This is a podcast titled "566: Going Through a Pivot? How To Align With Your Dharma (Soul's Purpose) with Sahara Rose" created on September 3, 2024. The content likely features Sahara Rose discussing themes related to personal transformation and aligning with one's soul purpose during life pivots.
And that's the beauty of this, is you get to be a permission slip to other people. People who might feel like they are broken, people who might feel like they're too late, they're not interesting enough, they have too much trauma, whatever the thing is. So therefore, they cannot ever live lives that they love. You get to show people that that's possible, and you get to show people that you get to be handsomely rewarded for it. That spiritual people don't have to be broke. There's nothing spiritual about being broke and not living your purpose. Because guess what happens when you're not making money doing what you love. You have to make money doing something else. And making money doing something else means taking a job that's not aligned with your Dharma. It's going to lower your vibration, make you depleted, and then you're not going to have that energy to be of service. You know, if I was working a 9 to 5 job doing, like, I don't know, real estate or something, I would not be able to show up on this podcast with the energy that I have. I have this energy because I live my life in devotion to my Dharma. And that's the beauty of this work, is the more you dive into it, you become more expanded as a person. There's more than demand for people, and then your business evolves and evolves, evolves. Welcome back to the High Self podcast. My name is Sahar Rose, and on this podcast, I love to take spiritual concepts and make them modern, fun, grounded, and relatable. If I'm feeling something in the air, I like to talk about it right here in my solo cast. So let's address the elephant in the room that I feel. A lot of us are moving into new chapters in our lives. We feel our old selves are kind of like, dead. Like they're. They're done. We're not that version of us anymore. Dead and gone, dead and gone, as Justin Timberlake says. But we don't know who this new version of us is going to become. And that can be a really scary place to be in. So I'm. I'm curious. Do you feel like right now you are in a rebirth? Maybe you feel like you're in a pivot or, you know, that old version of you, which may have been your former job, it may have been friendships, it may have been relationships, home, all of the above. It's like that's no longer a fit for who I am, you know? And what I find happens is you create a life, you know, your. Your job Friendships, relationship that are in alignment with your soul. But when you do a lot of deep spiritual work, your soul evolves and it expands. And all of a sudden you have all of this awareness that you didn't have before. So now you have realized that you are a lioness. But that little cage that you were in before is a little stuffy. And you can lie. You can tell yourself, like, you know what? I'm good. I know this cage. I know my way around the block. I know that little corner. We can get a little comfy up in here. And, yeah, I am on barbed wires, but it's fine. I know my way around this cage. Or eventually you decide I'm a fucking lion and I gotta be out in the wilderness. And I don't know my way around the wilderness. It's not as comfortable. It's not this clearly defined box that I know my way around. But my energy has grown so much that I can no longer fit in this life. You feel me? And if we don't have the courage in those moments to leave that life, to leave that job, to leave that friendship, to leave that relationship, guess what happens. I think we know where I'm going with this. The goddess says, okay, honey, you not gonna drop that shit. I'm gonna take it away from you, but it's actually for you because I know you're not gonna do it yourself. Case in point, my former marriage. Case in point, maybe that job that you got fired for, that you were complaining about for the past two years. Case in point, that friendship that fell out of alignment. And then all of a sudden she ghosted you, and you were like, okay, that hurt. If we don't take action on these things, the goddess who always wants the highest best for us will. And when I say the goddess, I'm talking about universal consciousness. I'm talking about the you, whatever you want to call it. God, spirit, guides the ancestors, insert what you see. I like to say the Goddess because, I don't know, I just. I just feel like definitely I have this, like, beautiful goddess in the sky who's looking out for me, slashing the earth, slash everywhere. And that's that part of ourselves, you know? Who is the goddess? It's ourselves. It's our highest selves. Sometimes I wonder if our highest self is our future self. Our future self in our highest timeline, the highest timeline being. If we were to live in complete alignment with our dharma, with our soul's purpose, what would our life look like? And that version of us is giving us little whispers and Little nudges and little drops of inspiration and saying, hey, I really want you to meet this person. Hey, I really want you to be more open in this conversation. Hey, I really want you to listen to this exact podcast right now, okay? I want you to notice these little angel numbers I'm sending to you, okay? I want you to notice that the thing that this book is saying is exactly what's going on in your life right now, okay? I want you to notice that that situation that that friend in is. And it was a mirror