533: How To Channel Your Guides, Goddesses, Ancestors, Beings + Beyond with Rebecca Campbell

Sahara Rose talks with spiritual author Rebecca Campbell about channeling guides, goddesses, and ancestors. Campbell shares how to connect with these beings and offers practical advice for people starting their own spiritual practice.
The best way to start working with ancestors, if you haven't already, is to find one positive one that you had a decent relationship with if you have contact with them. I think that when just like any unseen spirits, like, you don't want to just call in anything, and so you want to call in one that you recognize and one that you've got a positive relationship with. And so I did that. But when my grandma passed, who I was very, very close to in, like, actual life, it completely changed because I so recognized her energy. It was like she was the doorway for me. So finding your key, your doorway, your. Your person, your key ancestor to step forward, I think really, really helps.
Welcome back to the High Self podcast. My name is Sahar Rose, and on this podcast, I love to take spiritual concepts and make them fun, grounded, modern, relatable so they can actually serve your needs. Because to me, the spiritual journey is not about leaving your body or getting somewhere, but rather, it's like being here with the earth, with the goddess, with the divinity that is already inside of ourselves. And one of my greatest gifts that I didn't even realize was a gift or was channeling. And so if you haven't, like, heard of the word channeling before, I'm not talking about, like, changing a channel, but I'm talking about actually being an instrument of something greater than you. Now, you might think, oh, channeling like aliens or like Abraham Hicks or something like that. But to me, channeling is anytime that you are in kind of a conversation with your highest self, and then from your highest self, you are actually maybe connecting to other energies which we're going to be talking about. So for me, the first time I noticed that I was channeling was when I was giving advice to people. I realized that all of a sudden it was like this wisdom coming through me that, like, wasn't from me. And, like, I would be like, damn, I should, like, take my own advice. So have you ever had that. That you're like. You're, like, serving someone the truth, and you're just like, oh, shit, I should have voice memo'd that one. That's channeling right there. The next time I started to realize I was channeling was when I was writing my second book, the Idiot's Guide to Ayurveda. And I would just stare outside the window, and my fingers would just be typing and typing and typing away. And it was all. All of this information coming through me. And at first it was like, you know, things that I learned about in this lifetime, but, you know, that was a 450 page textbook. So I started channeling things that I haven't learned in this lifetime, like specific ayurvedic information, such as the gunas and the subgunas, which are, you know, qualities that you would only know about if you studied ancient Ayurvedic wisdom, which were later fact checked and part of the Charaka Samhita and ancient ayurvedic science. So I was actually tuning into actual, literal information that I never learned in this lifetime. And I was like, okay, something greater than me is coming through. The next time I realized I was channeling was here on this podcast, which I started seven years ago. And I would just. Sometimes I would be like on a walk or, you know, doing my dishes or something, and I would just think. And it was like I was just getting all these ideas, like a rush of ideas at once, which is what I call a download. And I would recognize when I was in these stream of consciousness, if I would just get on the microphone and talk it out, I would say things that I would have never come up with in my just like, cognitive, like, everyday mind. And people would tell me they would feel a shift when they were listening to those episodes. They could feel a frequency or they would feel when I would tap in and out of that frequency within a conversation. Like, right now I'm being here with you, but I'm sure it will just show up in this conversation. And it feels to me like a universal truth that is beyond a perspective, but rather something that, like, we can feel in our. In our bones to be true. So from there, my channeling has more recently turned into music. I've shared my journey of, you know, first, you know, starting to dj, because I never considered myself to be a singer or a rapper or anything like that, But I loved music. I was very connected to the energy of it. I grew up dancing. So it started with me DJing four years ago. But then this year I start channeling melodies and drum lines and top lines and lyrics and, like, composing actual music and learning music production and putting together songs. My first single dropped Trust Flow, the Next one D, Vonna, the Next one Highest Self. And now I have a whole album coming out with like 11 songs on March 8th for Women's Day. So that to me is like the ultimate channeling, because I'm tuning into a frequency and I'm allowing myself to literally be the instrument for this frequency that, like, I can kind of hear the melody in my head, but not fully. It's a dialogue. And as I am am putting that into literal instruments. It's then informing me what wants to come next, what wants to come next, what lyrics want to go with it. And it's. And I am just listening to this information that wants to be crafted through me. So I believe that we are all channels in different ways. Some people, it's through their paintings. Some people, it's through their. Their nurturing and caretaking. Some people it is through literal, you know, channeling of being star beings, ancestors. You know, Abraham Hicks. Esther Hicks is a great example of channeling the group Abraham. And there's different entities such as Seth, or you might channel the Arcturians. There are so many shapes and forms which we're gonna get to in this episode. But if you've ever had a feeling of flow, a feeling of something is coming through you that is greater than you, to me, that's what channeling is. We're gonna dive more into it in this episode with someone that you may know. Rebecca Campbell, you probably have seen her oracle card decks. They are all over the place. The Starseed oracle, the Rose oracle, all sorts of oracles. This queen is just, like, channeling, not just oracle decks, but. And her and I actually, for the first time, met, like, a month ago. We went to Glastonbury together on her birthday. Like, what an amazing first meeting. And we were, like, doing ritual and ceremony and chandeling Mary Magdalene and, like, healing for planet Earth. So I love this queen so much. You're gonna love this queen. And without further ado, let's welcome Rebecca Campbell, here on the Highest Self podcast. And before we get into this conversation, I would love if you would hit subscribe on this podcast. This is the best way for you to stay tuned on future episodes, and it helps raise the vibration of the planet. Welcome. Yay. Yay. I want to listen to this episode. That was such a good intro.
Well, you're on it, girl. So you get to listen.
Let's see what comes through.
Let's see the beings are with us. So before we tap into some realms, what makes you your highest self?
Beauty more than anything. Yeah. You know, I think some people see beauty as, like, perfectionism or pretty things, but to me, it's like harmony. You know, when you see something that's beautiful, it's just you kind of enter into, like, what the ancient Greeks called kairos time, soul time. And so, yeah, you just drop more fully in. That's what it is. For me. How about you?
I mean, first of all, I so agree with you on the beauty path. That has been my spiritual path for the past few years, especially the past year of like, you know, I remember before someone asked me, they said, there's three virtues. You either focused on making the world a more good place, a more true place, or a more beautiful place. And I learned this like five years ago. And at that time I was like, well, definitely good or true, I was like, bad. And I was like, not the beauty one. Because like that, we don't need that. We need to make it a better place. We need to improve things. We need to educate people. This, that, and now I would say beauty. Because without beauty, what's the point of life?
