I asked what questions you wanted us to dive into about the topics of love and sex. They're in this fancy little space helmet and I brought on one of my besties here. First question, what do you do when you realize you had a past lifetime with someone? Oh shit, we're going in.
The hem of their heart beating is not the first time you're hearing that.
I'm going to go real past life shit.
What is the key to maintaining a long lasting friendship?
What signs do you look for to know if someone is emotionally available? Signs. Sometimes people are emotionally available, but they're not emotionally available to you.
Like, what are some practices that will liberate my voice?
The yoni throat connection. Because my voice has radically shifted and it's like way sexier than ever before.
People think that because you're in a spiritual environment, saying the words fuck you is not allowed. My love, you're missing the point. Let me tell you.

Now let's get into this one. We don't even know what questions are on here. They're in this fancy little space helmet and we're going to be answering from our unique perspectives, which are similar but different. You know, can you just tell us a little bit about your perspective, your background, so people can understand where you'll be coming from.
So my background is in Buddhism. It's 10 years of experiential Buddhist practice from, like, really traditional, from, like, meditating in a cave, meditating in a monastery, to practices here in the west, like meditation retreats in California and New York. And the other huge part of my practice is the dance floor, is the somatics, is the practice of entering the state of trance through dance and receiving divination, oracular wisdom through the dance. And the last part of my work that really informs everything else has come through the death of my mother. So it's the work that I've been doing, the training that I've been doing at Cedars Sinai with the sick and dying. So offering spiritual and emotional support and a clinical setting to those who are terminally ill or actually, you know, meeting the end. So these three, the dance, Buddhism, and death and dying. It's kind of like the intersection of where my work is at now. Always fun. Even in the darkest places. I always try to bring. I always try know. I always do bring a sense of lightness to it. And. And I think it's. It's a requirement because being human is so strange. It's a riddle, you know, and if we're not laughing through it, then we sort of miss the plot. Yeah.
I love that you take, you know, some of the gravest topics and experiences we have as human and bring in your. Your zest, your joy of life, your dance, your movement. And we are danceless sisters.
Exactly.
My background, Ayurveda, the world's oldest health system. Sister. Science of yoga, really deep in the divine feminine space, honoring the goddess within, as well as living your dharma, your soul's purp, tantra. So lots of lineages here in the space right now. We honor you.
Yeah. Like, thank you. Thank you for the. All the unseen forces that are supporting us that are here with us today, too. Jay.
All right, first question. We'll take turns reading, but we can both answer. What do you do when you realize you had a past lifetime with someone? And is this something you have ever experienced? Oh, we're going in.
Oh, my God. Where do you want to take this, you, past life?
Oh, wow. I mean, I don't think I've ever met someone I haven't had a past life experience.
I was going to say, yeah, anyone.
You'Re meeting, you have some kind of past life. Like, we were clearly past life. But I'm thinking this person is referring to it in a Romantic sense.
Yeah.
So I find there's like really your soul clan that travels with you across, you know, time and space, and you have different relationships with them. And so lovers that you have in this lifetime, you may have been brothers before, you may have been mother, daughter before, you may have been enemies before, you may have been killed each other, you loved each other for a thousand lifetimes and everything in between. I noticed, though, very quickly when you meet someone, you can kind of feel the undercurrents of that connection of who do I become? So maybe someone. You're dating them and you're feeling very motherly, right. It's like, okay, I was a mother in my lifetime with this. Maybe someone brings out your inner child and it's like that attunement to it, or someone brings you to a certain place, like they're from India. Then all of a sudden you're in India, and. And. And someone brings you to different gifts, such as music or, you know. So I find spending time with them who do it doesn't necessarily mean they become that same person. They may not have had that same lifetime with you. But I find over time in the relationship, and often even in the demise of the relationship, it's often in that that you really start to understand what was our soul contract with each other. What were we really here to teach each other and bring each other through the love and the loss of this relationship.
Beautiful. I want to touch on the felt sense of, like, connection. There's a sense of familiarity, and there's on the opposite end. This is based on, like, what I have understood and metabolized from Buddhist scriptures. There's these two sort of polarities of, like, deep repulsiveness. Like, ugh. I don't like. We don't even. There's nothing even to like, objectively name that I don't like about you. It's just I don't like you. I think that's a karmic texture that people could like, really clearly name. And we see this with strangers, we see this with all walks of life. And then I think for the love interest, there's a sense of familiarity. Like, this is not the first time we've done this. You met one time and all of a sudden you're like, unburdening yourself. Not in a trauma bonding kind of way, but it's just in this really beautiful way of feeling safe and held. The next thing you know, you may have had a Kiki and your first date, but next thing you know, you're like, laying on this person's chest, and you're listening to their heartbeat, and you're like, the hem of their heart beating is not the. The first time you're hearing that, you know, you see what I'm saying? It's like, oh, my God. And I just had this experience not too long ago, and I'm like, oh, this is not the first time hearing this heart beating, honey. This has happened before. And it was like, you know, being an elevator with that person as you're coming up to their apartment or their home or whatever it may be, and you're just like, you know, your gaze is on the floor because you may be a little shy and kind of intimidated by. By how. How much flow there is in the experience. And then as your gaze meets, you're like, oh, and one thing that I've noticed too, you can see like, the. All the, like, younger versions of them and all. And you also have, to me, this is what happened recently too. You see our. This, like, longevity of. Of. Of togetherness. You know, like, you see each other growing old, and it's so strange. So, like, it all happens in like a split of a second. You look at them and you're like the conversation that we're just having in the kitchen before getting on the record. I was like, sahara, girl, you and I have done this, you know, in our past lives in India, and I saw you in your, like, princess, like dharmic, you know, Maharani. Exactly. And, like, caring for the orphans and caring for the sick in this, like, you know, princess like way. But it was just like the most. It felt so natural to see it. And then the other thing I wanted to say, pay attention to synchronicities when there is familiarity and when you're meeting someone that there's like a love interest that you feel more than just like, oh, this is more than a friend, like this the one that I want, you know, I think synchronicities are very telling. I don't want to give up, give too much away from my personal experience right now, but I just want to name the. Synchronicities are such an important factor that reminds you that you are doing the right thing with the right person at the right time. And you just, you just told me that too about your thing, you know.