of you, okay? I want you to notice about the smaller situation you're in is a reflection of this bigger situation you're in. Do you see the parallel here? That's the language of the universe right there. It's always speaking to us. The universe is always speaking to us. It's just. Are we listening? And before we drop into this episode, be sure to hit subscribe wherever you're listening to this podcast. That is the best way to stay up to date on the latest episodes. Now let's get into this one. So I feel like when we go through these big transformations, these big pivots, it's actually our opportunity to step into our highest timeline. It's burning the bridges of what no longer serves us because our soul has expanded. We have realized that we are lionesses and we no longer fit in that cage, so we can no longer live. What we now have realized is a lie. It may have been true for us at the moment that we created it. That job may have been the perfect fit for you when you got it, that, you know, career that maybe you went to law school for, and you were so excited to be a lawyer, and. And from your level of consciousness, that's what you knew was best for you. Maybe you realize, I love to help people. I love to speak, I love to, you know, use my gift of communication. So what I believe at this point of consciousness, the best fit for me is to be a lawyer. But now maybe you are a lawyer or you're sitting for your bar, whatever the thing is, and you're realizing, hey, there are other ways that I can express my gift of communication and be of Service. Maybe I desire to be an author. Maybe I want to be a coach. Maybe I want to, you know, be a speaker. There are so many other things that at that level of consciousness, when maybe you were in college, you just wouldn't have known. You know, they maybe didn't exist. When I was in college, podcasts did not exist. I knew I had a gift for, you know, of sharing spiritual wisdom, but I only knew writing books. So that's how I started my career, writing books. So I share this because the way that spirit works with us is it gives us little breadcrumbs that are guiding us on the pathway towards our dharmas. This is the second time I've said the word Dharma. What is Dharma? So if you're new around here, it's pretty much my favorite word. I even have it tattooed on me. Yes, that is the word dharma in Sanskrit, tattooed on me. The word dharma to me is the most beautiful word ever in English. The best way that we can translate it is your soul's fullest expression, your divine purpose, your unique place in the universe. So the way that I see it is it's you, your full self in devotion, in action, in creativity. It's the unist that makes you you. That is then shared and expressed with the world, right? So we all have our unique magic sauce, that essence that only you have, that thing that you bring to the table. And it doesn't have to be some special invention or technology or an actual tangible thing, but it's the way that you talk. It's the energy that you give when someone's with you. It's your understanding of things, the unique stories and perspectives you bring to things. That is your dharma. So I've written a book called Discover your Dharma with Forward by Deepak Chopra. I will link that below. It dives really, really deep into it. But I know a lot of us right now, we may have been living even our Dharmas or in alignment, and now it's pivoted, and now we're like, what's next? Because I thought I was meant to be this thing forever. And now I have shifted. I've evolved. I've gone through my spiritual journey, and I feel I've outgrown this box. What's next for me? And that can be a really scary place to be in of. Like, I've worked so hard to get here, right? But I know there's something more. But I'm afraid of starting from the beginning again and losing all of the effort I've put into it, you know, I had a friend the other day, and she was like, you know, I really want to step into this other career path, but I would have to be a total beginner, and I don't want to do that. I was like, girl, my music career, you know, like, literally started from scratch at producing music and singing and rapping and putting out my album, literally June of 2023, and since then have launched six music videos. My album reaching over a million streams in the first month. Not because I'm the best singer, rapper, producer of all time, Missy Elliott is, but because of my devotion. And I didn't go into it thinking, I'm gonna make money doing this or this is gonna be my thing. I just felt the excitement. I felt the breadcrumbs. I was listening to a lot of music and then hearing the way that it was produced, that made me naturally wanna produce. That made me write more, More poetry, made me figure out how can I put the poems onto songs, made me go into songwriting. And, you know, and then I just was in this flow, like, state that has led to an entirely new care and still honoring and showing up here on the podcast and my books and my coaching institute and all of the things, but all weaves together. And I feel that I needed to even go through that process to show you that you can be a beginner at something and start from scratch. Even if you have no experience, you feel like you're behind. You feel like you're too old. You're not the best at it. You're not the most skilled at it just because there is a desire there. And that desire is enough. That desire is intelligence. That desire is showing you that that thing is meant for you. And by the way, does the whole landscape of how it's gonna play out show