what makes me my highest self feels like my attention to the present moment. So it's like whatever is needed in the present moment, if it's rest, if it's restoration, if it's love. And then really, like, when I make the hard choices to choose love, I feel like I'm in my highest self. Like, if you're having, you know, as an example, like, if you're having an issue with a friend or relationship, even with my partnerships, like Justin or Lindsay, so Justin's my husband. Lindsay's my best friend and business partner. When we've had things that we've gone through challenges, when I'm choosing to, like, come with love and. And forgive or be forgiven or be honest and truthful, that feels like, okay, this had to have been my highest self and my highest expression, because I know the me that's like, a human, that's like, my ego does not want to be apologizing, does not want to be saying sorry, does not want to be, you know, looking at the shadow part that, like, could have caused this situation. So I think it's that I love.
That so much, and it really shows that we are beyond our ego. And I think most people, we don't make that distinction. And while it is important to work on our ego. And when I say ego, I don't mean, like, got a big ego, like, beyond the ego, because that's, like, good. Yeah. But, like, the identity of I am Krista, I am Sahara. These are my likes. These are my dislikes. This is my personality. Like, I remember reading when I was, like, in my early 20s, a Deepak Chopra book, and he's like, your personality doesn't exist. I'm like, what? How? I've worked so hard for this. Yeah. Because it's like, that's what psychology is. Based on it's like what personal dysfunctions do you have in your personality and where does it come from? And to be like, I'm actually not any of that. It's all actually a story that I have, you know, one kind of been born into and then two have been self fulfilling since then and has been told to me back. So I think it's just such a good reminder to be like, yeah, sometimes my ego story idea of who I am wants to be right and 100% and doesn't want to be called out. Doesn't want, you know, people to not like me and to move past that.
Yes. And doesn't want to be wrong and doesn't want to be embarrassed and doesn't want to be abandoned and doesn't want to be seen, you know, doesn't want to be vulnerable. There's so many parts of that. And so when I choose to go for it and like choose the path of love is when I feel really good. But I had this experience like what you were talking about with the no personality when I first did like my true mushroom journey. And I remember in the journey having this experience and I was so sad. Cause I was like, wow, this identity that I've created, I've really loved it. Like it's been a beautiful life that I've lived. And I was like, I've loved this identity. I'm so sad to see it go. Like, I'm gonna be really sad. And there was like that attachment part where I was kind of attached to the identity that I had created. Cause even, especially for people that are personal growth, self development, like such as ourselves and everyone listening, it's like we work really hard to love ourselves and part of that is loving the identity that we've created, you know, which is kind of a fine line. And so I was thinking that when I had that experience, I was like, wow, I'm gonna be so sad. I loved Krista almost 30. That was such a beautiful lifetime. But it reminded me like of the eternality of the soul that like this is just a stop, you know, and.
That'S exactly what death is. It's just the end of that ego. It's the end of that costume that you held onto in this lifetime. And your soul will go on and have so many different ones. And that's why I think it's so important to have practices and meditation, contemplation, everything to bring us beyond that. Especially I think the past two years with all of the political turmoil and pandemic and this and that. That it's like, a lot of threats to our ego, a lot of threats to our personality, a lot of, like, root chakra safety stuff showing up. And what I'd really love to talk to you about also today, too, is how we've almost become afraid of connecting to that larger part of ourselves because we don't want to, quote, unquote, spiritual bypass or, like, not be, like, doing the heavy lifting work at all times. And it's almost like, yes, it's important to have political conversations, et cetera. Like, that's a part of our life here as humans. And if we lose connection to the oneness, you know, if this word oneness is, like, seen as this, like, bad thing of. If I'm like, hey, guys, we're all one. They're like, spiritual bypasses.
I know.
It's like, stop, right? What? Like, where have we got into that? Me saying we are one, which is the tenants of, like, every religion. Like, in, like, you know, all the Rasta songs growing up, it was, like, all about oneness. Now you can't talk about oneness anymore. And it's like, where is this all taking us?
Rastafarianism is, like, kind of dope, actually. It kind of talks about that. I was doing research into that religion, but in the Law of One, which is the spiritual text that I love the most and has been the most transformational for me in my awakening and in my journey, was a book that helped me understand the oneness concept. Because before I felt ashamed to say, we're all one, and I didn't believe it. I was like, I am me. I have this identity. I am this person. They are them. And it felt like the most loving thing was to honor them or just be like, they are them and I am me, and we are separate. And I was part of that camp where it was like, oh, this is spiritual bypassing. If you're saying that we are all one. Like, you know, it kind of felt like one of those terms. And so to come to the law of One, which, if for anyone that's new to Law of One, it's basically a channel text. So a channel text from the sixth dimension, from a social memory complex called Ra. And what happens from the Law of One perspective when you ascend through the densities which are similar to dimensions but a little bit different, is that you eventually love everyone so much or you love all the other souls so much that you become a social memory complex, and you almost unite. So you're moving closer to oneness. So a Social memory complex moves closer to oneness. But in the Law of One, this channel text, they basically talk about Ra, the social memory complex, the concept of oneness, the one infinite Creator. And the way that they explain it is that everything is of the Creator. So the dark or the light, and both are paths that are loved and appreciated by the Creator. And the way that I could understand it in my own mind was when I really thought about those experiences in my life that have transformed me the most and that have been the most important for me and the most pivotal and impactful, and those have all been the hardest. It is a part of our experience that we often don't learn from ease and joy and an easy life. You really learn mostly from the hard experiences. And I've transformed and grown through the hardest experiences. And in the Law of One, they talk about those being catalysts for our growth. So all of the hard times, experiences, negative things that happen to us are our greatest catalyst for our growth. And in 2020, I went through a really hard time, you know, with Lindsay in our business. And I remember feeling like my human self was like, I don't think I can do this. Like, this feels so hard. I feel so. I just felt terrible. And I know everyone in the world felt really terrible in their own experience, but I just felt terrible. And I remember my soul so clearly that was like, you hate this, but I love this. Like, this is. This is, like, my favorite thing. Like, my soul was clearly so overjoyed with the contrast that I was experiencing. Experiencing because it provided me this, like, great chance for growth and, like, redefining myself and refining ways to, like, love myself and love others and experience life. And I remember that feeling. I was like, oh, that was so clear that my soul really loves this challenging time because I'm evolving faster and more quickly than if I didn't have this experience. And so I think about that as it relates to Law of One in a lot of the text. It's like, although we think about bad and we think about good, and we think about the negative path, and we're like, okay, why would God create the negative path? I mean, why would God create anything? Why? Why is any of this here? Who really, really knows? But I do believe that so much of the negative path is part of the Creator. As we know if there is one Creator, then it created everything. And it's really in service to us for our evolution so that we can ascend beyond the point of 3D, where we're now in 40 or up to 5D.
I love that so much. And, you know, it's like, part of me, I'm always like, can we only learn from Joy? Can we only be in that? And. And I do still hold space for that reality, while acknowledging my own journey has been learning through. Yes, the disappointment and the pain. And, like, those were the things. It's like your shoe becomes so uncomfortable that you gotta take it off or you gotta get a different size. And it's like, I. And I do think it's like, yeah, what is the purpose of life then if all we're gonna do is remain. Remain stag. And so I'm wondering, because Abraham, which is another group of souls, says that it's possible for you to live a life, that you're entirely in the vortex, so entirely in your flow, in your creativity, in your joy, in the path of least resistance. And that's how you're meant to live. Where it sounds like Ra is saying, actually, you should find the path you're the most resistant to because that's how you'll grow. So how do the two compare?
Yeah, that's a good question. And just quickly, on the point of, like, learning through joy, there was. Ra talks about there was an experience on an Earth plane where there was only love and harmony, where. I don't know if it was humans exactly, but people were only experiencing love and harmony, and they were growing through sexual energy transfer. So, like, pure heart, like green ray chakra, sexual energy transfers are actually the highest expression and possibility to ascend. But it was taking too long because there wasn't that catalyst for growth because people were just hanging out and essentially, like, having sex and just enjoying life. But as it relates to send me over there.
I know, Literally, I was like, you.
Think that literally, you're like, that sounds dope. But it was taking too long. And they talk a lot about how the third dimension, third density, which is sort of what we've evolved beyond, where from 2012, a fourth density planet. It's the shortest of them all because it's so hard. And so that's something else we can remember, is that this is the shortest amount of time in this space, in this time space that we'll experience.
How long exactly? When's this time?
I know, Honestly, that's why I say every time I have this weird thing where I'm, like, so attached, where I'm like, I don't want to reincarnate. And I think everyone thinks that everyone's.
In my last lifetime for sure.
Literally. But. But we need to let go of that attachment. Because what's that? Because then we're not grateful. We're not, you know, like, grateful for the body. Because there's a lot of souls that want to be in a body right now. But so to compare between the vortex and with law of One. So Ra does talk about like, there could be a moment where all of the souls on Earth would focus on joy and harmony and the infinite creator. And basically we could shift everything in a second with the power of our intention and thought. And it's like Ra not rather have us be choosing to be in any vortex. If it's our free will, choice by our soul's design by the Creator to be in the vortex, then that's good. But if it's not, it's all still of the Creator. So obviously it feels better as us humans to be in that vortex. Like, that's where we manifest. That's where we want to be. So if we're in service to others, which is the positive path, the vortex will bring us things more quickly. But Ra doesn't see the vortex or the non vortex as good or bad. It all is. And it's like the isness that makes it so different. They talk about, they're like, there are some people that love to picnic during the day, and there's some people that love to picnic during the night. And they're like their feast being pain, despair, just evil. So there are some people that enjoy picnic by the sun, joyful, laughing, all these things. There's some people that like to hang out at night and enjoy despair, pain and suffering. So some souls just want to experience the darkness and someone experience the light.
I so resonate with that. And it's like, even like I feel like right now shadow work is such a big. It's such a big trend and term. And I believe shadow work is essentially, I've done a lot of shadow work and we'll continue to do shadow work for the rest of my life. And I find that so many people think like, that's what I need to be doing all the time. And if it's like, if we're like collectively kind of doing shadow work right now, and every single person is like, in the deepest, darkest despair. It's like, where's the other side? Like, where. What's the point of it all? You know? And I feel like some souls do need to spend more time in the shadows. Like that this lifetime for them is about that realm. Maybe they're Scorpio. For myself, I don't feel that's My realm, you know, it's like, I'll do it if it shows up for sure. I don't mind having hard conversations with family members, et cetera. And I'm not like, let me go do another ayahuasca ceremony to, like, go hunt for more shadows, to get more.
Shadows, to shadow the shadow, shadow, shadow.
And it's like almost like this addiction. Almost like I can't grow if I'm not always in pain.
Yes. Well, then that's, you know, and that. And I didn't really understand the phrase how you do the work is the work until recently, where I was just, like, on the. You know, in self development, personal growth. You're like, I have to do shadow work. What's my next shadow? What's my next thing? And it's like, if I'm in pain in the process to become happy and to become enjoy, then that's not the way. The way is being enjoyed to be the final destination of joy. And so I was like, wow. And I think we do that with our body, you know, we think we do that with our relationships, where we're like, okay, we gotta just get through this with work. We gotta get through this to get to the next step, to get to that place where then I'll be happy. It's the if then, too. And so with the shadow work and that, like, sort of obsession, it's like, it's just another way oftentimes to, like, hate ourselves more or like. It's almost like there's a little bit of, like, narcissism in it, where it's like, this obsession with, like, making yourself perfect. Yes. Making yourself perfect. And like, what I love about Law of One too, it's like, it talks about shadow work, but it's really just, like, understanding yourself as, like, dedicating yourself to the path of service to others, which is the positive path. That is like, number one. And then your shadow is, like, all part of you. And I think shadow work is important. But it's funny, because I don't know if you'd agree with this. I think we talk about it all the time. I think people aren't doing it as much as we're talking about it.
Totally true.
You know, I'm like, if everyone's doing it, we're missing. There's a huge shadow as a collective that we're really missing.
Cause shadow work is not being in pain and suffering 100%. But I think people think, oh, I'm in pain and suffering. This must be shadow work. You know?
And I think people can. This is the thing, too, is people can be like, oh, that's my shadow. I'm afraid to be seen. That's my shadow. You know, I'm scared of, like, being abandoned or something. And people intellectualize it. And when you're intellectualizing the shadow, it's like that. That's bypassing in a way. Because when I think about, like, my deepest shadow, like, it actually makes me sick to think about, you know, it's like it should be the things that, like, still kind of scare you a little bit. Cause I think we just go so surface where we're like, yeah, I'm just scared that, like, to be famous and seen and, like, I'm scared to, like, put myself out there and speak my truth. And I've done that. Like, I've gone through the, you know, the speak my truth one. And I've gone through all of these things, and it's not like I've gotten to the end of it and I'm perfect. You have to work with it every day. But I think it's like we just. Just kind of intellectualize it, and it becomes, like, part of our conversation, and then it's not actually being done.