Some real past life shit. So we are living in crazy times. There's so much happening in the world, and even within ourselves, there's this feeling of overwhelm. And I'm sure you're picking up on it of like, there isn't enough Time. You know, there's so many things I want to do, and I don't know how to focus my energy. Well, that is because you likely can feel that timelines are shifting, momentum is building up, and this is your moment to actually take action on your Dharma, your soul's purpose, the big reason why you are here. So if I heard this term before, it was the biggest game changer for me when I discovered it, because it brought together everything in my life. Like, the things I was interested in, curious about, excited about, but also obstacles I've overcome in my own life. My childhood, my ancestral lineage, the things I was good at, the things I was bad at. Like, how can I tie it all together so I can have a career that supports me in living my highest self? And also where I am supported in the things that are like, my holes in the pocket that I'm not so great at. And when I brought it all together and understood my Dharma, it was like the thing that led to my ultimate abundance, my ultimate purpose. Like, I can firmly sit here today and say, I am living my truth in every single way. And that is because I made understanding my Dharma, my soul's purpose, my priority. So this is your moment to do the same and create a career that honors the full spectrum of you. The parts of you that want to deep dive with people, have deep conversations, that are an empath that's sensitive, but also the part of you that is a visionary, that is here to reach the masses, that is here to share your message and speak to the collective and how to integrate the two. So this is why I've put together, which is now five years in running the Dharma Coaching Institute at my school now Highest Self Institute. So becoming a Dharma coach is actually learning step by step, how to discover and embody your own Dharma, your soul's purpose, but then how to take action as a career in becoming a Dharma coach, where you actually help other people discover their Dharma. And they say the greatest way to learn is to teach, right? Like, if I really want to study for a test, I would start to teach it to someone else, because that helps me really integrate that thing. So you might say, I'm not sure what my purpose is. Well, you're going through the training for six months. Every single week, you are being practice coached with the other peers. Every single week, one on one, you are deep diving into the curriculum. You are understanding more about yourself than I guarantee you ever have in your entire life. Like, let's be real. The only time we've ever really thought about like, what do I do with my life Is like, maybe the guidance counselor at school that's like, girl, you talk a lot. So maybe become a lawyer. And it's like, I can't read law books, you know, but we think that that's our only option. And then that's it. And we end up in whatever job and climbing that corporate ladder and hopping off a few ladders until we're trying to find the one that fits. But you're not meant to be on a ladder. You're meant to do your own thing. And that own thing, it doesn't necessarily mean you need to be an entrepreneur, but could even be working within a company as a coach where you honor your full self. So we have supported now 3,000 people in creating careers that align with their dharma, their full expressive selves. And we are so excited to support you. So doors are open right now to become a certified Dharma coach. It is a six month program taught live. So I will be on the call live with you answering your questions every single week. Along with Dr. Neetha, we have a team of incredible coaches that will be guiding you in practice coaching sessions. You'll be receiving feedback from the other students. We have an incredible Facebook group to dive deeper, support each other. And so many of our grads have gone on to co host podcasts together, to run retreats, to speak on stages. The list goes on. And it really is a lifelong community of rainbow sheep, so that's what we call ourselves. So if you're interested, you want to explore the curriculum or even hop on a one on one discovery call to ask one of our team members any question you have, the link is below. We are so excited to support you. I can't wait to see you live on the calls and see where you will be six months from now as a certified dharma coach. So head over to the show notes to learn more, to reserve your spot, to hop on a one on one call. And I can't wait to see you there. All right, next question. Or actually, no, you. You choose the next one.
Let's see. Om shree Mahalakshvi namah. Okay, okay. Oh, this is good. What do you think is the key to maintaining a long lasting friendship?
Like our friendship? We have been friends for like seven, eight years now. We met in 2017, so we finished eight years now. That's crazy. Yeah, and I feel it's like soul Fam, you know, certain people. Cause we don't get to see each other that often. We're like weaving in and out of each other's lives in these like really pivotal moments. And we're like, spill the tea. We're like, what, what, what, what? But it's like almost like our souls, you know, will continue to travel together. So how, how to maintain that? So I think there's one, there's the cosmic, certain people are meant to be in your life. Two, I think it's like not holding a grudge. I feel like some people, if you haven't seen them in a long time, are like, oh, I haven't seen you, you haven't texted me. And it's like, it feels almost like a relationship. And people have different expectations in friendships. Right. So they feel like if you haven't been keeping up with me, then I don't want you in my life. And that's totally okay. That's a relational style.
Yeah.
I think also some friendships are more like that and some are less, some are tighter, some are looser. Same interests, you know, like you have to have something that brings you together, especially in a friendship. In romantic relationships, you can kind of have more different interests because it's the love, but in the friendship, it's like, you know, for us. And actually all of my friends are spiritual. Like that is always a core tenant of. I literally could not vibe with a friend who isn't into any of this stuff because I don't even know what I want to talk about with them. You know, maybe dance or something potentially like music. But like, it's always, even my music people are spiritual. So having like minded interests, if that is a close friend of yours, making an effort to see each other, you know, of like booking the flight or if you're like, we're always telling each other, I'm going here, can you make it, I'm going there, can you make it? And I think it's that extra effort of the things that we're doing, can we also do them with the people that we love? Because it's so easy to just forget and be focused on our solo mission and to also be vulnerable. I think that's another thing too, that whenever we do see each other, we show up with the utmost vulnerability. So there isn't that like rebuild that needs to happen. It's just like here I am fully, you know, and showing up like, I'll see you tomorrow, even though I don't even know when's the next time I will see you. But to keep showing up that way. And I feel like that is a lifelong friend you will have.
Yes to all of this. Echoing all of that. And I do want to say that I was walking yesterday and I was like, I want more Sahara in my life. You know, it's. We do come together in very pivotal moments in our lives. And that is so beautiful because I can trust you. And I think one thing that I want to add to the pod, to the, to the little stirring of the what creates a long lasting relationship is trust. I feel like I can trust you. I can bring to you A to Z, you know, whatever may be happening in my life. And you could sit there and offer presence and warmth or offer solutions. Like you have the skills to do both. And I think that's really important too. People who can offer warmth and presence without wanting to fix or resolve or repair or heal you, they could just be like, oh, they're in that mess right now. It's okay. No problem. That pattern is active again. That's okay. Through presence, we create an environment for revelation. That person has access to wisdom that we could never tell them about. So I think that is a quality of someone that we want is friends who can just listen and just relax with us, with our pain, you know. And I think there's the other part who, people who have like really wise shit to say. You always have the wisest shit to say. I can come up with you. I'm like, I'm developing this thing, this. What about this title? What about this thing for ideas that is so inspiring to me. And I think there, there has to be a level of inspiration, you know, that I think it's really beautiful. There is something to say about, like, may you not be the smartest, most successful in, in your friend group, because then, then it becomes this kind of weight. Like either all of you are kind of traveling a similar path or you are a little bit behind, but your friends love you for what you're doing. And then there is this like, beautiful dance. Does that make sense? I don't know. It just feels imbalanced, you know?