instantly? Hell, no. Hail to the fuck. Now, I did not know I was gonna make an album until I was just making song after song after song. And I was like, Damn, I have 12 songs now. I'm gonna have to release one song every month for the next year. But probably by next year, I'm gonna be better at this. So I don't wanna wait until next year and release stuff. Need to put these all out at once. And then my friend was like, so you need to make an album. I'm like, I can't make an album. I'm not an artist. He's like, well, do you see yourself as an artist or not? I was like, damn, I didn't. And now I guess I am, period. And so it is. And so I Became an artist. We think we need to wait for permission slip. We think we need to wait for this thing to happen, for us to be good enough. And then some God from the sky comes and says, you are now a thought leader. You are now an author. You are now a coach, you are now a speaker. You are now an artist. No, you decide it. You decide it and you become is what it is you choose. You follow the breadcrumbs. The breadcrumbs will show you and they will guide you and they will take you places that your soul could never imagine today. So follow. If you are in this like pivot right now that you're leaving this former life, what are you excited about? So I have this tool that I teach in my Dharma coaching institute, which is our six month certification at Highest Self Institute, all about becoming a Dharma Soul purpose coach. So you actually become a certified sole purpose coach learning all of these practices of for yourself. First of all, what is my Dharma? What is my soul's purpose? Who am I? How am I meant to express it? What careers are in alignment for me? What are my limiting beliefs blocking me from it? How do I best show? What are my superpowers? You learn all of this. You are one on one coached every single week by people in the program and practicing coaching with them. And for the last two months we teach you on how to make a business doing this. And we've, We've coached over 2,500 students right now. Hundreds of them are full time coaches making more money in their coaching practice today than they did in their existing jobs. And for example, Jill, who we've now hired, she's one of our master coaches at first got, I want to say $30,000 raise at her existing company. Becoming the purpose Coach internally has gone on to write a book, host retreats, create a mastermind and be our master coach at Highest Health Institute. Making more money than she ever has before, less hours doing what she loves. She has two young kids, so I share this because I didn't know these stories were possible, right? Like I had never met anyone living near Dharma. It was never in my world. And it was through meeting people and hearing these stories that I realized, wow, if she. And by the way, she was just our student, you know, in our first class and within three years is making over six figures, doing what she loves. And so I share this and, and she's just one example of I've had Kenya here on the podcast that within 10 weeks of graduating is making 10k a month. And she was a social worker making $50,000 a year, now making over $120,000 as a Dharma coach, again within 10 weeks of graduating. And I'm not saying that's everyone's journey. I'm just sharing with you experiences because I feel like our mind only tells us what's possible based on what we know, right? And we see. This is what everyone in my town has done. This is what everyone in my friend group has done. This is what the people in my family have done. So this is just what's possible for me. And we put these upper limits on ourselves, right? So we have this transformation. We have a divorce, a health crisis, an on your knees dark night of the soul moment. You know, I talk a lot about dark nights of the soul. One of my songs is called Sexy Dark Night of the Soul. I'll link that music video below. It's a fun one. It's about my own dark night of the soul after my divorce. We all go through it. We all go through multiple dark nights of the soul in our lifetime. But most people, 95% of people, they feel like shit. They're sad, they're angry, they're scared. And then they just cling onto something else for comfort rather than letting themselves be in the abyss, in the unknown, in the. I have no idea what's to come next, but I know that version of me is dead and gone. Dead and gone. Oh. So when we are able to surrender into the unknown and say, spirit, guide me. Show me what is next. Because I know that you chose to take me out of that reality because there's something so much greater for me that I can't yet see for myself. So lead me. Lead me through the path of synchronicity. Lead me through flow. Lead me through ease. Lead me through the people that I meet and the conversations that I have. The universe starts whispering to you all the time. And all of a sudden, you realize the universe is this alive thing that you're always in communication with, and you are seeing more angel numbers and more signs and your exact animal all the time. It's like your life becomes a freaking movie. You're like, is this real life? Like, is. Has it always been like this? And it was. You just weren't listening. But that dark night of the soul, that on your knees moment, that breakdown, that divorce, that depression, that job firing, that shitty situation you were in, cracked you the fuck open. So you can now hear it and feel it and believe it. And then all of a sudden, we're receptive and we're Hearing it. And the universe is like, okay, you're hearing me, let me send you some