Yeah, because, you know, going into it, then you're done with it. You know, it's like you're not perpetually. Like, if you're working with the fear of speaking your truth, guess what do you do, bitch? You start speaking your truth, and that shadow is gone. Then you find a new one, you know? But it's like, you can't have the same problem for a long time if you're working on the problem, you know?
And it's the love, like, it's the love of that. Like, I love the one who is scared to speak our truth. And that's what I've also realized with Law of One and just in my life in general. It's like, how can we love those parts of ourselves? Like, whenever we find that shadow, our thought is to be like, oh, my God, that feels shameful. That feels embarrassing. That feels gross. Whatever that feels. I feel like I need to work on it. I need to fix it. I need to become better. I need to reprogram it. I need to do all these things. And it's like, no, you need to love it. You need to accept it and love it. And that's how you, like, take away that charge and do the integration of those other parts of yourself that we've abandoned, you know, so often.
Cause then you find that compassion. You're like, oh, it's just my inner 7 year old who was made fun of and it's just. And then you realize there's nothing even wrong with you, you know?
And I think we don't give our higher selves enough credit for like the journey that we're on. And I think it's like, only when something works out for us, we're like, oh my God, totally. My soul knew this whole time, like, that tricky bitch, like, she has always got my back. But then when it's not, we're like, oh my God, I'm so lost. Like, blah, blah, blah. Our higher selves know what they're doing. They know the path that we're supposed to be on. And when we talk about even being in the simulation, like, what I perceive the simulation to be is like each of our higher selves, I believe we are in a simulation, but I think it is not scary to me. I perceive it as all of our higher selves which are existing in a different dimension or plane, are creating a simulation for them to experience and grow and just kind of play. And so we are the simulation of our higher selves and our souls. So that's why so many people have different experiences on this plane too. That feels like what I'm seeing is totally different than everyone else because it's almost like a video game for our higher selves.
So tell me more about this simulation, because I've heard a lot of people say it and I've always been like, if we're in a simulation, how are babies being born? You know, like, how are you? How's Earth happening? You know, like, how does that, how does that make sense? So what's your understanding of us being in a simulation?
I think it's like a concept that like, physics has proven that we somehow are in like a simulation that I don't know if it's AI or whatever, but I'll be completely honest. What I know about it is that I've read a little bit and I choose to not really subscribe to it because to me it feels terrifying. It feels never ending, and it feels like we're in a video game and we don't matter. So whenever I'm approaching something and I'm like, does this make me feel good and hopeful? No, it doesn't make me feel good and hopeful. It to me feels like another doom and gloom agenda to make us feel like we don't matter, to make us feel like we're nothing. But there is a lot of history around us sort of being an experiment or us sort of being like a race of humans that were created by other alien species. So it could be a lot of those things. And then there's things like the Matrix, which essentially, that would be like a simulation. Like, we are feeding this alien race in the Matrix, and then they are creating this simulation that doesn't even really exist. So I don't know. It's one of those. I just choose to not really listen to it because I'm like, this doesn't make me feel hopeful. Yeah. Like. But then there is parts of it just last thing I'll say. It's like, if we're believing in Law of Attraction, that's sort of like the simulation responding to us. Do you know?
Yeah, I guess, like, when we think of the word simulation, we think of it as like, yeah, this technologically created, like, video game thing that we don't matter. But it's like, if we just use that word in a looser sense of like, we're in a story that we are writing at all times that, you know, and I. And I do believe, like, on this plane and especially in the past two years, it's like, are you living in heaven or are you living in hell? And you may be right next in the same house as someone, and you're living in very, very different realities. But the way that I see it is more of your own interpretation of, like, you're the one who's also in control of the simulation.
And I think your listeners, and you too, and me as well. It's like in the past couple years, I've seen very clearly the divide of heaven and hell.
Oh, yeah.
Where I'm like, whoa. That was like. I was in Ibiza with Jenna Zoe, our friend, a few months ago. And then right after that, I went to Las Vegas for something and I was like, oh, heaven, hell. I was like, thank you, God. Thank you for this very clear example of heaven and hell. And I was like, I choose this, like. I was like, thank you, God, for this example. I'm choosing this experience here where I feel better. And it was just.
And someone's heaven might be Vegas.
A hundred percent. One hundred percent. Exactly. For me, I just don't drink. I don't party. You know, I was. It was just two different things. Exactly. Someone could be like, I freaking love this place. The vibe is amazing. But for me, I'm like, I was in nature, Not a lot of, you know, Internet, all of that. So I think we're given in this split as we move, you know, fourth Dimension, hopefully fifth dimension. At some point, like we will be shown the example of like, what are we choosing? Are we gonna choose heaven on earth? Are we gonna choose like the old reality? Exactly.
And I really believe it's like even when these, you know, Bible, et cetera writes about heaven and hell, I believe what they originally meant was that it's a state of consciousness. Not like if you do good then you're going here, if you do bad then you're going there. And it's like, like more of a control story rather than heaven is an instant choice. Like right now, like if you're listening right now, you can smile right now and you're instantly going to feel different. You can find three things in your room right now that you love. You're instantly going to feel better. You can just like do a really juicy stretch for yourself and you're instantly going to feel better. And it's like, what is heaven? You know, it's like heaven is a co creation. Like do you like the art on your walls? Do you like the friends in your life? Do you like this? Do you like that? And it's like every single day we can be, we can be checking in with like what would my version of heaven look like today? Today would look like doing nothing. Tomorrow will look like this and taking like long term choices of like I really wish to live in a cottage, I really wish to live here and like moving towards that. So I'd love to know more what law of one says about these different dimensions. Because this 3, 4, 5d it's been a big conversation the past couple years and I know law of one really talks about that. But also beyond 6, 7, 8, et cetera. So can you share what are these dimensions?
Yeah, so the way the loved one sees it is like almost the chakra system. So it's like as we move from like the red ray all the way up to purple, it's like we move up to the seven, seven dimensions and within it it talks about all of them. But really it talks about like for us to know that for us to move and we will move without us even trying into fifth dimension. But that's really like a state of being. And when we talk about Christ consciousness, like when we talk about Christ, for me Jesus and A Course in Miracles is essentially Our guide to 5D. It's like seeing through the illusions, seeing the love light of the infinite creator. And in the law of one, it's like when we think about 1D and 2D, it's like those were Essentially plants and rocks. And it's interesting because animals, like, if you think about your pets, they talk about those are the closest thing from like the closest thing to next ascension into a human. So it's like your animals and your.
Pets are the closest thing in the Vedas. They say before you become a human, you're either a dog or a dog, a horse.
Yes, that's what me and Justin are always. We always look at our cats and we're like, oh my God. Fully, fully realized. We're like your next life fully realized. And within it, it's like they focus on it as the chakra system because it's like if we think about 5D is the green ray center, which is the heart. So when we look at 5D, it feels like the energy of the heart ray of like that pure love of that, like Christ consciousness being in 5D. And then we sort of move beyond that and RA is in 6, 6 density. So RA is a little bit above into the throat. And so in that experience, you're speaking with telepathy, you're like not even using your voice. And Ra doesn't. Ra can speak to the different dimensions and densities, but really focuses on the ones before. Because RAW also admits that like, Ra doesn't know every single thing. Like, RAW isn't. And they also see it as like keys on a piano. So it's like they use a lot of like music examples of like working up keys on a piano or the chakra system.
So right now you mentioned as a planet since 2012, we've been in 4D level consciousness.
The Earth has been the Earth.
What does that mean? Exactly?
Yeah. So 2012, when the calendar ended, you know, the Mayan calendar ended, everyone thought the world was ending. Well, the world technically was ending. You know, the world as we know it. That was when our Earth moved from like a third density to a fourth density planet. And right now, in our planet, we've had a lot of fifth density entities, not a lot of fifth density entities. We've had a lot of fifth density beings called wanderers come to our planet to assist our planet in our ascension. And so a lot of people listening to this podcast are probably wanderers. You know, they believe they're starseeds. It's kind of the same thing. Jesus was a wanderer that came, you know, during his time to ascend, to enlighten people. Krishna, you know, came as well to help people ascend. So when we think about where we are now, we have more people from 5D coming. We have more people from 4D that came as well, from the 4D density that came to assist our planet. Right now, what's happening is really like in the harvest. So the focus right now when we are moving as like a species from 3D into 4D, is the harvest. And they talk about the harvest, basically meaning that enough people are polarized positively and negatively for them to be taken to the next level. So it's not like when we think about like the Rapture or like aliens coming to take our souls from our planet. But what happens is in the ascension process from 3D to 4D and 5D is it is good that we are actually more polarized than not. You would think that it means that we would be better to be all one. But in the third dimension and third density, they say that it's best that you choose whatever path that you want. So if you're gonna be evil, choose the path of evil. If you're gonna be good, choose the path of good. Your conscious choosing is what matters. So for everyone listening, you're gonna be service to others. Like, you're gonna be on the positive path for the most part. So you're going to be choosing that path consciously.
So are the path service to other, service to self.
Yes, service to other service. So service to self is the negatively polarized path. Service to others is the positively. So it's Basically us having 51% of the people that are positively polarized to have the harvest. Or you have to be 51% positively polarized to be harvested as a positively polarized entity. So it's a lot easier or and then 95% negatively polarized to be harvested as a negative entity. So it's actually really, really hard to be harvested as a negatively polariz entity. It's like Genghis Khan has been like. Only like, people that we historically know as evil were harvested as negatively polarized crazy.
So if you are 51% positive pulled, what is this harvesting to the next dimension look like?
So it's kind of like with 5D where like before, everyone's like, okay, 3D to 5D, like, I'm ready, beam me up. You know, it's that same concept where we perceived that 5D was a place. And it's the same thing with aliens too. It's like everyone's like, okay, I'm ready for them to come into my room. I'm ready for their spaceships to land. Because we can't see as much with our eyes that exists behind what we can see. We think aliens are gonna Land on us. And then we think that 5D is a place. It's the same thing. The harvest isn't like that. It's not like they're coming down, we're all leaving. But it is essentially our souls ascending either to this Earth, like keeping this earth at the 4D, even moving into 5D and us being here. Or you could go to another planet, essentially.
So 5D basically in this understanding is you'll remain here in the physical realm in just a more peaceful state of consciousness.
So it's like that heaven on Earth framework.
Can you still experience polarity in that state?
In 5D, you can still experience polarity, but for the most part, when you're having a harvest, the negatively polarized beings are leaving. Lot of times they go to the Orion star system, which is kind of interesting. The Orion star system is like the place of most negatively polarized beings.
So would you say that like any of us, or, you know, you mentioned Jesus, Krishna, maybe Buddha. Are people right now in 5D, would you say?
I would say that there are people on our planet right now that are in 5D. But I think we are in the process of going in and out. I think us, we can experience, all of us are going in and out. But I don't know if there's any 5D people here now because that would feel like a Christ energy. And it's interesting because they might be people that like, people hate, you know, or like shame or condemn. But this is a different text, but in the Hermetica. The Hermetica is like one of another, one of my favorite texts, but in the Hermetica, which is written by like Hermes, Trismodist, and it basically talks about like how after Egypt, they created. Egypt was heaven on Earth. Egypt was like the place where heaven existed on Earth. And when they left Egypt, they basically said that like demons took over Earth and it's basically run by just like a hell realm. And so there's also that like Egyptian prophecy where it's like, eventually there will be like a rapture type kind of harvest where angels and God are deciding to come back down and like reclaim heaven on Earth.
So when this harvest happens, so we will not go to another star system or we will remain here this time.
So you could remain here or you can remain into a star system. It's up to your preference. It's not like we're leaving. It's essentially the planet is moving into fifth dimension from 4D, and then we're essentially choosing whatever path that we want to go. To next. But the heaven on earth exists here.
So sometimes I wonder, I'm like, if God wants the world to be a positive place, why doesn't it make us all positive? You know?
It's like, why?
Like why. Why put the evil. Like, what is, what's the point of this? Where. What's with the system?
I know, I know. That's the same thing.
I'm like, you can fix all this.
I know, but that's. And it's. But that's. It's like the whole thing. It's like, why is, what is this whole thing? You know, I think about that. I'm like, what is this whole thing? Thing? Is everything happening at once?
Yeah.
Is this even real? Am I real? Are you real? Like, do we die? Do we not die? Do we reincarnate? Do we not reincarnate? It's like one of the people just.
Go to work when we got questions like this. You know where we live. Exactly.
You're a computer.
Yeah.