And I say this fish in small ponds. Yeah.
And then at the same time, it's like when I think about my closest, closest friends and when I was working with those big celebrities, their closest, closest, closest friends were people who had nothing to do with the industry that they're in or the level of success that they had achieved. But there was this mutual interest about music, dance, creativity, whatever it may be, that, you know, the people that I've worked with, with, or the friends that I have, close, close friends. I think there has to be like a sense of trust, a Sense of inspiration and also, like, can you receive feedback from them? You know, like, I will take feedback from you, and you will receive feedback from me. I think that these are some of the things that come up for me. Does that make sense? Yeah.
Yeah. And I think it's also when that person comes to mind, like, reaching out to them, making an effort to see each other. I feel a lot of people are like, I had friends, but we fell apart. It's like, how much effort did you put into the.
That's right.
So we just forget.
Yeah.
All right, next one fresh single girly here. Where would you recommend I travel to? Depends your type. I feel Europe is the place to go when you're freshly single because everyone's out on the streets, they're meeting each other, you know, you could end up on the back of a moped of an Italian guy, have a little Lizzie McGuire moment, you know, And I just feel like, yeah, there's just. It's safe. A lot of just, like, fun love stories happen there. Of course, if you're into super spiritual hippie guys that ecstatic dance and smell like patchouli, there's always ubud. But you're into that. Yeah. What about you?
I was going to say, like, you know, I think there's a lot of talk about, like, how Brazil is not.
Safe and, oh, hot tears.
But I think, you know, like, go to Brazil. I. Not because I'm Brazilian, but just the culture of warmth and passion. Oh, my God. And like, deep, erotic. Oh, full body. Yes. Energy in people. I. I say Brazil. Yeah.
Making me sign. I want to sign up for Brazil. Yeah.
Yeah.
Oh, your turn.
Okay. Oh, this is a long one. Okay. What do you do when you can tell your partner needs a break, but you don't? Does this. This doesn't mean a permanent relationship break, just like some physical space?
Well, maybe you want to start with that one.
Look, I think physical space is required on a daily basis in relationship of any sort. I think we need to learn to regulate our own, you know, nervous system. We have to be able to, like, sit with our own thinking process, be able to feel our own feelings in order for us to be able to relate to another person. So I think time away from people is, like, vital for any deep, meaningful relationship to happen. And in the context of this, I feel like there's a little bit more. More texture that we're not hearing from the question. So I would leave it there and I'll. I'll pass it on to you.
It sounds like your boyfriend Wants like a separation, right? That's what this person sounds like to me. So there's clearly something unspoken there. And I'm going to guess you are more anxious because you wrote us this question. And they're more avoidant, which is totally fine. It's how I am in relationships as well. And so the elephant in the room is, is why do they want space and what does space mean to them? And I feel like I'm just being honest here. I feel like space is a code word that people use sometimes when it' like a break, a separation. And, and the thing is a relationship is a ship. It's a flow, it's a, it's a ping pong, ping pong. And the moment someone's like, then all. It's like you will go through the grief process, you know, and you can't guarantee we're gonna have a break for three months and get back together. Like, trust me, I think we've all tried doing things like that. And it's not, it's not how the heart works. It's like the heart is either in it or has to kind of disconnect and start doing its own self healing journey. Now this does not mean that you might not get together. Couples do. But you have to actually let it go to like cleanly come back together. But what I find happens, it's so hard. It's. And it's hard and it takes time and it's never, it's never three months, you know. And so what I find happens is it's often like one person wants more. The avoidant wants more space. The anxious person doesn't. But the anxious person is so afraid of losing them that they will say yes to the having space requests because they're like. And then they gaslight themselves of like, no, everything's fine, everything's fine. He just, this is a man, you know, it's just how it is. And, and then you are a mess. And those three months are like destroying your mental health. So the elephant in the room is like, what do you want space for? You know, and is it questioning this relationship and like really getting to the core of it? And if it's something that's not changeable, like there are just like core value differences, personality differences, lifestyle changes. Maybe that person wants to move or something like that. But I feel it's cleaner to just like end the relationship with grace from that place than like try this fade away thing. And then like one of you hooks up with someone else and shit gets messy.
Fan girl just Saying, oh my God, keep going. I'm like, oh, shit, you, you're fire here. Yeah, I, the, the only other thing I was gonna say to add to this mix is what are you not saying? You know, and what, what are they saying? Because they're afraid. You're afraid of hurting their feelings, they're afraid of hurting your feelings. Like, and say it without pointing fingers. And there's no specific prescription for how to do that. But can you address something that you're not saying without blame? You know, more open ended, more I statements and less of you, More of like, I feel when these things happen, I feel like this. And when I feel like this, I think these things. When I think these things, I act in these way. So kind of like, you know, addressing the elephant in the room by bringing to the surface what's not being said, you know, because I think there's something here that's not being said because space. What do we want space for? To like, get to know ourselves, to like, you know, understand our inner workings a little bit more, to get some perspective on that thing, you know, but perhaps you don't need to get perspective from that thing by separating. You can get perspective on that thing by bringing the elephant to the room. Because oftentimes when you bring something difficult to the table, like 9 out of 10 times, I honestly haven't seen this. Our stories are what makes it even worse than it really is. It's not that bad, it's not that complicated. It's not that hard. We make it hard when we are like spiraling by ourselves, you know, does that make sense? So I think bring it to the forefront. Have a conversation with I statements free of blame. Say what you're avoiding and see what happens. But you can't take a break, I think, without addressing the difficult thing that hasn't been said, and you have to address it free of blame. It has to be addressed from I statements because that's the only way that you're going to get access to their heart. Because if you say you do this, you do that, what happens? Immediately, the fences go up, they black out, they go into disassociative state. They left their body, they're now contracted. And anything you say, it's never going to land. You can't regulate someone's nervous system and body by, by pointing fingers, like, so I, I think that's really important piece to the puzzle.
I love that. All right, next question. What signs do you look for to know if someone is emotionally available?