Exactly. And I think also we tend to see beauty as like, if we think of the rose, it's like the perfect full bloom rose rather than, you know, it's autumn here, fall in London at the moment, and the leaves are falling and soon the branches are going to be bare. But like, that's beautiful too. And so it's really the extremes of life and the impermanence of life that I think is the most beautiful those moments.
Yeah. And beauty is like ethereal and it connects us with something greater than ourselves, like channeling. So I would love to hear, how did you start to realize that you were channeling?
When I first realized I was channeling, it was when I was writing my journal over and over again and receiving instruction to write my first book, Light is the New Black. I connected with a group of beings called the Council. And it just came hard and fast. Like I could not argue with it. It was like right there in front of me. But looking back, I've done it since I was young and I do think that we all have the capacity for it. Just like we're all creative beings, I believe that there are creative ideas and concepts that are wanting to be born and that, you know, say the same group of guides may come to you or me. And the way we would express that creativity would be completely different because of who we are, our life experience, but also who we are as a soul, like our voice. But when I was younger, I used to love riding the bus or walking in nature. So it was really motion, being in motion. And so it was like my mind just stopped. And all of a sudden I'd enter this kind of altered state which was very subtle, like I couldn't really know it except for that flow state that you're talking about. When I was in my late teens, early 20s, I was working as a creative in advertising and my job was to write headlines and come up with creative ideas. And I would do my best work waking up at five in the morning, walking along the beach and I would pray to the water, pray to the sky, pray to something unseen to deliver creative ideas that are wanting to come through. Then I'd go to work, ride the bus, sit in the little cubicle and just pretend to work. Cause I could not come up with my ideas there. And so I really looking back, noticed that there really was this nature connection which tends to be where I do my best creative work. When I'm in that might be like a rhythmic pace, like the rhythm that walking brings or I know you're a dancer, so the rhythm there. And so there's so many different practices that are practiced through all the different cultures in the world to shift us into that altered state so that we can merge and call in the connection with spirit.
Yeah, I actually learned really interesting science that shows the reason why we feel more creative and in flow when we're walking is because it's balancing the left and right hemispheres of our brain. Because we're literally stepping left, right, left, right. Which is the left is connected to the right side, the right is connected to the left. So you're merging together, you're creative and rational, so you're able tap into those creative ideas and birth them. And that's like the scientific thing. And to me, like the spiritual thing is when you're moving your body, you're kind of releasing whatever tensions and traumas and holding patterns that you are holding on to that you're coming back into the flow of life. Everything is in motion. You know, you're remembering the truth of who you are. And yeah, some of my best downloads have come from walking, from dancing, from yoga. To me, it's really hard to just sit and meditate and like come up with an idea from there. That's just never been my path. I think the feminine also needs that movement. So now how do you get into a channeled state? Do you have practice? Do you kind of just wait for the muse to come?
So there's been some states I've gone into where I've been in a full on altered state where it's been like more trance. And so that has not come through trying. I've been in different conditions where that has come in. Like when I was doing my bhakti training, we were chanting for about a week on end and I stepped inside the circle and all of A sudden, there it was. But day to day, when I'm doing my writing, it's chanting again. I chant as part of my daily practice. I find that it just drops me into my heart. And when I'm in that kind of really like that nectar space thing, it's just like showering down and then I kind of like gently ease my way into it.
What do you chant?
Various different chants. I've got chants that I've created myself and. Yeah, and I mean, I love a Durga chant.
Can you share with us one of the chants that really work and can support listeners?
Yeah. So this chant is one that I do, particularly when I'm feeling like, you know, if you're kind of afraid to speak or afraid to share your voice or you're feeling like maybe there's some ancestral patterns coming up or just something that you feel trapped by. And it's called unbound Unbelief, Bound forever. Unbound. Yeah. And it basically goes. I've just, I've actually just recorded it. There's many different layers to it, but just one layer is unbound, unbound forever. Unbound, Unbound, Unbound, Unbound, Unbound. Yeah.
How did that word, unbound come to you?
So I was actually struggling for quite some time, like even before I wrote my first book around sharing my voice. It's been such a big thing. I had a vision of the work I do now when I was a young teenager and it took me, gosh, like almost two decades to actually, fully, fully step into it. And I'd always been fascinated by this thing called normative determinism, which I can talk about with your name being Sahara Rose. And so it's the, your name gives a clue as to what your life path is. So one of the things that the rose symbolizes is a symbol of the ancient goddess, which you definitely embody. And. Yeah, and so for me, my name Rebecca is Hebrew for to bind basket, bound. And I really meditated on it. I could feel there was something in it and I couldn't quite work out what it was. And then one day in meditation, this concept of bound, bound, feminine. And it was when I started channeling and working with the Magdalenes. That came when I first visited the chalice. Well, actually, that bound, bound, unbound kept on coming over and over and over for me. And then I met my friend Megan Watterson, who is a Harvard scholar of Mary Magdalene. And we met in a hotel lobby and it was like one of those catch ups where you're like, you really know, you really like the person. But it's slightly awkward because you can't quite say the things that you want to say, but you're feeling this real strong connection. And she just says to me out of nowhere, do you want to go up to my hotel room and do ritual? Kind of like how we met? And so we did. And we did this really powerful ritual for each other. And, yeah, my wish with her was, I want you to help me with this. Unbound. Unbound. And, yeah, it was this phrase that she repeated over and over again and ended up writing about it in Rise, Sister, Rise. And since then, as I was teaching my workshops, it just kept on coming. And the melody, the melody. And, yeah, it's a chant, like most of my chants, where it's meant to be many, many voices altogether. And then, you know, you kind of sing it, and then you sing it through your line, all the way back and all the way forward. So it's quite an ancestral chant as well.
Because you're listening to this podcast, I'm gonna make a quick assumption about you. Your friends come to you for advice whenever you're at a party. Someone corners you at the side of the snack table and starts telling you all of their childhood traumas. And you actually love diving deep into spiritual topics. And you have a really good way of communicating with people. So the best way to actually create a career doing this is through coaching. But I know a lot of people. They're like, I don't even know where to start. I don't even know what type of coach I would be. So I've created a quick, easy quiz to discover your unique coaching style. So there are three categories. The intuitive, transformational, or empathetic coach. So the intuitive one really works with your intuition. You're able to receive downloads. You just have insights about people. The transformational one has more of that fire energy. You love to keep it real and help people go through the deepest phoenix rising from the ashes moments in their lives. And the empathetic coach really loves to listen. Hold space. They're very grounded, nurturing. So if you're curious which type you are, you can try my free quiz@quiz.highestselfinstitute.com Again, that's quiz.highestselfinstitute.com which is my school that certifies spiritual life coaches. And you can find that link in the show notes. I'm super excited to see what type of coach you are because I' ma hire you one day. So trust your intuition, trust your inner wisdom, trust you in the guidance. I love that, and it's, it's so true that so many of us, the throat chakra is like a real block because of thousands of years of women being persecuted for sharing our voices cross culturally from the witch trials to throughout the Middle East, Africa, all parts of the world. So, yeah, we have been bound, binded, and we're unbounding ourselves. And, and I believe it's like ultimately who we are is. We are channels. It's just what are the limiting beliefs and the blockages that we have? So you've mentioned a few times channeling like specific groups, beings, the Magdalenes, this, this guardian council of light. How do you know who you're channeling?