more. Meet the right person, says the right thing. You end up ten steps ahead, which would have taken you five years to figure out. Took you five days. A realization that would have taken you ten years of therapy. You have in one, in one sitting, you have on a walk you take. And that is actually how life is meant to be lived. We are meant to live in a state of flow. We are meant to live in joy. We are meant to live in synchronicity. That is actually the norm. That is how life was designed. It's just these systems that we are in of this is a job and everyone hates it. And you must suffer all day until you know we've normalized that. We've normalized living in karma rather than Dharma. Living in karma is shitty. Situations keep happening, life keeps getting harder. Everything feels like it's going against you. Which by the way is not the universe out to get you, but it's rather the universe putting these like painful situations on your path to cause you to redirect. I think of karma as the bounded barricades on the side of the highway, right? If you start going off the sides of the highway, you're gonna hit those barricades and that like weird squiggly thing on, on the, on the, on the road and you're like, ah, it's not out to get you. Like they're not trying to you up. Like they're trying to say, don't go over here, honey, the highway's over here. Your destination's yonder. Stay on track. But most of us again, we just keep going off road. We just keep on staying in the shitty terrain and it gets worse and worse and worse. And everyone we know is out there and we've normalized that. We've normalized depression, we've normalized insomnia, we've normalized anxiety, we've normalized all those things. I'm not saying that the average person, no, the average person does have all those things, but it's not normal. Everyone having it does not mean it's normal. It doesn't mean it's how humans are meant to live. You are not meant to live in anxiety. Anxiety is a stress response, response that you pick up because you, your society has conditioned you to believe that if you are not thinking the worst case situation at all times, you are going to fall behind and you are going to get hurt and you're going to have a fear response. You know, I really loved the movie Inside out too. I'm a shout that movie out. Whoever made that movie, I hope you fucking listen to this podcast. I would be, like, amazed. You're a celebrity to me. I don't know who you are. It was a great movie. And I never watch Inside out one, so you don't need to watch it to watch Inside out too. That, that movie, it personifies these different emotions. And you see this, like, little girl, she was, like, operating from joy. Like, joy was like the main emotion. That was like riding the steering. The steering command ship thing that they had. But then she hit puberty and anxiety took over. So instead of this brings me joy, it's, well, if we don't do this, then the popular kids won't be our friend. And then we're going to sit alone, and then we're not going to get into a good college and we're going to be alone forever. And like, doomsday prediction and anxiety. She's a conniving motherfucker, you know, she tells you all these situations, it's gonna be like this, it's gonna be like that. And you're like, shit, oh, my God. What if all of that actually happens? Let me push the brakes right now. Let me choose the fear response because I'm so scared of that thing happening that let me live in fear right now. So do you see that we're so afraid of something fearful happening in the future that we're just living in fear right now. And then we're perpetually living in fear because we're always living in fear of the future, and that day never actually comes where we're living in joy because we're letting anxiety steer the ship. Now, I am not demonizing anxiety. I do believe there's an intelligence to anxiety. I do believe there's an innateness of the human condition that we do tend to, you know, future predict. And that's the nature of the mind. But that doesn't mean we have to adhere to it. That's. That's why meditation came to be in, like, every single ancient culture. That's why we have spiritual practices, why we have all the tools and modalities that we have, is to not believe all of the stories of the mind. Because the truth is, it's just a story. Might be a really good story, might be really revelatory. It might actually happen. But you know what? You living in fear of that thing happening is the only thing that's actually going to guarantee it to happen. Because I could have said when I was writing my first book. You're not a doctor. No one cares about Ayurveda. You're too young. You don't have a book deal. You've never even been an author. You have no idea how you're going to make money doing this. Go get a normal job while you can, because if you don't, if you're unemployed for a certain amount of years, you're not even getting a job. You're going to end up homeless. By the way, that was not just my own voice. It was my own voice. It was also my parents voice that they were telling me all the time, my family members voices who were telling me. And then also when I got rejected by 30 publishers. But I decided to listen to my own inner voice just a little bit stronger than I decided to listen to those ones. And it wasn't instant and it wasn't overnight, but I knew and I trusted that I had a Dharma. And I knew and I trusted that the shitty things that happened to me in my life happened to me for a reason. Because they made me wiser, more aware and more able to share these