Oh, damn, I'm gonna Offer something from the queer community. As a gay man who identifies as queer, one thing that I. It's always very clear to me if the person is emotionally mature within queer culture, within queer consciousness, is, when did you come out? And how did your parents receive you? And do you have religious trauma? Two of the. These two things are so vital for. For gay men. I've seen it in my own life, with my own friends, with my work all around the world. If when you came out, your parents were like, you know, they hated you for it and they kicked you out of the house, like, that has a real impact. And if they haven't, like, done some severe, profound, transformational work around that, nearly impossible for them to be able to meet you here in the now without bringing their past right here. And if you also grew up in. In a white Christian American family. And I don't mean to generalize, but I've seen across the board that that combination really creates a lot of conflict in a family dynamic. So unless your parents are like, I hold the views of Jesus and Christ consciousness free of this dogmatic Bible that people wrote to create more separation and more harm than good, and integration and interconnection. I think these two things are really.
Yeah. And overall, even for shape people, how, like, have they addressed their traumas? Because if someone has not addressed their trauma, we can't control whether we were born into these kinds of families. But have we looked into them? Have we come out the other side of the understanding? And without that is like, you are operating from a level of surface ness.
Yeah.
And I would say with the emotional unavailability piece is, I'm gonna be real. I'm gonna be very Capricorn with this one too. Sometimes people are emotionally available, but they're not emotionally available to you. Oh, like that. That has been a hard feel for even me to swallow. You know, it's like. But I feel sometimes when a person is not making effort in wanting to be with us, we're like, they're emotionally unavailable. They have trauma, they have this, they have that. No, maybe they just don't want to be in a relationship with you.
Yeah.
Because that same person likely is emotionally available to someone else or has been in the past and got hurt.
Yeah.
Maybe now is cut off. But I find it's like when that person wants to be with you, all of a sudden they're showing up in these different ways that sometimes they're like, I've never even been like this for anyone before.
Yeah.
You know, So I would say. And and here's the thing, and I'll speak into women. I think a lot of gay guys feel this. We want everyone to be obsessed with us, you know, and we're like, you're not obsessed with me. Something's wrong with you. And it's like, you're the problem. Great. But it's like, think about it. We're looking for one person out there, right? One of one. So if every single guy that we date is like, you are the one, then there is if that can't be, because there's one of one. So just, like, we are selective. Like, so are they, you know, And I have a lot of guy friends, straight guy friends, and, you know, they go on dates with girls, and I asked them how it was, and they're like, yeah, she was really amazing. She just wasn't my wife. And it was just really interesting to hear that of, like, this girl might be like, why doesn't he want to date me? He's emotionally unavailable, and he's extremely emotionally connected. He just knows that's not who he sees him spending the rest of his life with, and that's actually what he wants, you know? And I think sometimes we get hurt of, why isn't he pursuing me? But a lot of men, if they actually respect you, they're like, I don't want to waste your time and keep dating you and get more emotions attached when I don't see a future with you. So I actually think it's kind of a blessing when relationships end kind of quickly. Like, you meet someone, one, two dates, it's done. Because you learned in two dates what could have taken you two years. So, yes. And then there are people in a relationship that are emotionally unavailable and, you know, the avoidant archetype and all of that. But I would say a lot of it is we can't literally open up our full emotional heart to every single person that we date. You know, it's like, that would actually be emotional immaturity to be like, it's love bombing to be like, you're the one, you're the one. No, no, no, you're the one. You're the one.
It's like, no, that's just avoiding yourself, right?
And I feel when we just are done being single, we're like, it must be you. It must be you. And it's like, there's actually huge emotional maturity that happens of, like, getting to know someone, slowly letting it unravel. You don't have to be like, are we getting married or not? You know, And I feel a lot of us women, we operate from that princess consciousness that we want that. And yes, for sure, dream about your wedding. But, like, also, you don't know this person. You know, you really don't. And you might be manifesting for them on the full moon, and then later on be like, fuck, why did I manifest for them? So sometimes it's a blessing if they are what we see as emotionally unavailable, but it's actually them preventing us from going down a road that wouldn't have actually led to anything.
What do you think is a good way to know if someone's emotionally available? Like, what's a question? What. What's a felt sense? Like, what's a. What can we look for in a man or in a connection? You know, I have something, but I want to hear what you have to say. Say regardless of all the context of what you shared, because I think what you shared is brilliant. I just want to say that. I just want to. I just want to educate the. The listener with, like, what's something to pay attention to?
You know, I find when it's like your person, when it's like a past life, it's like you will know. It's undeniable. Like, they will be asking questions, like wanting to.
You named it.
You named it. Yeah.
Asking questions.
Exactly.
Yeah.
And they'll be, you know, just wanting to talk to you about random things or this thing made me think of you. Like, they're just, you know, they want you in your life in some typ of way. Whereas if the person's, like, not texting you at all and you always have to start the conversation, then you just aren't top of mind to them. And, yeah, you could try some seduction techniques and stuff, but it's not gonna. Maybe it'll work for a tiny little bit, but it's really not gonna change the vibration between the two of you. So I feel you will know, definitely. It's not like, I think sometimes we have the fantasy of, like, I will see him and it's love at first sight and he'll sweep me off my feet, and that's that. A lot of times it's friendship that turn into something else. But in that friendship, there's, like, I think in the back of your mind that curiosity, right? Of like, what could this be? What could this be? And sometimes I feel we have to maybe give the little nudge, the little opening of, like, I would be available for a little bit more dropping the handkerchief, right? Because if we're just acting like their friend and they're acting as our friend. Nothing's shifted. What do we expect? They don't want to go on a limb and get rejected. So I think if there is a little bit opening, show that a little bit with your body, maybe the way you refer to them, and then just see if it's reciprocated. And I find it's like, if they like you too, it's like, okay, it's a little bit more. And then you go. You open it up a little more and a little bit more. But then by then, once they realize there's a vibe, they will take it on.
You named the thing. I think the. To me, like, a sort of a baseline is, are they interested in who you are, or is the date or the connection really based on you asking them questions and them going on these, like, long, you know, when the answer.
Thing, you don't have to date straight men. Straight men really don't ask questions. It's like an epidemic out there. Like, there are some. But it's a huge thing that a lot of my female friends and I have experienced. Like, on dates, like, guys doesn't come naturally. They have to learn it. So I will say it's like, sometimes I have seen guys who, like, they keep wanting to, like, tell you this and tell you that. They also do that because they like you, but they're, like, nervous, and they don't know what to do. So, like. Like, they'll be like, the architecture of this thing, like, just something to sound smart to you. Even though the actual way to a person's hardest to ask them questions.
Yeah. And I think. I think what you could say after a couple dates, I don't know if we're on the topic of the question anymore because I forgot the question. But after a couple dates, it's like, hey, you know, part of us deepening our connection is asking more questions, you know, so you could. You could say, it's only hard because we make it harder than it has to be. Like, letting someone gifting someone the instructions and how they could, like, develop their.