It's so funny. Cuz you do, you just like live your life and you work all day and then you're like, damn, what the is this?
It's bizarre. It's bizarre. It's this mass amnesia that we're in 100%.
They talk about that too. In law of one. They talk about the veil of forgetting is really the amnesia. And it's basically us forgetting our true nature. Us forgetting who we are, coming back down to earth and having to re remember. And so for a lot of starseeds, like people that are listening, it's like remembering who you are, like the eternality of who you are, or the fact of remembering that you are like a living fractal of the divine, which is. And I think about like Kanye, Kanye west, like years ago said he had that song like I am a God. And I just remember everyone like freaked out about that. And he's like, why does everyone have such a problem with me saying like, I'm God, like I'm a part of God. And he's like, you guys are cool with me like talking down about myself. And he used other explicits. But like you're cool with in rap songs, me talking shit about myself and saying that like I'm a pimp or I'm all these things. He's like, but I can't say, like, I'm God, like I'm a part of God.
Yeah, I mean, I believe we're all gods and goddesses and, you know, non binary royalty. Everything you want to be in human form. But I Think for a lot of people who've maybe grown up with this context of, like, God is this man and this guy who's almighty, and I'm a mere mortal human who's dirty and sinful and shameful. To see someone reclaim their divinity is like questioning their entire belief system. So they'd rather say, you're crazy than then, except, wait, if you're God, that doesn't make you better than me. That means also, I'm God Goddess, too.
I mean, I think about this a lot, like, how deeply ingrained hierarchy is into our brain. That's. The whole thing is, like, when we take away religion from culture, we are so deeply embedded with the structure and understanding of having a religion as, like, a founding, as a foundation of our existence, that we inherently replace it with something. So right now, it's like pop culture or politics is, like, almost becoming a religion. And so it's like, when we look at the structure of religion, obviously I come at it from someone that was Catholic and obviously didn't connect with that. And I'm like, how could this be good? Like, how could this be good? And I don't know if a lot of it is good and a lot of the processes and practices are good. But I do know that, like, coming out of it to my own understanding of God and my own understanding of my connection has been really beautiful. But I do have sympathy for people that aren't, like, I'm not cool with saying God. I'm not cool with, like, calling it that. And even in the Hermetica, which is, you know, the text I was talking about, Hermes is writing a letter to Thoth, who's, like, one of the gods, and they use the word atom instead of God, and they say a tum because God is so loaded. And I thought that was fascinating where I'm like, this text that is, like, so old. They're even recognizing, like, how loaded the word God is. And they're using atom. And so that, to me, just says, like, how complicated this concept is for people and how, like, hard it can be to come back to belief that, like, oh, my God, God loves all of me. The dark, the light, like, the beauty, the ugly. And, like, I am loved no matter what. Like, I'm not going to hell. I'm not going to these things because I'm bad. It's something I had to come to on my own because I was so turned off by, like, the concept of God because of my Catholic upbringing.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And I feel like, for me, I use the word Goddess more, because I don't have any negative precon about the word goddess because no one really ever used it, you know, growing up. So it's like goddess. It's like a clean slate. And it's also a feminine energy, which I think a lot of us as women trust more, you know, whereas God, it was like. My understanding is like, yeah, if you do something bad, God's coming for you. And I'm just like, shit. He's watching my every move. Like, this doesn't feel very loving to me. So even. Even to me, to this day, I don't really use the word God because of that, like, childhood programming that I had around it.
I know I had to, like, kind of come and reclaim it for myself of what it means, but I still feel the charge when I say it. I still feel like sometimes I say it and I'm like, oh, my God. They. I'm like, oh, yeah, I love God. And then they're like.
Because people think of you in a certain way.
I think you're, like, super Christian, right? Or something. And it's like. And even.
Even Jesus, like, people think, oh, if you're saying I love Jesus, that means I'm super Christian in the way that Christianity is practiced today. Whereas what you and a lot of people are referring to is like, Jesus Christ, Yeshua, as the Spirit guide and Ascended Master, that I think many people would agree that he was.
Yes. And I think I said this last night at our dinner, but, like, I connect with Jesus because it feels closer to my lineage. And I'm not gonna be, like I said with you, I'm not gonna be connecting with a Hindu goddess because that doesn't feel like it's connected to my lineage. You know, maybe someone who's Irish is gonna connect to some deity. Maybe if you're Japanese, you're gonna connect to, like, a different one. And so I think. Think there is something about that connection to someone that makes sense for whatever lineage or past that you potentially have.
Yeah. And I think different people are called to different lineages, ascended masters, et cetera, which they may have been born to or may not have been born into, but it's for a purpose in this lifetime. So also. Good. Now, I'd love to ask you about the distortions that law of One talks about. What are these distortions?
Yeah, so distortions would be anything that, like, basically keeps you from love, Love and light. And that, like I was explaining is what essentially something in a distortion would be like a disease. Like, essentially with a disease. And this is from the text of love 1. It's not necessarily from me. You are subscribing to the belief that there is something wrong with you, and that is a distortion because you are perfect. You are of the Creator. So it's like kind of like that sort of what seems to be extreme thought that, like, Abraham has that, like other teachers have, where you're believing that, like. Like, we are all perfect and we are all one. There's also a lot of distortions. Like, we can look at the Catholic Church as another example, like in the Bible. One of the distortions within the Bible is the Ten Commandments. So they talk a lot about how the Ten Commandments was essentially, like, hijacked in a way and now has a lot of distortion. So because law of one, the basis of law of one is honoring free will, free will in the universe, free will of everyone's expression and. And within it. If you are saying thou shall not, thou shall not. You are not honoring free will. And it seems crazy because you're like, thou shall not kill. Thou shall not commit adultery. All these things. And you're like, but that's good. But the laws of the universe are like, the law of the Creator is actually to choose free will. And if you want to choose to do those things, that's your path. And it seems very radical, but it's of the Creator to have people be able to choose whatever picnic they want to have. Hmm.
Yeah. The Commandments reminds me, honestly, of, like, Facebook guidelines, like, in a Facebook group where you're like, be kind. Don't bully each other. Like, be a normal, good person.
Yes. Like, what is that? What's that?
Good person. But it's almost like I understand almost like, why religion maybe felt like they needed to be that way. They're like, yo, these people are crazy. They're killing each other. They are lying. They are stealing. Like, we need to tell them, like. Like here. And it's almost like, you know, and I think this conversation is like, what are universal human rights? And what. What is the non. Duality?
Right?
Because it's like, on one dimension, there's no right and there's no wrong, and everything just is. And we just create our own stories and interpretations about it. And then on another dimension is like. But we can also all feel that certain things feel. You could call it right. You could call it good. You could call it free will, you know? So I'm curious about law of One and them seeing it in this more dualistic. There's no right or wrong. Do they have any tenants of like, human rights.
I totally see what you mean. But it's like that isn't dualistic because it's like it's all of the Creator, which is perceived to be like love. Like, even the negative is love. So it's like ascending beyond duality because duality would say this is good or bad. I really love how Alan Watts talks about this concept.
I love.
I'm reading Strength to Love by mlk. MLK talks about this too, which is the concept of like, goodness. And if we think about in history, like, how often like white Anglo Saxon Protestant people have done things with the belief that what they're doing is good. They've been rampaging for years and years because they're believing what they're doing is good. Like the Romans believed what they were doing was good, you know, and we were in Egypt. They believe what they were doing is good. It's like so often we perceive that we're being good or we're doing it because it's God's will and it's actually not. So I'm never one to be like, this is good or this is bad. Like, that choice of someone to be good or bad is theirs on their own. But the distortion happens when we're thinking that we're being good and it's actually not. So that's why the law of one is like the good. The best thing is free will. Cause like a free will and you know, if we think about, like, it's a free will for someone to kill someone, but it's also like a free will of a soul's choice to potentially maybe have that happen to them. Who knows? I don't know. But from the loved one perspective, if that person was to choose to have the experience of being killed, then essentially that would be their choice to learn that lesson in that next lifetime and then move on from there.
Yeah. It's crazy because it's like there's so much that we don't know.
You know, so much. I mean, gosh. I know.
Yeah. And. And sometimes too. I mean, I've never been killed, but.
But like in a past life, though.
In a past life I definitely have. And I have. And I have memories of it. Like, you know, for example, I was a big one for me is being burnt at the stake for being a witch. And. But that also in this lifetime for me is like, why I, you know, share my magic and am on this path that I'm on because I know what it's like to not be able to speak my truth. So it's like, sometimes what's a tragedy later on becomes your highest form of wisdom.
Yes. And also too, like, we always think about, like, and again, same as you, the witch. And then there's been some really gnarly lifetimes. And sometimes. And then I even, you know, you even have to look at. This is like, what's most important when we look at our past lives. And I'm like, I was burnt at the stake for being a witch. Babe, you were probably burning someone at the stake in some lifetime. This is the whole thing is we always look at these lifetimes and we're like, I was burnt for seeking my truth, blah, blah. I was probably some fucking megalomania in one of my lives. And we need to remember that, like, we have the darkness in us too. Like, and it's not like, it's not our favorite thing to experience and talk about. But I know that I've probably spent lifetimes not being the most ideal person. And like, that would be a lie if we all felt like we were like, yeah, I just went here, and then I was a princess in this one. And then I was an Egyptian goddess in this one. And then I was a victim in this one. It's like, no, you were the perpetrator in a lot of, like, lives too.
Yeah, right? And, yeah, and we are both. And it's funny, I did this past life regression. And basically what he told me, the guy, he channels it and he told me that I was like the mama of this ashram and I was like, obsessed with the guru and I gave my entire life to the guru. So basically, if you watched Wild, Wild Country. Yeah, I was Sheila. Yeah, I was like, guruji, I love you so much. And like, so I came back in this lifetime to be like, like, no, like, reclaim that energy within yourself. It's not about the man and the guru. It's about you reclaiming that energy. And then he. He said Steven was the guard of a jail and just like, always followed orders and, like, did the right thing, but, like, was keeping prisoners in jail, you know.
Wow.
And that's why for him in this lifetime, it's like breaking free and like, his being in his creative expression, et cetera. And Steven likes more are scary movies and darker things. I don't like them at all. But I wonder if it's like his lifetimes in those realms that's like, makes him have maybe more of a fascination and, and less of an effect. Whereas for me, if I even think about a scary movie, I get very scared.
Same. I'll see, like, a commercial that's scary. Like, I'll, like, drive around in la. I'll look at billboards. I'm like, if my kids were in the car, I would be. Be unwell because the bill. But this is the thing is lately with media and culture.
Yeah.
It is getting so.
Girl, can we talk about it?
Yes, let's talk about it. It is getting so freaking.
It's like, they're priming us.
They're priming us. We were on. Netflix was on, and Justin was like, let's watch Squid Game. I was like, watch one episode. I'm like, I'm out.
It's the number one show on Netflix ever.
I know, I'm out. I think it's weird, too.
And it's about torturing people.
I think it's. There's something off about it. That's. That whatever.
And part of the plan to decrease people's vibration.
I think it potentially could happen. There's like, literally people that are this rich in our world that, like, do really dark, crazy things. But there was also this show that was on that was like, the Future or something. It was called, like, the Future. It wasn't called the Future. But basically the overall concept of, like, this is what's going to happen to the world and showed multiple outcomes of terrible scenarios of what's going to happen to our planet. And I was like, what the fuck is this? It just feels like such a grab for our consciousness to be like. I'm like, okay, well, where's the other show that's showing us the potential of heaven on Earth?
Exactly.
Because if we are taking our time and we are visualizing, and this is what happens is when we're watching tv, we get in a relaxed state, basically get in the place where we can program. We almost fall asleep. Yeah. It's hypnosis. And then you're watching that, and then you're like, dan, there's no hope. Hope. It's terrible.
And then it starts showing up in your subconscious. You know, like, you listening to this podcast for the hour, however long we're gonna go for, you're gonna. It's going into your subconscious right now. You are thinking these thoughts. It's gonna. It's gonna be part of, like, your memory bank. Right. So it's like, why would you choose to put in people torturing each other, killing each other, being cruel to each other. Why would you want to put that into your consciousness? Like, I feel like it's like we have this beautiful Canvas. And it's like we can be. Can paint beautiful rainbows, pastels, whatever we want. But it's like for some reason we're drawn to the, like, red and the black. Because why? Because it makes us feel some type of way. And I think so many people are so numb that they, like, they can't access the feeling good. They can't access the piece. That feels like too much effort. But we can all access the pain because that's like in your face and you just. And that's why people cut themselves too. It's like they just want to. To feel something. And what I've noticed too, in the media recently, and we were chatting about this is like, for example, Kylie Jenner, very influential person in the media's new photo shoot is her with blood. Like in a puddle of blood, with blood all around her, being very sexy. And it's like, why? You know, I get it's, oh, no, it's Halloween and I think so, but I don't get it. But it's like, Halloween is Samhain. It was like honoring your ancestors. It never had to do with being like, you're murdered. So it's almost like they. And then people are like, slay bitch.