gifts that I received with other people. And so I started to piece together what I now called the Dharma Blueprint. And this is one of the many tools that you will become certified in in the Dharma Coaching Institute. So the Dharma Blueprint puts together five different categories. The first one are your Dharma archetypes. So there are nine Dharma archetypes and you can take a quiz on my website dharmaarchetypequiz.com I will link that in the show notes. D H A r m a archetypequiz.com so some of these archetypes are the teacher, here to share wisdom and knowledge and information. The visionary, here to allow people to see from a higher level perspective. The artist, here to create beauty in the world. The nurturer, here to connect and care. The warrior, here to protect and lead. The researcher here to ask big questions and use facts and data. The activist, here to raise awareness on social justice issues. The entertainer, here to make people feel. And the entrepreneur, here to create solutions for the world's problem through business. So these are the nine Dharma archetypes that I came up with because I found that they're the most universal I have seen related to people's Dharma. And again, you can find your own in the book Discover your Dharma or on the quiz dharmaarchetypequiz.com linked below. So that's the first quad or pentagon of the of the Dharma Blueprint. So what is Your Dharma archetype. And by the way, we're a combination of different ones and they can change over time, though I find our top two really stay with us our entire lives. So mine are the visionary and the teacher. No matter what I do, I will always be a visionary. I'm always here to inspire and bring people to higher level perspective and use my gift of communication. And I love to teach, but I also got the artist going on. I also have the entertainer going on. I also have the nurturer going on, but they're in different levels. So the second category we're gonna go into for the Dharma Blueprint, and you'll learn how to go into this in depth in the Dharma Coaching Institute, and you will be coached through it and really have a strong understanding of your own Dharma. Guaranteed. You're gonna walk away from these six months like, I know why I'm here on this planet, period. Everyone does. It is like literally a portal of transformation. So the second are your mediums. What are the mediums that come through you? Do you love to speak and how. Do you love to speak on stage? Do you love to speak one to one with people? Do you love to tell stories? Do you love to coach? Do you love to write? Is it long form? Is it short form? Is it blog writing, novel writing, legal writing? You know, getting as specific as possible? Do you love to plan? Is it events? Is it parties? Is it fundraisers? Do you love to put together spreadsheets? What kind of spreadsheets? So really looking at the mediums that come through you, and you're going to write those all down in the second category. Then we're going to look at the obstacles that you have overcome or helped someone else overcome. So maybe you have overcome the obstacle of a health challenge like myself. So through overcoming that health challenge, you learned a lot of wisdom. You learned how to take care of your body and how to support it. And that is something that you can now share with other people. And in fact, it makes you the best expert because you personally went through it. So you know the fears, you know the thoughts, you know what it feels like to go to tons of doctors and them not giving you the answer to any problem. You know what it's like from a personal level, better than an expert who's studied it theoretically but has never experienced it themselves. So I see a lot of us, especially those of us who are still kind of like millennials and older, we're like, oh, my God, I need to, like, have my PhD and something to talk about. It. But if you had anxiety, would you rather go to a coach that said, I studied anxiety in the top books for the past 20 years. Never had it a day in my life. But this book describes it like this. So let me tell you what the research says, and every time you tell them about anxiety, aha. This looks like it's ptsd. This diagnosis, this. I've read about this too. Would that help you more with your anxiety or cause more anxiety or someone that says, yeah, I used to have really debilitating panic attacks, and the truth is, some mornings I still wake up with anxiety. But here are the exact practices that I do. And this is what made me move from panic attacks to just kind of feeling anxiety slightly sometimes and able to move through it really quickly. This is exactly what I did. Where are you going to feel more safe? Where are you going to feel more seen? Where are you going to feel more trust? I think all of us would rather go to the person who actually moved through the anxiety and found their way on the other side than the person who's just researched it but has never actually experienced. So you overcoming an issue yourself makes you an expert in your own life. And we're not saying that now you need to write a book on it necessarily, but through the coaching of it, you start to realize the stories that you tell and the research that you might now add on and the ways that you describe things. And that becomes your method that you may eventually write books about, teach about in courses, share about, on stages, host retreats about. But it starts with you sharing your journey with people who are just behind you in that specific journey. You know, I am coached by so many different