Repertoire is amazing because we feel like, oh, he didn't ask me questions. This isn't gonna work. But if you actually really like him, you're compatible on a lot of other levels. Maybe just offering that of, like, let's play a game that we ask each other questions. I really love when you ask me questions. It's not like asking questions is a character flaw someone can't do. It's like. It's something people can learn, you know?
Yeah, it's something people can learn, and I think. Think it's. It's a vital piece of the connection puzzle. It's like, it really. You can tell to me a big red flag right away in. In friendships and. And romantic connection is. Is like, how self. How myopic are they? How self involved are they? Like, how much is it the energies has to all be about them, you.
Know, and that's the thing that. And I wanted to bring that because it's like, okay, a person that's not asking questions and doesn't really seem interested in when you. You speak traits of narcissism. Right. We don't want that. That is a red flag. We want to avoid. However, it could just be like, they're interested, but they don't have maybe the gift of the gab, you know, so it's like, if you share that with them, so also know, are they open to your feedback? It doesn't have to be like, here's my feedback on the date. But, like, bringing it cute. Making it like. Like a little sexy thing of like, let's play a game that we ask each other questions and, like, bringing that energy in and see if they reciprocate. I think a huge level of. Of emotional availability is. Do they mirror you?
Yeah. Beautiful. And I. And I love how you're like, let's play a little game. My style, I think I have, like, Scorpio placement and, like, is your Venus in Scorpio?
Maybe.
I don't know where it's placed. I don't speak that depth of it, but I do, you know, talk to an astrologer every month so I can, like, understand what's happening out there, what's happening here. But I think the Scorpio piece of, like, not afraid of conflict and not afraid of bringing the hard thing to the surface and naming the hard. You were like, let's play a cute game. And you pull up like, sexy. And I'm like, hey, may I offer some feedback? Are you open to feedback? Are you open to feedback? You know, and they'll be like, about what? About our time, about our connection. Are you open to feedback about our connection? Boom. They may say, not really, or they may say, yes, please, and then drop it. Put it out there with no expectations, you know, of course you're gonna go into a spiral after you send that message.
But you know what?
That's right. Go on a run, call your friend, cook a meal, put your phone away for two hours. But, like, try to really unplug from spiraling to the expectations and doubting yourself. So disconnect from everything for a while and practice being in your body, Practice being with your breath. Practice, like, reaffirming yourself that you're doing the right thing. And then open yourself back up when you feel less frazzled by. Oh, my God. Did he reply? Not replied. Because he may have just taken a nap for two hours, you know.
Oh, yes, that's definitely happened.
And.
And I think the difference of even in our approaches is I'm like a woman leading from her feminine. And you have both masculine and feminine in you. But I feel you can be more in your masculine, your relationships as well. So it could be like, here's the feedback. Drop the tea. Whereas when you're a woman in your feminine with a man more in his masculine, and I came with that energy, it could really depolarize. So that's why as women, we kind of need to, like, learn the art of.
But I can also do this.
It. You can do it too.
Just ask me any questions. You know, I could deliver that.
Exactly.
And it lands and there's like, oh, yeah. Oh, sorry. Yeah.
You know, you could say it with the honey, you could say it with hot sauce, whichever way you want.
I can both always. That's good.
I'm kinky. Okay.
That's really good. Okay, let's see. What advice do you have for someone struggling with trust issues? Welcome to being human, darling.
Here's what I have learned. Obviously, you know, was in a divorce due to infidelity. So it was like a lot around trust that at the end of the day, you can't fully trust that someone won't hurt you. You cannot. You cannot. Someone might be very well intentioned, but actually your romantic partner will hurt you. Doesn't mean they'll cheat on you, but something will happen numerous times, all the time that will. They will hurt you. They will break your heart. Whether you're together where you're not, they'll break your heart. You can trust that you will be able to get yourself out of it. You can trust that you got you. You can trust that no matter what happens, whether this works, whether this doesn't, whatever life brings at me, I got me. And that was the big thing. Like, I would just hold myself and hug myself and be like, I got me. I got me. And I'm the one who got myself through everything in my life. I'm the one who created this career for myself and this abundance for myself and the traveling for myself and the spirituality and such. It was me you know, and it's like, I think we put so much emphasis into, like, how can I trust someone else? And it's like, here's the thing. Sometimes you just have to choose to trust, right? Like, you know, when there's something in a relationship, they said something, and you're like, not really sure if you believe them. But it's like, you could drive yourself crazy and be like, let me check his location, and da, da, da, da. Or you could just be like, you know what? I'm gonna choose to trust because that's gonna set my nervous system at ease. And there's just a letting go that needs to happen there.
But there's also a somatic barometer to bullshit that we all have access to. And, like, yes, we can say we can try to overpower the power of the wisdom of the body by talking ourselves out of it. As somatic practitioners, we know that shit won't happen. We can talk as much as we want about, like, oh, I trust you. I trust you. I trust you. And you may actually find ease for a little while. You may be like, huh? But then. Then a little later, you may actually be like. Actually like that little, you know, time. You may start to, like, map out and realize, like, oh, my body was telling me the whole time that something was not right. That when they said that they were here, they weren't there. That this photo is not taken here. Was taken for. This photo wasn't taken for me. It was taken for that person. Like, all these, like, strange. No other way to put it, but, like, you know, hurtful things start to come up to the surface. I think trust in the somatic barometer, the wisdom of the body as you're listening to what someone is saying. Super important. And I think what you said too, babe, which is, I think, the most profound thing. Trust can only happen between you and you. The more you trust in your capacities to pick yourself back up, to go to your breath when you're frazzled, to go to the body when you're spiraling, to trust that your awareness that you are aware, like metacognition. I'm aware that I'm aware. And that creates space between you and the neurotic thinking you and the potential psychotic brain break. Like, even that awareness of the hardship that the mind is going through, that is where we can have trust. Awareness that I'm aware. Awareness that in. In the breath, I can find home in my body, therefore I can be in the present moment. I think this is really where it's at. And then the other side, side of that, as you start to come back over and over and over again into the body and you start to develop this trust with yourself that you can count on yourself, that you can, you can be with yourself without the constant need of social media and distraction, all kinds of things. Then test your material, you know, test your karma, how your trust in yourself is showing up in the world. I'm gonna give an example of when I, you know, first time in India 10 years ago, I was like, oh my God, I wanna trust that. I wanna feel if I am safe and if I can trust the unseen forces all around me. They're supporting me in the right direction of my life.
Life.