Like, iconic queen.
You got. It's like, wait, what? She's like, covered in a pool of blood. Do you. Do you know what happens to people when they get into the state? But it's like we're desensitized from it.
I mean, I think too, like, even saying, like, I'm dead, like, oh, my God, I'm dead. I stopped saying that. I say all the time, like, oh, my God, dying.
I dying. I catch myself say that.
I don't want to say that shit anymore. But she's done that. Demi Lovato's done it. I mean, there's been so many celebrities that do that shit. And I'm just like, like, whatever. I have my theories about what the hell's going on, but my main thing is, is like, that's fucking boring to me. Oh, you're going to be in blood again. You guys are going to do the whole blood thing. You're going to do the whole, like, it just is so it's tale as old as time. All the celebrities do the same shit. That's so fucking boring. It's not creative, it's not interesting. It's like, oh, it's. It's just, oh, you're going to do the story of creation. Oh, you're going to do like the Heaven and hell. Oh, you're gonna do the, like, demon thing. Oh, you're gonna do the Madonna and the whore thing. Oh, you're gonna do, like, the astrology thing because you're gonna, like, use it in, like, a really occult way. It's like. It's just come up with new stuff.
I think it's because these archetypes are so embedded in our subconscious, like the heaven and hell, the Adam and Eve, the hero's journey, you know, like, all of these things. It's like, we know people have a reaction to it, and it's so encoded in our subconscious that we, like. So it's almost like maybe what Kylie thought is, like, I want to be edgy, and I want to show people I don't always need to be wearing beautiful clothes. I could even be covered in blood and be sexy. Like, maybe that was what her and the team's thought process was. But what I feel like is missing is, like, the sensitivity of what these things mean. Like, the sensitivity of, like, when you watch a show and it's like. And then they killed someone, that's a fucking big deal. But it's like. Like, you know, a murder mystery, who killed who, and it's like, almost like we, like, laugh at it. It's like, wait. Like, we don't feel, like, the weight and the heaviness of, like, imagine if that actually happened. And I feel like these. These movies just continue to. To prime us so we don't have a response.
Yes. And, like, push the limits.
Yeah.
Of what it is. It's like. Yeah, it's horrible. Same with Sex. All that kind of stuff, too. Like, all the shows on Sex. And I sound like I'm literally, like, a freaking evangelical freak. Cause I'm just. I'm so sensitive to that. I don't. Yeah, I just. There's something about it that I'm like. I don't want it in my subconscious. I cannot sleep with the TV on. I cannot even get tired with the TV on. Justin, my husband, sleeps with Gaia on, thank God. But I'm like, I'm not letting any of that just sip into my subconscious and fucking do anything. And I don't want to be desensitized to murder and rape and all of that shit. And I think something else, too, is, like. I think murder podcasts, like, play on that feeling of being in fear. And especially for women. I mean, when's the last podcast you heard of, like, a man being murdered? They're always women. It's always the same sort of archetype of, like, Whatever. You know, the victim, woman that's, like, murdered by the, like, random man to keep us in this, like, weird fear state.
Dude, I'm scared of you talking about it.
I know, I know, but it's weird.
But I think it's like, such a deeply embedded fear that almost like I've never listened to these podcasts, but maybe someone wants to listen. Thinking, well, if I keep hearing about it, then I'll know what the signs will be and then I'll be safe. So if I. You know, I remember my grandma used to watch the news, and it was always, a child's gone missing. Be careful. A child's gone missing. A child's gone missing. Cause she thought, maybe if I watch the news enough, I'll, like, know all the signs and that will keep you safe. And I think that's what fear does. It's like, let me antagonize about this thing over and over again, because maybe if I give it an enough thought, I'll find my way through 100%.
And fear is like the nervous system. Like, how much fear is in our body. And, you know, the past couple years, like, we know that they use fear. The media, society, culture, politics, everyone uses fear as a way to get us to comply, as a way to get us, you know, out of our conscious mind, out of the prefrontal cortex, where we actually can think and process. So when we're constantly in the limbic brain, which is the lower part, the reptilian part of our brain, we are always making decisions from, like, that trauma, younger self. So we can't actually make conscious good decisions if we're always in that state of fear. And that's why it's so important that we can notice when we're like that, when we're addicted to that, when our nervous system is craving that. And even I haven't had the fear. I don't have the fear addiction, but I have the looking for a problem kind of addiction. Like, I remember the other morning, I was like, in the morning, and I. I was doing my morning routine, and I don't normally look at my phone, but I looked at my phone, and I saw something that annoyed me. And I was like, oh, there we go. And I noticed myself being like, all right, here we go. Here's the thing we're gonna be focused on. And I kind of lost the thought for a few seconds. And I saw my brain trying to find it again. Cause it wanted to be doing that. I was like, I lost it. And my brain was like, where was that annoying thing that I was annoyed about, and I was like, wow, I'm addicted to that feeling of there's something wrong, there's something to do all these things. And that happens with fear, too. We're addicted. Our bodies are addicted to that feeling.
So true. And first of all, on the fear take. And guys, if there's one takeaway of this podcast, do not watch horror movies, please. I know they stay in your subconscious. You remember everything.
I know.
We still, in our subconscious memory, have every single thing we've ever seen, every conversation we've had, every experience. So why would you put a freaking monster coming out of a TV that could kill? Like, why. Why would you. You put that. But the thing that happens is like, one, it's like that adrenaline response. We feel the stimulation, I think. Two, watching a scary movie with a person, it feels like you're camaraderie, like, you're on this team together. Of like, do you want to watch a scary movie? Like, it's going to make us closer. The same way, like, gossiping can make you feel closer. Of like, you feel worse after. But during, you're like, we're in this together. Like, I remember in high school, we would watch like, the Ring and these scary movies because it was like a bonding thing to do. And then I would be like, sleeping with the lights on forever. So there's that element of it. And then also the ways that these movies are created is typically they will bring sex and violence together. So it's like the woman's in the shower or like they're making love, and then the big scary murder happens because you're aroused, and then this happens. So then it creates this body response of like, I need more of that and I need it to a higher level and higher level and higher level, which is why people and who have porn addictions, sex addictions, fear addictions, all of it, it keeps spiraling and getting worse. And on the sex thing, I feel the same way. And I. That's why I don't. We were talking about, like, we both don't watch porn. And I've seen it before, but it's never been something that I watch, frankly, because it's not real sex. You know, it's like, it's actually apparently very hard to find real, normal sex porn because it's always like gang bang or like something really intense that then what happens is then you become stimulated by this level of a thing, and you need more, and you need more, and you need more. And it's like, we really all need. It's basically like a dopamine detox, which is like, no cell phones, no stimulants in any way. To come back to feeling the simplicity and the nuance. And people are like, why are. Why don't I have an intuition? Why aren't I connected to my intuition? That's why. Look at the things you're watching. They're so gross and they're so overt that of course you're not gonna be connected to the subtle, the whisper, if there are screams in your life all around you.
Yes, I couldn't agree more. Yeah, the porn thing, it's like no shade. No fricking shade. Do whatever you want. Most. Most people in my life watch porn. I just. For me, I am too much of a feeler, and I can't see something and not really know what's going on. So if they don't really love each other, I'm like, oh, my God. I feel like she's uncomfortable. Like, you know what I mean? It just. And it feels like a slippery slope for me personally. It feels like something where I know my path needs to be greater sensation within my physical body. My path is in, not out. I need to be looking in, I need to be feeling in, not looking out for something that's gonna stimulate me. You know what I mean? I'm like, I know my work doesn't involve anyone else. It's between me and me. And I do feel like. And it's one of those things like sex is. This is what happens in Law of One also talks about it. It's like when we see something that has such a great chance of life, like changing people or being positive, like sex, when it's a green ray transfer, when it's between your fifth. Your green chakra, which is your heart chakra. It's the most powerful transformational experience if you're having sex with someone you love. But also because it can be the most powerful experience because it's the ultimate act of love. When you both are having that orgasm at the same time or that green ray energy transfer, it also can be the dark. And that's where porn can come in. Not always, but it's like, how can we take something that is for positive. It is for creation, for love, for expression, for embodiment, for stress release, for all of these things. How can we take and take the positive polarity from that and make it negative? Through disembodiment, you know, rape, all of these types of things that, like, sort of happen?
I love that so much. Because I think it's a really important conversation. And also I do wanna share that there are different, different female made porn companies out there that I have heard people really enjoying that are consensual for the first place and normal, like regular. I don't know what that even means. Totally. Bodies that are just more ordinary every day and, or if you're, you know.
Trans or non binary, like maybe your experience, you need to watch porn to understand this is how it is or this is how it works. So there is educational components that are.
Important, but I think most porn is not how sex actually works. It's like, I mean, your fingernails are so long that would hurt.
Yeah. You know, I honestly would never know. I honestly the. The only porn I've seen like a part of was the Kim K. Sex tape.
Oh, wow.
And I was like, why does she keep looking at the camera?
Or she's like looking at herself the whole time. I know. Yeah, that's. No, I mean porn, porn, again, there's all different types of porn, but it's, it's like a Broadway show of sex. Like it's a performance and that's what it is. But it's sad because, you know, especially children who start watching it, they think that's what actual sex is like. And then they create their entire ideals off of a show that, you know, is not realistic. And most of it is created for the male gaze and doesn't really honor the female body or pleasure system. So yeah, there's really so much to be rewritten and more ways to again bring that heart, bring the love back into society. And I feel like that's really what we need right now. So I want to talk about how in law of one, they talk about love and light. We were kind of having this conversation and like how it's sort of funny that people right now are like, ugh, she's so love and light. Like, oh, I'm so glad you're not one of those love and light people. Or oh, I hate them. Love and light. And it's like the concept of being a love and light person according to this belief system means you spiritual bypass. And you're not doing the work and you don't have depth, you don't have substance. So it's almost like the most high vibrational things, Love, like light, sunlight, starlight, have been taken into a derogatory term. So can you share more about love and light's context of loved one?
Yeah, it's like in Love one they say each time they open and close they're like, I greet you in the love and the light of the infinite creator. And when they close, they, we leave you, my friends, in the love and the light of the infinite creator. And then they say, adonai. And it did remind me of like, as we ascend, we get closer to light. There's more light within our universe. There's more light within our bodies. Our energetic bodies expand to hold more light. We actually replace a lot of our cells with cells that can hold more light as we ascend. And so the light piece is actually like a physics thing. So it's like, that's how I look at it, where I'm like, oh, the light. Light in our atmosphere and our universe is physics. Like, light is a key part of.
How we live is life.
Light is life.
Yeah.
So it's like, okay, so I know that's life and then love, it's like, oh my God, are we saying love and like light is not cool. Yeah. And I, I have to always, like when I hear myself thinking those things where I'm like, oh my God, bypassing like da, da, da da. I'm like, who is saying that? Who's saying that? Because I remember even this is like a similar example, but different. But with my wedding, I remember thinking, you know, when I got engaged and married, I was like, oh my gosh, being married is like lame. I remember saying that to a friend. I was like, oh my God, being married is like lame. I was like, who's saying that? That's not me, that's my 12 year old self or 10 year old self, or that's a program that I've taken on about being a woman. That means you should be independent, you should be doing your own thing, but blah, blah. And I'm like, oh, that's actually programming. That's not me. I love being married. And so it's like when we're saying that like, oh, love and light is lame, or love and light is like bypassing or whatever, it's like, who's saying that? Do I believe that? Do I believe that like love and light is bypassing? And you know, there is part of it where it's like, there are people that like love light everything, but that's also their fucking path. It's like, who are.
And I think those people are not actually embodying it. Like, I think we've all maybe been in a conversation with someone who didn't want to have conversations. They're like, okay, well I'm going to end this down. Love and light. But they're not embodying love and light. So we're like, ugh, I'm annoyed with spiritual people who don't want to have the conversation and just love enlightened me because it was like their block at the end. But that's not what love and light is. Love is, how are you feeling right now? Love is. Let me leave in light is. I see the same thing in you that I see in myself. That's actually so anyone that. That's like, fuck you, Love and light. That's not love and light, you know, but it's like. But we've taken the way that it's been used and now are attaching it to the entire thing that I hear people all the time. And I've done an episode on how the term toxic positivity makes no sense, but I hear so many people saying, I don't feel safe or comfortable sharing my love, sharing my light, because I don't want people to think I'm a bypasser.
Mm.