people. I have, I love, I've been coached throughout my experience and continue to be coached. So I can very easily coach someone on, you know, stepping into their dharma and living their full expression. Because I've been doing this for so long and it comes very naturally to me. But I go to coaches who have been married for 30 years and, you know, who have experience in. In things that I don't have experience in when I am seeking that type of mentorship. So we all want to go to someone who has felt the way that we feel. So you having overcome those obstacles is what makes you the perfect coach for that person. And I always say, your perfect client is a version of you three to seven years ago. So think about the obstacles you had between three to seven years ago. Maybe it was not knowing your path, maybe it was depression, maybe it was feeling overworked, burnt, burnt. Out, comparison, judgment. These are the kinds of people who are struggling with that right now that you can coach, teach, inspire, lead. So the fourth category that we're going to go into is your excitement. What are you excited about? What are you Google searching or chatgpting? What podcasts are you listening to? What YouTube videos are you watching? What docu series are you checking out? What conversations do you want to have with friends? What are the things you can't stop thinking about? Like, what are the things you're just, like, obsessed with right now? You know, we all have those things that we're just like, I want to learn everything about this subject. So I always say excitement are the breadcrumbs guiding us towards our dharma. And looking back on the different, like, iterations of my Dharma, it was always the thing that I was excited about a few years before, you know, like, I was obsessed with healthy recipes and nutrition and positive psychology, and then Ayurveda. And that became my books, and that became what I taught about. And then I became obsessed with spirituality that I was teaching about Ayurveda. But I wanted to know more about my past lives and the meaning of life and these bigger conversations, which eventually became my podcast. And then I was obsessed with learning about my own Dharma, and that eventually became discovery Dharma. And I was obsessed with, you know, how do I create a seven figure business? No one woman in my film has ever worked before. I come from Iran, the Middle east, where women are extremely suppressed. So I became obsessed with learning about business. Create our soul, Business mastery. You know, I. I kept going, and. And that's really what we've created here at Highest Self Institute. It's. It's all things that I have had to learn for myself that have found my way to the other side that I teach people with. But it always started with what I was just excited about. So what are the things that you're excited about? And one of the practices that we do in DCI Dharma Coaching Institute is we have you write a list of everything you're excited about and categorize it, and you start to notice different categories of. I'm really excited about, you know, healing modalities, and I'm really excited about events, and I'm really excited about technology. Then we start to weave them together and through coaching, asking you the question so you can remember the answers. Because, guys, that's what coaching is. By the way. Coaching is not having the answers. No one has the answers. I don't have the answers for your dharma. You don't have the Answers, Ryan, we don't know. Only spirit knows. But what you become as a coach is you become what I call Carmen Sandiego. That you learn how to ask people really valuable questions and listen and hold space and be present and be attentive. And in asking those questions and being present with them, their soul is able to whisper to them the answers that the busyness of their mind would have never allowed them to hear. So you essentially create the space for the divine, for their own intuition to come through. So instead of me telling you, hey, your dharma is to create a photo gallery of, you know, women who experience postpartum depression and take before and after pictures of them. Like, it's like, what? Where. Where'd that come from? However, you know, I was paired with a stranger on the streets of Boston with literally a sign that says, I will help you find your purpose in three hours through sitting with her and doing this exact practice. I'm telling you right now, the Dharma blueprint. That was her dharma, a complete stranger. And I'll link that video below. I did it with Sky Cohen on The Sky Life YouTube channel. It was amazing. You witness it happening in real time. And this was just a stranger on the street that just by asking her the right questions, holding space, and became the biggest project of her life. And she's gone on to become a Dharma coach as well, which is so freaking crazy, because Stranger on the street, power of synchronicities. You meet the right person at the right time. So what are you excited about? Because it's always guiding you. And then the fifth category in the Dharma Blueprint are your superpowers. What are your superpowers? What are the things that people compliment you on that you might just, like, kind of take for granted? But let's be real. Like, you don't give out compliments to everyone on anything. You know, if you're complimenting someone on something, you really see it in them. But we're so used to getting the same kind of compliments and feedback all the time that we're just like, oh, everyone says that to everyone, but they don't. So