And this is not an example for everybody, but we all have this that I'm going to say in our own lives that we can start to test. I would leave my bag on a cafe in the north of the Himalayas, very small town. And I would leave my bag there with all of my money, with my passport, with my hotel keys, all the things. And I would go to the bathroom and take a long poop. And I would do things like this to test, you know, and my. Does that make sense?
That's crazy.
It sounds crazy, but we all have our own versions of it, you know, because when we, when we release the need to hold on, to hold on to safety in the sense of the word of like, bring my bag with me. We're relinquishing the, the, the, the idea that trust comes from the outside, you know, so the, the, the bag and the Himalayas. It's an extreme example because it's on brand for me to be like, I want to learn how to meditate. Buys a one way ticket to India, you know, I need to go there. Sense goes to Berlin, to Bergen, you know, it's like there's, it's just. I've turned my addiction towards, you know, liberation and all benevolent things these days, but they still have that texture of intensity. But point is, stop searching for safety and trust outside of yourself, you know, and once you deepen that connection with yourself, then it will be this like perfect flow with the rest of life. Like, like I walk through life feeling like I can trust that I'm taken care of. I can trust that I can trust this incarnation, you know, and it only started by me doing this, this revelation work between me and myself first. Me and my body, me and my mind, me and my breath, you know.
I love that so much. It's just trusting that you will receive the guidance, you know, trusting that you are on the path and trusting that, you know, I think especially in like relationships, sometimes, like going into a new relationship, like, is this the right relationship? Is it not? Is that. And it's like, trust the intelligence of love. Like, trusting that love has brought these two people together for this time. And I don't know what the outcome will be, but I'm trusting that both of us are wanting to merge and come inwards towards each other. And so there's something there, you know, and it could be that you're meant to make a song together, and it could be that you're meant to make a baby together. And it could be that you're meant to have a life together, or you're here to just have an epic weekend in Berlin. You know, it's like, we don't know. But trust the intelligence of love. Because I find that. That my life has been like. It's been like the little breadcrumbs that have guided me towards the greatest gift.
I love this so much. Say it, girl. Trust the intelligence of love. I just want to add one thing. Carl Jung says that death. I'm paraphrasing what something he said so profound. But in my work with like death, dying and grief, he says that death itself has intent, that death itself wants something for us from us that isn't necessarily to rob us from living. And in the context of love, has intent. Like, imagine if love itself is a form of consciousness, is a spirit, is a deity, is a goddess, and she has higher plans that we can't even see with the eyes in our face. And I just love that.
Love is a living consciousness. Love has its own go off, girl. I've been.
I'm going to shut up and listen.
I'm a love devotion devotee and I'm like, holy. It's just. There's nothing that will make you make changes in your life, move places, completely shift everything the way that love will, you know, like, love is the only thing that will make you like, I'm quitting my job and like going over here and like seeing what happens because I met someone on a train one day and it doesn't always right. But a lot of times love becomes the catalyst of the healing. It becomes the reason why you dove into that path. It becomes your raison d' etre reason for being. And I find that when you trust that love has its own compass, that it is like Cupid literally striking you with the arrow. And it's like. And the thing is, you don't choose who you love. We spend so much time of like, I need a guy who's spiritual in this.
I need a guy in finance.
Right? Six, five blue eyes. Yeah, exactly. So we might say we want these things until cupid strikes us. And it's like, no, no, no, this is the person. And it makes no sense. And you're like, but it was supposed to look like this. But my heart keeps guiding me over there and it's, it's like there is something there. There are codes that are meant to be shared. There are lessons, there are teaching, there are breaths, there are encounters, there are experiences that only these two souls together in the merging in the world that they co create can build. It's like we were each a galaxy, right? Our own galaxy. But sometimes it's like, you know when you like meet someone and it's like you find out your plants have been circling around each other for a long time, like from really afar are circling, circling, circling. And they get closer, and they get closer and they get closer. It's the momentum, the momentum. Then maybe you're talking and was it going to go somewhere? Is it not? And it's like that kind of like excitement but anxious energy. And it's like merge. They don't always, but when they do, entirely new galaxies are born. That version of you is dead. Yeah, that version of you before the relationship is no longer. Because a new version of you is about to be born. Right. And that's why I feel like before we get into these like pivotal life changing relationships, there are massive deaths, obviously deaths of relationship. But everything, the identity that that relationship created also needs to die for the true union to merge. And then you realize it was those exact lessons that you learned from the loss of that relationship that prepared you for the foundation of this new one.
Wow.
So love is a deity, Love is a force I revere. And love and relationship are not the same things either. You know, there could be so much love between two people and relationship is not meant to be or no longer is meant to be. Relationship is a choice, you know, and the sad thing is that love gives us the opportunity to grow and, and become that person we are meant to be, to hold that love. But a lot of us choose to not walk that path. You know, we choose to distract, we choose to do the thing that's easier. And a lot of people are in relationships that are safe, comfortable, but not that like Sidhi, that highest form of who they're meant to be, that love was here to be like that dangling carrot to get you there, you know. But Then a lot of us are like, it, I quit.
Yeah.
And so I think there's different levels to love as well. Like, if you look at most dating advice, it's for, like, basic love. It's like, have a checklist and vet them. Don't date them. And it's like, no. If you're going for sacred union in this lifetime, that's a. That's a mystery school. That's the most divine of teachings, and it will take you to your deepest, darkest shadows. You know, we'll take you to all of those things. It's like we can become everything ourselves. Right. We can pay our own bills. We can look at. We could travel with our friends. Like, we really don't need anyone. But through that sacred union, it's almost like. But there's this version of me that I can only become with that person, and that's how you really know.
I want to address as the love deity because as you're talking, I was realizing that I haven't actually sent out communication to her herself, you know? Yeah. And I feel like, well, yes, I mean, obviously, but I think just. I don't think I have thought about all these, you know, deities that have been in my path through India, Nepal, as like, the love deity for the longing of partnership in this life. And I think we can send out a call to the goddess of love, to the deity of love in this very moment for everyone who's listening for her to listen to the longing in our hearts for deep, intimate, sacred connection that can lift us, inspire us, teach us, educate us, shape us into the highest, most beautiful, profound versions of ourselves that. That can then allow us to have within my work a beautiful end to our lives where we feel like we lived. Because as you're talking, I'm realizing love is like the most, one of the most. I don't want to say the most because I have to sit with this a little bit more. And I think you already have, so that's why you're, like, so absolute about it. But I want to stay in an inquiry. I think love is one of the most important parts of our lives, like the romantic partnerships. So I want to say, dear Goddess of Love, listen to the cry, to the longing in our hearts, and help us see what we're not seeing. Help us open ourselves up to the opportunities that we're, like, blind to because we want it to look a certain way. And another thing that my teacher said, whenever I'm receiving a sign from you, please remind me that this is the sign. Remind Me that this is a sign. So, dear goddess of love, as you're giving me the sign that this is the right person, that I'm at the right time with the. All the. All the right qualities are there, remind me with another synchronicity that this is it. Does that make sense?