And something that's happened too is with the feminine is our we withhold love And I feel like that's what's happened in the past years with even like the increase of like the feminist movement, you know, And I'm. This is gonna be radical, but it's like what I've seen and perceived is that as women have been told that like, like it's better to be away from the home, it's better for them to have a job, it's better for them to like, you know, have someone else watch their kids. It's better for them to be independent. It's better for them to like, you know, not get married or do all these things that I felt like were part of like the. Maybe it's like a non organic feminist agenda. I'm like, wow. Like that actually like causes I feel like me to withhold love because I'm just worried about my job. I have friends, I have. It just increases my workload, which isn't like the natural state of the feminine because that's more of the masculine state. So I'm like, I find myself withholding love when I'm feeling overwhelmed, when I'm feeling like I have too much to do. And I did that with my husband. Like, you know, it's like he'd be like, oh, yeah, do you want to hang out? I'm like, oh my God. Too much to do. Too much to do, like withholding love because I felt so overwhelmed.
Yeah. And I think, you know, like, the feminist movement has helped us as females in so many ways and I'm grateful for that. And just because I feel felt what they saw as the model of power and success were masculine qualities that they were just like, well, if you're going to be a dick, I'll be a dick. If you're in a climbing way to the top, I'm going to climb my way to the top. So they just adapted those exact same patriarchal qualities and thought, well, this is what empowerment looks like. And I think now, you know, 50 plus years after this movement was birthed, we're realizing that the feminine isn't weak. It's not worse, it's not something that needs to be bypassed this word. But there's power in the feminine and there's power in that. And what beauty that we get to choose. We get to choose if we want to be working or having kids. We get to do both. And I think that it's coming into balance and harmony of our own feminine and masculine within ourselves so we can give love. Not the burnt out mom who's like, shit, I just got all these kids and they want so much of me and I don't got any more love to give. Or it's not the corporate career woman who worked her way to the top and doesn't have a single person to call. It's finding your unique balance of whatever stage that is in your life right now.
Yes. And if it is corporate woman, that's great. If it's mom, that's great. But whatever state makes you feel like you can not always withhold love because you feel like you're just burning the candle at both ends. But with also the movement too where it's like getting more women to work. And this is coming from someone. My mom worked my whole life. I've been working literally since I was 12. I, I actually really enjoy working. But I've realized I'm like the median household income hasn't increased and yet almost all households are double income households. So what the fuck is that? Where's all the money going? If more women are away from home working and men are working and they've stayed working, why are they not doubling the household income? Yes, we do have the gender pay gap that definitely increases exists, but not enough where it hasn't really increased at all. And that's where I'm like, oh, is this another way to get us in the system where now women are away from the home? You know, they're literally burnt out. They're like living in a masculine lifestyle. They're just like living against their design at times. And it just seems like very funky to me.
Yeah, I mean, I think also the cost of living just drastically increased that like back in the 50s, one man working could easily support his whole family. Not even the 50s, let's say maybe even until the 80s, 90s even. And it's just exponentially the past couple decades getting more and more expensive. Childcare costs are so high that it's like even with two parents working, it's hard to afford everything. And you know, I think we're just like, capitalism has its own benefits. You know, I don't want to go communist. And it's like in this late stage capitalist system that we're in, it's so every man for themself that the system has created this way that we're all really working for the system.
And that's it. 100%. Yeah. Capitalism is interesting. I'd watched this or I read this book on capitalism and it basically talked about like it's almost the same thing with everything. It's like the concept and idea behind capitalism actually makes a Lot of sense and actually is like a great way to go about things. But of course, we're not living in a capitalism that's it's like existing and working the way that it was intended.
Yeah, we're not in true capitalism.
And that's the same.
We're in corporate capitalism, which isn't what capitalism is for.
It isn't what it is. That's the same with the masculine, the feminine. We're not really in the true. And so it's like. I don't know if there's a better. But what I think is that we are in this capitalistic system. But I always feel like we're always taking it upon ourselves to feel bad about, oh my God, it's just getting too expensive. And it's kind of like our flight. There are systems at play that are keeping us in this state of, like, feeling like we are never gonna make it, feeling like inflation is happening that I feel like we don't even have control over. And I feel like are just keeping us in this state of, like, us fighting each other, thinking that capitalism is the thing when really it's like, almost all of our money goes to, like, unknown places for, like, wars or, like, weapons.
Yeah. They're like, people are like, you don't pay taxes and you're gonna have paved roads. I'm like, pretty sure they're not spending quadrillions of dollars a year on literally.
That's what I always say too. I'm like. I'm like, our dollars are not going to, like, what we think they are.
Right.
Like, they go to like, very weird things.
So with all of this, you know, like, I had this realization, like, when I was maybe like, 19, 20 years old, and I was like, college, none of this stuff makes sense. Like, why are we. Why are we doing this? And for me, I didn't. I didn't know what the solution was. So I ended up mo. Because it was like, very. I could live in a hut for about $2 a night and live for, like $5 a day. So I didn't need to get a job and do all of these things. I could explore my spirituality and write and do all these things because I didn't have the living expenses I would have had if I stayed in the U.S. however, though it is an option. Even if you have kids, I think a lot of people still don't want to do that. So what would you say to someone who's like, yeah, I'm realizing the system is fucked and I'm basically working to Stay alive and pay taxes. And I'm not really enjoying, but what do I do?
I mean, it's one of those things. It's like I'm no one to say anything for anyone to do anything, you know, firstly. So people need to do whatever their soul tells them to do and whatever feels really good for them. What I will say that has helped me get out of the system that I was in as well. I grew up in Ohio, small town. Like, I worked at a nursing home. My first job. I, like, had worked at a chicken joint. I worked at a Outback Steakhouse. I was, like, doing all those things too. But, like, and you're a vegan, and I'm vegan. That was, like, quite the journey. But listening to my soul when my soul was calling over the years has helped me to, like, get out of the system. And I feel like now it's like I want for nothing. Like, when you do find the reason for your dharma, I think when you find your dharma, you really want for nothing. Cause, like, humans, like, we realize that money doesn't make us happy, but yet we still chase it. We realized that, like, relationships don't make us happy, but yet we still chase it. We know all these things in our heart aren't gonna make us happy. For me, finding my purpose was, like, the thing, and then everything else sort of just makes sense. So for everyone listening, I mean, if you're in that situation, it's like, continue to listen to your soul. Continue to connect with, like, your higher self, the divine. And I pray that you can find your purpose so that you feel like everything else falls away. Because when you have the reason for living, whether. Whether it's faith, whether it's a family, whatever your reason for living is, then you realize you're like, oh, I don't want to go shopping every weekend. You know, it's like. And then you always, too, like, last thing I'll say. It's like catching yourselves in the.
If.
Then. If I buy this, then I'm happy. If I get this promotion, then I'm happy. If I lose the weight, then I'm happy. It never happens. We know it never happens, but yet we still are part of the game. So it's like trying to break us out of these games that we play with ourselves that we know better. And then when you're out of that, when you're like, okay, I'm in this job I hate. I'm in this situation I hate. I'm paying taxes every year. I mean, listen, we've all Paid taxes. I pay all my taxes, too. Taxes thing. I'm like, I don't give a fuck about that. Whatever, I'll pay. Really?
Cause I'm pissed.
No, I know, baby. You're making more money than me, though. So I feel that. That kind of thing. I'm just like, I can't put energy to being mad because it's just out of my wheelhouse. But I think it's like listening to your heart, finding your purpose, and noticing in small moments where you find yourself caught in the.
Yeah, I love that answer. Of it's really finding your purpose. Finding that thing that sets your soul on fire and makes you feel that this life is worth living. Otherwise it's going to be mundane with all the money, friends, whatever it is, unless you have a reason for being. And, you know, I write in discover your Dharma, happiness is not your purpose, but happiness is the byproduct of living your purpose. So here we are of like, if I do this, I'll be happy. That. And it's just.
That's backed by science, too.
Yeah. Okay.
There's like, science research. You should have asked me for your fucking book, dude.
I wrote about you in my book.
Literally, like my shining moment of my life. But they have back research where it's like, happiness doesn't make people happy. It's having purpose makes people happy. That's why it's actually very interesting. I was reading this book called Tribe, and they talk a lot about, like, war and countries in war, cities in war, the United States and war, all these places in war. And that they found that a lot of places when they're war countries, they actually are happier and less stressed and have less PTSD when they're constantly in a state of war because they feel like they have a purpose, and they all commune on this perceived purpose of being in war. And so when people like the US Soldiers have actually had some of the worst cases of ptsd, because, first of all, we're going overseas, but we are perceiving that we're going in and we're going out. Where these places that have war almost all the time, they're perceiving it to be normal, but they're also perceiving part of their purpose of their existence is to, like, be in this war. Wow. Yeah.
I mean, I think it's like elderlies as well. The moment that they lose their sense of purpose, whether it's a family connection or knitting or something, that's when they really start to. To age, you know, and they start to really Go downhill. Knitting is a good purpose.
That's like these elderlies, when they're like. You know, their purpose is, like, they're People knit. Kidding.
Whatever. Like, my grandma, her purpose was talking about Princess Diana. Like, we loved Princess Diana.
I. To be honest, me too. When I was younger, my obsessions were aliens. The Bermuda Triangle and the Princess Diana. Something was up my grand.
Like, framed pictures of her. I'm like, you don't know her.
I had the Princess Diana beanie Baby. I was like, I'm the shit.
But she gave a lot of people this sense of purpose, of, like, she's this shared person that we all know, and she's so good and pure and, like, look what they did to her. And, you know, when we feel some anger about it, but it gives us a sense of purpose. And, like, the moment that that's gone. Like, I saw with my. With my grandfather as he was passing away in January. He didn't have a purpose, and he was just kind of ready, you know, in a way, it was very Zen. He was just like, I'm ready to go. Because nothing was really tying him here.
Yeah. Yeah, that's so true. There's, like, such a beauty in that, you know, because it's like, well, is it purpose or is it attachment? Right. You know? Cause that's like the balance of, like, purpose or attachment. But. But yeah, when you're. When you're dying, you want to be like, okay, I'm ready.
So what does the law of one say about purpose? Like, do they see us as having, like, a specific purpose that our soul incarnated here for, or our purpose is just our own total free will?
So the purpose is, like, to choose your path basically, of service to others or service to self. That's really, like, the most important thing is your conscious choosing of your. Of your path. And then your expression of that is really just to, like, be in the most free will experience possible. And it's not like you. It doesn't say explicitly, like, if you, like, choose a path of purpose, but it's like having the purpose of, like, choosing your path explicitly and then being in service to that.
And can you share a little bit more about free will in law of one?
Yeah, and that was something that felt really resonant and true for me. And something that's like kind of. That concept has changed my life is the understanding that, like, the most in service to the Creator you can be is to honor someone else's free will. And again, to, like, bring up the example of, like, white Anglo Saxon Protestants, like just running amok, being like, you should be doing this. This is the best way. We know the way, like, follow us. And I think even in the west, we perceive that we are living the best life because we have the most creature comforts, but we are actually the most unhappy. And then we go to these other countries, like Africa and all these places, and we're like, we're going to save you, we're going to help you, we're going to do all these things and live this way. It's like that's imposing on people's free will. Like it's their free will choice to live however they want. And even now, when we think about like giving up something to be free, true free will, you give up nothing to be free. And with the concept and law of free will, it's like the basis of everything. Like, we need to honor other people's free will, whether that's something we like or not. And Alan Watts talks a little bit about this, but like, to love someone with the hope of them changing or coming on your side isn't loving someone. And so that's like basically dishonoring their free will. But the last thing I'll say about free will is in the law of one. They talk a lot about something that I found to be really powerful is like, I think sometimes we feel like we're being closed in on by negative forces or by people that are bad or it feels like bad, negatively polarized people always find each other in groups and mobs and it feels like so intense. Intense. And sometimes when you're a person that like honors free will, you're like, okay, why does it feel like there's no mobs of us? You know, if we think about some things in the past history. But it's like if you're someone that truly honors your free will, you're like, I actually honor their free will choice to do whatever they want, but I want to honor mine too. But people that are of the negatively polarized path actually don't honor free will. So that's why it feels more like a vortex. Because they're like, oh, no, you need to listen to me. But people of the free will path are like, no, I want to listen to me, but you can do whatever you want to do too.
Yeah, it's so true. Because those people, I think they think they're doing the right thing. You know, it's like I was chatting with my friend earlier about the Salem witch trials and like how those people thought you're you're evil. I don't know. Like your grass didn't get destroyed by the rain and mine did. So like you must be an evil witch that could kill people's children. So like you need to die. And that's actually just what they thought. So then all of these other people are like, damn, maybe you're right. And then they create a mob that. It takes a lot of courage to stand up against something like that.