people tell you, like, wow. Like, you have such beautiful energy. We don't say that to everyone. Hell no, we don't say that to everyone. Very, very few people we say that to. They're saying that to you. Take it. If they're saying, wow, you have such an amazing way of making me feel seen and heard. That's a compliment to you. Wow. You have such a great way of taking complex subject matters and making Them easy to understand. That's to you. Wow, you have such a beautiful home. I always feel so welcome when I'm here. You throw such beautiful dinner parties. That's a compliment to you. So think about the things people compliment you on, the things people have seen in you. And sometimes it only comes from, like, when we're working with other people, we're like, wait, not everyone's like this. And we realize our uniqueness, and that's our magic sauce. That's our superpower. And your superpower, I believe your soul chose prior to incarnation because it knew is the exact gift you needed to unlock your Dharma. So what's your superpower? We got lots of practices in the Dharma coaching program to help you remember yours. So we bring all five categories together, and we've got the Dharma Blueprint. So what you'll actually do is you'll write these all down and you'll, like, put it on your fridge, stare at it, and let it start communicating to you. Because there you have the blueprint of your soul and Dharma. Blueprint allows us to take our Dharma and direct it towards something. Because the question of, like, what is your dharma? Well, truthfully, I believe all of our dharmas on the highest level is the same. We're all here to raise consciousness, but we're all here to do it in different ways. We all have unique gifts, personalities, expressions, experiences, life wisdom. And this is going to inform how we are here to raise consciousness. Someone's dharma may be to clean the oceans. And someone's dharma may be to build a spaceship. And someone's dharma may be to create new educational systems. And someone's dharma may be to change our food system. We need them all. So that's the beauty of the Dharma Blueprint. It takes this, like, lofty big question of, like, what's, like, the meaning of my life into where can I focus my energy on next? And the Dharma Blueprint evolves as you do because you're gonna come back to this practice a year from now. You're gonna get different things because you have different life experiences, different things you're excited about, different archetypes coming online, and that's going to shift your focus. So this is one of the many tools we teach you in the Dharma Coaching Institute six month program, which is now open. So if you are interested and curious and diving deeper into your own soul's expression and to study with me, I teach this live every single week. You'll be on live Q and A calls with me getting your questions answered. I laser coach so if you want to ever be cool coached by me, this is the only container that I do that. And we have such a beautiful, robust curriculum. We've been developing for over five years now graduate over 2500 students. We're recognized by the International Coaching Federation. So you know you're getting the highest gold star standard of coaching. This is a, a nonprofit organization that looks at coaching institutes that has looked at our curriculum. So you know that it's not just like one of those online courses that's like some bullshit, like this is some, some real shit and you're gonna learn so much and actually learn how to apply it in your life. So whether you are interested in your own Dharma or you actually wanna be a Dharma, sole purpose coach, being amongst the first ever, this is the moment. So I've also created a three part video series below. So in this video series I share more about what it means to be a Dharma coach. The conceptual age that we're in right now. Because the truth is, most people think we're in the information age, right? Like everyone's talking about the information age. And before that we were in the industrial age, and before that we were in the agricultural age. But actually in 2020, we shifted ages into the conceptual age. So now it's no longer about what information you know, but rather it's how you synthesize and conceptualize this information. And the people who know how to do that are going to be the people who have the most access to resources, you know, because the truth is now with AI, it's very easy to have information like you can just like look up anything. You can look up a four year college degree. But the thing is, most people are confused. They're lost, they're lacking in direction, they don't know what's right for them. They're overwhelmed with the possibilities and they're in fear. They're in that anxiety that we were talking about of is my job going to be replaced and, and how am I going to provide and what's going to happen next? And when we're in that fear, we don't see, see the greater picture. We definitely can't listen to our intuition and then we're not able to see our Dharma. So as a Dharma coach, you learn how to first of all remember your own soul's purpose. Because it's not about finding it, it's about remembering it. But next you get to hold that space for other people to remember theirs as well, which is the most powerful thing you can ever do in this lifetime. To allow someone to remember, remember their soul's freaking expression is like there's no greater feeling on earth. So we give you the exact tools, the frameworks, the practices, the questions to ask, the agreements you need, the forms. We break