I love that so much. And a practice. I loved that prayer. So I have a true love altar, and I have different depictions of true love. So I have Hathor and Brah, I have Parvati and Shiva. I have them sitting in yabyam. I light a candle to it every night. If I cry, give the offerings to my tears, because I often just cry thinking about true love. And I give jasmine and rose. I have rose petal around it. I'm in ceremony.
You're a devoted disciple to love.
Exactly. But only through the heartbreak, obviously.
How did I get into this bath? Girl, how did you get into this bath?
Exactly. The heartbreak is what opens our hearts. You actually get on the path of true devotee of love. And so. So it's interesting because it's like an altar is like, it can be a living thing if we feed it. You know, it's like I used to just, like, kind of set up an altar once and, like, not really do anything with it. And now, like, every morning and every night, lighting my candle, being in prayer, I can like, feel the, like, pulse of this altar. And, you know, I write down my intentions underneath the candle, and I will witness how the candle burns, and I will look at the way that the wax has melted, and it will actually give me me messages. So I'm using it as divination. And I like candles for a lot of people. I will light one for you as well. So I pray for them, and then I see the way that the wax melts and often, like, send them a picture and have them divine for themselves. And I'm doing it for a lot of things, and sometimes parts of the candle will, like, come off. And it was clearing an energy. So that's just a practice that people can bring into this as well.
Yeah, that's so important. I love that you said that the altar is a living organism, because anything that's ritualized becomes a living organism. Think about, like, you don't just a temple, a church isn't the building itself isn't what holds the energy. As soon as it's built, it becomes this energetic force because of all the prayer that's taking place in there, because we're constantly feeding that and being in ritual. Then it becomes this, you know, Power where, like, you walk by it and you receive a blessing. I don't know if we're going to talk about this on the record, but the. The seer who said, you received this blessing in India and then gift you all this, like, you know, there's these holy rivers that before, it was just a river, but not just because the river offers water and we can't live without water, but the river becomes holy because of the daily prayer, the daily pujas, and of going to the river, offering flour, offering incense, offering food. I love that you brought that in. Because I have to say I have devotion tattooed on my finger for a reason. Because I tend to rely so heavily on me doing the things that the eyes in my face can see. But I know in my heart that as I develop devotion, I can understand that it's only like, a fraction of the reality of life, period, and a fraction of what's actually creating the reality that I'm living in. It's not the doing that's happening here. It's the ripples that are. I can't see in I. With the eyes of my face. Does that make sense? So thanks for naming that.
Yes. Okay. Your turn.
Yeah. Okay. So may we all become more devoted. That's really what I want to say.
Devoted to love, devoted to truth, devoted to peace.
What are some practices that you can share that will liberate my throat chakra, my voice?
I will start with the yoni throat connection for women, because that has been. My voice has radically shifted, and it's, like, way sexier than ever before.
And the reason you're looking the hottest you've ever looked, girl, it's amazing, absurd. I opened the door to those like, excuse me if I like the fruit, honey, I'll be all over this.
And it's funny because it's like, people are like, oh, like, 21 is your best age. I'm like, I look 10,000 times better at 33 than I do at 21. Because it's like, I didn't know myself then. And it's like the way that we look is a reflection of how we feel. So when you connect to your yoni, if you actually look inside of a vulva, of a vagina. So vulva is what we call the outside. Vagina is. Is the inside. Yoni is all of it. It's the sacred Sanskrit term for it. So the word yoni actually means the portal between two worlds.
Wow.
So it is, like, to encompass the, like, holy divine aspect of this hologram that has created all of Life. And if you actually look inside of a yoni, it looks exactly like the larynx of your throat. They are identical. So there is an immense connection there also with the rectal. So for men as well. That's why if you have any kind of like rectal release, it's like a gutter, like, it's like that's open, opening up the throat. So I would start with.
Were you proposing more anal sex?
Anal sex.
Did I miss the point?
No. So that's what I'm going to give to the gays. For the. For the straight woman, I'm going to say yoni mapping to actually, like, connect, to, like, get to know her, touch different points of her, like, feel where you feel numbness, feel where nothing is alive in there. And. And not for the purpose of getting. Getting off. This is actually to resensitize your yoni because for most of us it's extremely numb. We have disassociated a lot of times due to sexual trauma. And also just the fact we've never been taught this. And also because of vibrators. Women are very desensitized because of that, because it's such a high level of electricity. So to throw away your vibrators to start just practicing touching different. Just start with the outside. I mean, even just before I just start with your body. Like, get used to touching your body, gets to touching your breasts, get used to touching your inner thighs. And then maybe after a few months you get used to touching the outside of your vulva. How does it feel? Do you feel shame? What's coming up and then inside of it? And I have a whole episode below, I have a couple episodes about yoni mapping and I will link those episodes below. Kind of a step by step guide. But what I found happened was my voice got sexier and all of a sudden I was singing and rapping and created an album. And I did not have, like, if you. If you go back to this podcast, eight years ago, my voice was all the way up here, you know, and it's like. But I dropped in through connecting with my body and it's like my femininity changed, my hips changed. Like, the way that I move through the world change because I have access to my feminine powerhouse and most of us are just completely cut off from there. So I would say your yoni is the key to opening your throat.
I love.
And then for. For the gays, I'm going to say say anal d. Armoring, because that is a very important practice as well.
But I think Everybody, Everyone needs both. I think everybody could use anal mapping. Anal d. Armoring, I think like literally life changing. I'm not, I'm not strictly talking about like anal sex. If we're talking about the, the yoni mapping. I think anal mapping is like an insane practice because we're so disconnected. We're so disconnected from our body. So much so that like so many people's anus has never seen the sun. So many people's vaginas. Do I say vagina or yoni?
We can say yoni here. Okay. Or vagina. But yes, the yoni sunning and anal sun.