So I think the first thing to realize is because when you're connecting with a particular energy, just like if you're meeting someone new for the first time, if you want to call them back on the phone, it's good to kind of at least make up a name, if not know the actual name. So the first thing I say when you do connect with a guide or an energy to just ask it what you should call it, or if not, make up a name. You can call it blue if you want, but just have a way, because that will end up being your shortcut to, like you were saying, saying channeling, you were saying it's not about the radio channel, but it kind of is when you're connecting in with the channel. So you know that it's when you say the name, it can, you can evoke or invoke the energy and you know what frequency to call it through calling in the name. Yeah.
So while you were channeling, you asked it, who are you? And they said, we are the Magdalene, we are the Council. But you actually heard that?
Yes. Yeah. And all of the groups that I have channeled, as in that have worked through me for my creations seem to be groups. And so I often hear it like over and over and over again. And I do find that often that seems to be something that happens with people. So it's like you hear. It's not like it's really staccato information. It's kind of. It comes in sometimes it, it takes a little while for you to tune into it, and then it just comes. And you find that whether you're writing or just listening or speaking, you'll find that there is almost like a melody and a rhythm that changes, a cadence in your voice. Perhaps the tone of your voice changes. Like, I know when I'm fully speaking from my soul. You call it like your higher Self. My voice drops and I don't change, but it slows down and I can feel the vibration in my body. If you are beginning to channel guides, you may find the same thing. Yeah. So it might go into that different cadence of your soul's voice, or there may be just a little slight difference in the energy. Yeah.
So when you're channeling, do you just start to kind of like, meditate, do your chant, see what comes through, or do you say, I would like to tune into the energy of Magdalene, Kalima, et cetera?
So a couple of things. First of all, when you first make connection just like a person in real life, you kind of need to get to know them so you can recognize the energy and just say, hey, just like walk through the front door. And so you're like, yes, it's okay, I'm ready to sit down with you kind of thing. So once that connection's made, I will. Writing is my main access point. I can channel immediately if I write. And so I've got this red book that I write in every day, and I spend. I'll do my meditation and then I'll write, and then they'll come in. Particularly if I'm working on a creative project. Like, I'm in dialogue with them each day. I tend to, especially being a mum now, try and, like, set the time rather than it being just like, you know, come anytime. But when I am in a creative process, like I'm writing a book at the moment, I'm working with a group of guides called the Ancient Grandmothers of the Earth. And they came at 4am the other morning. Now, I could say, go away because I want to sleep.
So when they came, what did that look like for you?
I was asleep. I woke up and I felt their presence.
Okay, how do you feel the presence?
For me, I feel a subtle shift in how my body feels like. It's almost like there is, like a warmth that comes. That's not heat related to that. Makes sense. And then I'll always get. It's almost like a whisper, but it's so, so subtle. It's so subtle. So it's not an external voice at all. It's a whisper. And it comes always like, as if it's like a river flowing or like a thread that I get one word and then the other and then the other. And it does feel like this thread. Yeah. And then what normally happens is I get a phrase, maybe three words, maybe more, and it tends to flow as you're writing. Well, here's the thing. At this point, it's kind of like this. I can feel it kind of calling me and then I get. If I don't pick up my pen and paper there, or in this case, it was my phone, it's not like I'm gonna lose it. Like, I could try and remember it, but often it doesn't happen. It's not to say when I sit at my desk or go for a walk, it won't be there, but I know that if the energy's there and I'm in a recept space, write it down. Because it kind of goes back to when I was working as a creative in the corporate world. Like, it will save me so much time if I write it down, then. Otherwise I'll be sitting there trying to write a chapter and it'll take me hours. Whereas if I just. And I think I'm getting it a little bit more now because I am a really busy mum, I don't have all of the time like I used to. And so it's not. When I was writing a book before, it was like it was all consuming, it was everywhere. Whereas now it's like the energy comes in and I get to choose. But I almost always accept because I know that I'll save a lot of time and I'm receiving for myself as well. I'm always in my writing. It's always me receiving the writing rather than like, you know, being this expert. Yeah. Like you're saying. And it's like, oh, my gosh, I need to listen to that. Like, I remember at my wedding, my husband's best mate, who was the best man, he did a hilarious speech and then he started reading something out and like, as in like wisdom advice or whatever. I was like, oh, my gosh, that's so beautiful. Like, I so need to know that. And he's like, it's from your book. I didn't even know. Yeah. So I think this is what happens when we. When we channel. And I do believe we all have the capacity for it now, the way we express it will be completely different. But. But I think that we can all. We're creative beings, this is a creative world. So I always see people sharing on.
Their stories, quotes for my book. And I like, screenshot it. I'm like, damn, that's a good one. I need to implement that. But it's like we really are receiving for ourselves. And I love how you said the golden string of words. That's exactly how it feels.
Is it for you?
For me, it's like, I'm going on a walk and I start to get these ideas and it's like, for me, I voice memo a lot. So I'll record myself and I'll start, start. Because it's going so fast. I find if I actually try to write it, I'm not quick enough.
I was thinking that about you, especially, like really hearing and receiving you at the beginning. I was like, oh my gosh. You're like throat chakra ladies. Like, just like. Like there's so much. Is that a Canadian thing? Yeah, I don't know. That's just what I was getting.
Yeah. I do have a defined throat in human design.
Yeah. Right.
So it's. So I find I.
Voice memo, it's really your thing.
But I find that a lot of the channel comes through once I start voicing it. Or. Or. Right. Like I used to do a lot of just typing it.
Yeah.
So when it's in my head, it's so muffled, it almost feels like I have like a bunch of string. But it's in my pocket and it's all kind of like lumped together and I can't really pull it out. And it's only when I start to take it out of my pocket that it starts to like, clear the. The like knots and the webs and I start to actually, like, be able to read what it is.