it down into how to coach someone through a one month program, a three month program, a six month program, exactly how to organize every single one of these sessions, and then lots of time to practice. So from session one, you're going to hit the ground running with practice coaching. Because let's be real, I've done a lot of certifications that it's just more information. It's in the information age, but not a lot of embodiment. And I believe the only way that we can learn how to be a coach is to embody that wisdom and start living as a coach, start asking those questions. And that's actually how we gain that confidence and experience that as soon as you graduate, you can feel comfortable charging $150, $200 a session because you feel confident in knowing how to coach. You know, 90% plus of people who do coaching certifications around, you know, globally never become coaches. And for us, it's like I. I typically find around 50 to 75% of our students are here to be a coach. Why? Because they start coaching from the get go. We put them in the mindset of being a coach from week one. So if you are actually wanting to practice something, to learn this craft, whether you want to do it professionally or not, but you want to walk away from six months knowing that I have a new tool in my toolkit. I know how to coach, I know how to hold space, which I can then apply to my children, I can apply to my friends, I can apply to my colleagues, or I can make a coaching business where I can write books, I can be media, a social speaker, I can host retreats, I can be a thought leader, I can make an impact. I can use my story and share it with the world and be of service in the way that only I can through living my dharma. And that's the beauty of this work. You get to be you full time. You don't have to have that split that you probably have where there's the version of you at work and the version of you outside of work. And you have to like, kind of put on a mask and pretend to be this person that you actually have outgrown. But instead you get to be you full time. You get to share the things you're excited about while you're excited about them. You get to be friends with people who meet you at the soul level that you are at today. You get to share your wisdom and know that your pain was not in vain, but rather came for a greater purpose, to be of service. And there's nothing that heals trauma than taking the wisdom and using it to benefit humanity. Because then you're like, I went through all of that. Like, for me to share this, like, I would do it again. I honestly would do it again. For me, 100%. Going through my health challenges, going through the infidelity that led to my divorce, I would go through all of that shit again. It was the hardest things in my life, but it led to me being this version of me today and being able to share that with you and to show you that it's possible. And that's the beauty of this, is you get to be a permission slip to other people. People who might feel like they are broken, people who might feel like they're too late, they're not interesting enough, they have too much trauma, whatever the thing is. So therefore, they cannot ever live lives that they love. You get to show people that that's possible. And you get to show people that you get to be handsomely rewarded for it. That spiritual people don't have to be broke. There's nothing spiritual about being broke and not living your purpose. Because guess what happens when you're not making money doing what you love? You have to make money doing something else. And making money doing something else means taking a job that's not aligned with your Dharma. It's going to lower your vibration, make you depleted, and then you're not going to have that energy to be of service. You know, if I was working a 9 to 5 job doing, like, I don't know, real estate or something, I would not be able to show up on this podcast with the energy that I have. I have this energy because I live my life in devotion to my Dharma. And that's the beauty of this work, is the more you dive into it, you become more expanded as a person. There's more than demand for people. And then your business evolves and evolves, evolves that I now make way more money than I would have ever made had I become a realtor. Which, by the way, was the actual job path that my parents were really pressuring me into going. I make more money now, doing what I love, working less and showing up, being of service, getting to wear really cute hairstyles, period. And it all came because I focused on my dharma first. I wasn't like I'm going to do the thing that makes the most money for sure. I thought real estate would make me more money, but I knew every time I would study for that real estate exam, I'd start crying. I was like, I don't even believe in owning houses. I want to be if I free and travel the world and be free, like, why am I doing this? But I thought, oh, I need to do this to make money. No. Committing to your dharma will lead to your ultimate abundance. And abundance isn't just money, by the way, but abundance and time and freedom and how you share your energy. That is a true abundant life. And you get to decide, you know, in the video series, which I will link below in video two, I share all the different revenue models you can have by starting at some a coach. So you might start as a one on one coach and go on to create a membership program, go on to create a course, go on to do masterclasses, go on to lead retreats, do corporate wellness. And I share with you the breakdown of all of those.