Yeah.
And I think right now with. With cancel culture and just this whole. Yeah. Mob. Which I'm excited I'm having Africa Brooke on soon as well, which I'm excited about. But. But yeah, it is that again in a. A less extreme way than the witch trials, but it still has that energy.
To do it 100%. And it's like if you are saying you should do something that is not honoring someone's.
There's no should.
Yeah, just oh my God. Justin years ago was like, Penny, if you ever say you should, you should stop. And I'm like, damn. Cuz I always be like, you should do this, you should do that. And I'm like, damn, he's true. He's right.
Cuz it's like that means there's one right path. And it's like, how, how are we to know 100%.
Yeah, that's my whole thing with everything. How am I to know what is best for someone? Like, that is absolutely none of my fucking business. Like what is best for someone? Maybe what's best for someone is eating fast food every day. Maybe what's. Because that might be their path. Like, maybe what's best for someone is doing something that like, I totally don't agree with. Like, but that is part of their path and their experience. And it has nothing to do with me.
I think what it brings up for people, which I feel into of like just the fast food example, I'm like, like. But it's bad for their health, you know, or it's like you, you feel like you know something that they don't know and you really want to help them. And so my question, I'm. I'm curious. Like, what does the law of one say about like feeling like you need to help people or even that like could even be a savior complex that some of us have.
Yes. So the law of one talks a lot about. They asked this question explicitly where they were like, what do we do about people that are asleep? Like people that are unconscious? And Ra basically says, like, for those that are asleep, we only offer the comforts to which Serves people that are sleeping. And then RA also says service can only be extended to as much as it is requested. So basically, like, people can only be helped if they request your help, if they are explicit with their wanting of your support and help, or wanting of your advice or wanting of your direction. But we can always be like, you should not eat fast food. Like, I mean, think about that. I've literally never eaten fast food in my life. My mom was a psycho about food. So for me, that makes my skin crawl to think about someone eating fast food. But it's like, what am I gonna do? Be like, hey, you should not do it. Like, that is not good for you. All those things like, someone doesn't want to hear until they want to hear it, till they really want that service request. And then with sleeping, like, I just love that part because it's like we were all asleep and once, like, I was asleep too. We were asleep too. Like, you were everyone, you know, we were all asleep once. So when we become awake, we're always so like, oh my God, everyone needs to be awake. Like, look at what's going on. What the heck? But it's like, it's not my path. It's not my thing.
Yeah. And in my own path too. I see a lot of junk food. But like, I slowly myself because I had really bad asthma from it and I was overwhelmed weight. And so I wanted to change that. I went on my own journey. However, then you see other people who don't make that choice. They. They never do. And then they maybe later on, diabetes, cancer, who knows? So what I wonder. Or like someone who's on drugs, right? It's like they don't want to change. So is it even possible to have like an intervention with someone then from.
The law of one perspective? I mean, you could essentially, but you would be opposing your like free will on them. But I mean, there could be like offering the service to someone or holding space for them. But you know, from my perception or perspective, this maybe would go against loved one. But like, if I believe that someone would need like a mirror in me, like, I would love to provide it. But like, even projectors, like, we, you know, have to be invited or asked. So it's like I know from that, like, I've had people tell me what to do my whole life, and literally when they tell me what to do, I fucking want to do that. I want to do do that that they're telling me. You know what I mean? So there's that rebel part of us too. So I don't really know the answer, but that's what I perceive.
Yeah, I'd be curious because it's like, I think true change starts from within, and we all influence each other. So it's like having that invitation, that opportunity of like, hey, maybe instead of McDonald's, like, we can make our own sandwiches today. Or like, you know, bring them in, rather than punishment or force into more of a positive reinforcement. So, yeah, who knows? And another thing I wanted to ask you about is channel. So we were talking about how channeling.
The juiciest episode ever.
I know.
We're really juicy, dude.
So give us that five star review.
Y'.
All. No holding back. This is 10:30 at night, by the way, guys. In Miami beach, the club is bumping. Love One.
Love One. Channeling was something that Sahara and I were talking about, something that I've been thinking about a lot, lot lately. And Law of One is impetus for that too, because it was a channel text. So Carla, who basically trans channeled Ra, and then there was two others in the room that James and Don that were basically transcribing and asking the questions of Raw through Carla. That was the trans channel. And in the Law of One, it's just so fascinating because the way that they channel RA is so intentional, it's actually insane. They do a lot of white magic practices. They have a Bible. They have different crystals that are positioned the right way. They have a virgin chalice of water. They have to call her name back. It's like a very, very rhythmatic process. And there was even a time when they didn't do the ritual correctly. And it actually created like a. Almost like a gap in space time where a fifth dimension, fifth density entity came through that was negatively polarized. And, like, was gonna basically convince Carla to, like, run in front of a car. It's like, actually insane. Like, it's insane. But so this is what happens is, like, when you have a really, really high energy band, like a six dimension entity that is being channeled through, and you have that opportunity where you're like doing a misstep or you don't do the ritual correctly, and then you leave this, like, gap kind of in space time for something else to come in and take polarity. And the goal within Love One would be to take the positive polarity or take them off the PA path of spreading light of the infinite creator, which is service to the Creator because it's just in a different way. And so that really brought to my attention, like, the intentionality that we need to have with channeling. And I grew up someone that was incredibly open. I had my own weird experiences with channeling. There was times in my life where I channeled things and I didn't intentionally mean to and it was incredibly scary. And so as I've gotten older and as I've just kind of been in this space and sort of understood dark energy and entities and then also beautiful light beings and energies and entities, I've seen that channeling has become something that's becoming very popular. And this is definitely a conversation that someone like Kiki, who's like the witch that I work with, or other people probably are better apt to speak to. But what I've noticed is that when we are channeling without protection or boundaries or understanding or discernment, we can open ourselves up to things that like, we don't necessarily know what they are. And that's where false light comes in. Like there are demons or negative entities that perceive to be light but are not. And that would happen. Like as an example, trans channeling is actually very rare because most light beings and angels honor your free will and they don't want to enter your body. Like that would not be the preferred choice of a light being to enter your body. Like they are like your perfect, your whole, you know best. So I'm going to stay out here and just kind of point you in the right direction, show you angel numbers, all of these things. And so that was something too where I was like, oh man, that really makes sense to me. Like that free will choice. So my overall message with this is just like, is that I think channeling's really beautiful and I think people channel naturally. Like we're channeling right now. Maybe you channel when you write and it's already happening. So to like go out there and try and be like, I'm gonna channel something to get an answer or to be entertained or. Or to escape or for the ego. It's like that doesn't really get you anywhere but like entertain you for a little bit.
Yeah, I mean, the only thing that I channel is my highest self.
Yes, that's it.
I'm only channeling me. And really when I think about the word channeling, I think of a continuous flow of creativity without my ego. It's like a deep connection to my soul. However, that's not everyone how everyone does it. You know, there's people like Abraham Hicks or Bashar people who channel galactic being kings, etc, channel certain ancestors. And I think unless you really know what you're doing, like be mindful it's not like, you know, it's like a Ouija board, you know, you always around with a Ouija board. You might end up in Jumanji, you.
Know, we I around the Ouija board with my friend when we were young. I was like, seventh grade or something, and we're like, going at it, and we're like, oh, my God, it's like working. And I felt it working. I'm like, oh, my God, it's working. And I'm like, P I G. I'm like, like, what? And then we're like, what? Did you do that? And she's like, did you do that? And like, it said, pig fucker.
What?
Yo. And then fucking weird shit happened. I was like, yo, this has got to go. Like, it was so weird. We were literally young girls. And I'm like, did you say that? She's like, did you say that? I'm like, that was not us.
Yeah.
And then it was just bizarre. Very weird.
Well, I'm scared even from that story now, but.
I know, babe, but they love it. Like, that's. The whole thing is, like, it seems Christian to say demons. But, like, every single religion has their perception of what a negative entity is in different types of things. But those trickster energies, like, a lot of times they're just freaking tricksters. Like, they're in the fourth dimension. They haven't transitioned. They're just bored. They're kind of like, seeing what's up. They just have trickster energy that is really enticing to, like, mess with humans or mess with us in this experience. But we always remember that we have dominion. Like, this is our ours. Like this. This plane is ours. And, like, they actually have no right to be in our space.
Well, you know, I don't drink alcohol.
Yes.
And a big reason why I don't drink is exactly that, you know, and people don't know the word spirits. Alcohol is called spirits. Like, what does that actually come from? The word alcohol comes from the Arabic word al ghul, which is the word ghoul. That's where it comes from. Al Ghul Gul. So what happens when you drink? Alcohol is. Alcohol is. Is. It's like an astringent. It separates. Like, if I put vanilla in alcohol, I'm going to get vanilla extract. If I put Palo Santo, whatever it is, I get the extract of it. So I'm putting alcohol in my body. I'm extracting my soul. So that's why when you see people who are very, very drunk, it's like they're not there. You look in their eyes. They're not there. Something else is. Like, take them on a spin, you know, and like, what is it? Who is? It tends to be these lower vibrations. Spirits who, for whatever reason, couldn't pass into the next dimension, probably because they did something really up. And they're not good spirits that you want to be messing with.
Who?
And I. I remember seeing this boy that I knew in college, and he was a really nice guy. He came from Saudi Arabia, so a lot of restrictions in his family. So when he'd drink, he'd get belligerent. And he was drunk and he was just smashing, like, windows of a car. Like, why? But it was. That wasn't him. Like, he's like a really wealthy Saudi. He doesn't need to do it. But it was just like. Like this thing took him over. You couldn't even get a hold of him. He wasn't there. And that's what happens when you drink. Not always. Not if you have one, two drinks. I'm just talking about if you drink a lot. And I'm sure people who know, people who drink a lot have seen this in other people. But you need to be very careful in anything that you do that you leave your body. Ayahuasca, shrooms, whatever it is, anything that you're leaving your body if you are not grounded, if you are not protected, if you are not. Like, please don't just leave your body and be like, I'm just going to trust whatever wants to take me. No, like, you need to keep that control and keep that sovereignty and grounding. Otherwise, it's like, that's what these spirits want.
Yeah, 100%. I think about that with so much stuff, like past life regressions, like, ayahuasca. Like, I've. Because of my weird experiences, like when I was younger with channeling. It's like, not intentionally. It's like I'm taking. Terrified of that. That's like a deep wound for me where I've never been able to, like, be comfortable enough in those type of situations. Because you don't know what's gonna happen. You don't know who's around. You don't know what's around. Like you don't know. And I need, you know. And overall, the main thing is I need to be more in my body, not less.
Yes.
And I think the. The real thing is too. It's like, you have the answers more so than then freaking Mary Magdalene, then whatever. Like, these beings are here to support you, but they would probably rather have you go to your highest self, Go to you, be in your heart than, like, tap on them. And that's the thing too. It's just another way that we outsource everything.
Yeah, exactly. And I think, like, what's the point? You know, it's like, what's the point? Like, I want to channel. It's ego, this thing. Yeah, it's like, ego. I think it is ego entertainment. Or a belief that that's better, deeper, more advanced of like, I'm ready for the next shit. Like, I want to channel this random. Even, like, channeling ancestors. Like, before, I was like. And I have channeled my grandfather before. And it's like my grandfather and I felt a connection. However, some people have channeled ancestors of theirs that are not benevolent.
Yes.
You know, not all of your ancestors want the best for you.
Yes.
So it is very important when working with ancestors. Always, always, always. My shamanic teacher would say, the ancestors that love me and want the best for me, you know, otherwise it could be great, great, great Aunt Rudy, who's pissed as fuck about what happened to her in that lifetime.
A hundred per. I realized that too. Like, I have a grandma that I have with me a lot. And we actually had beef in my actual life. And now we had a session one time. She was, like, waving the white flag. We're like, all cool. But we had another time, and she said something, and I was like, that.
That is.
It wasn't dark, malevolent. It was just, like, very. From her lens. And I was like, oh, that is not for me. That is from your perceived lens that you're still kind of existing from. And I was like, oh, that's interesting, because that is like, what.
Yeah, when I channel, my grandpa was all about, like, business, you know? Cause that's what he knew, you know?
And, like, it's just like, thanks. It's just entertainment. You know, that kind of stuff is entertainment. But I think. I think I just. If you are someone that wants to channel or, like, get into that, like, seek guidance and help and support and create, like, discernment. And the thing is, is that the greater you go on your spiritual path, the more discernment you need. Like, the more spiritual discernment. And I used to believe before, law of one, like, oh, I'm a light. I'm a light. Like, I only attract light. Light attracts light. There's only gonna be positive beings around me. Cause I'm a positive being. And that's actually not how things work. Like, when you are a light, like, you have More things interested in taking your light. Like, it's just facts. You will have more protection. Your protection squad will be bigger and better than ever. You will have, like, a deeper connection with the people that protect you or work with you or are your boundaries. So your light is greater. But there is also that opportunity to, like, take you off your path by things. Things that want to. And I think we can look at some of the greatest healers and teachers who often are the most controversial. They have the biggest light, so they have the biggest shadow. And oftentimes that could be something else that potentially trying to, like, take them off their path.