Totally. I love that you said that. And it's like, whether it's intuition or creative ideas, like, to me they're kind of the same thing. They're from the same intelligent pulse of life. They're kind of pointless unless you act on it. It's like, you know, it's embodiment. Right. Like, we didn't come here just to be in spirit world. We came here in. To be in matter, in physical matter. And if you have these bits of wisdom or intuition or creative ideas or the golden thread or whatever, it's really pointless unless we express it and act on it in some way. And it's frustra. Oh my God. If you don't get it out in some way, totally. I don't know, for me, I just go crazy.
I couldn't go on a vipassana because I would get so many downloads and to not be able to write them down. Sometimes if I'm like, out and I can't write it down, I'm like repeating it in my head again and again, which drives me crazy. Or I say like, okay, I'm gonna look at my thumb. Next time I look at my thumb again, I'm gonna remember this. But it never works because it's like a flow.
Yeah.
And it's like how you say it, too.
Yeah. And. Cause it's. It's not just the words. It's the frequency. And so I think that when. When I have, say written down just a phrase, and I'm like. Cause I'm sleeping or whatever, and I'm like, I'll remember this. That phrase will get me back there. I might be able to write off the phrase, but the energy's not there all the time. Yeah, it's interesting, isn't it?
I find that with writing books, then I'll like, have that. This expression. It's like a thought form of an idea. But then if you go back and you try to edit and put something else, it's like that thought form had. It's like a snowflake. And it needed to be exactly that. So if you implant something that was not part of that channel, it's like. It kind of ruins the flow.
Yeah, that's so true. When I receive writing and I'm channeling, there's definitely, like, a rhythm to. I think the rhythm is part of it, and I know that. So grammatically, it's not always correct. I'm not talking, like, spelling mistakes or anything. I'm talking, like. Short sentences, for example, would be better with colons and commas and all of that.
Mine are the longest sentences that I'm channeling. Yeah.
Isn't that interesting? Well, mine are short. Mine are like sometimes three words and then five words and then three, and then five and then eight. And I find that sometimes that's probably.
How a council would speak.
Yes, exactly. It's like we said this. Yes, we said this. And we say it together now. And it is.
No, mine is, like, roomy. Oh, my God. Mine's all poetry.
Poetry.
Yeah.
Well, it's the voice of the soul.
Right.
It's putting the unseen into form, which is impossible. And so you have to use poetry or words like that because. Because you can't quite grasp it any other way.
Well, I wonder. It's like who we are channeling. It's like who we're meant to become in this lifetime. You know, it's like maybe your soul sees its highest expression as like a matriarchal council, you know? And that's why you're tuning into these council like energies, because that's you. And I'm obviously meant to be some type of poet artist, and I. So for me, I'm channeling that type of frequency. Like, I'm Curious to you, when you see, like, Esther Hicks channeling Abraham, do you see Abraham as like, a separate entity or do you see it as part of her?
Oh, that's such a good question. So obviously, like, I can't comment on her specifically. I've never met her, so I'll talk about my own experience in that respect. So I see it as a consciousness, and it's a consciousness that is separate and connected. So it's both. And I think that when we are connecting in with an energy like that. So my version would be like the Grandmothers or the Magdalenes. It's a name to encapsulate a consciousness and an energy that I am connected to and perhaps is rising within me. And there's two different parts. So there is invoking, which is like. Like merging with, and then there's evoking, which is calling towards and say, like, come, come, come versus fully, fully speak through me. So there's a. There's a subtle difference of the two. Yeah, yeah.
That, like, full body, almost trans channeling, which is what Esther does where you. She doesn't even remember.
So if the consciousness comes in.
Yes. And that's kind of a lot of, like, what we saw in, like, the original channels, like Seth and, you know, in the 90s, especially to me, I wonder if it's because it was still such a new concept that it was almost like people were like, there's so much wisdom. This can't be me. And it's like, again, I don't know, the way that I see it as is like, maybe the ego needed to create the separation because we can't feel like that's too wise to be me. So it must be this, like, other thing.
It's really interesting because I think that we are in this. This age of integration. So the awakening, I mean, I know people are still waking up. It's not like, oh, the waking's over. It's still happening. It needs to happen, all of that. But we're not in our caves meditating. We're, you know, having kids and running businesses and all of that. And so it's tricky because I definitely have had two very significant experiences of trance, which was the merging with. So I have had that experience and I'm kind of exploring it a bit. I don't know if I want more of it or not. It's never been this thing that I've tried to have. It definitely has, and it does feel different, but it's emerging with. And when I've had those experiences, I can connect Back to it. But in one of them I was singing in different languages. I was like, languages and. And like completely foreign to me. Melodies I'd never heard and have chills, as you say that that's how I connected with the ancient mother and the. As in original and all of the ancient grandmothers of the earth. And like, honestly, it's been. It's taken me about seven years to unpack that experience and even begin to talk about it. And that one experience has ricocheted through my life and. And now every time I talk, the grandmothers are there. I can feel when they come in. People can feel when they come in. When I'm teaching, there's a subtle shift. I don't need them to come into me in order for their presence to be here. But maybe having had that experience, it's easier for me to connect with them. I'm not sure, but I don't think we have to. Yeah, yeah. It's interesting and I haven't seen that much written on it and. Cause it's such an experience, an experiential thing. It's like. It's the mystic way, right?
Yeah.
Going direct.
Yeah. Like, I had my first mediumship experience a few weeks ago. Really, where I. Oh, you're in England. Exactly. So a friend of mine was over and she was telling me about her father that had passed away. And I just. We both all of a sudden felt very cold. And she's like, do you feel that? I'm like, yes. And I had never so viscerally felt like a deceased person in the room there with us. But no part of me was scared. And normally I don't fuck with ghosts. Like, I'm like, stay away. But this time I. Something within me was just like, he has a message for her. And I just started feeling him and I just felt overwhelmed with his love for her. And then I just started channeling him and. And she was asking questions to him that I was receiving through my being. And I've never. I've never met this person. And it's crazy because I started to feel myself feeling suffocated. And I told her and I was like, he's telling you the wisdom of the importance of breath and how it's so important to breathe and how when you don't breathe, you die. And afterwards she shared with me that he passed away of suffocation.
Wow.
So it was like I even tuned into that. But again, nope. And like no part of me was scared. In fact, after I like knew like, okay, thank you so Much for your presence. Like, you can go back home peacefully where you are from. Like this, this is closed now. And I just kind of gritted the walls and set the space and went to sleep fine that night and have never been bothered by his, by his spirit since. And I was like, I've always been so afraid of anything regarding mediumship and it's still not something that I like, want to go do sessions of, but that showed me, wow, you really can pick up a. On any energy, right? Someone you never met, animals, you know, I mean, this is how we have distance, Reiki and all the different things. And I think it just like comes when you're ready. It comes because I was very close to the girl. He obviously felt safe. And that was like my. Because normally I'm very connected to my ancestors, my guides, my highest self. It's not another thing. But I'm like, oh, I could see how again, I think when we have fully evolved into our full dimensional selves, we can channel absolutely anything, right?