I've never seen a sun. Or people's. Some people's breast has never been kissed by the sun. Like, it's so insane to me that some people's body parts has never seen the daylight because of the structures of oppression. And that is something that like, it shows how liberated you are and how safe in your body you feel and like where you should, should explore your safety. But my approach to unlocking the, the throat chakra is a little different. I want to offer. Can I curse? Is that okay? So two things I'm going to offer two, two somatic trigger words. One is spend time with some, like cranberries, zombie like, or Black Sabbath, like rock and roll. Heavy powerful music. Saying the words you, you for like three minutes, set up a timer or for the duration of a song and just say you, you. And you don't have to be like, who am I? Who am I saying you to? Like, your body knows you don't need to like, bring the story into the mix right now. Trust the power of just releasing you, you, you, and let the voice like drop deeper and deeper, more and more guttural to the point that maybe you're like even spitting and it's you. It has this kind of deep, like, oh, scary side. Allow it to get to that place. And then once you feel that the emotions have arrived that you haven't, that you have brought the untouched chaos or the untouched anger to the surface, they're here, they're in the. Your felt sense activated. Then switch the music to something that will allow you to. Perhaps you want to stay with rock and roll, I don't know. But then really let go of the words and just really shift your gaze to you know what world. So lowering the eyes, closing the eyes completely if you can, and then going to the place in the body where the emotions is alive and just allowing it to dance you, to dance through you. And all of a sudden you're going to see that, like, something does change. Like something massively lifts. And when I do this in retreat, especially with women, there's so many yous that never got sad. So many you, you that never got told. It's living in your body.
Told many times. Yeah.
And it's living in your body. It's blocking your connection to your sexual energy. It's blocking your connection to be able to speak, you know? And the other somatic trigger word is no, no, no. Saying it over and over again until elicits the feeling. Right. I call it somatic triggers. For. Is it. Because we're. We're bringing forth the felt sense to be activated with what was unprocessed. So when it's active and it's here, then you shift the music, shift your awareness from the outside world to your inner world world, and then allow that big knot of energy to dance itself through you and out of you. And key word here, key foundational piece of the practice in order for it to be somatic. Out of the stories into the body, out of the thinking into the feeling. Anytime you start to come up with a story about, oh, I didn't say no to that person. I didn't say you to this person. You're not in practice. You're caught in the thinking process. Come back to the felt sense. Recalibrate your awareness to just be with a feeling for what it is. A big yucky ball that's in your body that's calling for your attention. It's calling you to move with it. Move with it and then allow it to move through you and out of you. Really important. Out of the thinking into the feeling. So I think this is a no and fuck you are two practices that can really unleash your capacity to. To speak what hasn't been spoken. Spoken. And then you notice that, like, the next time someone does cross a boundary and you want to be, you're delivering a fiery message. It's like, no or it needs to be said. A you is a you. Come out. You know, people think that because you're in a psychosomatic spiritual or social justice environment, saying the words you is not allowed. My love, you're missing the point. Let me tell you.
I love it like a true Scorpio. Okay, this is. This is our last one. Fun. I don't want this game to end.
Oh, this is good.
Yeah. What do you value most in friendships?
Oh, I'm just gonna say what I said earlier. Trust.
Trust.
Yeah.
I would say, because I do not.
Like people who lie oh, 100. Like, they're even, like, I still have. Even though I've taken these Buddhist vows ten years ago to, like, not gossip or not lie. And because my tendency was to glamorize, exaggerate, make things, make people experiences sound better than they were so people could feel better about themselves and I could feel better about myself, because then it was like this rosy colored glass experience. So I think when I can trust that we are all doing our best to be honest at all times, it's like such a relief, you know, I love that.
And that's a really important thing. I think a lot of us embellish.
Embellishments is the word.
You tell a story, but you're like. And it was 50 years or, I don't know, you just add to it. And just to notice if you are doing that and it's coming from a pure place of, like, you want to entertain. Right. But it's still little lies that keep adding up. And it's like to be impeccable with your word.
Yeah.
It's so important.
Yeah.
I would say feeling understood. You know, it's like those friends that even if they've never gone through what you're going through, you can share it and you can feel like they. They get you. They get how you feel. They're with you. You're on the same vibration. I think it's rare. It's so rare to find people in that, and. And we are so blessed to. To have a number of them. So I would say that for sure. But then also, like, this feeling of they have my back. And I think that that has been a challenging thing because when you are someone who's like, you know, know a public figure, but even, like, become successful in your small town or anything like that, like, sometimes there can be those little. Like, it's sad, but, like, people want to knock you down behind your back or, you know, you hear them speaking about you or just little jabs and things like that. And it's something that I have just continued to see happen. It's like I have learned to, you know, before I would kind of be like, well, they're a great person all these other ways, you know, and it's like, to just be more mindful of, like, who you really do let into that inner circle, you know, because if you're noticing that and it's to the point of your notice, like, it has been going on and again and. And you can bring it to your awareness. But I feel like something like that is like, hey, you're talking about me. Let's, like, can you stop? It's like that's. It's past the point at this point. So, yeah, it's interesting because I'm someone. I love friendship and things like that. And I feel like as I'm getting older, it's like I. I get happens. It's like the circle gets tighter, and it's like you have your, like, core people that you know you will be with, but it does become more challenging to make friends as a. As an adult, and then you can lose some along the way, but. But then there also are, like, friends that you just, like, meet out of nowhere, and then it's like you. You become so close. And I also think the ability to navigate through hard times as well, like, friends that you can go through a conflict together and come out stronger are friends that, you know you're going to have in the long term term.
Yeah, thanks for saying that. I agree, too. Yeah. Echo, to everything you said. And I did write extensively about this in my. In my third book about the inner circle, and I think we talked about it in Episodes.
Yeah. You want to link your podcast and link your book as well. What's the book called?
Spiritually We. The Art of Relating. Connecting from the Heart. Yeah. I just want to name that. Like, you and I have weaved in and out of each other's lives. Lives, and I see you as part of my core. Like, you know, of course. Yeah. And it's. And you've said this to me, and every time you say it, it always, like, relaxes something so deep and profound in me. So I feel like it's important for me to say this on the record so people could understand that even though we're not in each other's lives constantly, there is that, like, hey, girl, I see you, and I'm rooting for you. You.
Yeah. And I think that's what friendships really are at the end of the day is like, no matter how much you're in touch or not, like, you truly want the best for one another. Like, you know, even if you aren't even speaking to that person, it's like you think about them and you, like, pray for them, you know, and it's like. And that's the beauty. And I think a lot of people, they want those kind of friendships, and it's like, to lean in first, you know, to like, ask friends, like, what can I support you with? Or, like, can I pray for you? Like, I love doing that. And I feel, like, feel we get to co create the kind of relationships that we want.
Beautiful.