Mm, yeah. I mean, that's why, for me, like, I'm not. I've never done ayahuasca in my life, and I really don't want to because I don't feel called to, like, leave my body and have a foreign energy or entity tell me what I need to do with my life when I don't know all the energies in the space. I don't know the person facilitating it. I don't even know the energy of the plant as she's shifting over time, which I've shared with you. My shamanic teacher has been working with ayahuasca for a long time, and she no longer does because of the consciousness of the plant has shifted. So I think that it's important for us. Sometimes I think we're so used to the linear progression of, like, okay, I meditated. So next I'm going to do breath work. So next I'm going to. I'm going to do ayahuasca. So next, logically, I'm going to do whatever it is. And it's like, no. Like, sometimes you just find your things and that's enough.
Yes. And it's spiritual ego. Like, what is it? Like, you're. You want to be validated for being unique and special and being like, oh, I'm channeling this being an entity or whatever. It's like, what if no one knew that you were going to do that? You know, what if you were just going to have the answers? Like, there's so much of that we have to be mindful of because it's just on the path of more ego rather than, like, actual truth, you know?
Yeah. And I think it's, you know, it's normal to be curious about all this stuff. Like, I definitely am. And, like, also I want to share that, like, some people's experience of past life aggression can be very, very positive. Like, I've done past life regression, and it's been great for me.
Yes.
Whereas for you, because of your experience, it wasn't. So I think it's like, tune into what your body, your wisdom is telling you. Is it like, this feels right for me? I. I love sitting in ayahuasca, Sam. I'm really drawn to it, Feel totally comfortable in it. Then maybe that's your path, you know? But it's like, I think sometimes we force ourselves to do the thing that everyone else is doing because. And then we like, create a story of like, oh, my resistance means I even need it more. And it's like, no, maybe your resist. Like, for example, you went on an ayahuasca retreat and your soul was just like, no, we're staying.
But no, my soul was like, no, fam. And it's funny because I've had the chance to do it since and I lost my license and then my car died.
Oh, wow.
Justin lost his license, I lost my license and my car died.
It was just like, don't go. Whereas other people, I know, it's been so life changing for them and positive and amazing. And it's like we all have different soul paths. So follow what feels expansive, what feels good, what feels at home for you and the ones that don't, you don't need to do it all.
Yes. Yeah. And it's like, you know, with the channeling, my intention is never to scare people. It's like, because if you knew. And I love A Course in Miracles, talks about this so much. But it's like if you knew how much support you had, you would never be scared. Like, if you knew how much you were loved, you would never be scared. And it's the truth. But there is also, you know, just a lot going on in our planet and. And like, I just want people to be mindful and discerning when we're stepping into the world of these different dimensions and portals.
Absolutely. So what do you do for protection?
Yeah, so I. We work with Kiki, our resident witch. At almost 30, she's opulent witch on Instagram. We've been working with her for a year. And so when we work with her together, I've been working with her like on activating my gifts and like working on sort of clearing those channels. We will create container together. She's taught us to create container. And so that's done with her guidance. And then that's also intuitive. And when you're creating container, it's really like the blessing and intention and whatever feels like is needed. So if it's a salt Ring if it's roses, if it's a diamond, if it's golden, creator, light, whatever it is, Creating that, like, intentional container, inviting in the energies that are of the highest expression to support you, disinviting those compassionately that are not here to serve the work that you're trying to do, and then closing with container that then. And then also, too, it's like me having just the deepest connection to my voice. That's what it is. Mostly it's like, what's my voice? Because if I know my voice, then I know a voice that's not my voice. Like, that's the major thing. So it's like, if I ever hear something that I'm like, ooh, that's kind of funky, or, like, that's a weird energy. Like, the other night in my hotel room, I put a container in my hotel room, and I saw my guides, like, taking something. Someone out, like, something out of my room. And I was like, oh, wow. Like, if I wouldn't have known to create this space, like, in my room, like, with my voice being like, hey, something's. Let's just kind of do this, I would have never, like, been able to clear that space. So knowing your voice, I think, is the number one, because then you can tell if something is not. And I think me now being comfortable with, like, my spirituality and my light and even my darkness has helped me to, like, discern much better. Because before, I was just scared all the time. I was terrified all the time. I was just like, oh, my God, God, something's after me. Things are going to get me. There's negative beings in the room. But, like, when I became empowered in the fact that, like, no, this is like our. This is our domain. Like, literally, like, we own this domain. God owns this domain. But, like, we are in charge. And I could say, get out. I can be direct. You can be direct with energies and beings and, like, they're just lost. Like, they don't for the most part, like, things are just funky, but, like. Like, for the most part, not. Things are out to get you. They're kind of just, like, lost or confused.
Yeah. And I think, you know what Shaman Durek, our friend, he says is, like, they all just want to go back to the light.
Yeah.
You know, it's like. And he actually kind of, like, personifies them of, like, you know, if you feel a dark energy or just a weirdness, a weird voice, whatever it is, to ask it, like, who are you? Where do you come from? And it's like, okay, time to go back to the light. Go back to your family. Like, bye, bye.
They want to be acknowledged, too.
Yeah.
We were in this haunted. It was like, our friends, Susie Batiste, she lives in a church and like, yo, this fucking church is crazy. Like, that is, like, my help. It was beautiful. And she's very comfortable with that. There's, like, ghosts there. And I remember we had an event. The lights were flickering during the event. We came in our room. Our room was right by the. Like, the. Where the church is held. It was like, behind it, and the bath, like, the toilet was just, like, making all these noises. And like, right before bed, I was like, okay. I'm really grateful that you're allowing us to sleep here. Like, I'm so grateful we're only here for a night. I would love to sleep really deeply. I would appreciate it so much if we could sleep deeply. Slept the best I've ever slept in my life. And I just was like, the acknowledgement, the like, gratitude, the like, just clearness, I think is appreciated. And when you're, like, super scared or you're confused or you're all these things, it's like sometimes those things are just like, kind of play with you or they're going to reflect back to you or anything like that. So if you kind of take the power back of any situation, like, you're usually in control.
I'm like, bitch, get the fuck out.
Yeah, literally.
But, yeah, it's like, I feel like for me, that realm was you talking about. I just get scared, like, even. Even thinking about it, you know, that I'm like, thinking, well, if I acknowledge it, then does that make it real? And then does it start, like, showing up? Because I have. I have some friends that are, like, always seeing beings that they're like, there's a being in the room. This. And I'm like. Like, I'm scared even you telling me about the being. So I. I, like, wonder if it's like, if I start going into that, am I going to become that person who's like. Because when I was a kid, I'd see a lot of ghosts, and it was very, very overwhelming.
That's what it is. It's really like child men. It's the same. Was like childhood trauma.
Yeah.
You know, that's the whole thing is like, that childhood trauma. It's like reclaiming that part of you that, like, became scary. And, like, I think about too, like, there was a being in my house when I was little that, like, just really was traumatic. And so it's like I think about that. I'm like, oh, I want to reclaim that part of me that, like, I lost because of that, you know, because. And same for you, like, you lost your seeing ability because of that. But now you can, like, be clear, like, I want to see or I don't. And something for. Literally, this is the same thing with aliens. Love aliens. Like, fucking been abducted. Love them. But for the most part, I'm like, do not fucking come near me and my place. Do not for the 90, 100% of the time with beings. I'm like, no, no, no, I. I'm too busy. I don't want to play.
Yeah, I. I don't like aliens. I don't want them near me at all. Like, that boundary is clear. Stephen, my husband, loves them. He, like, long story short, was abducted, like, next to me when we were in Hawaii. And he. He just had a dream that he saw this. Like, okay, so now I'll just tell the story because we're in it. But. But we were in the Big island, which is the south of the Big island, which is known for its alien activity. Like, people go there to set up shop to, like, connect with aliens. Because it's all lava, basically. I was on a belly dance retreat. Yeah, but the vibes there are not very Lemurian. It's like, it's all lava. There's no really greens and that kind of stuff there. So he came and I knew he's into aliens. I just didn't want to tell him anything. I don't want to get him excited. So we were asleep at. The window was open, and he woke up in the middle of the night. I heard him being like. And I just thought, oh, he's. I don't know, he's having a dream. And the next day he's like, dude, I had the most, like, realistic dream. Like, it was in this room, though. He was like, I saw this, like, saucer, like a small, like, basically like a Frisbee saucer that was, like, lit up. And he was like. It was on the floor and it came, like, right to my eye level, and then it flew out the window. I'm like, weird dream. And then he was on the balcony with his shirt off. And I'm like, by the way, what happened to your back back? He's like, what are you talking about? And I'm like, the rashes on your back, it's like honeycomb. And I'm like, here, let me take a picture. I have. I have a picture. I'll show it to you. After this, and I show him the picture, he's like, what is that? It's on both shoulder blades and it's like these, like a honeycomb grid on both shoulder blades of like, suction cups, like when you do cupping. And it's like the suction cups. So we're like, could it have been on the flight? Like a seatbelt? But we're like, what's on both sides? And like, why would a seatbelt do that? And we're like trying to figure out. We're like, could it be a of bunch bug? But I'm like, but so geometrical. Like, how can a bug, like, do that? We're like. So we start googling. We're like, honeycomb grid. We end up on like extraterrestrial activity dot com. Like something like that. And it's hundreds of people who had a dream and woke up with a honeycomb grid. Because he's open to being an alien. And he was very excited about the whole thing. He was not scared of it at all. And he actually also has, which is an another extraterrestrial thing. He has like an extra vertebrae on the back of both of his ears. It's just like an extra vertebrae that humans aren't meant to have, which maybe is like the alien chip they left in him. I'm not sure.
Wow.
But basically all of these people had some sort of dream, woke up with this rash. So I even told Elizabeth April about this. But basically what I think, and she thinks is like, it was the Grays. They do a lot of, like, testing and stuff, research on humans, the ones who are open to it. So. So I guess he like woke up right when they, like, dropped him off. And so he like saw the saucer, like just. Or whatever. It was just like drop him off or something. He. He woke up too soon. He saw something. But what's confusing to me, I'm like, if they're in the non physical realm, why was a physical mark left on his back? It was like they picked him up with two suction cups on his shoulders and like picked up with his body all while I was right next to him and didn't feel think anything a thing. That's why I. I'm like, so it is about your energetic boundaries because otherwise we were next to each other and they didn't touch me.
Yes. Yeah. And love one talks about, like alien contact. It's like you can really go to the feeling and then understand if it was positive or negative. So for him it was like, cool.
So I was also I was like, maybe it's. I was trying to make it positive. I'm like, maybe it's going to help you with your musical abilities. I was like, skrillex is probably an alien.
And look at Skrillex, honestly.
But he. He was happy about it the whole time, which shows. It's like, that's his path, you know?
One time I had this dream where I was like. It was fucking crazy. I was like, in my brain, and I was in my brain, and I was going to all these rooms, and I got to this room, and I was looking at all these, like, alien people working, and they were all on computers. And one of the computer was, like, body relationships, friends, like, doing all these things. And I went up to them and I started to reprogram program. I went up to all these aliens and, like, we're gonna do this, we're gonna say this. We're gonna reprogram. And I was in there and we're all reprogramming, working together. And then someone comes in and basically tries to arrest me. And I was like, you can't be in here.
Wow.
You cannot be in here. And I was like, yo. It was so crazy.
It's so, like, to me, it's so fascinating how, like, different people have these different karmic tendencies to different things of, like, your consciousness is working with these aliens or. Or, like. Or that's the way that you see spirituality. Like, that's. That's the form that it can resonate with you, whereas with someone else, it's through the resonance of a plant medicine or through someone else, it's like through the feminine or whatever it is. So I'm so fascinated as to, like, why, like, why are certain of us drawn to certain spiritual texts, traditions, lineages?
I know. I think for me, actually, my number one is angels. Angels are my everything. Like, I feel the most connected to the angelic realm because it feels. Feels, just feels.
It's like the archangels.
Yeah, the archangels are just like that space. It is even like archangels. It's just like the space of angelic realm, you know, whatever dimension that is. But it's like the pure love light frequency. And it's like, I love aliens so much, but aliens can be murky. Yeah. It can be funky, it can be whatever. So I just find that I'm like, if it's not God, it's angels, because angels are just the best. Like, there's nothing thing that you can be murky about an angel, you know, and it's that pure love. Frequency, it's like all that. But when you get into the alien realm, it can be like, oh, my God, what's going on?