Yeah. Because it's seeing the connection of everything. So good. I love that you shared that of like, and what you did after. Because I think what I want to say, if there's anyone listening who's like, I want a channel. First of all, ask yourself why you want to channel and get clear on that so you know why you're doing it. But if you do, you. You may want to journal or you'll find your way of doing it. But I think it's really important to just like, you wouldn't keep your front door open all night long. You kind of like are conscious when you're opening the door and connecting and then conscious that you're closing the door as well.
So if you're a wellness girly on social media, you've totally already seen those videos of the chicks wearing the infrared red mask, and you've probably thought, should I get one of those? Does it actually do anything? So I decided to give it a go. I mean, for me, I'm always, always up and moving. So having something on my face that like, makes me sit down, first of all, great for my relaxation. So I decided to try it just for 10 minutes a day. I would listen to music, breath, work, meditation, just do my thing. And first of all, it was just me time, which I loved. But I definitely noticed, like, I have a lot of like, kind of like hyperpigmentation. I feel like it really helped resolve that, my friend. The other day was like, your skin looks so moisturized. I was like, oh, thank you. So it's really good for wrinkles, fine lines. It's also really good if you have a sore jaw, eczema, migraines, acne, scar tissue, wound healing, razor burns, ingrown hair. I mean this works with everything. So I love the bond charge red light face mask specifically because it's zero EMF radiation. It doesn't have any flickering in its light, which can actually throw off your circadian rhythm cycle. It's super lightweight and they have a one year warranty warranty. They ship worldwide, have super easy returns and exchanges and tons of other amazing products like blue light glasses, EMF protection and so much more. So I highly recommend giving them a try. And you can head over to boncharge.com Sahara and use coupon code Sahara to receive 15 off. That's B O N C H A R G E.com Sahara with coupon code Sahara for 15 off. And you can find that link in the show Notes, notes. So trust your intuition, trust your inner wisdom, trust your inner guidance. So I want to talk about channeling different goddesses because that is coming through majorly in the Collector. That's been a huge part of my work. How, let's say someone has a specific quality they want to call and they want to call in romantic relationship or courage or something like that. How do you suggest we first of all, like choose which goddesses we want to tune into and how can we develop a relationship with channeling them?
So I would always start with any that you're familiar with, particularly if it's from your ancestry or your tradition. So you've already got a connection and a relationship with them. So for me, that was Mother Mary. She was always my gateway. But rather than kind of like seeking and kind of like trying to find the right one, allow her to come to you. Because the goddess has so many different faces. And so I would just begin by saying like, come, come Goddess, come Goddess of my own understanding. Come, come Goddess, come reveal to me, Reveal yourself to me. And just notice who comes. And it might be through human form, someone who reminds you of something. It might be through going into a shop and seeing a beautiful bit of art. But I'd start there. Rather than being like, oh, I need to find like from the linear head. But notice what comes to you. And then once you have made that connection and found it, there's so many different ways that you can connect. Then I'd say learn about her. Find a teacher, or whether it's like online or in person, who has really, really studied her, but have your own Direct experience as well. There are so many chants of so many different goddesses. So you may like to sing, you may like to meditate, you may like to dance. Yeah, so but I'd always be like, it's about the direct experience rather than like being like, I have to go in a linear way to like, you know, look at a book and study the book. See what emerges for you.
Absolutely. I find even just looking at images of different goddesses, you'll feel calls to certain ones. Like I remember when I first saw Saraswati like over 10 years ago, I was like, that is me, I am her. And it was just like the music, the music. And even at that time, it more like you know, just, even the writing, the just creativity and expression, I'm like, that is who I feel my highest self is. So I was always like any prayer I had morning, night rituals, always calling in Saraswati energy. I had altars of her, etc and then more. And then I was very much just working with like Vedic Hindu goddesses because they're all really related. Then more recently in the past two years, the Kemetic Egyptian goddesses started to come online for me. And it was interesting because while I was in Egypt, I thought I would be working a lot with, with Aset, AKA Isis, which is her Greek name. Her actual name is Aset. And that's an important thing. Guys use their real names and their real pronunciations. Because if I'm saying Isis, which is a Greek made up name, I'm not actually calling in the frequency of Aset.
Thank you.
And you know, Hathor, that's not her name, it's het Hatter. So. So, you know, being in Egypt just while I was there, I thought that Aset Isis would be my main one. But any temple I went to, I would ask the guide, who's she? Who's she? Who's she? And it was always Hetator, always Hathor. And it was like something was pulling me to her again. She's the Goddess of Music. And I even have her tattooed on my spine. I have like these hieroglyphics and you know, and it was right after my divorce and I was like in the midst of this, like just so much pain, like my world crumbling apart. And one of guides, she, she was of the sisterhood of Sekhmet and she took me to the Sekhmet temple and she's like, do you want to become a devotee of Sekhmet? And I tuned in. I was like, no, because Sekhmet is very. Yeah, she is like that Kalima energy of she's the lioness and, and this Egyptian woman, she was powerful and strong, and I, I love that. But that's not who I want to be. I don't want to be like the warrior of justice, you know, I don't want to be like, I'm gonna to get right by him. Like, I don't want to live in that energy. Like, I just want to create. And it was there that I decided I'm like, I so deeply respect the medicine of Sekhmet. And it was like I had to learn how to embody that in myself of, like, stand up for myself, have my boundaries. But I also really had to learn the energy of, you know, compassion, the Kuan Yin energy on, on the other side and then. But my ultimate muse is being a channel of creativity. So it's almost like I find the creative goddesses in every pantheon so perfect, so perfect.
O love that story.
Yes. So now let's talk about channeling ancestors. How do you work with that?
After I had that experience with the ancient grandmothers, I started like, going through this. I just had given birth to my son, and it was a painful birth, but it was a positive birth. It wasn't overly traumatic, but full on. And it really unlocked so much in my feminine line around birth. I think sometimes it's like, be careful when you have an initiation, because there's a lot of integration that follows, even if it is instant. And so that really opened everything up for me and I began my ancestral work, like the deep ancestral work. Then the best way to start working with ancestors, if you haven't already, is to find one positive one that you had a decent relationship with if you have contact with them. I think that when, just like any unseen spirits, like, you don't want to just call in anything, and so you want to call in one that you recognize and one that you've got a positive relationship with. And so I did that. But when my grandma passed, who I was very, very close to in, like, actual life, it completely changed because I so recognized her energy. It was like she was the doorway for me. So finding your key, your doorway, your person, your key ancestor to step forward, I think really, really helps. Yeah. And then you can call forth all your positive ancestors and ask each of them to support you. And one's known and unknown, particularly for those of us, which is pretty much all of us who've had persecution and severing and separation and wisdom and all of that just bound in our ancestral lines, calling upon them and Reaching back to the ones who never forgot, back to the ones before the burning times or you know, whatever it is in your ancestral line to reconnect and then sending it forward and back. Yes. Really powerful.
Yes. I think in prayer to say, calling in the ancestors that are healed and rested and want my highest good.
That's so good. Healed and rested.
Yes.
Yes.
Because it takes few lifetimes and generations back to like actually, you know, at least seven generations back to be rested. And we don't, we don't know the names of those ancestors. So yeah, like, you know, I started channeling with automatic writing. That's actually really how I started with connecting with my ancestors. And I was doing this automatic writing process which is basically for those of you who don't know, you'll write with your dominant hand as yourself, so you'll introduce yourself to. For me, it was my grandfather, who I've never met. He died when my dad was 15. So I introduced myself and then I used my non dominant hand, which is my left hand, and then I start writing as if I were him. So at first I'm like making it up, right? Like what do I think he would say? And then I would go back to my right hand and respond my left hand. And I start to feel I'm getting into this like trans, like state and I'm noticing that my, my handwriting and my left hand is getting smaller and smaller and neater and neater and I have big messy handwriting and it's like so neat and pristine and. And he's giving me this like advice that it's not like even like super like high truth wisdom advice. It was like focus on businesses that you can generate a huge amount of like straight business advice which like he was an serial entrepreneur, totally would have given me that type of advice and was telling me like all this information about himself that I later fact checked with my dad and was true. So that was like, wow. I actually am tuning into this, this person, this frequency of someone that I've never met. However, when I'm working with ritual, I call him in, I thank him, think my grandparents who have passed on. But if I'm like doing deep work, I call in those like ancient ancestors because also there are some ancestors in our lineage that might not want our greatest good or, or who had really traumatic lifetimes. I know for myself, you know, I've had so much forced child marriage in my lineage that there has been a lot of like anger towards men in my lineage. And so if I'm like letting that guide My decisions, it's not gonna be coming from a cleared place. So, yeah, I think ancestral work, it's like, a lot of it is like, for me, ancestors are more for healing and understanding than channeling 100%.
Yeah. So for me, I channel the ancient grandmothers who were the original, who were trying to heal us. Yes. But, yeah, the ancestors. For me, it's all been all ancestral healing. I think that if you are feeling like, oh, my God, there's a pattern in my ancestry that I really want to clear or whatever, like, being really specific on what you're trying to heal and then potentially finding someone in your line. It might be like, I've got, like, my mum's second cousin who. Or maybe it's her first cousin, my second cousin, she visited Glastonbury, and I shared this pattern that I had seen, which she didn't know about, but. And we sat at the well, and she received all this information from her knowledge. Like, as in all these people in our family line who had experienced this pattern that I had no idea about. And together we did this ritual, and it was actually in the coming together of us. And I think her and her connection to ancestors that I didn't even know this healing was able to happen. And so be open to it, working in mysterious ways and even just voicing it to someone in your line living or a positive ancestor past, saying, I would like to heal this if you are able to support me in any way in this healing. So being super specific when you're channeling is, I think, really important, particularly with ancestral work.
Yeah. That's so powerful that you have someone in your lineage that is willing to do healing and channeling. Oh, my gosh, that's so powerful.
And I had no idea. Yeah, yeah, yeah. She just kind of arrived in Glastonbury. I'm here for two nights. I'm like, great, let's do it.
So I want to talk now about channeling. Dance different star beings, like the Pleiadians, the Arcturians. I know a lot of your work has been around this. So first of all, how do we know who to connect with?
Well, I personally have never, like, seeked it out, like, as in, I am connecting with this now. It's always been through direct experience. And I am a bit of a believer in that. Like, why do you want to do it? Being clear on why you're doing it? Beyond just, I want to look clever or whatever it is. Being clear on why you're doing it. Always having the intention of highest good for Myself. Highest good for all is really important, particularly if you're using your willpower to do it. Like, if you're using your willpower, other things can come in, versus if you're genuinely called. There is a difference. And. Yeah. And so, you know, if you are connected to the stars, we all are. Our bodies literally are. But if you do feel that call to particular areas of the stars, trust where you're led, Let it be from within rather than outside of you. And then if you are just in the same way that you'd connect in with a goddess, you'd do the same thing. And so calling in the. Just like, you'd say, come, come, goddess, come. You could say, come, come, beings of Pleiades come. Only positive beings. That kind of. Yeah, yeah.
Do you suggest that we, like, read about each ones, or just their names will appear to us?
I would always recommend letting them come to you first, but being curious, like, noticing if they do. But I wouldn't go studying a textbook and being like, now I want to connect in. Now I want to connect in. Yeah.
It's fascinating because I've never had any star being come to me, and I'm like, maybe I'm just not from Earth. I've always had, like, mermaids, but I'm very Lemurian. So would you suggest channeling like the Lemurians?
Only if you're called to. But, you know, it's interesting because you're connected to Egyptian goddesses, and there is a lot of mythology around them being from the stars as well. So, for example, you might look at the goddesses that you're connected to and read about the stars, that they're from Orion or wherever, and maybe that will be a doorway for you. Yeah.
People have told me that I'm from Mintakin.
That's where I'm from.
Makes sense.
Feel.
It's like a water planet.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, Totally. Crystal clear waters. And it's interesting, this starseed concept. Cause at first when I heard about it, I was like, oh, my God. Oh, my God. I finally understand why I've always felt the way I've felt. And I started doing soul readings, and so many starseeds started coming to me. And it was like, from here, from here, from here, from there. And then all of a sudden, it was like, that work is complete. And I started writing. And it was a few years on, and I realized, oh, my gosh. I had this notion in my head that it was like, my soul is from here and I am on Earth and I'm Separate from that versus my soul has experienced there, but it's also experienced there, there, there. Just like, you know, you've just spent how long? Six months in the uk. Like, I'm sure you've got bit of an accent, and I'm sure the city has influenced your spirit a little bit. You're now a medium of ghosts.
I'm just fully in Slytherin, but no big deal.