Yeah. I think for me, the alien stuff, it feels unknown and also very, like, masculine, I think, for me. And like, like sterile. Like, you know, there's no plants. It's very, like, silver and that kind of vibe that I don't really resonate. I'm like, Lemuria. Like, the Hawaiian energy.
Like Atlantis.
Like, tropical. Not so much Atlantis. Cause that's masculine. Yeah, yeah. Like, I do have a past life memory of Atlantis, but I was like, oh. Like, why aren't they telling us the truth? Like, the water was much colder. Like, I wanted to go back to Lemuria. Whereas for me, like, my highest forms of joy are dance, community, nature, feminine, which is, like, really the essence of Lemuria.
So.
So, yeah, it's so fascinating because I think it's like, we've had past lives in all of these different places, but maybe that's where, like, the rest of our lessons are, right? It's like, you know, someone else told me in my last life, I was like, some, like, just Japanese businessman, and I was just, like, so disconnected from all spirituality. And so I, like, came back to be like, I want to be the total opposite of. I'm like, so maybe it's that, you know, I really need more lemorian energy, so I'm going to be drawn to that. And maybe it's also all of the lifetimes that you've had there.
Yes. And I think, again, it's like the back to the beginning, that simulation. It's like your higher self's like, okay, Japanese businessman. We're going to be disconnected from our body. And then it's like, okay, let's plug something else in. I want to be fully embodied dancing woman. You know, like, in the embodied woman, it's like, yeah, it just. It can be fun when we're coming at it from the higher perspective of, like, I get all of these experiences.
Yeah.
But for us, we're like, like, oh, my God, I don't want to that any life but ours seems, like, scary a little bit. Unless you're like, what is it in the yoga tradition they say that you only get one lifetime where you're famous.
Oh, really?
Yeah. Only one lifetime. Because you can only handle it in one lifetime.
Like, how famous are we talking? Like, Justin Bieber famous?
Yeah, he's like, major famous. Not like Instagram people.
We don't count. Literally.
It's actually the follower account limit.
It's over a million followers now. To Instagram follow. Literally.
I guess I literally, like, there was a tiny little baby ego part of me that was like, maybe this is it. As like, no, no, no, no.
But yeah, I mean, who knows? But it's interesting because it's like, I used to be, like, all about my past lives, and now I'm sort of like, it doesn't really matter, dude. Same 100% it doesn't matter. It's this life. I'm in this body, in this life right now. So my work is here. So what's the point of bouncing around and trying to figure them out? I think for me, it was like, reclaiming parts of my identity of, like, I'm really drawn to, like, Latin America. Like, I definitely have some. Some past lives. I'm really drawn to the Vedas. I definitely have some past lives there. But right now, what matters is what interests are showing up for me without it needing to be this, like, story that I think we always tell ourselves of, like, I was the pharaoh of Egypt. It's like. Or maybe you just like, the eye of Horus because it's a beautiful sun.
Yes. Yeah. It's almost like I want someone to tell me about a past life where they're like, yeah, you were like a mailman in Arkansas and, like, you know, loved subway sandwiches. I'm like, fucking dope.
Well, I remember because I did quantum hypnosis healing technique twice, which is Dolores Cannon's past life regression. And in one of them, in my lifetime, which, again, I am not sure if these were actual lifetimes or my. My own subconscious projecting stories. I don't know what's the truth, but in that lifetime, I was, like, in, like, Berber, like, Bedouin kind of clothing, like, but, like, really dirty. I was a peasant. And she was like, what was the highlight day of your life? And I remember seeing, like, you know, the Sphinx in Egypt. Like, they were still building it, so they brought, like, the piece of the head, and it, like, went by, like, my little village, and I just saw it go by, and, like, that was the best day of my whole entire life just to see that statue. And then she was like, bring me back to your time of death. And it was like, me and I could feel it was like, Steven's consciousness. We were in this tent. We were just so cold. We were so cold, and we were shivering, and we just died. And it was just like, that was my whole life. Like, I saw a statue, and then I died of hypothermia. And it Was like, that feels more. And another one. I was just a homeless man. I was drunk and I just died on the street dance.
Damn, that's sick.
You know, and it's just. This is probably more realistic.
Exactly, exactly. I'm like, tell me about me being piece of. That's the thing. Love one. It's all good.
Yeah.
We look at those lives, we're like, oh, no, I was homeless and I died. It's like, it's all good. It's all part of the path.
Exactly. Because after I went through those and I was like crying and she was like, why are you crying? I'm like, my lives were so miserable. Like, nothing.
You have judgment.
And then she was like, well, what did you. Like, what did you think? It's like, not every lifetime is going to be this, like, miraculous, like, I healed the world and blah, blah. It's like, you know, if there is a path of like, ascension or karma or whatever. You want to talk about it? It's like every lifetime we build up upon what we've learned in the last one. So it's like we gotta. We gotta start somewhere.
I know. Yeah. I always wonder with that too. I'm like, I think it's a very interesting thing. Do we work up, like, that's like the, you know, Hindu philosophy. It's like, are you building good karma to work up into what? I don't know.
Because it's like, what's next? The Buddhist philosophy would say that you're. You're developing merit in every lifetime, which you do from good deeds. Basically the same thing of law, of one of like, selfless acts. Being the Bodhisattva, you develop merit. And it's almost like a bank of merit that you collect which then accumulates that eventually the goal for them being that you no longer need to incarnate as a human because you have no more karma to play out here. However, I mean, I. That's why I think that's a good story. And I think that really helps people, like, do good to be like, I'm developing good merit. And just from my anthropological lens of looking at religion, I'm like, well, that's a good way of making sure that people do good, you know, So I don't know. You know, also when I look at, at. At Hinduism, it's like, there's so much disparity and inequality in India. So like, I remember when I first, you know, moved there and just seeing all the beggar kids every single time we stopped our car and I was like, heartbroken And I was like, you know, I want to give them money. And, you know, the person I was with at the time was like, no, you can't. And I was like, what? Like, these are children outside of our car. Like, we need to give them money. And. And he who grew up there, he was like, if you do, then every single time they see this car, they're all going to flock on this car. And he's like, and. And most of them, you know, the money doesn't even go to them. It goes to whoever basically owns them, right? Yes, because it's. It's a. Unfortunately, a system of. Of beggars are. Are put on these streets. And I was, like, so heartbroken. And it made me realize that, like, for someone who lives there day in, day out, they can't be heartbroken at every day. That's too much for them to deal with. So to have a philosophy that's, well, in this life, I'm a Brahmin, and in this life I'm rich. And it's because I must have had good karma in my past life, and that's why I'm here. And for them, they have their chance too. So they need to be the best beggar or untouchable that they can be to get to the next life that helps me and even them make peace with their circumstances. However, from an outside Western perspective, we're like, wait, what? So you did good in your past life, so you get to be in this car while they're beg, begging. That doesn't make sense. Do I know the answer? No.
Yeah, because, you know, I hear that and I hear ego. I'm like, I deserve this because in a past life, that's nebulous. And no one knows I was good. Right. Do you know what I mean? It's like, because then from the outside, you'd look at, like, a leader, king or whatever, and you'd be like, oh, they must have been very good in a past life. And like, yeah, so it's weird because I perceive that to be helpful for some and then also for others. It's like, you know, you're just a beggar, and you're like, I was such a piece of shit in my past life. It's, you know, it's all pure perception. It could make you feel like you have more purpose. It could make you feel like you have less.
Yeah, I think it could be, you know, and in India, what's happening right now is a lot of people who are the untouchables, which is like the bottom caste are like rising up and out of it. But even as they're accumulating wealth, the people who are still in, you know, we still have this in our subconscious. Cause it's been in the history for so long. So. So they're like, even if you're a millionaire, you're still an untouchable. That it's like a continued way to divide people and make them apart. And I think what's challenging is no one knows. No one knows why one person's rich and one person, no one really knows why one person gets healthy and one person gets sick. We don't know. So we just, culturally, historically, we create stories. And at the end of the day, it's choose the story that feels good for you.
Yeah. Because then that's delusion, though sometimes if.
You were using this. But do we even know anything to be true?
100%, I agree with that. I think too, what I also do in those situations is like, I'm like, that's between them and God. That is none of my business. There's like a true metaphysical power to minding your own business. Like that is be like, I trust God, I trust the Creator, I trust this infinite being that is like running everything or however we perceive it. It's like, I trust, trust them, that that's their business. Maybe it's karma, maybe it's their choice. Maybe it's a past life, maybe it's whatever. None of my business.
Yeah. And I think too, for us who are, like, very curious, it's almost like, you know, we, we want to know. And I think though, that's the beauty and like, kind of what we started the conversation about. We're just like going to work and we don't know why we're here. And it's like, so we're questioning. And then I think also then what we come back to is like, and we don't know. And the best shot we can do is still a story that to someone else still might not be true. And to be okay with that, to have whatever it is that empowers you, that's bringing light to yourself and, and to the world. And also, if we were meant to know it all, we would.
And what would we be doing here if we meant to know it all. Yeah, you know, like, what was there something to like, recently? I was, everything was really good or everything's been really good lately. And I just heard my soul being like, this could get boring. And I was like, oh, my God, no. You know, just like that thing of like, if it's all good, what are you gonna do? Like you, there's no reason to. Like we humans, part of our nature is searching. Searching is part of our nature. The questioning is part of our nature.
What I've been doing with that because I am someone also who like will fill my time with more work. You know, it's like, oh, I have free time. Time. Like, great, now I can just like record some. Yeah. More meditations. Something that now I'm like, if I have a day that I don't do a lot, I'm like, wow, that was.
A really good day.
Just to start like retraining my subconscious of not seeing the productive day as the good day, but the day that I like, you know, even if I was on TikTok or making TikToks, I'm like, that was a really good day. I had a lot of space. So then you're not just like looking for things to fill your time, but rather choosing peace, which I think is a really challenging thing for humans naturally to do.
I love that. Yeah, that's beautiful. Yes.
Okay, well we've been going in for two hours.
I knew it.
Dude, I couldn't believe it. It's like 11pm right now in the club bumping, bumping Ladies leave your man at home the club is full of ballas and the fox is full of grown and all the fellas leave a girl with her friends cuz it's 11:30 and the club is jumping, jumping her.
High self is bumping, bumping, bumping so.
You say you got a girl.
Yeah sure you got a man. But the party, we did our karaoke songs before this when we were preparing when Stephen was setting up.
Yeah.
So my ass is gonna fall off.
Closing it off with some music, some high vibes, some light. And thank you for just like this beautiful journey that we've been on.
This is like my dream podcast scenario.
What is real?
Like, have a great day. Don't channel demons. Bye.
See you later. Be careful out there, kids.
Yeah, literally there's demons around the corner. Have a great night.
So where can people connect with you? Learn more about the law of one, train your loved one.
Book club. Yeah, book club is happening. But I'm going to be selling the book club courses like Evergreen after so people can get it on my website. It's Christa.com. that's. It's Krista.com and then it's Christa is my Instagram. It's its Christa. And then almost 30 is the podcast which you've Been on a lot.
Yes. Well, thank you again. This was so much fun.
You'll be on when your new book comes out.
Oh, girl, that's gonna be some time. I'm choosing the path of ease, lose, resistance, nothingness. Yeah, but it's so fun. I really love just, like, having friends on the podcast and having. Because we have these types of conversations, and I just feel like so many people are thinking them and they just don't really have anyone to dive deep into. So I hope you, as the listener right now, felt like you were here with us in the room and feel inspired and curious. Maybe there's a lot you want to journal on.
Yes.
Or maybe you just want to dance and, like, live your life and all of it is perfect.
Yes. I appreciate your community so much. They're so special. You have, like, a real great group. So I'm just. I'm happy to be with you guys.
Thank you, Queen. Wow. What an incredible conversation. First of all, I just want to acknowledge you for sticking with us for being in the trenches. We really went into so many different rabbit holes and topics and conversations, and some of this stuff can be really heavy and also really polarizing. And it's tough to have conversations like this, especially in a social media world where, you know, people don't really, really have conversations. They more yell at each other, tell each other what to do, think their way is right. So thank you for being here and for hearing our different perspectives. I'm curious about all of your perspectives. Begin opening up the dialogue with your friends, with your community. We need more people having conversations like this, especially Face to face, because in Face to Face, we pick up on people's emotions and perspectives and they open up and share stories with us that, you know, they would not have if they. If it was just us hiding behind screens. So really open yourself up to your own spiritual exploration and what feels true and resonant for you. So thank you so much for being here.