Yeah. And so the same exists at a soul level. Like all of our past lives cause an imprint on us. All of the places that we've been in between lives influence us, and the same exists from elsewhere. So, yeah, I've kind of been deepening and developing my understanding of the Starseed concept. I'm not against the concept of us being from one place. Perhaps that's where we spent our origin. Maybe that's where we've spent most of our time. But I think most of us, if we have a connection to the stars in that way, we probably have been different places. There's a lot of channel materials, for example, about. About in between lives and going to places to study and da, da, da, da, da.
So, yeah, because I have memories of Lemuria and Atlantis.
Right, Right.
I feel my dharma is to bring the Lemurian frequency of the heart. The tribe, the community, even. I'm just drawn to, like, Hawaii, Bali, tropical places. However, I can feel that Atlantean frequency in me, too. So, yeah, I do believe our souls have traveled and continue to, too. It's like, even past lives, it's not like a sequential thing of, like, okay, I was born on this day and died on this day, and then I became this person and that person. Rather, it's like, I mean, on the quantum level, it's all really happening in the now that it's like your soul is, like, right now simultaneously. Like, I see your soul as this, like, massive, like, galaxy. And so one piece of it is experiencing a lifetime in. In ancient Egypt. Another piece of it experiencing, as a medicine woman in Guatemala. Another piece of it is experiencing it as a French aristocrat. And. And it's like, all actually in the now, but our minds can't perceive it. So we have to put this, like, sequential order of time for it to make sense. That's how I see it.
Yes. I love it.
And it's fascinating because I feel. I talk to a lot of people who feel like they're not from Earth. This feeling of nostalgia, this feeling of since you were a kid, of, I don't belong. I don't belong. Here in this family and looking up at the stars and like feeling homesick, you know. And so I feel like realizing that you're a starseed helps people connect to this, like, greater than themselves version. And then I think the next stage of that is like, you are a galactic human. Like, you are both, you know, and it's not about like, get me back on Pleiades, but rather it's like your soul has experienced lifetimes in different dimensions and you carry the memories and frequencies to share here in this beautiful planet that needs your vibration.
Totally. And I think a lot of us have that longing, that homesickness, without being able to have the words around it. I think for a couple of reasons, I think that this period that we're in is a full on period, and I do believe we came here in waves and it is a very full on period in that respect. I also have been receiving that we, many of us are incarnating in different places than what we would normally. And I'm talking about different parts of the planet. And so we maybe feel a bit misplaced in that. And I think part of that is clearing the ancestral lines. And so I think it's interesting in this age, you're so doing it with your work of reaching all over the world with your words, with your wisdom and. And yeah, it's kind of like this, what I saw, I experienced this moment before I was born, when I was choosing my incarnation. And so it was like the personal mission. And then I was taken to this. It wasn't a room, but I don't know how else to describe it, where I connected with the Council of Light and they gave us this collective mission and I was not alone. There were so, so many, many souls there. And. Yeah, and we kind of.
That's where I recognize you.
Yeah, exactly, exactly, exactly. And it was like, buzzy, like really exciting and also like, oh, this is gonna be a biggie. And. Yeah, and I think, yeah, so I think that the starseed thing of the longing for the stars is accurate and true. And like when I created the Starseed Oracle, the number one thing and letters to a Starseed, that book, both of those books, I could have gone like, let's connect to all the different places that we're not now, but that our soul has been. But what I decided to do, it's like, it's like the whole theme is plant yourself here, seed yourself here, commit to being here. Because particularly in this time when so much trauma is coming up and there's so many reasons to maybe not want to be here. We gotta stay here. We gotta be here. And if we're just like looking just up at the stars all the time and wishing we were somewhere else, we're not being here at all. So it's a challenge.
Totally. And I think it's like different stages of life, you know, it's like when you have always been living this like mainstream, conventional life, realizing that you are from the stars that you are. And it's true. It's like, not all. Like, I see in. I feel like in each family there tends to just be one.
Yeah, Black sheep. Exactly.
Say like the rainbow sheep. And so it's like having the sense of, like, there is something about me that's unique and special, but then it's like, ultimately we're all unique and special. I feel like it serves a role, even all of these concepts of like. For me, I was very much working with the goddesses and I was like, like, I mean, I have a whole community Rose gold goddesses. So every month I was writing like a 60 page ebook on the goddess and what she stands for and her altar and her. Her things and her that. And I'm like, ultimately, it's about how I embody it. You know, it's not about knowing all the information and this and setting it up, but it's about. About like, am I of. And. And also what I realized too, it's like if you just take one quality and like, spend the rest of your life, right, really focus on that one quality, like, that would be a lifetime's work.
It's so true. Like, when I did my herbalism training, the plants were just telling me to slow down. And I, you know, I'm normally quite a prolific student. I love learning, but I was just like, way behind and I was. I was getting a bit concerned. And she's like, no, no, this is the way of the plants. Plants are telling you, like, take five years if you want, my teacher says, to five years on nettle and then move on to your second nourishing herb. I'm like, oh my God. Because it's just again, it's that gateway. It's the one goddess that's. Or the one ancestor that steps forward, which is your window to connect in with this consciousness.
Totally.
Yeah, yeah.
And that's how we build relationship, right? That's how we, like understand. For example, if you're channeling poetry, it's not like you do it one time. Okay, I channeled poetry. I'm done. That's just the start of your Relationship with poetry. Now it's what type of poetry, what frequency, how do it into words, how does it want to move and express? I feel that sometimes, yeah, we, like, in spirituality, we even move on to, like, the next shiny thing of like, ooh, my spirit guides and my this and my that and my that and my that. And it's like, ultimately, it's all you. You know, you in different forms, you experiencing yourself in different dimensions and spectrums. And I think that exact question that you had of like, why? What are we doing with this? So my last question is a lot of people who have questions around understanding who our spirit guides are. So how do you suggest we. Yeah, like, even receive their names? Any information about them?
Yeah, like I said before, I just start with one. Don't try and get everything all together. Just start with one and you can do it through. Like, there is. I've got a free meditation. You're welcome to download. It's Rebecca Campbell, ME Spirit guides. And so it's a. It's a soul journey that guides you to make connection with one spirit guide. So start with one. Otherwise it's just so confusing because, you know, it's very subtle energy.
How many do we have?
Well, some people say six.
Okay.
I don't agree with this linear, like, on our.
On our. Both sides.
I. I say like, all. All around. I. From my experience and. And reading for others, we tend to have around that number. Like, there is a. There's a group. But some of them change as we may maybe, like, take on a new calling, like making music. You probably connected in with a new guide. And same thing with me. When I'm writing and teaching, I have groups of guides that work with me. But yeah, there are various different guides, but I'd just start with one. And once you've deepened your relationship with one, then you can continue going on as well. Another really. I find an easy way to work with guides is through connecting with the spirits of nature as well. So whether it's like, maybe there's a tree that you really love or even just like a body of water, you can connect in with the spirits of the land there. So that's.
I find that so powerful. When I went to Glastonbury, the most powerful thing to me were those two ancient trees, Gog and Magog.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Oh, my gosh, they were so. Cause that's like real ancient.
Really, really ancient. And those trees have been tended to in reverence for hundreds and hundreds of years.
And to me, nature is. It's like Alive, you know, like a statue is like someone made it, and it's, like, polished. And it's like you can give life to a statue by honoring it, giving it flowers, feeding it. That's why, you know, in Hinduism, they're feeding their altars every day in Bali, every single day, they make these beautiful, like, bamboo, like, rituals that they leave in front of every single store. So there is that. And that's why everyone, when they go to places like Bali in India, they have a spiritual experience. The spirits have been fed and tended to.
Right.
You know.
Right.
But I find nature, it just naturally is that.
Yes.
You go to a waterfall.
Holy gosh. Exactly.
Or the desert. Like, all these things, they carry such unique wisdom. I've never experienced such downloads.
So true. And I think there's a couple of reasons for that. One is the spirit of the place. But the second one is, you know, I've noticed. I'm sure you'll notice as well. When you're in nature, you can probably hear your intuition stronger. And I believe that that's because nature doesn't really have a past or a future. Like, it's not thinking about the past or the future. And when we go into the beauty of nature, which is effortless to do, whether it's looking at a flower or the way the light's shining through a tree or. Yeah. The pounding of the water falling. Take a breath there. We'll enter into a state of awe. Now, when we're in a state. State of. Or we're having a mystical experience, it might not be changing our consciousness. As in, like, we might not be a completely different person straight after. That's a different type of mystical experience. But if you are at one with nature, you are in a state of awe. You're in a state of having a mystical experience. When you're in that state, you've connected to the intelligent pulse of life. And I believe that your soul is connected to that. And that's why the downside downloads come.
Yeah, absolutely. And for those of you who say, well, you know, I don't get downloads when I'm in nature, I would say, are you on your phone? Are you?
Yeah, Right.
To this podcast. Are you, you know, replying to text on Instagram? Like, there's. If we actually just sit with ourselves in nature, and it could just be in front of, like, a tree at your park in Central park, it doesn't need to be in, like, untouched nature necessarily, watching the waves roll in. Oh, my God, just a flower.
Just, like, walk down your street. Your neighborhood and just have, like, 10 breaths looking at a flower.
The qualities of that nature change you so much. Like, I was always, like, a beach person. I always lived in front of the ocean. And then after my divorce, I was like, I'm going to live in the mountains. Because the mountains, for me were, like, being my own masculine energy and holding. Exactly. And ultimately also something I had no prior memory of. You know, like, I spent my whole relationship by the beach that I was like, I want to be in an environment that I don't have, like, previous, like, experience of. So I, like, lived in the mountains by myself. Went really, really, really deep. Like, all the shadow work.
The mountains. The mountains and the water is so lemurian, right? Very much so. So you're just, like, merging the two totally. But that makes sense that it was so transformative.
It was. But then I went back to Miami where I used to live, and I went. Same beach that I, you know, spent like, two years of my marriage, and I just, like, cried. And it was like all of this emotion that that ocean brought back, you know, And I. Because of what is the ocean, it's like that energy in motion, and it was, like, bringing it back and, you know, coming back to a same place that you hadn't experienced as a new version of yourself, too. I think I felt that was so transformational. And then that helped heal this, like, concept I had had of, like, I can't be by the beach anymore. Now I'm a mountains person now. And it's like, oh, no. I've, like. It's like you have to step away from something. Clear your relationship with it. And now I have, like, a new relationship with the ocean. So, yeah, it's so. And then, like, different. You know, being here in England has the fairy frequency, the gnomes, like, all these elementals. I'm curious what your experience is with the mystical beings here.
Totally. Well, yeah, it's interesting. The unexpected spirits of nature that have come to me. The stones, ancient stones, like Avebury Stone Circle. So powerful. Even when I was like, I think I just turned 19, I came over here. I can't believe I did. Like, I just went traveling on my own and found myself up in Scotland and parts of England and Ireland as well. Really? In these ancient stone circles and in front of these Celtic crosses. And I didn't realize it at the time, but I was retracing the steps of my ancestry and standing in front of all these sacred spaces that, you know, stones, because they're so permanent, they're so ancient we can connect to the ancients because it's the only thing that remains. I mean you experience the, I was going to say man made temples in Egypt, but who knows who created them. But yeah, it shows who was here before us, even if it is a mystery. So yeah, the stones for me have been very unexpected. And then of course, yeah, the yew trees, challis well and in the white springs that we went into the waters there like water. Oh my gosh. Like if you just begin to look into what water represents and the fact that life on this planet literally cannot exist in anything without water, you're like, oh my God, is water God?
Yeah. And even just like energetically like clearing yourself with water, taking a shower, imagining it being a baptism or a waterfall, going into salt baths, going into the ocean, going into lakes. I feel such a purification. Like for me, my most powerful spiritual experiences have been in the Balinese water purification temples that healed me more than anything in my entire life. There's something about, it's like first of all that water, but just to be in reverence of. They have these, I believe it's like 14 different springs and each represent clearing a certain layer of karma. So like ancestral karma, familial karma, karma, like karma around not doing the right thing. And I mean you not only experience but you see other people like go through like these deep emotions that the water is like purifying and bringing up and vibrationally you shift. Like your DNA has shifted from being in that water. And it's like because we are water, so it's like we're recalibrating with that frequency.
Right?
And I feel that that's like one of the biggest things we're missing in like cities and suburbs is like our water is like filtered with chlorine. And it doesn't, it's. We don't have spring water. Like we don't have any experience with that. And for thousands of years that's what we drink, that's what we bathed in, that's what we were in. It's our birthright. It's like taking a bird out of the sky or a fish out of the ocean, expecting it to be as healthy. Like that is how we're living because we're so disconnected from natural spring water and all elements of Earth. So yeah, it's challenging because I even feel it too, like this, like call back to nature. But then it's also. We have chosen to be in these like cities and in the matrix to bring the wisdom. So it's like that battle of like, half of me is just like, peace, yum. Going back.
I know I want to go. Just be with the flowers and the fairies. And then it's like, no, it's like, me. I'm at the moment. It's so unexpected that we live in Glastonbury. I can't believe that we do, but we do. And I lived in London for 15 years, almost come back into the city and I'm like, yes, loving being in London. It's the push pull. Right? And I think you're definitely someone who seems to be living led to different.
